Lovely staff, excellent restaurant

Dear Mariarosa, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for your kind comments regarding our team and restaurant, we truly appreciate it. Please accept our sincere apologies for the unpleasant odour you experienced on Level 8. This was caused by an unexpected plumbing blockage, which is something we rarely encounter. As soon as the issue was brought to our attention, our housekeeping and maintenance teams were contacted immediately and worked promptly to resolve the matter. The area was thoroughly treated, and the issue has since been rectified. We are also sorry to hear about the difficulty regulating the shower taps and appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as it allows us to follow up and address maintenance concerns more effectively. Your feedback regarding breakfast selection has also been noted and shared with the relevant team. Lovely, well appointed two bed apartment. Staff very welcoming and check in very smooth. Rancid smell in hallway that lasted whole three night stay. They were trying to clean and cover the smell but it was pervasive. The staff said it was due to one day or 37° heat which is difficult to understand. Beyond that, the design of the bathroom is the worst I have had in a hotel or apartment. Absolutely tiny despite the apartment being very spacious with lots of unused space. Literally zero bench space in bathroom just a basin with no bench. Tiny awkward shower. Total design fail with no consideration for the guest. Will never stay again nor recommend because of terrible bathroom design.

We appreciate that the design may not suit everyone’s personal preference. We also apologise for the challenges you experienced with WiFi and in-room information. Instructions are usually provided by our reception team, and our reception team is always available to assist with any queries, we regret this wasn’t more accessible during your stay. Queen bed took up just about the entire room. 4th floor smelled like the garbage shoot was blocked.
