I am very satisfied eating at this restaurant. The food arrived quickly, tasted delicious and the price was reasonable. The staff is very friendly and always cares about the customers. The food is delicious, consistent and fresh. The portions are large and worth the price. The atmosphere of the shop is clean and comfortable. Special thanks to chef wong, chef daim, chef tasnim & chief shahruddin for the excellent service. Highly recommended!

Mr- Kana the hotel manager was kind and served us well with kindness - his public relationship I could say excellent and the thought that counts . He could be an asset for the company and bring him to the next level. He have helped me with a dinner reservation even if it’s fully booked on the 18/12/25- he manage to pull it confidently for my family to confirm the booking - and we had our dinner 👌🏼 Mr. Kana is not only for the above but his professionalism towards concern is excellent. On Dec.9, 2025, we went to play golf at early morning (6:30am). We turned on the "make up room" sign (green light) on leaving our room. But after we came back around 3:00pm, the sign was still turning on and our room wasn't cleaned up. We phone to the housekeeping but didn't come for 25 minutes. So, I went down to the check in/out counter, told the receptionist, but his first response was "Didn't you put on the red sign (do not disturb)?" I said "No, I put on the make up room sign" but he asked me 3 times about the red light, and no apologies. I can read "make up room or do not disturb" I can see green or red. I know some kind of conference was held at the hotel, so the hotel staff might be busy and don't care about the little mistake (failing to clean up our room), but what made me disgusted was the receptionist asking me 3 times the same question. It was like he is saying and believing, I should had made a mistake. He finally called the housekeeper, but none of apology, and the housekeeper quickly just changed all supplies, but no cleaning (bath tub, etc.).

Please accept our heartfelt apologies for the failure to service your room despite the “Make Up Room” indicator being displayed. This is clearly not the level of service we aim to provide. We are also very sorry for the delay in response after you contacted housekeeping. More importantly, we deeply regret the manner in which the situation was handled at the front desk. The repeated questioning regarding the “Do Not Disturb” sign and the lack of an immediate apology were inappropriate and understandably made you feel blamed rather than assisted. This does not reflect our service values, and we truly apologize for the unpleasant impression it left. We are equally sorry that the follow-up housekeeping service was incomplete and limited only to replenishment of supplies. Your feedback has been shared with both our Front Office and Housekeeping teams for immediate review and corrective action, including service attitude and communication training. We appreciate your understanding regarding the busy period, but please be assured that every guest’s comfort and concerns are important to us, regardless of circumstances. Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention, and we genuinely hope to have the opportunity to restore your confidence in us with a much better experience in the future.
