Room temp too cold. Poor breakfast offering and 1 lift not working was frustrating. Pool was tired and sauna avg heat. No real care for platinum status and whilst the hotel being empty no late checkout of 4pm offered even though platinum accor. Have also emailed regarding a charger we left with zero response. Poor service

Great staff, very welcoming and very helpful Unfortunately bath clogged up when showering and does need updating
