Everything was perfect the stay and the Room except that small problem is happen during my 4 days in Rixos Tshirt brand New in Plastic was taken from my room and when i inform the guest relation but their action was not satisation

everything was good, until I met guest relations agent, I don’t know her name, but she spoke russian, she was very mean and not helpful at all, me myself I worked in guest relations and the way that she acted was very rude. my friend had a problem with reserving a restaurant, she didn’t help at all, she just said download the app and figure it out, but the app didn’t work, when we said that, she was like I can’t help you, also she never mentioned that the reservation needs to be made 2-3 days in advance and it was our last day, she just said, there are no more spots available, however we check through some else phone and there was, we said that to her, she said, I can’t do anything, then the guest relations manager came, she help us only after we said that I also worked in guest relations and the way you treat your guest is unacceptable. Overall the front office staff is kind of rude. F&B staff was very friendly and helpful however there were days in the main restaurant when no one came up to us, to ask about the drinks. Bar staff was perfect. Entertainment for adults was poor. Also we forgot our hoodie, when we reached out to the hotel, the staff said that they don’t have it, they didn’t even check, after we started stating them that we know that that we left it in the room and everything, they said that they actually have it. I have stayed in multiple Rixos hotels, like Rixos Premium Belek and Rixos Sungate, the staff was much better and they didn’t have this indifferent attitude towards the guests

The hotel itself was okay. Room clean enough and pool areas nice. Unfortunately my daughter became unwell whilst away (diarrhoea and vomiting) so I wanted to avoid giving her anything too rich and requested some plain pasta for her from guest relations, I didn’t find the woman very helpful it was 30 minutes before mealtime and she said no at first even after explaining the severity of my daughters illness (she did get her some after some back and forth) She became no better after days so we also became bound to the room, my husband tried to get me something to eat from the restaurant (literally a croissant) he had 5 staff members tell him this is not allowed and shout this in front of a full restaurant even after trying to explain about my daughters condition they wanted me and my husband to take turns in leaving my daughter to go and eat alone and take her down when vomiting was their only solution, disgusting (they also wanted her to eat the plain pasta in the restaurant major red flag you’d want all your guests around someone with a contagious stomach bug. I think they reacted very harsh and showed no compassion for a 4 year old. The staff didn’t seem happy to see any of us, we visited the restaurant near the pool and we were never once greeted bar one male who worked the first evening we arrived. They would just place the food in front of you and walk off, they got our order wrong/delivered to the wrong table frequently too, we must’ve seen this twice a day since arriving and when you tried to tell them you’d get eyes rolled at you and a shrug. The cleanliness of the overall hotel is okay- as stated however on our second day there were plates left on our floor near the elevators for over 24hrs which attracted a massive trail of ants all over the table, not what you want to see before going to eat a meal. The lack of communication, sympathy, friendliness and cleanliness outside of the rooms really let this place down for me. I’ve stayed at multiple 5 star resorts in turkey and I have no idea how this matches up with them.
