Our issues started upon arrival. We were kept waiting as it was a busy check in period. Then we were told we should have called ahead for valet parking despite receiving texts about its availability that day. We had to park at Crown 10 minutes away after they attempted to park our car and found our car too big for the one remaining sedan spot. Following this we were told our room was not available and waited an hour in their lounge which in other5 star hotel is rare but usually would prompt provision of food or beverages. The room itself was satisfactory but the bathrooms were small and the shower was extremely small and poorly designed. An adult does not fit in the shower without touching the wall on the other side or knocking their arm on the rack inside the shower. Overall, even though any one of those points doesn’t sound like much, combined it created a very unsatisfactory stay. Especially for the price tag.

It was a tiny pool looked way bigger in photos. Room had good amenities but couldn’t sleep due to amount of noise from outside traffic
