Stayed here recently and unfortunately the overall experience did not match the expectations of a five-star hotel. Upon arrival, the bellboy did not approach us to assist with luggage and I had to request help myself. The check-in process was smooth, and the kids were happy with the playroom initially. However, the room appears to need refurbishment. The cabinet looks dated, there was no tissue in the kitchen area, and the bedroom lighting is too dim. The kids’ play area also looks quite dated, with old pillow chair. The PlayStation controller in the play area also had no battery and needed to be charged by ourselves, which was inconvenient for the kids, all these should have been done by hotel before new customer stay in. At the swimming pool, there were no greetings from staff and no water was offered to guests. Similarly, when walking past staff in the hotel, there were no greetings, which made the service feel less welcoming. Sanitary pads were also not available. While they are not usually placed in rooms, most five-star hotels are able to provide basic feminine hygiene products upon request. Breakfast at Level 10 was good with a wide variety of options. However, the lift card sensor was not working on one side, which reflects a lack of attention to small maintenance details. On a positive note, the room air conditioning works very well. Overall, the hotel charges five-star prices, but the service and facilities did not feel like a true five-star experience. I hope the management can review these areas to improve the overall guest experience.

Check in at 4pm, when I enter the room, extra bed was not at the room yet, my luggage not in the room, going to take a bath, towel only 2, suppose to be 3 (because I have an extra bed), I go to reception and asking, they were asking silly question (does the staff tell me about additional price for extra bed), in fact I was doing full payment since November 2025 (they should check the system first before asking). This is pullman, I expect better as 5 star hotel. But honestly, breakfast was really good, the food and service were outstanding (thanks to Chef Wong and abang Faisal)
