We loved staying at the Pullman KL. Our suite was fabulous with great views of the city and the buffet breakfast had every you could want! My daughter enjoyed the pool and even made some new friends. Special shout out to Theresa in the club lounge. She was super accommodating and helpful with overall knowledge of KL. Thanks so much for making our first KL trip a memorable one and we look forward to visiting again.

Was a great and comfortable stay. Staff was too good, lounge area is great and breakfast was at par.

Mattress too hard and a lot of noise coming from outside Good services during breakfast.

Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused during your rest. Regarding your request for a king-size bed, we regret that we were unable to accommodate a change within the same room category due to availability. As the twin bed room type was booked through your travel agency, only an upgraded room category with a king bed was available at the time, which unfortunately carried an additional charge. We would also like to clarify that there was no record of a prior request or call regarding the mattress concern or noise disruption during your stay; otherwise, our team would have gladly assisted where possible. No kids play area, when we asked for water for baby food we were told it will be additional 5RM which is unlikely for a restaurant of this brand. Location is good, but there was no view from our room.

With regard to the bottled water provided, kindly allow us to clarify that complimentary water is offered in-room based on our standard room amenity allocation. Any additional bottled water requested beyond this allocation is chargeable, and our team informed you of this after a total of 12 bottles had been delivered. However, we regret if this policy was not clearly communicated earlier, and we understand how this may have caused frustration. We also take note of your comments regarding the lack of kids’ facilities, room view, and the quality of Indian food served. Your feedback has been shared with the relevant departments for review and improvement. While we are glad you found our location convenient, we are truly sorry that other aspects of your stay fell short of your expectations.
