I spent two nights at the hotel as I was attending a wedding close by. The location of the property could not have been better, being close to the Southbank reception centre as well as a host of restaurants along the river. My room was very comfortable, staff were friendly and the breakfast was more than enough. I will definitely stay again!

Very poor at arrival. After being told that I have to have a physical credit card to pay. This is the Accor group which must be able to accept digital credit card payment considering that the rest of the hotel industry does!. and there is no mention when booking that the information given at the time is not sufficient to pay - unlike the experience I would have had with booking.com or other. I made the effort to go direct and am treated with very poor customer care. No apple pay??? what would have you done if I did not know my number by heart
