Everything was fine until the room checkout, our kids are having fun at infinity pool before the room checkout time and the cleanroom service came in took our kid’s clothes which place on the bed. The process to get back those clothes took around an hour and our kids have to stay naked.

review for ibis hotel Kuala Lumpur city center for the manager Miss Karthiga. Firstly, at 3.47 am I called the hotel to check if they’ll allow a check in at 4am and check out at 12pm and the attendant said yes and quoted 100 MYR. So, I booked a cab to the hotel. Upon reaching they denied the check -in saying it’s 350 MYR. I showed the call log to which they said they assumed some day use check-in. Mind you I had confirmed the check in and check out time on the call. Even the payment details. I am a solo female traveller and I mentioned that as well. They said please wait till 10am for that. Lol. The audacity. When I said I want to speak to the manager, she didn’t come out initially and then later she comes out and shows bad attitude. Not something toh expect from a person in hospitality business. It’s 4.35 am and I kept saying I am a solo female traveller, I can’t go anywhere at this hour. She is like at 100MYR I bet you can’t get a room anywhere. Her name is Miss Karthiga and I want everyone to know that because when I told her I’ll move on from here but I need the names to leave a review, she just gave the name of the person who spoke with me on call. She said it’s his human error and my name shouldn’t be given. Not something one expects from a manager. Ibis please take some necessary steps. I am going to let everyone I know of that to never step in this ibis. It’s 5am and now I am moving to another destination and i could see the staff laughing. Mind you no one apologised. Human error they quote.

Nice environment to stay peacefully. Even though located near to Pertonas Twin towers not able to see the view of the towers from the stay.

Stay at Ibis KLCC used to be excellent. Perhaps the good people has left. So now only a bunch of lazy people managing. Room was not upgraded for Platinum member. No amenities and welcome letter for Platinum member.
