1) Reservation number: QBRSDXTP I arrived around 14:00, and served by young Indian guy. After I made deposit, he said the room is not available yet and I have to wait. Till 15:00 no update. I asked to the lady (next to concierge) and she was really helpfull. She went to office and came back with key card. I wait more than 1 hour. Nice!! 2) The room smells cigarette VERY BAD. The housekeeping gave ionizer, open the window, spray air freshner. I wonder what's the point of placing "NO-SMOKING" sign inside the room?? 3) After that, around 16:30, one of the staff knocked the door and OPENED IT. Totally crazy! Even I already put "DONT DISTURB SIGN". He came only for delivered fruits. 4) I went for breakfast (because I got complimentary during check in), and when they checked, my room wasnt in the list. They must checked again with the front office. This is not what kind of hospitality I expected from PULLMAN - 5 STARS HOTEL.

Your comments have been shared with the front office team to ensure better communication and follow-up moving forward. Regarding the smell of cigarette smoke, we truly regret that your room was not in the expected condition. Our Engineering team opened the window to increase ventilation and Housekeeping provided an ionizer to address the issue immediately. We understand how frustrating this must have been and we apologize for the discomfort it caused. Concerning the incident at your room door, our internal findings indicate that the “Make Up Room” sign was activated instead of the “Do Not Disturb” sign, which led our team to deliver the welcome amenities. W absolutely recognize how unsettling this moment must have felt. We will reinforce procedures to ensure greater attention to guest privacy. We also apologize for the confusion during breakfast regarding your complimentary entitlement. This should have been properly recorded at check-in and we regret the inconvenience it caused. Thank you again for bringing these matters to our attention. Your feedback is valuable for us to improve. After dining for breakfast for 7 day, I experienced chills in the body as the aircon was way too cold
