Location was great. The side of kitchen bench was dirty. Toilet roll holder in a shit position had to twist my body just to get a sheet.

Our experience was great. The bathrooms could have been cleaner and a male staff member on reception wasn’t overly welcoming however everyone else was lovely

Second time staying here and must say the facilities are more tired than I remember. Definitely needs an update. Also, requested 2 double beds but one room had 2 singles set up. More staff needed at check in and out time to help get people through quicker. Great location though.

The 2 bed, 2 bath apartment was very dated and not how it looked in the pictures. The balcony was about a foot deep so you could barely even stand on it. Bathrooms are in desperate need of a decent clean. Our room was right next to the elevators, one of these makes a horrific amount of noise which we heard all day and night. Housekeeping was strange, just changing bath mat and towel in one bathroom, taking the rubbish and doing nothing else? No dishcloth to wash anything up, milk in the fridge was half full and who knows how long it had been there for. Check in and check out process was slow.
