Waited over half an hour to book in with only 1 person in front of us. Staff seemed to have no idea of what to do. Second time staying here and same thing both times. Very disappointing

It was great, but the breakfast we paid for was pretty average and we paid for parking but there was none available

Everything was good except for noisy air conditioner, I spoke to maintenance manager and he could not do anything
