Very good

Lovely location, clean room, pleasant welcome, loved the access to land of legends/shuttle service, facilities well maintained. Desserts were consistently lovely. Service was inconsistent - some bar staff knew how to make certain drinks whilst others didn’t, some days we were served at our table for drinks and others we were left to sort ourselves, other guests were particularly rude - no manners whatsoever, pushing in front of people queuing at buffet, lifts and shuttle bus etc, also leaving their children unsupervised running wild in the buffet area, food selection wasn’t great - not everything was labelled at buffet, meant to be themed nights but only changed a couple of dishes if that.

Check in was a bit long winded and ridiculous, reception was understaffed and many people were not waiting in a queue and just pushing in which was allowed by staff. At busy times couldn't get on shuttle bus as people just ignored anyone waiting on side and just jumped ahead and on, probably need more available at these times, when asked drivers to stop by rooms they always forgot and went past so had to wait a whole turn. We requested an iron in morning an by evening still hadnt turned up and had to chase, also had to chase room cleaning which still wasn't done by 6pm. Restaurant food was a bit limited and didnt change much, they ran out of beef kebabs one night and bizarely ran out of oke zero another night , how on earth does this happen. especially kids rixy options was a joke 3-4 options and just not worth bothering with at all and i had flagged I had SEN kids and wasnt great in terms of variety, and had to keep aking staff for drinks instead of them coming upto you and asking and for refills, seating was also a bit limited at busy times, on last day wouldnt give us a box to take out some food as we had to checkout very early and kids wernt hungry at that time. General stay was ok outside of check in reception staff were very helpful, rooms were decent, aircon a bit dated. lack of evening entertainment like most family hotels do and pool areas were not so big. people restaurant was a great alternative ordering with QR codes outside of main restaurant times, not sure why being funny about using the big middle tables however if not smoking. Car parking was a complete joke never any space and security would never tell you meant having to frequently reverse back out as cars parked anywhere making space very tight, didnt offer valet parking until last day or you park where they dont want you to. Checkout was very smooth and recption and guys very helpful, bit annoying you have to give names to guest services every day for land of legends wristbands and pickup at theme park in a queue other side maybe this can be improved so you do once, not a big deal in the end as was quick.

Definitely not a 5*. Pool area in need of repair, floor is all breaking. Lots of staff rude and unhelpful. 4 out of 5 were ill with earache, asked at reception for pharmacy as we had bad ear ache but was told ‘take a taxi to Belek town’. After 2 trips to town for medication, We found out the last day that there is a doctor in the hotel so why not tell us that. So many rude and ignorant people there made our stay unbearable. Didn’t want to use restaurant as everyone pushes in not caring about anyone else. Even had a waiter take my coffee cup off the coffee machine to put his cup on there!!!! When I told him I was making my coffee, he shrugged and said sorry. I have never ever been around so many rude people in my life, we couldn’t wait to leave. Has put us off ever going to turkey again

Good the room is a bit tired and dated and some parts of the hotel. But overall it was nice. We saw some staff interactions that were not very professional during dinner in buffet resturant one girl slapped another girl. This is not actions in a 5 star hotel. The managers didnt seem to take it seriously either. Laughing with the fat girl who slapped the other one. It was out last night and sad to see such behavior. Besides that the rest of the staff were quite professional. The information about the extra restaurants was not clear I was told by some staff all were included only we need to book, other staff told us they cost extra and on the QR booking code it showed you get a voucher for 1 booking for every 5 nights... overall with this info we didnt go to any of them and in addition they were booked out. We also walked around hotel with our baby in pram. We felt often at times the shuttles passed us very closely and at high speed. Some slowing to pass others not. Quite scary when your sharing road with baby and these shuttle buses. Overall it was pretty good vacation. I would probably come back to hotel again or another Rixos.

A high quality all inclusive hotel in Belek: lots of activities for kids (including football academy) and adults (padel & tennis tournaments) free transport and entrance to Land of Legends and lots of options for melas and drinks.

Unfortunately, our stay was not comfortable at all. We had a Club Family Room, which was located in the Orient Area. During our stay, we found a lizard inside our room twice — once in the bathroom and once in the living room. After discovering the lizard, I immediately contacted the reception and explained that we have a phobia of lizards and felt extremely uncomfortable staying in that room. Since this room category is located on the ground floor, it was also quite easy for a lizard to enter anytime after the balcony door was opened. What disappointed us even more was the response from the reception. Nobody apologized for what had happened or showed any real concern about the situation. We were simply told that the hotel was fully booked and that we could possibly change rooms during the last two days of our stay. Unfortunately, this did not feel like an appropriate response to a situation that made us feel unsafe and uncomfortable in our own room. Another major disappointment was the food. The variety was very limited, and the meals were almost the same every day. We expected much more variety from a hotel of this category. I also would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for entertainment and activities. There are practically no entertainment programs at the hotel. In the evenings, there is live music, but it is not really something guests can participate in or enjoy as entertainment. This was not my first vacation in Antalya, so I have experience with different hotels in the area. Honestly, I have stayed at more budget-friendly hotels where I had a much better experience, both in terms of relaxation and entertainment. Overall, considering the price and the category of the hotel, we expected a much higher standard of service and a much more enjoyable stay. Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet our expectations.

