The Christmas decorations in the lobby create a stunning and festive atmosphere. The hotel room is tastefully designed, offering a perfect balance of simplicity and elegance. The food and service are exceptional, exceeding expectations. With two distinct restaurants and a bar, guests have plenty of dining options to choose from. The breakfast area features an open lounge, and despite the tempting aromas of the food, there is no lingering scent. Most of the staff speak English fluently, which enhances the experience. Overall, this hotel is highly recommended for its charm and outstanding service.

Overall, we had a satisfactory stay, although we had previously experienced more favourable accommodation in this hotel. We were grateful for the assistance provided by the professional team, who were able to assist us with the initial challenges we encountered.

Love the fact that Pullman was still in central KL, but away from the mad traffic at Bukit Bintang. Bukit Bintang was only a 5-minute walk away.
