Everything tidy and clean. Bit of road traffic noise but great spot walking distance to Southbank and Yarra River. Would be good if the restaurant served dinner etc and not only breakfast.

I had a 2 night stay and it was terriffic. The staff were so helpful, my bag was misplaced at the airport and was delivered to the hotel late in the evening. As arranged, reception sent me a text so say it had arrived. Breakfast was excellent and the room was great!
