Hotel was very nice, room spacious and well maintained. Great selection at meal times, friendly staff.

Good the room is a bit tired and dated and some parts of the hotel. But overall it was nice. We saw some staff interactions that were not very professional during dinner in buffet resturant one girl slapped another girl. This is not actions in a 5 star hotel. The managers didnt seem to take it seriously either. Laughing with the fat girl who slapped the other one. It was out last night and sad to see such behavior. Besides that the rest of the staff were quite professional. The information about the extra restaurants was not clear I was told by some staff all were included only we need to book, other staff told us they cost extra and on the QR booking code it showed you get a voucher for 1 booking for every 5 nights... overall with this info we didnt go to any of them and in addition they were booked out. We also walked around hotel with our baby in pram. We felt often at times the shuttles passed us very closely and at high speed. Some slowing to pass others not. Quite scary when your sharing road with baby and these shuttle buses. Overall it was pretty good vacation. I would probably come back to hotel again or another Rixos.

A high quality all inclusive hotel in Belek: lots of activities for kids (including football academy) and adults (padel & tennis tournaments) free transport and entrance to Land of Legends and lots of options for melas and drinks.

Unfortunately, our stay was not comfortable at all. We had a Club Family Room, which was located in the Orient Area. During our stay, we found a lizard inside our room twice — once in the bathroom and once in the living room. After discovering the lizard, I immediately contacted the reception and explained that we have a phobia of lizards and felt extremely uncomfortable staying in that room. Since this room category is located on the ground floor, it was also quite easy for a lizard to enter anytime after the balcony door was opened. What disappointed us even more was the response from the reception. Nobody apologized for what had happened or showed any real concern about the situation. We were simply told that the hotel was fully booked and that we could possibly change rooms during the last two days of our stay. Unfortunately, this did not feel like an appropriate response to a situation that made us feel unsafe and uncomfortable in our own room. Another major disappointment was the food. The variety was very limited, and the meals were almost the same every day. We expected much more variety from a hotel of this category. I also would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for entertainment and activities. There are practically no entertainment programs at the hotel. In the evenings, there is live music, but it is not really something guests can participate in or enjoy as entertainment. This was not my first vacation in Antalya, so I have experience with different hotels in the area. Honestly, I have stayed at more budget-friendly hotels where I had a much better experience, both in terms of relaxation and entertainment. Overall, considering the price and the category of the hotel, we expected a much higher standard of service and a much more enjoyable stay. Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet our expectations.

Please just u should have a little water park for children like a small pool slight or something similar

Mediocre hotel for me, did not feel 5*, room was good but dated. Pool area was ok, but worn and the small pools at hotel did not feel well kept with loungers stained and floor, covered in tree waste. Pool bars were kaos with no queuing and main restaurant was awful absolute mayhem and poor variation especially for children.

We stayed here with our two children and honestly, there wasn’t a single part of the hotel we could fault. From the food and cleanliness to the service and the incredible staff, this was easily one of the best all-inclusive experiences we’ve ever had. I can genuinely say that from now on, whenever we visit Türkiye, I’ll be looking at Rixos first. The food was amazing. I normally don’t enjoy buffet food, but this was completely different. There were premium cuts of meat, fresh vegetables, incredible salads, quality fruit and, importantly when you have children, chips available whenever you needed them! Everything was fresh, clean and constantly replenished. The staff were also continuously cleaning as you ate and checking on you for drinks, which I’ve never experienced to this level at an all-inclusive hotel. What stood out most was how genuinely happy and hardworking the staff were. Every single person we came across seemed to take pride in looking after guests. I especially want to mention Jaster Loi from the housekeeping team. He saw me struggling to get into our room, came over to help me, and then went above and beyond by cleaning around me and the children while talking to them and making us feel completely at ease. He even described himself as “just an extra,” but honestly, that extra bit of kindness made such a difference to our stay. It was extremely hot and we were struggling with everything outside our room, and he noticed and stepped in without hesitation. If the hotel sees this review, please commend Jaster Loi. Staff members like him are exactly what takes an already fantastic experience from a 9/10 to a 10/10. I will genuinely remember his kindness long after this holiday. Reception were always quick, friendly and helpful, whether we needed towel cards or anything else. Guest Relations were equally fantastic and dealt with every issue immediately. They also helped us arrange taxis and reserved places for us at Land of Legends, which made everything so much easier. Another huge bonus is that there is food practically all day! Outside the main buffet hours, there’s the People’s Restaurant by the pool and Starbucks, with food and drinks available outside the usual all-inclusive dining times. I genuinely felt like I was in a food coma the entire holiday — but a very happy one! 😂 I was particularly impressed that food and drinks were available from 10pm until 7am. Once the kids were asleep, if we needed a hot chocolate or just wanted something small, we could still go down and get something. Everything was served quickly and the staff were just as lovely at those hours. Overall, I honestly don’t think I’ve ever experienced this level of service at an all-inclusive hotel, or even in any hotel I’ve stayed at in another country. Every little detail made a difference. We will 100% be returning. And if it isn’t this particular Rixos next time, I’ll definitely be looking at the other Rixos resorts in Türkiye and around the world. 10/10 from us — and a special 10/10 to the staff who made it feel that way. ❤️

