Staff were so welcoming and helpful, always with a smile Something for all ages, children’s club every evening was really engaging and children looked forward to them Playroom staff were very caring and the activities were varied Food was delicious and lots of choice Overall would highly recommend and definitely go again

The overall experience in the hotel was fantastic, the staff cannot do enough for you, the room had a view of the castle, clean and maintained well. The hotel includes the theme park and water park in the price, unfortunately Mongo's restaraunt was closed and this did have a negative affect on our holiday, as we had to trail back to hotel for lunch.

Upon my arrival to the hotel I checked in very easily and went into my room to which I was happy with the room and the location, plenty of drinks and snacks in the fridge daily, my room was clean and tidy which no issues at all, staff are very helpful and welcoming and we meet some lovely staff who my son adored, they celebrated his birthday with a magic session and my sons fav waitress brought him a cake with candles. The only negative issue was music playing at 4am from the castle area on some nights which I didn’t understand as it woke us up, also the hotel trip advisor was absolutely rude and very unhelpful and found he forced you into activities you didn’t want to do and gave you false information, for example we inquired about the quad Safari and I asked if my 12-year-old son could drive the quad bike and he informed me yes he could, Upon arriving on the court Safari we was told no under 16 can drive the buggies or the quad bike itself which then made my son completely upset, I relate this information back to the hotel trip advisor and he just didn’t care,
