I stayed here for 7 nights, for the period 22/12/25 - 29/12/25 in Room 1222. The property itself is located a 5 min walk from the main shopping centres at Bukit Bintang, and probably a 10-15 min walk to the food street (Jalan Alor). I found the room to be large, comfortable and quiet. Bed was a king and very comfortable. Bathroom was large with a walk in shower as well as a bath. I found the staff to be helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much for them. Pool was quite large and got pretty busy. I also tried out the Spa which was good, and keep in mind they get heavily booked in the evening. I attended about 4pm so I was able to be seen straight away. I ordered food service one night and had the satay sticks and they were delicious. The best I had in KL! Breakfast was large with a lot of choices. Seeing that I stayed there on Christmas day, they also had a Christmas lunch (for an extra cost). I must say the choices were great and the same kind of lunch in Australia, would've easily cost AUD$400, that's how good it was. I also got my picture taken with Santa and one of his helpers! Overall, I highly recommend The Pullman and would easily stay there again.

I stayed the apartment wing with my family in general, the service was okay — meeting the standard. Do hotel facilities are rather old and not very well maintained, at least for the apartment wing. The room is old the facilities in the room I can tell that is never been refurbished for quite some time. For example, the fridge is very old and not very cold the room was a little dusty, my family and I, we all felt itchy and runny nose after waking up. This could be a totally opposite if you stay in a hotel wing, which I don’t really understand the reason why they are keep in the apartment wing is very outdated. The gym was great. It has almost everything that you need and it open 24/7 — this is the great part. The swimming pool was okay, but there was a part of the kids’ pool wall that was a little sharp and rough. I need to keep my eye on it when I was playing water with my children.

It would have been more ideal if the entire family could have breakfast together, instead of being separated between the hotel wing and the residences. The current arrangement resulted in the family dining at different locations, which impacted the overall experience. As our stay was intended to be a family experience, remaining together was important to us. We hope this can be taken into consideration when planning future arrangements, as greater flexibility would greatly enhance the guest experience and reflect positively on the establishment.
