It was great experience, apart from the breakfast and dinner experience, I would expect the quality of the food better and also the waiters was not enough. I always went to drink points to ask for drinks, tea, coffee or something else

Our stay at the Land of Legends Kingdom Hotel was as close to perfection as I've ever come experienced. The staff are incredible, the food was fantastic, and the facilities at the hotel were world class. As a young family, we couldn't have asked for more. It's clear that a lot of thought and effort has gone into making the hotel as child-friendly as possible. Just small things like; having the pull-out drawers and steps so that small children can access sinks and counters. The additional small doorway into the restaurant. The wonderfully decorated rooms. And of course, the incredible theme park and water park that's on the doorstep. Out of all the places we've ever stayed, this will be the very first time that we've said we will come back again. Thank you.

from start to finish we were so impressed with this hotel and all the staff, the kingdom hotel was so clean and had everything a child could want, the theme park and water park was 10/10 we enjoyed every single slide / ride and will definitely be returning.

It was ok but not booking again. Over priced for anything that was not inclusive. 1 box of pringles costs £8 but in the UK it would £3. Was told could only look at late checkout on day of departure. I asked before going on holiday by ringing the hotel from the UK. I asked at check in and on departure date and was told no. I did inform my daughter had health conditions everytime but was not considered. I even stated would be willing to pay extra but still on the day was told nothing was available. All the resort shops are extortionate especially compared to the UK prices. Staff were friendly and nice, room was ok but cleaning staff maybe because of the size of the hotel would not have the room done before 4pm. Which never been to a hotel before where it has taken so long for cleaning. The water park and theme park were really good. Inclusive buffet in eternia restaurant and mongo restaurant were really good aswell.
