It was well located but the room was small. Would like shelving/drawers in the wardrobe to unpack suitcases. 7 days living out of 4 suitcases was very annoying. Unit was very tidy and well equipped though.

I had a disappointing stay at Shadow Play Melbourne by Peppers. They charged us a fee for the key card, which isn’t something I’ve encountered at other hotels—especially since most places just ask you to leave the card in the room upon checkout. What’s worse, this fee wasn’t mentioned at check-in. The 2-bedroom unit felt very ordinary and definitely did not match 5-star standards. Overall, I D.’t think I’ll be coming back or recommending this property. If you do stay here, be extra careful not to lose your key cards.
