Probably the worst hotel out of Southbank precinct

Everything was old, from bed, furniture, carpet to toilets etc. Fridge was not functional and our fresh fruits went stale. Exhaust fan was all greasy. Exhaust cover fell off when I tried to use it. Swimming pool was large and good but jacuzzi pool looked unhygienic.

Stayed 2 nights in a 2 bedroom apartment for the AFL grand final weekend. Great location, friendly staff that try to accommodate requests. Restaurant that was connected only does breakfast, higher rating would have been given if they opened for dinner and/or drinks

Rooms very tired. Need some upgrades. Lamp in bedroom fused, no electricity to the points. Cracked tiles in kitchen and bathroom.
