Excellent welcome to the hotel when we arrived. Were given a complimentary bottle of champagne to celebrate our daughters university graduation which was greatly appreciated. Excellent location to the convention centre and restaurants at Crown/Southbank area. Easy tram ride into the city. Bathrooms are quite small and lack storage. Also the water temperatures in both showers was very difficult to control and went hot and cold. Breakfast in the restaurant downstairs was excellent. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Your staff were lovely and were above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. I would have give a 10, if it hadn’t had been for the awful beds and showers. Beds in both rooms were uncomfortable, rolled around every time you moved and we all had awful sleeps for our entire stay. The showers were equally as awful. Either burning hot, or freezing cold with no in between. Was such a let down, because everything else was excellent.

Well appointed rooms but so small you can’t even open a suitcase on the floor. Very cramped for a family stay with two children and multiple bags.

Hotel has perfect location just beside Crown casino and easy access to everywhere in town. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are in spacious, clean and modern. The included Breakfast has quite a few different option for every taste.
