It was an unexpected surprise, the room and bathroom was spacious and terrific. I like the ambiance and character of the hotel, dont lose the feel of yesterday in the shared areas. The restaurant meal and breakfast choice was great. Most importantly the bed was comfortable. I have already recommended this hotel to my work colleagues. The bathroom was terrific and the bedroom interior design was really nicely done. If I was to make recommendations these are; a sign on the wall showing where the point is when the roller door to the basement will open when dring to the basement to park. Better painted signs directing which way to go (to the right) to park the car. Include in the instructions about the location of nearby secure parking in Flinders lane as a second option). In the lifts there could be a sign- swipe here- I had to figure out where to swipe the card. A coat hanger feel apart in my hand. It was a cheaply made one. This has become my favourite hotel in Melbourne.
