Housekeeping was poor, as platinum members we expected to have our bed made and towels changed when we had an overnight stay. when I called reception at midday they said they would make the bed once they had made up all the rooms, unfortunately housekeeping only emptied the rubbish bin, the bed was not made up and towels not refreshed. At 4pm when I returned to my room I spoke to the desk and was told the housekeeping had gone home for the day. Also there was a dirty used towel from a previous guest hanging in a cupboard in the kitchen when we checked in. We were given a complimentary coffee when I later queried why we were not given a complimentary welcome drink when we arrived. Staff were extremely nice but Hotel service was lacking. The breakfast area was not very nice and we were offered a chair at the bar to eat our breakfast. The All Accor app does not describe this Hotel well or that it has limited services. Don't think I will stay at this Hotel again.
