I had a wonderful stay at Pavilion Hotel Kuala Lumpur in December 2025, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The service across the hotel was outstanding—professional, attentive, and genuinely warm. Every staff member I encountered was courteous and eager to help, which made my stay both comfortable and memorable. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Kuala Lumpur with easy access to shopping, dining, and major attractions—perfect for both business and leisure travelers. A special and heartfelt thank you to Rashid at the Channa Roti stand. He consistently went the extra mile and delivered exceptional service with a genuine smile and great energy. Those small, thoughtful touches really made a difference.

The room smell good with their candle and after going out the room service will provide you extra mineral water beside your bed, which is a good experience to have this service.

We booked the Club City Oasis Twin Room and absolutely loved our stay at the Pavillion Hotel! The entire team, especially the wonderful staff at the Club Lounge, made our experience truly memorable with their outstanding professionalism and warm hospitality. A huge shout-out to Teven, who went above and beyond when our tour transport was suddenly cancelled. Thanks to his quick thinking and incredible support, we didn’t have to change a single thing in our tight schedule and were still able to enjoy our plans exactly as hoped. Teven and the team truly made our stay exceptional and unforgettable. Highly recommended!
