I have asked for few things as a special request at the time of booking including early checkin request but they didn’t even bother to look at it and respond. Waited at the reception 3 hrs for the checkin and staff didn’t even come and tell us the availability we went multiple times for the updates and when we saw that guests are checking in then again we have to tell them for check in. No cutlery provided in room which is normal but they straight away refused. I took spa there but till today am having pain in my back which was also unfortunate.

Very convenient and peaceful stay. Fast check-in. Then a very clean small room with a small bathroom with all the amenities. Breakfast had a good spread. Walking distance to Petronas Twin Towers and Convention Centre. Service at the bar at 31st floor was good. I stayed for five nights and the overall stay was perfect for my business trip.
