The hotel is good, but it did not meet expectations. We constantly had to ask for things and listen to excuses. The worst experience was with the cleanliness of the rooms and when booking à la carte.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this hotel — a true 5-star experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The location by the sea made it even more special, with stunning views and a relaxing atmosphere throughout our stay. There was always something to do, and the heated pools were a real highlight — perfect for unwinding at any time of day. The food was outstanding, with a huge variety of delicious options available, and having food and drinks accessible 24/7 was such a fantastic bonus. What really made the experience stand out was the staff. Every member of the team was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Our room was spacious, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable — it truly felt like a home away from home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway.

Did not get the room we booked and paid for. We should have had a garden view room but we faced a brick wall. Room 2143 We paid a premium given it being the Rixos name but was very disappointed. We were greeted with the smell of cat urine and our room was pretty shocking. The grounds and bars were very good. It’s a shame we did not get the room we were expecting

I absolutely loved the sea, and the hotel itself was truly amazing. It felt very safe and welcoming throughout my stay. For the first time ever, I experienced a hotel where the kids’ club was open for such long hours, which was incredible. There was live music, everything was beautifully organized, and I really enjoyed the outdoor heated pool — such a special touch. Having access to Land of Legends was also a fantastic bonus. The food was absolutely delicious, and the staff were always attentive and kind. I also loved that paddle boarding was available, as it’s something I really enjoy. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would definitely love to come back!
