The only disappointment was on the breakfast buffet, breakfast spread was limited, food was cold, presentation was out, no chicken sausages.. they had beef slices and i do not eat beef, when checked with the cashier she said thats the menu for today..my husband had the scramble egg and it was overcooked… i have stayed in many grand mecure overseas and i had high expectations. When we had the ala-carte meal for lunch, the food was tasty. Disappointed with the breakfast. The FOM team was helpful especially Shaffiq, very pleasant and accomodating.

Positives : 1)Room upgrade . 2) Late checkout Negatives : 1) Rude and extremely unfriendly staff at lounge 2) No one answered at reception from hotel room call . No answer when called separately for at least 3 occasions 3) No hot water at shower for at least 10 minutes every time when we took a shower 4) inconvenient if want to walk from hotel. No sheltered walkway outside of hotel , especially during rain or hot weather 5) No greetings from staff inside lift. Staff ignored our presence when entering lift .
