Customer service was lacking, rooms were outdated and not very clean especially bathrooms with mirrors dirty and urine on base of toilet Buffet breakfast lacked variety of hot breakfast foods For a 4 star hotel it was a disappointment considering the cost of the stay for 4 nights

Our stay was satisfactory however the bathroom floor was not clean and there were toe nail clippings on the carpet beside the bed. Amenities as in bed and shower were excellent.

Breakfast was not great, pancakes were rock hard and selection wasn’t great. Went to order room service but then read had to collect myself. Carpets weren’t well cleaned. I did like the self check in/ check out which reduced wait times.

Good location, except for constant noise from outlet/air con for Southgate Centre. Also, bathroom needs renovation, especially the floor.
