Stayed for a business trip, booked 2 rooms with 2 car spots. No information for the car parking and had to call 4 times to clarify how to go about the parking. Reception staff quite frankly were unwelcoming and cold, and not clear English speaking. Had to call twice when in the carpark to receive the code, just overall was a lot harder than it needed to be. Room had a smell, and odd layout. If I didn’t book the room next door, I’d be concerned due to there being 2 see through doors that can be seen from each room.

The hotel is literally across southern cross station which is the best, and staff are all friendly and helpful, they helped my partner do his tie and offered us a safety pin so it doesn’t move around. Thanks everyone for a delightful stay

The room was a bit small and the bed kept moving every time I moved or went to sit on it the kettle and the cups need to be bigger

Our second stay here staff are awesome location couldn’t be better rooms are clean though starting yo get alitte Tied we had a room with kitchen which was ideal and the bar lady makes a mean expresso martini will definitely stay again

Good hotel room for one person two it would be squishy ! Towels could do with an upgrade as they are very thin and hard
