Hello, This e-mail was sent to the chief of the guest relation office of the Land of Legend the 11th of November 2021 ... without any reaction. Hello Mahir,I hope you are well ?We are not; and I admit that I am particularly upset about the management and organization of the Land Of Legend.I would like to talk to you about covid 19 and how the Land Of Legend handles it:You say that you take all measures to comply with the law and procedures related to covid 19.I regret to say that this is not the case.We have been on vacation 5 times since the covid was there and I have never seen such poorly followed procedures.Some examples:- At the entrance of the restaurant, you offer masks before entering it.My family and I noticed that as soon as they entered the entrance, the majority of people took it out and therefore wandered between the different buffets without any protection; neither for them nor for the others.And no one of the Land Of Legend staff in the restaurant ensures that the wearing of the mask is respected.-In the elevator, no one wears the mask even though it is a closed unventilated space. In addition, we always had to insist on preventing other people from taking the elevator with us.Saw elevators with 2-3 couples and kids all together without a mask.-The worst is certainly the SPA. Despite the poster indicating a maximum of 4 people per sauna or hamman, nobody respected it and we found ourselves several times my wife and I (when we were 2 or 4 in the sauna) had to go out because a group 4-5 people including 3-4 year olds entered it without any embarrassment and in addition by talking, playing or shouting. So no respect for health measures, or elementary measures of prudence (children) than of education (silence). I spoke to one of the spa managers who told me that she made the remark regularly but that the clients weren't listening. I'm sorry but then you have to put in guards to enforce the instructions. You have a thermal camera at the entrance which takes the temperature. I can confirm that it is not working or you do not take any action when a customer has a temperature.I have for proof my daughter who had a temperature in the middle of the stay (mild flu-like state but fever> 38.5 °) and then my wife but neither of them despite passages in front of the camera were " noticed ".Now let's get to the most important fact:My 15-year-old daughter was not vaccinated, so we had a pcr test the day before we left. There is not much difference between flu symptoms and covid 19. So we had a little stress before the test results came back negative.Back in Belgium, we (as the law requires) made the whole family a pcr test: we were all POSITIVE, INCLUDING MY DAUGHTER.It is simply outrageous.You left us to leave the hotel, go to the airport, take a plane and return to our country when my daughter was already positive.Your pcr test done by the Land Of Legend resort doctor cannot have been negative. It's impossible.In addition, given the lack of respect for measures in the hotel, the four of us were potentially able to contaminate a large number of people.Certainly not among the staff, who were fortunately always masked, but among the customers, whether in the restaurant, the spa or in the other common areas: bar, games room, lift.I am thinking about what to do now.My best friend who is a business lawyer advises me to contact the Turkish Ministry of Health and communicate my situation and carry out a regular check of the hotel.I am healing myself now and taking care of my family and will see what I will do. its was a great place to stay for kids. i wish i was 12 to visit. i will send my daughter to visit this place. everything was great. food , rooms , rides , sweet shop were extra ordinery expensive. house keeping was quite poor.

