Regarding checking in staff isn't trained enough and waited for a long time to chcek in asked for receipt they can't provid me a hard copy of the eft. Took ages

I apologise for the delays experienced during check in and for the cleanliness concerns raised. Regarding your request for a receipt, as your booking included multiple apartments, a final tax invoice could not be provided until check out once all charges had been finalised. I apologise if this was not clearly explained. I also note your comments regarding missed items during servicing and will share this feedback with our housekeeping team. The staff were absolutely lovely, there was a fella at reception who was just a lovely guy and so nice to us.
