I want to appreciate the impressive services that I received at Banyan Tree Kuala Lumpur and deliver my thankfulness to the people and staffs working at the Hotel. Actually, the great services began when I contacted the Hotel to make reservation. She, April at the Hotel was really responsive and provided quick response, which allowed me to quickly finalize the itinerary including arrangement transportation from the airport to the Hotel. Upon arrival at late night time, it seemed like we were the last for check-in for the day. At the front door of the Hotel, the doorman asked to check my name and guided us to the lobby for quick check-in. It was quite impressive the doorman remember my last name and waiting for us. During stay at the Hotel for four days, I and my wife visited the breakfast restaurant for three days. In there, Shannon provided careful care for me and my wife including small talks to make us comfortable. She also introduced Dana Kim seconded to Kuala Lumpur from Korea to deeply take care of any requests we might have by facilitating the communication in Korean. When we checked out, Izat at the reception desk, kindly responded all the inquiries we had regarding transportation and etc. Finally, it was greatly helpful that he came down to the gate to help us grab the taxi and load the carriers. He was with us until we got the taxi. All the services provided from booking to check-out made me and my wife so comfortable and feel like we should come back again in the near future. I want to thank you again to all the staffs at the hotel showing us warm hospitality and smiling face including staffs I didn't know the name as I couldn't even ask their names. Sincerely, Mr.Park

This hotel would always pop out whenever you'd google "best hotel in KL", at the very least in the top 10 list. Naturally I was intrigued. Not being a stranger to hotels in KL, I'm curious as to how good this establishment really is. So made a reservation for a weekend stay to put my curiosity to rest. The parking is a little confusing, as it is shared with some of the residence parking as well. Was told by the front entrance attendant that greeted us and took our luggage, that the lobby is at the 53rd floor. I love that there's always someone I'm guessing who's job is to solely greet people coming off the elevator at this 53rd floor. During check-in, it was handled by a receptionist, Lily, who explained to us everything there is to know for our stay. Check-in, was indeed a doddle. As we were quite early in the day, our room isn't ready. No matter because I was planning to go have lunch at Pavilion Mall anyways, and this hotel having a skyway connection to it, makes it so convenient. After lunch, got into our room, and it was lovely. The décor is to my liking, the en suite is huge, the shower bath tub area especially, I absolutely adore that. Also, that fancy shower spray is a godsent, making me wish I have one in my home shower as well. And something I don't experience alot in other hotels, they let you choose between various incense and aromatic oils during check-in, and they will lit this up during turning down time, so your room would smell nice when you sleep. Unfortunately though, I didn't get to experience the very famous Vertigo rooftop bar that night, as it was raining quite heavily the entire night. The highlight for me is the breakfast service. It is served semi-buffet, meaning that there's some item you can have in the conventional buffet style, whilst some you order from the menu. Everything was absolutely fantastic, and our servers were so attentive, made the experience so very memorable. One of the best hotel breakfast I experienced in KL. All in all, I now understand why this establishment pops out at every single top hotels in KL list. It is one of the best KL has to offer.

Celebrated Mother’s Day lunch at Banyan Tree KL and it was absolutely wonderful. The city skyline views were stunning, the ambiance was calm and elegant, and the food was beautifully presented and delicious. The staff made us feel so welcomed and special throughout. A perfect place to pamper mom and enjoy a relaxing, memorable afternoon. Highly recommended for special occasions.

Amazing two nights in KL

This is an impeccable hotel. The service and attention to detail are second to none. Our Signature Sky Retreat had amazing views of KL Tower and also Petronas Towers off to the side (room 5620). The food, views and drinks at Verigo Bar on level 59 were a real highlight of our stay in KL. The location is great with easy access to Pavillion shopping centre and Bukit Bintang.

Our stay at Banyan Tree Kuala Lumpur was exceptional overall. The setting is outstanding, with breathtaking views of the city, and the room was modern, spacious, and beautifully designed—perfect for a luxurious escape. Most of the staff were attentive and professional, delivering the high standard you’d expect from a hotel of this level. However, our arrival experience fell short. We were met by a rude staff member who impatiently told our driver to move on while we were still paying, and no one assisted us with unloading or collecting our luggage. It was an unwelcoming first impression that didn’t reflect the rest of the stay. That said, the hotel itself is excellent and well worth visiting—but greater attention to arrival and departure service would truly elevate the experience.
