Quite old 5* but mostly still runs very well. Excellent services, very white towel, spacious bathroom, delicious bfast, fast internet. Some electricity plug need to be checked (the one near my bed sometime works sometime does’t). Very strategic location just across Pavilion Bukit Bintang

I have been staying at Pullman all across the globe and the experience every time is very delightful. The staff was very warm and friendly. Room was excellent. However the view was not good and I had to keep my curtains drawn up. Housekeeping was also vey professional

I was early for checked in around 12.30 pm but there was no room available. I didn't blame the hotel as the actual check in time is 3.00pm. I waited until about 2.00pm and there was still no room available. However, the reception upgraded my room as I am a Gold Accorplus explorer member. Immediately I was allowed to check-in to my upgraded room. Thank you , Pullman Team and will come back to stay again.

Pullman KL was our usual choice for a stay in KLCC but this time we were very disappointed with the housekeeping staff. After exploring the city at night we returned to our room only to find it left unlocked and latched. Thankfully no valuables or personal items were missing but it was completely unacceptable for a five-star hotel.
