In Melbourne for the Australian Open, location is perfect, tram stop right there. Easy to walk around as well. Room decent size, comfy bed. Downside: room need to be refreshed as looking old... the fan inside the room is always on and make hard to sleep properly. Overall great experience

Tidy and well located but unfortunately it's a bit rundown in some aspects, not being maintained well with regards to replacing light globes...my bathroom light was almost non existent and the switch in the bathroom for the light needs replacing. Bedside lighting does not work in the room and there was holes where a switch or something should have been. If you were to fix these concerns it would be much better.

Bed was hard as rock Room smelt Hotel in general smelt Paid for breakfast and the offerings were dismal For machine makes bitter robot coffee 3 condiments in total for both toast and pancakes

The hotel is in an excellent location right in the heart of Melbourne. Good value. While the room was clean, there were a few concerns that were reported to the front desk. The bathroom sink was about to fall off the wall and the bedroom lights were not working. If these were fixed, the stay could be better. Staff were friendly and helpful.

We live in Melbourne suburbs and were in the city for the New Year’s Eve so we wanted to stay overnight after the party before heading home in the morning. The rooms were nice and clean and the reception Laksh was there to check us in. He was very friendly and welcoming with good service attitude. Big thanks to Laksh for making this stay pleasurable.
