As a member of Accor group, the hotel staff contacted me prior to my arrival to make sure my check-in will be well prepared. And of course they did not disappoint, my room was ready upon check-in. They got me a room which is located on the highest floor even though I personally prefer my room to be on a lower floor. But I cannot complain because I forgot to mention to the staff. Overall good experience.

welcome drink tasted well, service staff were helpful in taking our luggages, answering our enquiries and introducing good food to us, room was big and comfortable, just unlucky to have a low level room as we wanted higher floors, overall still quite satisfied

The staffs were great, they are polite and informative. The room was nice and amenities were enough. But the main issue is the air conditioner. It was very hot. We set it at 16 (as suggested by the technician who came to check our AC) but at night the room temperature reach 24. We barely had enough sleep for 4 days because it was not comfortable. I hope you can fix this issue.

I had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the location was great, and the staff were all friendly. It was a satisfying stay, and I wouldn't hesitate to return in the future.
