Kids loved it! Mostly a good stay + a few issues

We travelled with two young kids (5 and 6) and found the location to be a quick and easy walk to everything we needed (southbank, small grocery store, city circle tram, gallery, botanical gardens). The staff were excellent and very helpful with all of our questions and issues. Unfortunately we had some minor issues with the room, including the dryer being broken. We were offered the use of a dryer in an alternative room though, however this wouldn't have worked for us. The king bed kept splitting in to 2, and the fold out sofa for the kids was on an odd angle- however the kids didn't even notice. Despite these downsides we had a good time. The place was clean and functional, and the pool was a big hit! FYI the pool is 1.06m deep everywhere. One of my kids could stand up, the other was too short- but could easily stand up in the spa!

Great family hotel in a central location. Walking distance to all the city offers. Reasonably priced. There is some wear and tear and could do with a refresh.

great location, beds not ideal, pull out sofa should be free... it was terrible. Rooms need a good clean

breakfast was good. facilities were good. Room needed a good clean, Pull out sofa needed to be replaced as the mattress was totally worn out. not enough hot water for a family of 6, maybe the 2 bedroom rooms could get a bigger hot water unit. No dish cloth in kitchen was a bit stingy, hard to wipe down benches with a pot scourer.

APARTMENT QUITE OUTDATED, PHONE SERVICE WAS NOT AVAILABLE, WHICH WAS NOT FIXED DURING OUR TWO DAY STAY.