For the same money or even less you may stay in a much better 5 star hotel than this one. Here you’ll have a chaos in restaurant, finding a free table is a problem, waiters don’t bother with bringing drinks and sometimes even to take away plates. Drinks are poor- no fresh juices, and cocktails are not of a good quality. One of the bars was closed and in the other bar in the evening - no seats. Kids club is good and you may leave your child to do different craft. The only place for evening program is a kids club, so not much fun for adults. The layout of the main hotel building is complicated- lots of corridors, passages, not easy to find anything, also shower with toilet is a separate room with no shelves and mirror and the sink with mirror is in another room separately from the shower. No indoor swimming pool, the snack bar by the pool and sea is outdoors which makes it not comfortable to have food when it’s +40C in case you missed lunch or don’t want to go to crazily busy main restaurant. Snack bar is the only place where you may get served by waiters and get the table without a problem 😅 We are glad we stayed here only for 3 nights for the sake of the Land of Legends and spent the whole vacation in the other hotel. The shuttle bus schedule to the Land of Legends is terrible - 11 am, so you’ll get there in the hottest part of the day. The return bus is at 17:30 only so if your kids got tired earlier you’ll have to search for taxi (which is expensive and accepts only cash). The next time we’ll choose the other hotel close by the Land of Legends.

All was very good from the room to the view from the balcony. Turquoise buffet was the best we've ever eaten. Water activities were a bit expensive. Variety of wine is so limited., but overall amazing stay.

Turned up early ithe morning with no welcome. Minimal English speaking staff, hard to communicate with a lot of staff who were trainees. Great location for land of legends which was a plus However no communication on how we got tickets and bus times etc, it’s like we were expected to know. Overall the rooms were not to normal Rixos standard we had to move rooms as felt like we were in a dungeon with no balcony or opening windows with the curtains not fitting the windows. Also not consistent with room standards and no robes?? Buffet food wasn’t to normal Rixos standard. Offered a selection of Russian food which I thought was strange. No fresh kebabs only on certain days. No English bacon for breakfast. No salmon… no bbqs which I thought you would have given Turkish food. The best food we ate was the Teppanyaki restaurant he was fantastic. Pool was good and evening entertainment was good which helped. Overall was ok. But disappointed given we’ve stayed in other Rixos hotels.

Accommodation was clean and comfortable and the air conditioning worked brilliantly. We were expecting more space for the price paid for a two bedroom room however, for example a sitting area for the whole family. Food was delicious but the a la carte restaurants need improvement (Italian and Grill). The portion sizes between the different main courses in the Italian were disproportionate. The pasta was a large portion but the risotto tiny. The chicken came with barely any accompaniments. We had to ask for extra vegetables. We were also disappointed when none of the steaks we're available to order in the grill, and two of our main courses came after all the other main courses had been eaten. The shuttle bus was really useful. The pools were lovely but the main pool could do with some shade and it's a shame that whilst the main pool looks like it's all joined up, you cannot easily move from one part to another. The wooden decking could also do with replacing in parts and it was frustrating that the surface of the pool was so far below the decking. The bar staff and waiters were great and the cocktails and mocktails were delicious.

It was a great holiday for us. Love the food, the staff. With cleaning in room you can work it out a little bit, but overall we enjoyed.

When I. received my room when I. arrived at the hotel until two hours later, this bothered me greatly, especially my children and family present

The stay was generally nice, but there were several issues that affected my experience. The staff were sometimes unfriendly, the food was below average, and I was refused the complimentary restaurant dinner despite staying for 6 days. My room had a broken shower and no balcony light. Housekeeping cleaned the room daily, but water, fridge items, and coffee were not consistently replenished. Most importantly, I saw a large rat on the stairs right next to my room, which was very unpleasant and concerning.

From day 1 at airport, couldn’t find the driver whom we booked from hotel, after we arrived at hotel, we lost our luggage at hotel.. They asked us to go inside the storage room to find it by ourselves. After I filled in the form of the check in, the reception gave me back the wrong passports of another family. We arrived at the hotel at 2:00 pm and the rooms were not ready until almost 3, after that they said one room is ready and we had to wait for the other room one more hour or so.. At the lounge area, I ordered an iced coffee and found an insect inside… Last day at check out, we asked for someone to help bring luggage down, they said ok but no one came, we waited and waited until we decided to bring them down ourselves We couldn’t order food in the room, it wasn’t allowed Staff are very unfriendly and not welcoming at all….
