Amazing views and great vibes for the rooftop. On level 57, as we entered, Crystal was on the desk. She was unbelievably helpful in organising a business call for me. Crystal went above and beyond to make a perfect evening in the sky in Kuala Lumpur. THANK YOU Crystal <3 and the staff on level 53 too

Excellent hospitality and prompt room service! Nice city view from our room type -Sky signature Retreat. Breakfast included is by per order but quite a good variety. After breakfast, you can go restaurant outdoor to snap a few photos with background of KL Petronas Twin towers .Overall is good except for one of the basins was choked and there was slight drainage odour from the bathroom

The rooms are rly nice but the most impressive thing was the service. They live to make sure u are treated right. The staff take pride in what they do. I'm so impressed. The breakfast was also great. I'm not a fan of semi buffets but this hits the mark. The nasi lemak is as good as the shops in kl.

Excellent service, excellent accommodations, good food at the restaurant. Everyone there was very interested in my comfort and my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again the next time I visit. A great place to stay while visiting this beautiful city.

The bed was huge! Hotel room was huge anf the room smelt great! Great location as well! Sheltered connection to pavilion and near to a lot of shopping malls. 30 mins drive to a lot of near by malls! Malls were great for kids with lots of playground and activity for them.
