Please be assured that we take such matters seriously, as the proper operation of guest key systems is fundamental to both comfort and security. Your comments have been duly noted and will be reviewed with the relevant departments to ensure appropriate preventative measures and service improvements are considered and implemented where necessary. We further acknowledge your concern regarding the unavailability of room service on Sunday. While certain operational adjustments to food and beverage services may occur on designated days in accordance with our established service schedule and operational requirements, we regret any inconvenience this may have caused during your stay.
