It wasn’t horrible but wasn’t amazing. I noticed all sorts of little things broken around the place as well as an elevator which was concerning and the hotel room we book also was meant to have a tv, which it did but nothing was working on it “technical issues” reception said which was just disappointing. So I would come back just because it’s easy to get around and it’s clean and nice but there were just mini things very annoying. But I know for next time to bring a laptop to watch something on

Our maintenance team has since inspected the unit, and they discovered that a loose wire was likely the cause of the issue. Well located and close walking distance to crown, aquarium, etc. room was neat and tidy, bathroom was a bit outdated. Breakfast was a bit disappointing for the cost - cold coffee and not a lot of variety. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

Staff were welcoming and very helpful. We received an upgrade and the rooms were fresh and inviting. The Accor App was confusing as it showed a restaurant and bar. On arrival the restaurant was only for breakfast and no bar which was disappointing as we wanted to sit in the bar and relax in the afternoon. Location was great but we did book and only stayed on the presumption from the Accor app that the restaurant and bar was available at any time. On looking at the notes it did say breakfast only which in that case we would have stayed at the Mecure but made me more aware to read or contact directly for clarification so a good lesson for me as I only book through yea Accor app.
