JEFFREY , concierge was very friendly , helpful. Took our luggage down and called a grab to the airport and also to SOGO MALL. WE REQUESTED FOR THE NEWSPAPER , but the runner was not around , at least on our last day we managed to have it. Room service , house keeping and reception services were also tip top. Overall experience. Very good would come back again next trip.

I had an excellent stay at Pavilion Hotel Kuala Lumpur.I stayed in the *Club City Oasis King Room*, which was beautifully appointed, spacious, and comfortable — perfect for both relaxing and working. The amenities were top-notch, especially the *Club Lounge access* that included a delicious and diverse *breakfast spread* and *evening cocktails* with a great selection of food and drinks. The *staff were incredibly kind, professional, and always helpful.* A special mention to the team at the *Club Lounge*, who were exceptionally warm and attentive. *Huge thanks to Hafiza and Fazali* for going the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect during my stay. Their hospitality made all the difference. Highly recommended!

Great hotel with good accessibility to Pavilion mall. Just take the elevators down to shopping heaven. Pavilion mall itself has a great selection of brands for various budgets - luxury to mid-range. Daily buffet breakfast is good, with highlight being the roti chanai station. Ratish makes very good rotis that are soft; and catered to my order of double egg and double plaster - 4 eggs on a prata haha Hotel’s gym and pool are also good to keep yourself fit amongst all the eating. All in all a good hotel to visit

The service across the hotel was outstanding—professional, attentive, and genuinely warm. Every staff member I encountered was courteous and eager to help, which made my stay both comfortable and memorable. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Kuala Lumpur with easy access to shopping, dining, and major attractions—perfect for both business and leisure travelers. A special and heartfelt thank you to Rashid at the Channa Roti stand. He consistently went the extra mile and delivered exceptional service with a genuine smile and great energy. Those small, thoughtful touches really made a difference.
