We love staying at BHOC it's a great place. Although when receiving a late checkout we are always interrupted by house keeping well before our checkout time to ask if we are ready to leave even though we have asked at check in if they could let house keeping know. My only gripe otherwise we love staying here, it's our favourite hotel

I had a very pleasant stay at Batman's Hill Hotel. The location is excellent, with easy access to transport and nearby attractions. The amenities were more than adequate and met all my needs. Well located and comfortable. Unfortunately my room had a smell like there may have been an issue with the plumbing. This did dissipate after a while.

The location was awesome with trams right outside and southern cross station which was very convenient for us to get around the city. Our room was for 5 people and was the perfect space for accommodating all of us comfortably. Very reasonably priced as well.

Only minor complaint was lugging cases up entry steps then in and out of lift to get to reception. Guy at reception very welcoming, gave us free upgrade to balcony due to my own stuff up with booking. Good price.

We gad roughly 30 rooms booked, executive list given for President and CEO, we had the worst rooms. Requested a change and staff totally unhelpful. We had a small room with a small window that looked at a wall less than a meter away! Staff were rude to our guests on several occasions. At one point 3 of our guests were enjoying a drink, 2 others went to join them and they were told no, bar doesn’t open till 5!! Think they forgot that they served others just prior. Silver member and gold member drinks not offered, on app or physical cards for those who couldn’t log into the app.
