Stayed in town to attend several events - easy walk or tram to all - your team were very helpful. Grateful for the after hours snack options available on the Friday night but same cannot be said for Saturday: supplies were down to chips and chocolate only and I had to order resort to outside delivery.

Mould on the shower door, blocked AC filter. The AC made very occasional sounds of moisture boiling off on a heater element, I suspect some sort of stupid humidity setting. As an AC Tec I can not see why this would be necessary. I was unable to stop the annoying noise so I turned it off. Lucky it wasn’t too warm that night. Checked the buffet breakfast in the morning and saw soggy uncooked bacon. Thankful the staff let me look first (hard pass). I wont stay there again. Glad it was cheap.

Everything ran smoothly including the check in process. Even though the computer didn't recognise the name or booking reference which was not good. To resolve it however the lovely staff member was able to get us checked in smoothly.

For such a good location, the hotel is shabby and needs a refresh, especially in the bathrooms
