Barely any PowerPoints in the room and when I called reception I was told I should have asked for a room with them! I asked for room service and was told that I had a do not disturb sign on the door which is not true. Had to remind reception after three hours that I needed towels. After previous guest they didn't top up the condiments and why advertise a queen bed when it's two single beds pushed together.

Good location, but room service is disappointing

When I enter the room, trash from the previous customer is still there , food from the previous customer was still in the fridge, never experienced this in my life I'm not sure what room service there is.

Was disappointing

The staff and room was fine, however the advertising "Room Service" was disappointing. Firstly, Room service isn't having to go collect your food from reception. Room service is exactly that service to your room. Secondly when we went to order we were told that there was no chef on so we could only order a drink or bag of chips. We had been to a concert and instead of getting for on the way home we decided to order room service once back at the hotel. Had we been informed at check in we could of had the option of getting food elsewhere.

Good location, good stay

Thought the check in process was not very efficient. I check in time was at 14h00 but our room was not ready until 15h30, the staff tried their best and did offer us a free coffee with apologies. I also felt the process of first checking if our room was ready, then only able to check in after that was just a waste of time and causes more delays. I was advised that my invoice would be emailed to me, but still have not received it.
