The whole 5 day stay at the Rixos Park was amazing and we enjoyed the stay. But during check-in, we were quite not well informed at the reception and were not so welcoming. And it made us worry about choosing the hotel, because the front desk must give first good impression to guests. We went to our room, just with room cards and room number and without proper directions, so we have to ask other guests for the way to our room. The room was quiet spacious but needs upgrading. The bed was made neatly and housekeeper Judy was so helpful and hardworking to maintain our room tidy and clean. The buffet restaurant offered a good variety of food choices, kudos to the chef and all cooks for the amazing, delicious foods served, especially the grilled section. The waiters were so attentive to the guests' requests, courteous and polite. Especially Marjorie, Aisah, Karl that they made an extra effort to make . dinning as real five star experience. The bar made its own impression, offered real cocktails and variety of drinks alcoholic and non alcoholic. Ealeazar made the best cocktails that we enjoyed while listening to the piano played at the lounge. Jessa and Lady Jean serves us drink, nuts and crisps with the best smiles at all times. The highlight of the stay is The Land of Legends, we enjoyed the rides, shows and the happy atmosphere. After all the first bad impression turned out to be an amazing holiday. On our next visit, will it be a perfect five-star 👍

Cold room, fridge wasn't updated, near room some construction is processing early morning on Saturday, dirty room floor, long distance to the main restorant

We had a wonderful stay at Rixos Belek. My daughter and I truly enjoyed every moment. The food was excellent with great variety and quality, and the staff were all very friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. We especially loved the spa and pool areas, which were perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The atmosphere was calm and luxurious, making our stay both comfortable and memorable. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we left feeling relaxed and very happy. We would definitely love to return.

We had booked a family room with a terrace and jacuzzi, but from the very beginning, our experience did not meet expectations. Upon arrival, no staff member greeted us at the entrance or offered assistance with our luggage, nor were we welcomed with a drink. A day before arrival, the Reservation Supervisor confirmed our booking and time of check-in. However, upon arrival, although the receptionist assured us that the room matched our reservation, after completing payment and receiving our keys, we discovered that the room was of a completely different category and did not match what we had booked. When we requested the correct room, we were informed that no such rooms were available. No apology or compensation was offered. We were traveling with our elderly grandmother, and the room we were given was located on the second floor with steep stairs and several steps inside — very inconvenient and unsafe, especially since the building had no elevator. Our room was changed only the next day, after numerous complaints and lengthy discussions. As a result, one full day of our holiday was lost. It was also my birthday during our stay, and we had booked dinner at the à la carte restaurant to celebrate. Unfortunately, no special gesture or even a small birthday cake was arranged, which added to our disappointment. From a hotel under the Rixos brand, we expected a much higher standard of service, hospitality, and attention to guests. Sadly, this experience was far below expectations, and we cannot recommend this property.
