After some of the less than satisfactory experiences we have had with some Accor properties over last 12 months - it was a pleasure to check into Sebel Kew. Check in staff were friendly & helpful & room was perfect - bright, clean & spacious. Only complaint was - "Why leave a note in room saying we had a 12.00 checkout, yet at 10.20 we had a knock on door asking why we haven't checked out".
