The WORST customer service I have ever relieved. Arrived at hotel booked in, got keys and went to our rooms.( 1 bed apartment & standard room) I went downs to go and see the other people I traveled with. When I got down to front desk the people I was travelling with were sitting on the lounge and had been there for about ten minutes. I asked why they were there. they explained they went to the room they were given the key to, when they opened the door there was mans shoes and luggage sitting on the floor. And my sister had been accused of going into the wrong room????? How can you go into the wrong room when they issue and activate the key? I asked to speak to the manager who finally came out after ten minutes. no fussed, not in any rush and felt he thought the situation was funny.( One of the rudest man I have ever met) while waiting a man came down very upset about no towels in his room and some other things. after half an hour he offered the two bed apartment for the NEXT NIGHT and could only offer a standard room for the people who were booked into a one bed apartment. The next day my sister and mother said they didn't want to pack up and move for one night. I asked for the manager to call me left all details 4 days later I still haven't heard from Shane. We where not even offered a complementary drink for the major mistake they had made.

Bin overflowing due to no daily housekeeping

Three night stay and they failed to do housekeeping for the whole stay. On the last evening I went to reception to ask for fresh towels. They said it was normal for rooms to be serviced late afternoon which does not suit when you’ve been out all day and want to relax in your room before dinner. Not good enough. Clearly they have cut housekeeping staff and do not employ enough to service all rooms in a timely manner.

I found it wasn't noisy maybe windows double glazed ? The reception staff very obliging and friendly the room excellent l don't do online so it was refreshing to just ring and book over the phone
