The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable, and the food was excellent throughout our stay. That said, a few of the advertised inclusions were missing. The in-room stay guide indicated that items such as a hair straightener and a stocked mini bar were included, but neither was available. While these are relatively small details, they did detract from the premium experience, particularly given the cost of the Penthouse. Overall, we had a great stay and would consider returning. With a little more attention to the finer details and ensuring all advertised amenities are provided, the experience would better match the price point.

The water pressure for the shower was not great, and the temperature was inconsistent which meant that you had to keep adjusting the taps. This made it difficult to have a comfortable shower. The parking options weren't great either. not being able to valet park a larger car is not good. Maybe you could offer Valet still and use the Crown Casino Car park and have your staff go and collect the car and bring it back. i would have still paid the $60 for valet to not have to park the car myself instead of saving the $35.