It's a fantastic place for kids. Grown ups will be less impressed. Check-in was easy (we arrived after midnight). Room - impressive attention to detail with lights, pull out box for small kids to stand on in bathroom. Plenty of storage etc. PS4 - no details whatsover about it. There was a projector in our room - ditto no info. A few TV channels if that's your thing. Minibar stocked daily - no beer included. We were given a blue 'boys' room even though we have 2 daughters - minor lack of attention to detail from the hotel! Wristband - we got the day after. They were busy and gave us nothing other than a couple of sheets with basic AI information. Not good. Free sweet bar - the kids loved this and gave it plenty of hammer! Games - free and great the kids loved this Bars - 1 alcohol bar that hardly anyone sat at as people sat outside so not sociable, no sports bar. 1 non-alcohol which does provide free coffee (note to other reviewer!). Kids loved the mocktails (probably all the whipped cream on top). Buffet - mostly a disappointing experience. Hard to get a clean table, hard to get staff to get a drink. Food not always warm. To be fair the hotel did put staff on half way through the week to some counters as guests were leaving things open. Related to this my daughter was ill for a day which lines up with many other reviews here of the same time so seems like food hygiene was an issue. It effectively killed a day of our holiday as a single parent looking after 2 kids. Lunch - only available at the water park at Fast & Good. Average fast food with a bit of other stuff. Not everything here was included either with no instructions as to what was. Maccaroons were piling up by the till! Some types of beer that was free at every other inclusive bar wasn't here. Covid - they asked guests to wear a mask and provided everyone with one on entrance to the buffet but most people just took them straight off. Theme Park - most of the small rides were closed most days of the week. Seemed like they opened them for a day or two. The big rides are amazing and queues were short. You could buy videos of yourselves on the ride - pretty cool. Slides - 1/3 of the slides were shut the whole week we were there. Not great. half hour queues 11-3. When my daughter was ill she was sick (a tiny amount) at the theme park and instantly 4 staff converged on us and within a minute a nurse appeared. Impressive! The day after I cut my knee getting out of the wild river and again the nurse was with me in two minutes doing a professional clean up job. As you can probably tell safety was taken seriously so don't think if your kid is 117cm they will get on a ride that says you need to be 120cm because you won't. There's an area for hotel guests only by the wave pool (which was freezing by the way!) and by the activity pool. One piece of advice I didn't follow as I thought it was just people whinging (my mistake) was regarding taking some footwear for round the slides. The surface is breaking up and is painful for the feet but they have areas by each slide for leaving sandals so they know it's an issue. Just fix the floor! Evening show - good but mostly the same so the kids rapidly lost interest. A good spot to watch the end is from the 1st floor balcony. Our A4 entertainment sheet had the wrong time and start place most days. In summary the kids loved it. If you're going for the rides and slides then carefully follow the reviews and figure where you can get a free icecream (17 I think it was) and free drinks in the park. If you want a true 5 star experience like I've had elsewhere in Turkey then I wouldn't stay here. Given the number of nearby restaurants etc it may be better to just stay B&B.

First Day cleaners stole my Chrome Shaver . This is very disappointing . It is not the money , its the fact that it leaves a bad taste in your mouth . Nothing else was taken from our Room no 3402 . We had the same cleaner everyday . This is small stealing matter but left unchallenged could effect your business in the future.

Clean, gimmicky hotel - impressive for children. Poor options included with all inclusive stay. X1 buffet restaurant breakfast evening meal. Service in restaurant very poor. X1 fast food outlet in theme park for lunch, come rain or shine. X1 bar at theme park Don’t be fooled this is not an all inclusive resort everything is extra charge - al a carte restaurants, Ice creams, snacks, slush drinks. X1 bar at hotel limited choice of drinks, zero ambiance, no atmosphere, no music.

Spent 10 nights here recently with my family with a range of ages. From my knowledge this was advertised to us as a all inclusive experience which a day after our arrival after checking online was renamed all in. This is confusing as only some drinks are included and meal wise there is a hotel restaurant opened for breakfast and dinner. No lunches in the hotel. For food lunch you have to visit the water park and eat at fast and go. This was frustrating as you don't always want to walk 10 minutes into a water park through security/ checks and through a turnstile for your lunch which was basically fast food. The hotel was well equipped with amusements for the children and the spa was lovely. Worth a visit. The disappointing parts of the hotel was the lack of outdoor pool, indoor pool was nice but not heated. For a outdoor swim, uve guessed it. A trip to the water park. Hotel gym was well equipped with a good PT who was welcoming. Drinks service around the hotel was slow with a lack of enthusiasm. Felt like all consumers were not welcome and had to insist on their order. The concept of hiding away stairs was a hindrance. Everytime you wanted to go for dinner you had to use a lift which was slow at the best of times. The rooms were spacious and ours had a lovely view of the shops. The room could of done with some plants or life as felt a lil cold. Bed was comfortable. Room service was attentive and friendly. I know this hotel is based around children but putting all the children's activities in the way of the restaurant was painful. Felt like a episode of ninja warrior. Was made aware of a sister hotel which we could visit with full use of the facilities. After getting a transfer this hotel was all that the land of legends wasn't. Staff were attentive and proactive. They had a heated pool and a well organised children's area. I would recommend staying at this hotel and day visiting to land of legends twice for use of the theme parks and a change of scenery.

