Stayed here for a week with our 3 year old and we all loved it. Great facilities for children as well as excellent food and service all round. The young man from guest relations also went the extra mile to find my misplaced jacket after checkout.

Paid for a deluxe twin room and given a small room with one bed and 1 sofa bed. Two adults and two young children this simpl5 wasn't enough. The room was dirty and dusty and the overall service offered by front of house was really poor. Everything had to be run through guest relations and they offer no value. Not willing to accommodate any requests. Its too regimental. Poor experience overall wouldn't go back.

We’ve had such a wonderful stay. All the services have been excellent, honestly, 10/10! The waiters have been incredibly kind and attentive, and everyone looking after the children has been so wonderful and very friendly. We were also very impressed with the food. There was such a great variety, and everything we tried was absolutely delicious. There were so many different options that it was easy to find something for everyone, both for us and the children. We really loved the variety of activities available for the kids. It’s great that they can have so much fun while the parents get some time to relax at the pub, spa or pool. This was our first time staying here, and we’ve absolutely loved it. Both we and the children have had an amazing time, and we will definitely be coming back! Fantastic hotel, and great location. We were a bit sceptical about the hotel not having its own outdoor swimming pool, but the water park is as close as a Hotel pool could be, so made no difference. Everything was positive on our break, from the location, food, drinks, games and even our request for room location was taken onboard. The only thing i would criticise, would be, there was only 1 toilet on the ground floor, and it was a long walk to get to if at the Bar area. A secondary toilet at that end of the building would be better.

This hotel was good could not fault on the food fresh and lots of choice…rooms always cleaned. Some staff really welcoming especially the waiters and waitresses. In the theme park totally different experience some are soo rude and had an experience where was totally ripped off on children’s snacks which you pay extra and then when trying to sort no one can speak English to help this matter and totally not interested in sorting or the reason we literally got ripped off!! So that has left a bad review…. Rixos day trip was lovely I’ve stayed here before and definitely more suited for myself and my older niece who didn’t have children… no night time entertainment at the hotel only the shows in the mall which are the same every night?? I guess with going kiddies in the evening you can be soo tired but still having some sort of program for the older kids and adults instead of the bar 24/7

Extremely disorganised, management had no idea how to deal with issues quickly and efficiently. Provide very little information regarding facilities at the park and what is included with all inclusive, far too many extra add ons which the all inclusive doesn’t go far at all. Food is very average with one of our group getting food poisoning from the restaurant. Only good thing was the water park.

We had a brilliant stay everything was so clean staff was kind and the service was good although there is plenty to do in the day come evening there wasn’t much entertainment which would of made our stay a 10 out of 10 we booked 7 nights I think anything over we would of been repeating stuff over and over so id say anything over 7 days would be too much. The prices of the experiences were e.g shark diving are reasonable but it was because we were hotel guests we got discount but the pictures and video costs were a bit steep so it would of been good if they discounted the photos and videos for hotel guests also the food was lovely though and the kids club is so good.

We had the best 7 nights stay. The deluxe room had everything we needed, toothbrushes,loofahs,shampoo, conditioner,shower gel & body lotion, even cotton pads. Comfy bed & pillows, lovely balcony & well stocked fridge each day with drinks & snacks. What blew us away were the chefs in dining area & their absolute dedication to variety & perfection. The waiting staff were excellent & attentive 100%. A waitress named Alleya was so professional & efficient we did not even need to call, she was already thinking ahead for our needs & saw she did this for all the other guests. Amazing how great the staff were, they all made our stay perfect!

We stayed in kingdom hotel.. it’s a bit outdated! Lack of information for activities even with mobile app! Rooms are outdated and need renovation! Food in main restaurant was very good but lunch buffet in Mungo restaurant was not good quality! Cleaning staff need extra help coz I had to ask twice to clean my room during my stay! Also staff lack of English language! We choose land of legends coz my child loves Paw patrol but we only seen him 1 time! That was disappointing coz it’s advertised otherwise! Reception staff is very helpful! Also to get towels in water park you need to walk very far .. in my opinion they should be given at entrance!

We stayed in the LOL kingdom hotel on 16th Sept for a week with our 8 year old son. Loved every minute of it. Plenty to do & was never hungry. The buffet was the best we have ever seen. The theme park was impressive. No problem getting sun loungers. The added bonus of getting a day trip to Rixos hotel for the day to swim at the beach and have more relaxed surroundings. We will definitely come back again. Thank you for a great holiday!

Great for kids ,but feel that the rooms were aimed more for boys ,but my granddaughter was looking forward to spongebob room,but she was disappointed as she never got that,could have been a bit more girly.

I love this hotel i really do,so much ao ive been 4 times ,it has everything here however this year the resort was so busy , the lentertainment was poor and the same every time, kids club was poor with a lack of things, dolphin show has changed and they do less which is ok i guess , half the rides were closed, the resturant useto be the fast amd good but is now mungo ... overall a beautiful place but i prefered it before
