We are truly sorry to learn that this recent stay did not meet the expectations you have come to associate with Ibis, Mercure, Novotel, and Pullman hotels. Please accept our sincere apologies for the disappointing experience you encountered. We regret to hear about the cleanliness issue with the duvet, especially after a replacement was provided. This is certainly not the standard we aim to maintain, and your comments have been shared with our housekeeping team for immediate review and improvement. We are also sorry that the water sink issue persisted despite repair attempts. We understand how frustrating this must have been during your stay, and the matter has been escalated to our engineering team for further inspection and proper rectification. Most importantly, we apologise for the dissatisfaction regarding the room change arrangement and any additional charge incurred. We understand your frustration, particularly given the circumstances, and your feedback has been shared with the relevant management team for review to ensure better handling of similar situations in the future. Thank you once again for bringing these matters to our attention.
