Pullman KLCC has a great geographical location, being close to Pavilion and Bukit Bintang. Metro access is slightly further away but walkable. Check in was great at the lounge and the service of the lounge staff was fantastic. Good range of food and beverages at the lounge but breakfast choices could be more varied. Room was nice but needed more hangers for a 3-night stay. Laundry service was good and staff were generally friendly.

the hotel is in the heart of bukit bintang, but the service is mixed. i wouldn’t say im disappointed but im not saying it was a pleasant experience. what went right -most staff are polite -room is nice and clean considering it’s an old hotel -they gave us a room with huge space -accommodated my requests (two beds), my cake had a dedication what went wrong -lining up in the checkin for 10 minutes as only 1 staff member was there -i had to request the welcome drink -one afternoon i was sleeping, and the staff continuously rang the bell, and it woke me up. given i havent clicked the do not disturb -they almost denied me TWICE of the discount citing a membership issue, they don’t give discounts to all accor. (but i have all accor and accor explorer) *i didn’t have the same experience with Sofitel in Bangkok, upon checkin i was informed of my benefits, here none, i had to ask and beg. it was frustrating the purpose of the membership is to make this seamless but it seems, i gained hassles instead. will probably look into others hotels next time
