Conveniently located in the corner of Jalan Alor which is good for food but access can be challenging at night especially if you arrive after 5pm and the surrounding streets can be blocked to allow street vendors to setup their shops. This happens everyday and Friday till weekend is all blocked. Noise from outside can be barely heard in the larger room facing the street but a light sleeper would want to avoid this. Staffs were friendly and accommodating. The hotel has lack of basic amenities including hair dryer that we have to return regardless of the time as other guests were waiting to use it and it was past midnight when the security guard knocked on our door! We didn’t try breakfast as it was quite pricey but plenty of options outside hotel. Overall it was a good stay, bed was comfortable and has extra pillows.

不是很愉快第一：前台拉卡机无法使用银联卡，也不能使用支付宝，导致我出门去atm机拿现金，周五500米都没有可以使用银联卡的atm机，导致我来回跑了30分钟去拿现金第二：空调有问题，自动调节20度，半夜很冷，我调整到25度，然后过了2秒，又自动调整到20度，第三天我实在无法忍受，打电话给前台，前台调整了，让我可以控制空调温度，为什么空调温度的控制要给前台打电话才能控制呢。对于此，我觉得实在是让我对宜必思的服务无法理解。Not very pleased. First: The card reader at the front desk could not process UnionPay cards, nor did it support Alipay. As a result, I had to go out to an ATM to withdraw cash. On Friday, there was no ATM within 500 meters that accepted UnionPay cards, forcing me to spend 30 minutes running back and forth to get cash. Second: There was an issue with the air conditioning. It automatically adjusted to 20 degrees, making it very cold in the middle of the night. When I adjusted it to 25 degrees, it automatically reverted to 20 degrees after just two seconds. On the third day, I could no longer bear it and called the front desk. The staff then adjusted it so that I could control the temperature. Why should controlling the air conditioning temperature require calling the front desk? Because of these issues, I find it really hard to understand the service at Ibis.
