booked the apartment unit but the smell of the unit is uncomfortable. Hence upgrate to junior suite. The reception staff was very helpful with the upgrade. But the breakfast the next morning was horrible. Understand there's no buffet breakfast.. am only allowed to order once for two adult. Mind u I have a 4 years old with me. Upon clarification with the staff there.. was told breakfast is only for adult. Kids don't get to eat. The staff answers as if I am begging for food.

Hotel location is strategic. 5-min walk to Pavilion mall. The hotel staffs are all nice. Many facilities were not open during the Recovery Movement Control Order (RMCO), however the hotel staffs provided us with some special treats inside room. Can't think of any better experience than what we had especially during this time, it was indeed a perfect stay.

A strange Accor experience as COVID 19 lock down eases

I decided to spend the weekend in KL with my family as the lock down eased. The normally busy hotel was strangely empty. Most food outlets were closed as were the gym and the pool. The club lounge was also closed. So, i was not able to enjoy this facility. Overall, the staff provided the service as best as they could. The only issue i had was that breakfast was served in the room and it took a long time to arrive. I was also not offered a customary welcome drink which was probably due to COVID 19. I hope that things will get back to normal soon.

Other than issue with the air-conditioning unit in rooms stayed, the hotel and amenities are well maintained. Both staff members attending to my complaints on the air-conditioning failure in Rooms 1914 and 1806 did their very best to successfully resolve the issue. I do want to express my thanks for their excellent work.

Although there has been a change of ownership and a complete refurbishment of the hotel it remains our "home from home" whilst we are in KL. The room is comfortable and clean. The receptionist is helpful and friendly. However, the air cond in the room at night is not soo cold even i have lowered the temperature.

Everything is generally ok except for the broken air conditioning which gave me a terrible sleep. Slight dissapointment as compared to my previous pullman experience.

Nice Stay but a notch lower than my last stay

When our team was coming back to KL (we last visited in May 2017) I insisted that we come back to the Pullman based on the experience last time. This time round the well oiled system was not the same. At arrival I was made to wait because house keeping had not prepared my assigned room. After a long hour flight you are jittery about any small delays and that set the tone for the visit. Every from last time seemed the same apart from house keeping. The laundry schedules are no longer kept and I had to keep calling to have it delivered and picked. I also experienced horrible Wi-Fi in my room, called reception a number of times and they eventually connected me to the ISP. Nothing was done so I spent my free time in an opposite room where the reception was good. This is why I felt let done because I had urged the group to come back to the Pullman. They were intent on trying a new place although the experience in 2017 was perfect.

Great House keeping

I stayed at Pullman for close to 2 weeks, and my stay was extremely good... the rooms are of good size, very fast elevators and great staff in the hotel. However my greatest astonishment was on the house keeping bit. There is a Staff by the names Bilna Rose... She was there always on time to come and make the room, she is very professional in the way she does her things, everything precise in the way the work was done. this kind of Housekeeping was the very first i have ever experienced. all personal belongings intact even when i didn't secure them, found them in perfect condition. She is the most professional person i have seen in this section of the entire Hotel. Its the most outstanding part of the entire trip.
