The room was airless, smelly and had live cockroaches in it. One window had no covering. Bright light shone through it all night. The light switch in the toilet was faulty. The shower had no door. There wasn't a chair in the room. The air conditioner was so noisy it prevented sleep. The room wasn’t cleaned properly - coffee mug was not washed. I’ll never stay there again and I’ll never recommend it to anyone.

Fast checkin. Was put off with the dirty carpet. How old is it? The hotel has good bones and some simple changes would make it a great product. New carpet, lighter colour on the walls, remove the old couch and replace it with a couple of dining chairs and small table so you have somewhere to use a computer.
