Rixos Park Belek - The Land Of Legends Access 5 stars

The rooms are spacious, which was a plus, but unfortunately the overall experience was disappointing. Housekeeping was below expectations. The floors were neither swept nor mopped during our stay, although the bed linens were changed every two days. The toilet was faulty and constantly running, and the shower drain was clogged, making it inconvenient to use. The beach is quite small and not particularly attractive, with old and worn sunbeds. Fortunately, the swimming pool was well maintained and enjoyable. The food lacked variety and was very repetitive, with almost the same dishes being served every day. In addition, there was very little entertainment, and the evening shows were underwhelming. Another disappointing aspect was that many of the staff members had very limited English skills, making communication difficult. For a hotel that promotes itself as a luxury resort, I would have expected the staff to communicate more effectively with international guests. Overall, this hotel falls well below the standard of Rixos Tekirova. Based on our experience, it did not meet the expectations associated with the Rixos brand, and I would not choose to stay here again.

Hello. My review will not be positive. Because I had to face unacceptable moments. From the good I note - the cuisine in the main restaurant. Quality products. Clean, deliciously cooked. A good steak in a grill restaurant. The desire of the management staff at the reception to help. Gratitude to the man with a tail of hair on his head and glasses, the senior at the reception. Of the negative - dirty floors and rugs in the building near the Zuhra restaurant. I met a huge cockroach at check-in. Crumpled curtains, like rags. In the main building there are also crumpled curtains in the rooms, a non-working plug in the sink, it was impossible to wash the laundry. Inflated laminate. There is no feeling of quality not cheap rest. The main terrible point is that there are sick cats everywhere. We deprive the sick with danger. They walk around the tables in the restaurant, lie on the couch in the bar. They spread a fungal infection. Expensive Samsung headphones from number 2070 are missing. The search was fruitless. The management staff tried to help, but there is a fact of theft. They didn't give the forgotten battery to the grill restaurant. cabana on the beach look disgusting.

Do NOT waste your money or energy on this hotel. Nothing at the hotel/resort is 5* service. The only brilliant service is bellboys they always smile and helpful. In my opinion they understand the guest more than the management or guest relations team. I was unfortunately so sick, there was no medical support present at the hotel. No digital or easy use blood pressure machine. We waited 30 mins and doctor use medical version of blood pressure machine arrived. By that time I passed out in the room. They were informing my husband that if I’m so sick they can call a doctor but will cost us. No one checked if I was ok not on the evening or the next day. The guest facing staff are the most rude e,g, guest relations or check in staff. First Hotel room was disgustingly dirty (walls, floors with blood staines) the bathroom was smelly and was so dirty left over building work mess. I couldn’t shower my child, hygiene was not existed. Loose electric socket was shocking. No health & safety in place.I complained three times before they changed our room. Better room but not in 5* standards. If you expect 3* hotel this is ok. Not much to do for kids at the hotel. Activities are changing daily but not posted on their app. The management staff is no where to be seen. The main buffet place is like animal hall, people run to get food, drinks would arrive late. Cutlery always missing. Kitchen staff is super over worked. There is a queue to get a table if lucky, you have to wait for the cutlery or drinks. Staff are running to get to customers but not enough staff to cover the demand. People’s restaurant was the better option you feel more like human. They serve in calmer and better conditions. One of the best lahmacun there. The wifi connection not good. Trying to figure out the qr codes a challenge itself. Bathroom shower gel, shampoo, conditioner are low quality. Evening entertainment is so boring, live music for couple of hours same songs mainly, no dancing or shows for families. There is no water slides as they say you have the free entrance to Land of Legends. Land of legends huge with super long queues. Getting on the bus is a challenge always pushing -pulling people to get on the bus. If you have young kids avoid this place. Long waiting to get on coaches that has always more people than they booked. The night before it are going you need to book it. The staff most of the time overwhelmed due to customers complaining. Who wants to waste their valuable holiday time queuing each time 30+ mins. There is an expectation to throw your money at them. At the park, Locker is 750lira for the day, 970-1200lira is small nothing fancy burger deal or doner wrap. Long waiting to get on the waterslides or the fun rides. They sell around 60€ for fast track again money grabbing. You are not allowed to take food from outside. Only small size bottle water allowed. I witnessed that security guard took water bottle from a heavily pregnant woman with a small child in the pushchair. I challenged it but their response was she should bring small size bottle only. There is no water fountains to fill in drinkable water. They take the most simple human rights away to provide water. It’s hot super hot and water is available to purchase only. They only had 5* name Rixos nothing else was 5*. If I knew this, I would not book this hotel at all. Genuinely not worth it. Huge dissapointment.
