The staff were polite and efficient and the rooms were clean tidy and comfortable. When you went out umbrellas were available if raining.

I used to book Ibis, Mercure, Novotel, Pullman through travel agents for travel and business. This was my first time to book Ibis through All Accor. It was my worst experience with Ibis. 1. Inner duvet was dirty, even it was exchanged. 2. Water sink was still leakage, even repaired. 3. I requested to change room. Your staff charged me. If you want, I can share you photos.

We are truly sorry to learn that this recent stay did not meet the expectations you have come to associate with Ibis, Mercure, Novotel, and Pullman hotels. Please accept our sincere apologies for the disappointing experience you encountered. We regret to hear about the cleanliness issue with the duvet, especially after a replacement was provided. This is certainly not the standard we aim to maintain, and your comments have been shared with our housekeeping team for immediate review and improvement. We are also sorry that the water sink issue persisted despite repair attempts. We understand how frustrating this must have been during your stay, and the matter has been escalated to our engineering team for further inspection and proper rectification. Most importantly, we apologise for the dissatisfaction regarding the room change arrangement and any additional charge incurred. We understand your frustration, particularly given the circumstances, and your feedback has been shared with the relevant management team for review to ensure better handling of similar situations in the future. Thankful that the hotel upgraded my room to a slightly bigger room as i was travelling with my aged parents and the ample space really makes a difference! The hotel is conveniently situated along Jalan Alor street, plenty of food options and surrounding shopping malls!
