My room wasn't service 2 out of 6 days and I had to ask reception for it on another day. Service was rude and making me wait to answer any queries. I lost one day of my trip running after my laundry. I do not recommend this hotel.

Near my training place in KL Trillion, however the traffic in front of the hotel is terrible.
