My January stay at the Mercure Hotel Antalya exceeded expectations in every possible way. From the moment you approach the hotel, it feels far more luxurious than its four-star rating suggests. First impressions really do count, and here they are exceptional — refined, modern, and clearly designed with attention to detail. 🛎️ Arrival & Atmosphere Entering the hotel, the sense of quality is immediate. The interior design, ambience, and overall presentation give a high-end, premium feel, setting the tone for what turned out to be a superb stay. 🛏️ Rooms & Comfort The rooms are spacious, stylish, and extremely functional. Décor continues the luxury theme, and everything feels thoughtfully placed. A large, modern flat-screen TV offers channels in many languages, alongside a well-stocked tea and coffee area, fridge, and — refreshingly — an iron and ironing board in the room, avoiding the usual need to contact reception. The bed deserves special mention: exceptionally comfortable, with a choice of pillows — a small detail that makes a big difference. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide stunning views, while blackout curtains completely eliminate light when desired. Climate control is excellent, and lighting options range from ambient to full brightness, perfect for any mood. The inclusion of multi-adapter plug sockets, plus USB-A and USB-C charging points on both sides of the bed, is one of the smartest touches I’ve seen anywhere — no adapters needed. 🚿 Bathroom The bathroom continues the luxury theme: spacious, immaculate, and beautifully finished. The powerful dual-head shower is excellent, and the in-house toiletries are so good I actually made a note to buy them myself. 🍳 Dining The restaurant is impressively large, and the breakfast buffet is extensive and inclusive, catering to all tastes. From a wide continental selection to hot dishes and cooked-to-order options, the variety and quality are outstanding. 👥 Staff & Service Without question, the standout feature of this hotel is the staff. From arrival to departure, they are warm, professional, multilingual, and genuinely happy to help. Nothing is too much trouble, and their attitude creates a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere that truly makes the hotel feel like a home from home. 🏋️ Facilities During my ten-day stay, I used the gym, lobby bar, and business desk area. All were immaculately maintained, well designed, and comfortable, reflecting the hotel’s consistently high standards. 📍 Location The location is superb — approximately 100 metres from the stunning Konyaaltı Beach, with plenty of nearby restaurants and attractions. Taxis and Uber are easy to access, and hiring motor scooters or electric scooters is simple, with many pickup points close by. 💰 Value for Money Considering the level of comfort, service, and overall experience, this hotel represents exceptional value for money. Room rates could easily be higher without question. ✅ Final Verdict I loved the style, ambience, and above all the attitude of the staff. Everything about this hotel is designed to make guests feel comfortable, valued, and relaxed. ⭐ 10/10 — Highly recommended I would not hesitate to return and would confidently recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Antalya, particularly for a winter stay.

The hotel is very clean and modern. There is a pool and a gym. The room was a good size and kept very clean. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of food and drinks. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay and I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
