We had a fantastic stay in a 2 bedroom apartment. Close to so many of Melbourne's attractions yet it was a quiet sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle. Easy to park and then walk everywhere - CBD, Botanical gardens, Southbank, Arts Centre. Staff were lovely and helpful at all times.

We stayed one night in the city to attend a dinner, the room was very comfortable, staff very helpful. The hotel location suited our visit the the Melbourne CBD.

Shouldn’t have to pay for parking after paying $350 for a night. Very hard pillows so slept with nothing

Our experience while staying with you was positive but since we departed over 6 days ago the holding charge is still on our credit charge even though the actual charge was processed the day we left. I was told it would be released in a few days. The holding charge was supposed to be 100 and air some reason it is now the amount of the bill less $100. I have questioned it and was told it would be cleared in a few days. As mentioned previously it has been almost a week since we checked out.

Everyone was friendly and professional Apartment well equipped Only complaint would be the really uncomfortable pillows but we swapped them around and just about suited everyone. Aircon difficult to regulate Otherwise, excellent location. Walking distance to everything and apartment was very clean and had everything we needed

We were disappointed to find out that the restaurant wasn't open...eve for dinner. The website mentioned it was closed for breakfast, but to not have room service option available was a let down. We understand about the current situation, but it would have been professional to notify guests via email and potentially provide a coffee voucher or something similar. When we got into the room, we found that almost every surface has a thin layer of dust. We also found a pair of glasses in the room along with a texta and paper down the back of the couch. Also, the air con was very sensitive and kept giving us errors and stopped working. We had to turn on and off multiple times to get working. The staff member that came to help was very lovely and polite. Again, we understand that it's been difficult to hire staff, but we did expect the room to be clean. Which leads us to the dead cockroach, which was a very unwelcome swap from the more traditional mint on the pillow. Finally, one of the globes wasn't working in the main living area. I can appreciate what we've all been through both personally and from a business point of view, but we are a family of 6 and we don't have money to splash around which is what lead to us giving a rating of 3. We had hoped for a few things in our stay with Mantra and unfortunately were left disappointed by the room. The staff were lovely and professional and always politely helped. If I could rate the staff in a different scale I would have given them 9/10.

Great location clean and spacious rooms and always a pleasure to stay there. I have stayed at the Mantra on at least 10 occasions and have never had an experience that would convince no to return. Recommend it

Was a little dissapointed with this property as a Platinum Member was not offered an upgrade as I usually am, no complimentary drinks and no breakfast, all that is expected as a Platinum Member. Membership was not acknowledged by receptionist which is not normal, room was ok yet not what I usually see from Accor.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Mantra. The location was perfecf with walking distance to so many places. Things are not back to normal yet due ro covid but the staff could not be more accommodating and helpful.
