Dear Trevor, Thank you for your honest feedback. I'm very sorry that your stay fell short, especially with the housekeeping service. I can understand how disappointing it would be to return to your room and find that the bed hadn't been made and towels hadn't been refreshed after being advised this would be attended to. While I'm pleased our team looked after you as best they could, I appreciate that the overall experience, including breakfast and the limited services available, left you feeling let down.
