Lovely family hotel, comfortable love the options of pools available and being on the beach. Food optopns not so good. Peoples bar needs more on the menu too limited and not cooked to high strandard. Not enough access to food during the daytime Limited times for food throughout the day and evening entertainment lacks. Needs varity not just live bands with the same set list. After 11pm all entertainment stops which is a shame. Qr codes with drinks menus on the tables would be good as bar at x lounge gets very busy in the evening so can't see what's on the menu easy. Rooms need a make over. Mouldy bathrooms with cracked tiles. Communication from hotel needs abit of work as well.

Had better three star hotels elsewhere in the world. Pool rules and lifeguards an absolute joke can’t splash too much or you’re whistled at, kids getting small water pistols taken off them even though these are available to purchase in the onsite shop and not even allowed to drink from a bottle of water at the side of the pool without being whistled at while other families can stand in pool drinking away and when it’s brought to lifeguards attention he turns away. A case of your face fits it would seem. Lifeguards disregarding guests drinking from glasses at poolside while they chat away to them. The only saving points around the poolside are your guys on roller skates who work their backsides off, Enes was an absolute credit and such a lovely gentleman. Getting ignored by staff members in restaurants as they pass by to other nationalities and ignoring requests for drinks or to lifts dirty dishes to fawn over other tables. There were only two staff members in the main restaurant who I would say went above and beyond serving and in general really nice gents. An older shorter gentleman and a tall blonde haired young chap them and the bar staff were the only highlight. Food, the main restaurant is far too small to cater for the area that you have available for seating capacity. Food overall you would find something to eat although with the amount of people waiting to get served meaning when you sit down most of time it was only just warm. Rooms were clean most days although several times over the 10 days and three rooms no towels were left or changed even after calling reception we had to wait anything from 1 hour to 6 hours for towel replacements and several calls to reception, when the housekeeping office is at the bottom of the building. Meaning we had to use pool towels to enable us to get ready for the evening. Having a poolside restaurant where you can’t go in and eat/drink with a damp swimsuit on as it’s fabric cushion chairs is silly while the main restaurant has plastic chairs on the outdoor eating space. Poolside decking is atrocious very uneven, could do with a complete floor overhaul of varnish and the edging from inside the pool is slimy and smells mouldy where other pools I’ve been at with wooden decking have a tiled edging meaning no smells and slime. Pool at orient /italian restaurant area have mixed up furniture, some old plastic seating/loungers and tables alongside wooden furniture, just looks very unkempt almost, like no thought had been put into it. not great for an alleged 5 star hotel Accessibility in general not the best, steep ramp for gaining access to the pool area is dreadful maybe a lift in this area would be beneficial. That leads again on to the uneven decking and also at night lack of lighting around pool to bar area rubbish as well and not great for someone like my mum who are very unsteady on their feet. Feel more lifts throughout building as well for helping those less able might be a benefit. Entertainment was not the best nonexistent during the day and night time yes different bands/singers but basically the same 6/7 songs that you can guarantee they would all sing. Overall the best part of £25,000 spent on a holiday in a hotel that I would not recommend to anyone and that we could’ve paid a fraction of that at a three star hotel and receive a better experience and holiday is to say the least very frustrating and disappointing. I would also like to point out that when myself or my brother approached guest services we felt robbed off to have to deal with trainees each time is very unprofessional on your teams part as well. A very expensive mistake in booking Rixos Park Belek.
