The hotel was well situated. The staff were efficient and friendly. All interactions with reception, housekeeping and catering staff were all positive and helpful. The only very very very small “complaint” was the restaurant/room service not available on Sunday.

The building was nice. The bathrooms were updated and clean. However they did not have a fan in them? Which makes the mirror fog and room steamy. The website didn't have a menu to look at, nor did the rooms. So we ended up eating elsewhere instead of getting room service. Shouldn't have to go to the lobby to look at the menu. I also did not appreciate having to pay a service fee to book this room. 1000 dollars and i have to pay a fee to an online portal to pay? Hell no. I stayed in Accor hotels in Bali that didn't require a payment fee. The staff were friendly and the breakfast buffet was nice.

No problems whatsoever. Bathroom a bit on the small side. And the room was a bit cold so we had to call the front desk for extra blankets. Overall though great value for the money.
