Great location, staff helpful, very tired facilities - we had a lot of cracked tiles in our apartment and also dated furniture. I left earrings and staff found them they said they will call me back to arrange shipment but have not yet done this. I will have to make third follow up call.....

Fairly comfortable, however there was issues with the balcony door not shutting properly leaving cold air, as well as no extra blankets or pillows, the body wash and shampoo was also watered down which meant we couldn't shower properly, there was also no complementary such as slippers, drinks etc which I've heard from others that they have received. However breakfast was awesome location was great and service was lovely
