Dear Brett, Thank you for staying with us and for your feedback. We did have an emergency breakdown with the restaurant's air conditioning which involved a replacement unit. And, while we were able to provide standing fans, I am grateful that everything is now rectified. Thank you for informing me about the room air conditioner. As they are all independent units, I will ask our onsite maintenance team to check the room unit. We will stive for a better stay experience and hope you will consider staying with us again.