Please just u should have a little water park for children like a small pool slight or something similar

We stayed here with our two children and honestly, there wasn’t a single part of the hotel we could fault. From the food and cleanliness to the service and the incredible staff, this was easily one of the best all-inclusive experiences we’ve ever had. I can genuinely say that from now on, whenever we visit Türkiye, I’ll be looking at Rixos first. The food was amazing. I normally don’t enjoy buffet food, but this was completely different. There were premium cuts of meat, fresh vegetables, incredible salads, quality fruit and, importantly when you have children, chips available whenever you needed them! Everything was fresh, clean and constantly replenished. The staff were also continuously cleaning as you ate and checking on you for drinks, which I’ve never experienced to this level at an all-inclusive hotel. What stood out most was how genuinely happy and hardworking the staff were. Every single person we came across seemed to take pride in looking after guests. I especially want to mention Jaster Loi from the housekeeping team. He saw me struggling to get into our room, came over to help me, and then went above and beyond by cleaning around me and the children while talking to them and making us feel completely at ease. He even described himself as “just an extra,” but honestly, that extra bit of kindness made such a difference to our stay. It was extremely hot and we were struggling with everything outside our room, and he noticed and stepped in without hesitation. If the hotel sees this review, please commend Jaster Loi. Staff members like him are exactly what takes an already fantastic experience from a 9/10 to a 10/10. I will genuinely remember his kindness long after this holiday. Reception were always quick, friendly and helpful, whether we needed towel cards or anything else. Guest Relations were equally fantastic and dealt with every issue immediately. They also helped us arrange taxis and reserved places for us at Land of Legends, which made everything so much easier. Another huge bonus is that there is food practically all day! Outside the main buffet hours, there’s the People’s Restaurant by the pool and Starbucks, with food and drinks available outside the usual all-inclusive dining times. I genuinely felt like I was in a food coma the entire holiday — but a very happy one! 😂 I was particularly impressed that food and drinks were available from 10pm until 7am. Once the kids were asleep, if we needed a hot chocolate or just wanted something small, we could still go down and get something. Everything was served quickly and the staff were just as lovely at those hours. Overall, I honestly don’t think I’ve ever experienced this level of service at an all-inclusive hotel, or even in any hotel I’ve stayed at in another country. Every little detail made a difference. We will 100% be returning. And if it isn’t this particular Rixos next time, I’ll definitely be looking at the other Rixos resorts in Türkiye and around the world. 10/10 from us — and a special 10/10 to the staff who made it feel that way. ❤️

Excellent family holiday

For the same money or even less you may stay in a much better 5 star hotel than this one. Here you’ll have a chaos in restaurant, finding a free table is a problem, waiters don’t bother with bringing drinks and sometimes even to take away plates. Drinks are poor- no fresh juices, and cocktails are not of a good quality. One of the bars was closed and in the other bar in the evening - no seats. Kids club is good and you may leave your child to do different craft. The only place for evening program is a kids club, so not much fun for adults. The layout of the main hotel building is complicated- lots of corridors, passages, not easy to find anything, also shower with toilet is a separate room with no shelves and mirror and the sink with mirror is in another room separately from the shower. No indoor swimming pool, the snack bar by the pool and sea is outdoors which makes it not comfortable to have food when it’s +40C in case you missed lunch or don’t want to go to crazily busy main restaurant. Snack bar is the only place where you may get served by waiters and get the table without a problem 😅 We are glad we stayed here only for 3 nights for the sake of the Land of Legends and spent the whole vacation in the other hotel. The shuttle bus schedule to the Land of Legends is terrible - 11 am, so you’ll get there in the hottest part of the day. The return bus is at 17:30 only so if your kids got tired earlier you’ll have to search for taxi (which is expensive and accepts only cash). The next time we’ll choose the other hotel close by the Land of Legends.

All was very good from the room to the view from the balcony. Turquoise buffet was the best we've ever eaten. Water activities were a bit expensive. Variety of wine is so limited., but overall amazing stay.
