Hotel very clean staff very friendly it’s was my 3rd visit

I got upgrade to a pool room which was nice but some other things not so great - we asked for airport transfer but they weren’t able to fulfil and also late check out which was pre requested but they couldn’t offer it which is fine but I would’ve have appreciated if they told me before as I planned my travel accordingly. I had to change my bookings and pay extra to travel earlier than planned.

Although the official check-in time is 2:00 PM, I arrived at the hotel at around 6:00 AM. I asked the receptionist when I would be able to get my room key. He simply checked the computer, smiled, and handed me the key right away — without charging me anything extra. I really appreciated this kind and welcoming gesture. The breakfast is excellent, with a wide variety of options to suit every taste, and I especially liked that some of the dishes change from day to day. The bed was very comfortable, the location is excellent, and overall we had a very pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!

Good location, comfortable double room with a sea view; although it is set back from the waterfront, it is quiet. Good housekeeping, attentive reception staff, and excellent breakfasts.

Really nice and comfortable hotel room was good had a sea view but the old buliding behind the hotel looks as if it could be pulled down .Very friendly staff all throughout hotel.

Everything was absolutely wonderful and we truly enjoyed our stay. The hotel has such a lovely and welcoming atmosphere, and we felt comfortable from the moment we arrived. Our room was clean and cozy, the bed was very comfortable, and we slept really well. The breakfast was amazing with a great selection, and all the other food we had at the hotel was delicious as well. A special mention has to go to the staff – everyone was incredibly kind, friendly, helpful and always smiling. We also loved spending time at the hotel café, where we were always welcomed by a wonderful gentleman who made every visit even more enjoyable. We genuinely felt so well taken care of throughout our entire stay. There is really nothing we could complain about. We had such a beautiful holiday and will remember it very fondly. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so special. We would absolutely recommend this hotel and would be very happy to come back again!

Everything was off in terms of limited water being given, to staff not being very polite, to breakfast options being very meagre

Modern hotel, great decor. Awesome breakfast. Close to the beach. I would have liked it if you could walk from the pool towards the beach ( the gate is closed and you have to walk around, adding a block). Also, the bedroom tableside lights are beautiful, but dangerous - i picked up my phone, forgot they were there, and smashed my head on one when standing back up.

I stayed at the Mercure Konyaalti whilst I had dental treatment in Antalya. The hotel was beautiful, room was very nice, very comfortable bed. Pool area was very relaxing, overall I had a wonderful stay here.

I felt very comfortable and was treated like a VIP and I’m very grateful for the excellent service I received from the staff

Great experience, very nice people, good services. Overall an A+++

I had a truly wonderful and memorable stay at Mercure Antalya, and I can’t thank the team enough for making it such a special experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, I was met with genuine warmth and kindness. The staff were consistently attentive, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to help with anything I needed. It was the small gestures, the welcoming smiles, and the sincere care shown throughout my stay that really made me feel comfortable and at home. Breakfast each morning was fantastic, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to choose from. It was always a great way to start the day, made even better by the hardworking and welcoming team who ensured everything ran smoothly and with a smile. A very special thank you goes to Sinai, the drinks barman, whose constant smile, positive energy, and kindness truly stood out every time I saw him. He is a real credit to the hotel. I would also like to extend my appreciation to the young men working alongside him, who were equally friendly, professional, and always provided excellent service. You are all doing an amazing job, and it really does not go unnoticed. Even though I travelled alone, I never once felt lonely thanks to the warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel. I had some lovely conversations with both staff and fellow guests, which made the experience even more enjoyable and memorable. It really felt like a place where people are made to feel included and valued. As my stay came to an end, I found it surprisingly emotional to leave. I departed not only feeling well-rested, but also carrying with me beautiful memories, positive experiences, and a genuine sense of gratitude for the time I spent there. Thank you to every single member of the Mercure Antalya team for making this so much more than just a holiday. It was a truly special experience that I will always remember fondly. I really hope I have the opportunity to return one day. ❤️

Very comfortable and great staff

Never fails best hotel by far will only ever stay here.

We stayed with our 4 year old boy - and it's been amazing. Thank you

I had a very comfortable stay at Mercure Antalya Konyaalti. The hotel was clean, modern and well maintained, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The room was comfortable, the breakfast had a good selection, and the hotel was conveniently located near the beach, shops and restaurants. I was visiting Antalya for dental treatment, and the hotel provided a relaxing and convenient place to recover. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to others.

Very nice

This is a brand new hotel that is exceptionally clean and well maintained. The rooms were spotless and comfortable. They aren’t very spacious, but they’re a good size. The breakfast area is beautiful, modern, and very hygienic. There was a great variety of food, and the breakfast staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Unfortunately, although the presentation was excellent, we found the breakfast itself lacked flavour. Housekeeping could be better. Toilet paper wasn’t always topped up, and bathrobes weren’t replaced unless we asked. However, the reception staff were always friendly, helpful, and quick to resolve any issues. The swimming pool is lovely. One disappointment was that we weren’t told the hotel provides sunbeds at the beach. As the hotel isn’t directly opposite the beach, we didn’t think to ask and only found out after reading other reviews when we got home, so we missed the chance to use them.

Every thing was excellent. The breakfast could have more variety as almost the same dishes are there every day.
