Overall positive staying experience. However, Wifi speed is relatively slow. Gym Room could provide Sanitiser Spray to clean the equipment after usage. Cleanliness could still improve!

Awful experience. Untrained staff. No room service after 9:30 PM. Room phone was not working. Had to fight for heating baby food. Very bad breakfast buffet. Never book this hotel.

Stayed in Room 1013 for 5 nights (3-8th May) room had old furnitures, work desk had coffee mug mark, sofa had stains. Wardrobe lights strip LEDs didn't work. Had to call maintenance to fix it. Shower water outlet was clogged, called the plumber to get it fixed. I don't understand how they allocate rooms without checking these basic checks. Not a 5 star worth stay.
