12 time in Malaysia, it is one of the best hotel you will definitely happy to be , we used to go Novotel and Pullman which is outstanding . It is located in city near to Berjaya Times Square The room well maintained and staff is so friendly

I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was not clean and didn’t have enough space, which made the stay uncomfortable. The breakfast was very poor, and the restaurant area was not clean at all. Overall, I was not satisfied with the quality and cleanliness of the hotel and would not choose to stay here again.
