Generally it was good, except for the housekeeping. I checked into the room and took a shower, to discover the body shampoo bottle in the shower room, empty! Then the next day housekeeping, the tidy up was not properly done. Otherwise, it's ok.

The location of the hotel is very good and convenient. However, the room was not very clean and there was quite a lot of dust around. The shower gel in the bathroom was also empty and had not been refilled. Since I only stayed for one night and returned to the room at around 4am, I didn’t request any service or replacement at the time. Still, I hope the hotel can pay more attention to room cleanliness and basic amenities for future guests.

The hotel is very well located, just across the street from Jalan Alor. Hotel service was good, and room was very comfortable.

Outside too noisy
