Smooth and super easy to check in, the room was cleaned daily. There was only a slight snag as the keycard didn't get registered to the door correctly the first time but it got resolved quickly.

The location was great for a quick city stay, the staff were friendly and helpful. However, the heat pump wasn't particularly effective and made a rattling noise, I had a bedside lamp that wasn't working and the toilet had a slow continuous flow, so this means water was wasted.

Aris Families - Confirmed reviews ALL

Four of us were put into disable room, with huge bath room made it small space for four of us in the bedroom. There was no drop off space for guest. No decent car park nearby, need to walk 15 minutes to get there.

Open entrance door hotel smelt stale and old food smells

Buffet breakfast a joke. Communal 500gram of butter to share and communal use of Vegemite and jams out of bottles I witnessed woman sneezing on butter . Staff member came in asked us our room no I told him and said we paid for breakfast he told me he can’t see our payment he would have to check , very unprofessional. Never again will I stay here.
