Worst IBIS property

Terrible stay and experience. Worst IBIS attitude. Realised later that they are planning to sell the property hence not interested in investing either in service or quality. They don’t even provide glasses to drink water. One has to come at 1st floor (Reception) & request for. Wi-Fi of my mobile couldn’t work for 4 days, we stayed. No kitchen. No Internet connection with TV. Overall bad experience & they were not willing to return the money so had to stay for 3 nights, which were paid for. Overall a bad experience. Front office staff except Vicky/Lakshya not polite.

-No separate bathroom. -All appliances were unplugged. We put cold food and drink in the fridge only to return later in the afternoon to find warm milk, drink and food. -The door didn't lock behind us, we had to make sure it closed properly. No window to see out. -No bin liner. -No toilet brush. -The room was stuffy. -No drinking glasses.

the located is good, the staff were very friendly and approachable. I think you have to improve the lighting of the room to become more lively and comfortable. some of the light were broken. the window curtain were dislocated when i arrived which made disappointed in my 1st stay.

The hotel location is right in the CBD. The room was what I expected. Will be nicer if 4 pillows on the bed instead of just 2.
