The hotel was packed when we arrived. We had to wait until 15.30 to get our bags to the room, I had to grab them by myself in the end. Restaurant was jam packed, no seats, no tea glasses, many food options were finished and not refilled (eg. desserts). The people’s restaurant was supposed to be open until 11 pm, but was closed at 5pm and not opened on Sunday ever. Heated pool was cold (I stayed in Rixos hotels for 4 other times and they had hotter pools). The guy at the reception claimed the pool was 30 degrees Celsius and he laughed at us when we said it was cold. His attitude was so rude, and the pool was no more than 24 degrees. Overall, it was a poor stay, think of a Rixos hotel in Antalya which proclaims luxurious stay, they didn’t even serve bananas at the restaurants.

We had booked a family room with a terrace and jacuzzi, but from the very beginning, our experience did not meet expectations. Upon arrival, no staff member greeted us at the entrance or offered assistance with our luggage, nor were we welcomed with a drink. A day before arrival, the Reservation Supervisor confirmed our booking and time of check-in. However, upon arrival, although the receptionist assured us that the room matched our reservation, after completing payment and receiving our keys, we discovered that the room was of a completely different category and did not match what we had booked. When we requested the correct room, we were informed that no such rooms were available. No apology or compensation was offered. We were traveling with our elderly grandmother, and the room we were given was located on the second floor with steep stairs and several steps inside — very inconvenient and unsafe, especially since the building had no elevator. Our room was changed only the next day, after numerous complaints and lengthy discussions. As a result, one full day of our holiday was lost. It was also my birthday during our stay, and we had booked dinner at the à la carte restaurant to celebrate. Unfortunately, no special gesture or even a small birthday cake was arranged, which added to our disappointment. From a hotel under the Rixos brand, we expected a much higher standard of service, hospitality, and attention to guests. Sadly, this experience was far below expectations, and we cannot recommend this property.

The expirence was not bad and not good. The hotel mostly caters to Russian people as their main customers. Unfortunately this creates chaos especially in the main restaurant where people just cut the lines get in front of you don’t respect personal space. Also when interacting with the hotel staff was not the next experience when you are not Russian. The guest services English is not the best and where as they had a lengthy friendly conversations in Russian with other guests when it comes to English they were very cold and cited like they don’t want to be there nor be of any help.
