I’ve told twice to the reception staff that the door of shower room had some problems, they didn’t fix it at the first stay, even not aligned to other staffs. So I had to complain again and made sure again they won’t charge me after check out.

Great location but poor cleaning of room. We stayed for 5 nights and did not have our room cleaned for the duration. Staff arrived to service room on final evening of our stay at approx 5pm at which time we were already back in the room after a full day out. TV in our room did not work and staff member was unable to fix it.

We have been Accor members for 4 years and were disappointed with this accommodation. Charged $1012 for 2 nights for very basic accommodation and didn’t earn any points on our membership for this stay. No Shampoo, Conditioner or Tissues provided for our stay. Staff collected the spare key from our room when servicing it the day before check out and reception checked us out so on our late check out day we could access our room. After visiting reception this was quickly rectified.

Staff were friendly and helpful. But the room wasn’t up to scratch . The toilet was running when I got in and the large button jammed . I had to take the top the toilet system to reset and could not use the large button. The vent in the shower was off and the vent was dusty. Also the walls were dusty and wiped off with my hand. I got back from Melbourne last night and I’m very sick with a virus . I think this is due to the cleanliness of the room. I will be off for days sick. Also the pigeons woke me up everyday cooing and fur tothe size of the room you could hear anything . Surely spoke can be out on the outside aircon unit to stop this .

The property itself is in a great spot. The rooms are very small and basic. Walls are paper thin and you can hear everything including people slamming doors all night long. Staff are very friendly.
