The Sebel boasted professional staff, a modern comfortable unit, and great service. It was unfortunate that we had neighbours that were incredibly loud late into the evening. The air-conditioning struggled, and the king double bed seemed to be two singles placed together. However, our stay was extremely comfortable with wonderful amenities at a great price for a fantastic location.

Nice place but photos did not match what I was given so kitchen smaller, and living space way less which was disappointing meaning also less lounges to sit on together and sons bed jammed into our room instead of the main area. Also didn't even bother any nice touches or bonuses booking when it was my birthday which every Accor place normally does. Welcome drinks one bottle of wine between 5 people.

Stay at Sebel Kew often and it ticks all the boxes. Only issue was the movies function wasn't streaming on the room TV So no movie could be watched Only free to air TV.

It was pleasant stay, but the aircon was not functioning well so the room was warm.

The staff were lovely and accommodating. However, the room I stayed in needed maintenance work. The wood paneling was scratched; the shower door was faulty. It needed work.
