The hotel itself is lovely, staff are nice. However, my room had no oven and a dishwasher that didn't work. I wasn't informed about this before my stay. This made cooking and eating in my room more difficult.

Great outlook on the NGV Spacious two bedroom unit Comfortable beds

Location was great. The side of kitchen bench was dirty. Toilet roll holder in a shit position had to twist my body just to get a sheet.

Our experience was great. The bathrooms could have been cleaner and a male staff member on reception wasn’t overly welcoming however everyone else was lovely
