Pleasant staff at reception, tv doesn't work, not user friendly, no programme on shows, morning breakfast was chaotic, due to understaff, and fully book rooms, seems business are good.

Would prefer if the main restaurant features ala carte items and not just buffet

The room is exceptionally large and it’s the first time that I have seen a floor-to-top window that can actually get the whole city view (When staying at an ibis property). I’ll give a 9 for the view and an 8 for the room and amenities. Nice location, you can just walk around 15 mins to the Petronas Twin Towers, and around 10 min walk to the MRT station. You can get groceries easily because there’s a convenience store across the road. The pool is kinda small and constantly packed with people, it’s hard to find a spot to sit or lay down. Sound blocking is not good but acceptable. I can hear elevators’ ding when the room is quiet. Limited F&B options: they only serve snacks and basic western & Asian dishes at rooftop restaurant, and only buffet lunch/dinner at the restaurant on 10th floor. They have no À la Carte menu if you want some local fine dining. Well, it’s an ibis, you won’t be expecting fine dining here. Staffs from front desks are professional and welcoming. Great service.
