Staff were really lovely especially Nina in Club Lounge , Jayzle the waitress in Club Lounge and restaurant, the door men ,the concierge , the man in French attire with bread basket in the restaurant . A few mishaps in Club Lounge such as lukewarm food and soft old crackers were quickly resolved and sorted by Theresa and Nina .Please note marmalade should not be served with scones for afternoon tea , and only strawberry jam should be served. Chefs in Lounge were delightful .Loved the sardine puffs and the spicy chicken. Lounge decor was lovely .Chinese New year decor was amazing .Our junior suite was loveky and housekeeping were brilliant .

I had a great overall experience, but the snacks in the minibar seemed quite overpriced

cannot provide sahur for those who are fasting for free to the room as a substitute for us not eating at the restaurant for breakfast which is open from 06.40 - 10.00, so they want us to have to buy it like room service
