Ibis Kuala Lumpur City Centre is a very good hotel to stay at – it's close to the Petronas Twin Towers, shopping centre, and some other places are just walking distance away. The staff are friendly too, especially Mr Kamal, who always smiles, remembers my name, and greets me every time he sees me. Definitely, I'll come back to this hotel next time I'm in KL.

All of the staff were friendly and helpful. I arrived early and I requested to leave my luggages since I'm going on a day tour. I arrived back late in the evening and they were able to assist me with the check-in process. Breakfast is nice too and many selections as well. I liked where the pool is located but the size is too small considering there are many guests staying at the hotel. I think that's all from my end. Thank you very much!! <33
