AC in the room is warm although already set for full blast fan and minimum temperature. The pillow is quite thin and only provide 1 each. No extra pillow is provided. No tidbits provided for accor gold card holder.

As we were quarantined we can't say much regarding the location or hotel facilities. However, the staff was helpful and responsive despite the huge amount of quarantine guests they had to manage. The room could have been a bit cleaner.

Not really good experience. customer service not upto level and need to request multiple times and no clear instruction between staffs who will be servicing the requested needs. Food options are not really sufficient enough to order by Customer.

Food was good Cleanliness was good. Problems- tried calling reception for few information and for changing bed linens etc but they didn’t answer calls 95 percentage of the time. That was really inconvenient. Once I got locked out of my room after going for my PCR test and the card wouldn’t work and there was no way to contact reception. There should be someone available to answer our calls during the quarantine as there could be an emergency situation.

Other than room phon not working, I think it was a pleasant stay. On 31 March & 1 April, no one picked up the receptionist mobile phone. For guest like me whom room phone does not work, this is frustrating. Also, I have made calls (twice) to inform receptionist that my room phone does not work, anything please contact my mobile. This was not communicated to anyone (inclusive of the team who inform guest of their Covid test results).

Wasted Money For Quarantine Premium Package

The Premium Package stated Upgraded 3 meals but I can't feel it. Sometimes I can't believe the foods provided make any different with Standard Package. If that's the upgraded meal then I wonder what is the Standard Package meal they get. The room itself is fine but a lot of ants. Currently there is a construction on going next to the hotel. So it may not suit for those sleep late. I stayed at corner room, the WiFi is lousy. Sometimes the movie can't stream smooth. I would not choose this to be my quarantine hotel next time if go for Premium Package.

the FnB service was terrible.. I texted the coordinator for fresh milk instead of soy milk in the morning. They agreed and they continued to provide me with soy milk and no one replied my msgs. If I was told it wasn't possible I couldn't have gotten it from the mart. It was very upsetting. room was clean and extremely comfortable. Other than that I was very comfortable and I received other amenities promptly.

I WANTED to stay at this hotel. It has the nicest rooms in its class - and better rooms than some hotels a class above it. The rooms are well designed with excellent desk space, plenty of electrical outlets, and bedside table space. The rooms are clean. The showers are brilliant. And every room I've been in at this hotel has had incredible views of the Petronas Twin Towers. The pool is small but relaxing, at least when it isn't full of people swimming in their underwear (it could do with more supervision if only to make sure there are plenty of pool towels). BUT... on my first stay, after I got trapped in Malaysia unable to return home to Thailand, in April, we were given less than 24 hours notice that the hotel was becoming a government quarantine center and that we would be moved to a less-nice hotel for the remainder of the stay we paid for. Ok - extraordinary times and all that - I get it, I accept it. When I finally had the opportunity to return in July, both 7-day and 30-day long stay packages were being offered, so I expected there should be no problem with my stay. After a few days there, I was given less than 12 hours notice that I had to leave the hotel due to it becoming a quarantine center again. They offered to put me on a "green zone" floor but the pool and gym were to be closed. I had taken a 7-day package and was on the cusp of getting a 30-day package, both requiring prepayment. What if I had done the latter? I'd have been screwed. I've been living in hotels for over 4 months now. I have to budget very carefully. Why are they offering these long stay packages if they knew this was possible? They had to have known. Now I am at the nearby Novotel which is crappy. I just can't give a good review while they are bringing in guests, and worse, selling pre-paid long-stay packages, despite the possibility of this happening.

We are very sorry for having to make you relocate twice. Both times when we had to be converted to a Quarantine Centre was due to a request from our governmental bodies who needed us to accommodate quarantine guests due to our hotel having a larger inventory. When we had the long-stay packages running, the government has stated that people returning to Malaysia were to quarantine themselves in their own homes. However, upon seeing the number of infections rise, our government has decided to instill the quarantine centres once again and that's when we were called upon. We truly apologize for this and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again once the situation improves itself. we thank you for your patience with us and we look forward to having you here in the future! PS: You'd definitely be refunded fully if you chose to book the long-stay package with us as our guests are not at fault :)

I am very sad. This hotel completely disappointed me. In my bathroom there were stains and hair on the walls. There were numerous spots on the walls of the room. Dust was on the table and the head of the bed. The panoramic window that was supposed to be the highlight of my evening was in dirty spots. The staff in the lobby responded positively to my comments on housekeeping. But what was my disappointment when, after returning to my room, I found the same stains and dust. This is the dirtiest ibis I have stayed in. I am extremely disappointed.
