The first night was horrible, the aircon keep blowing out strong smoke smell air and triggered my rhinitis despite there’s a Non Smoking Room sign in the room. Complained to the counter the next day and paid to upgrade room which finally got a good sleep. Jacob at the reception desk was very efficient and good service, he instantly arranged the new room for me!
