I had a very comfortable stay at Mercure Antalya Konyaalti. The hotel was clean, modern and well maintained, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The room was comfortable, the breakfast had a good selection, and the hotel was conveniently located near the beach, shops and restaurants. I was visiting Antalya for dental treatment, and the hotel provided a relaxing and convenient place to recover. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to others.

This is a brand new hotel that is exceptionally clean and well maintained. The rooms were spotless and comfortable. They aren’t very spacious, but they’re a good size. The breakfast area is beautiful, modern, and very hygienic. There was a great variety of food, and the breakfast staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Unfortunately, although the presentation was excellent, we found the breakfast itself lacked flavour. Housekeeping could be better. Toilet paper wasn’t always topped up, and bathrobes weren’t replaced unless we asked. However, the reception staff were always friendly, helpful, and quick to resolve any issues. The swimming pool is lovely. One disappointment was that we weren’t told the hotel provides sunbeds at the beach. As the hotel isn’t directly opposite the beach, we didn’t think to ask and only found out after reading other reviews when we got home, so we missed the chance to use them.
