Thanks pullman specially prepared a cake for my birthday celebration and the room is clean and comfortable. The distance to Pavillion is convenient as well.

Dirty Bath tub and Problem at the end

Overall stay is good. However, bath tub is dirty and improvement is necessary. Water flow down the bath tub also needs to be improved. We also requested for late check out over the phone and was agreed by the Hotel. However, our key card was deactivated at 12pm without notice. My 6 year old daughter and I was locked out of the door after our swim and she was freezing cold. We called the hotel and they wanted us to go to the lobby to reactivate our key card. The question here is why was we not informed over the phone to extend the key card when the late check out was agreed by Hotel causing such problems which should not have happened. When this happened, the hotel should send the staff to immediately bring up a set of key cards rather than requesting me to go to lobby for this purpose. Staff training and service is definitely lacking. Overall a good stay was spoilt just because this.
