We sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you experienced during your visit. It is disappointing to learn that we did not meet your expectations in several areas. Please accept our apologies for the delay in responding to your request for additional toilet paper. We understand how frustrating this must have been, and we will review our response procedures with the team to ensure guest requests are handled more promptly. We also regret the inconvenience caused by the replenishment delays of certain breakfast items. Your comments have been shared with our Food & Beverage team to improve monitoring and replenishment during peak breakfast periods. Regarding room servicing, we apologize that housekeeping did not attend to your room in a timely manner on several occasions.
