Did I tell the location was fantastic? We felt comfortable, slept well in super comfy beds, roomy room, lovely staff, but the BEST part of our (1st) trip to melbourne was that our hotel for a very short stroll to trams (free in the city!), trains (wherever you want to go), outlet shopping, every type of takeaway you would ever want, and flinders street station with all the shopping, 1 short tram trip away. We travelled around melbourne, just by walking out

It’s a nice small Hotel. It’s tired though. The staff are professional and friendly. The rooms facing Spencer St could do with some extra glazed windows to block out some of the noise. I will say the bathroom in the room I was given had a huge bath! Wow!
