There are 2 things everybody should prefer when staying at hotels. Comfortable beds and a good shower. This hotel had neither. Queen beds that were Literally 60cm (yes i measured it) from the wall on all 3 sides. The door to the room couldnt close because it hit the bed. Room way too small ! The shower was a small rain shower head with no pressure. We stayed in the 2bed 2bath room thinking i would have extra space, but not really. Breakfast was ok. Paid for specialty coffee but was very very poor, undrinkable. Used the free auto coffee machine next morning and it was better. Still made us pay for the coffee's. Service from the staff were good. Overall with uncomfortable beds, no pressure showers and terrible coffee, wont be staying here again.

The apartments are well-located close to Crown and Southbank restaurants and bars. Our room overlooked a busy street and freeway but the noise was minimal. The room was clean and comfortable but not wow. Buffet breakfast was excellent.

Had a really nice stay and have been welcomed by a very lovely receptionist -Ashley who made the check in very smooth as well as providing info in the area. Rooms were serviced well and everything you need is pretty much already there. Only downside to the aircon/heater is that the temperature only goes up to 25 degrees and with all the windows, did not make the room any warmer. Breakfast was average compared to all the other Accor places I’ve been and could definitely add more options such as fresh fruits and real fruit juices, it was otherwise quite nice as everything was hot and fresh. Another thing is that the pool was meant to be heated, but they actually felt like a cold plunge. All amenities are otherwise well maintained. I would definitely consider staying here again as it’s away from the hustle and bustle of the city but close enough for walking and public transport.
