We had a great stay in well appointed rooms. Fabulous location for a girls weekend catch-up. 2 br apartment was great for the 4 of us to sit and chat and easy access to city, gardens and gallery. Staff were super friendly.

Overall, our experience at your hotel has been extremely disappointing and extremely expensive given the quality of the room provided to us for our stay along with the additional expense of a bond being required. The room required us to request a bedside table lamp along with a stool for the table in the lounge area. It was extremely noisey, whether that was from your air conditioning ducts? We heard a constant hum throughout the night. The bathroom is well overdue for an update with the shower in the bath creating a safety hazard with the tap protruding from the wall and the towel rail falling off the wall. For the money, we will not be staying at the Mantra Southbank again and will stay at the Langham instead which was the same price with no bond required.

My stay was good except my room was facing a busy street so noise was annoying at night. I did make use of the earplugs that were in the bathroom. Next time I’ll request a room away from busy street but otherwise a nice comfortable stay

We really enjoyed our stay at The Mantra, location was great for shopping and dining. The pool and spa area was amazing and kept the kids entertained. Generously sized 2 bedroom appartments.

Aircon struggled to warm up the room. No housekeeping even though I stayed for 4 nights. Road noise was very intrusive.