I have 2 young kids and 1 teenager and all 3 always wanted to go Land of Legends Antalya, first it was very hard to find any reasonable deal and then there was no availability from any web based websites. I try to find direct website of Land of legends and somehow booked for 2 days for family of 5 for nearly 950 pounds. Now I looked around to find somewhere to stay in Antalya and booked at another resort for 5 days. It was only 800 pounds all inclusive there. When we were in Antalya before 2 days to Land of Legends, I received email telling me booking has been cancelled out of blue. No communication before taking this action, I became frustrated as honestly I only went Turkey and then antalya for Land of legends. It was very disappointing and frustrated. I email them only to find out that because my payment didn't went through so they cancelled. First I used same card for other hotel as well and second I should be asked before cancelling but no communication. I paid and got booking again. Then we went Land of Legends and it clearly says free mini bar but we were told by reception we will be charged. Plus drinks were over priced in restaurant as well. Been to another 5 star resort with own beach, 4 time food, all day ice cream, free snacks all day, free mini bar and free drinks in restaurant as well. I definitely got disappointed at the charges of Land of legends. Then first day it rain and all programme cancelled and 2nd day no communication about programme and when started everyone was running like chicken because no one knew where will parade start. Not happy, not impressed and I must say if you are charging so much looking at pricing at other resorts in area then at least give good customer service. Everytime you call at reception to ask for something they will be slow to resolve or in some cases no action at all until you call them again. Unfortunately my kids love and like Land of legends so I am not sure if I have to go again but I will definitely think twice and would not recommend. You could pay nearly same price in deal and get better amenities and services at Disney land paris.

Very disappointing, I paid and booked for an all inclusive holiday package this is not what I received. When I got to the hotel I was informed by guest relations that if was an all in concept. And many aspects of the holiday were at an extra charge. The holiday agency state that this is a 5 star all inclusive holiday this couldn't be further from the truth. I was very disappointed and upset to find I had paid all that money for such a basic service

We stayed in this hotel with my wife and 4 years old daughter. From Antalya airport to the land of legend Hotel takes about 40 min by taxi. The fee of this transport is 35 Euro to Belek. There was a candy bar at the entrance of hotel with a good greeting and skilled reception. After admit you should go to the Gust relation counter to have your wristband and some information about hotel, park, shopping street and entertainments. The wristband can be charge to spend money in hotel and park. The rooms were so beautiful and clean and suitable for child. Breakfast and dinner was excellent (we were Half board). Staffs were so kind and polite specially in dining room who serve some foods, Bugra, and Mr Serkan, Waiter. There is one of the best spa, Anjana Spa, which I saw before in the other hotels. With sauna, Turkish bath, and a nice and clean Jim that his coach was Mohammad, Nice and polite coach. Kids Club was good and open till midnight. Lobby and hotel environments are excellent. There was a transport to Rixos Premium Hotel in 11 from land of legend hotel and return to hotel at 18. Gusts can’t go to rixos premium hotel without this transport bus, but can return by taxi with about 20 Eur. In that hotel the rules are All inclusive, foods and alcoholic/nonalcoholic beverages. You should your self arrange with Gust relation desk to give PCR test in a clinic which is located out of the hotel about 5 min by walk. The programs in shop street at night were so excitement and amazing, and you shouldn’t lost them!
