We were very satisfied with our stay at LoL hotel. The hotel and it's facilities are beautiful and so well equipped for children. They really have thought of everything! The staff were very friendly and helpful and always greeted us with a warm smile. They were able to deal with any questions or problems we had throughout our staff in an efficient and timely manner. The food was really good and there were plenty of options on display each morning and evening. Our children are extremely fussy eaters but they thoroughly enjoyed each and every meal. Our only complaint would be the quality of sleep and the All Inclusive nature at the water and theme park. The beds were lovely and large but we found them to be extremely hard and we were unable to get a restful sleep during our stay because of this. Not all shops/kiosks are all inclusive and for the the price paid to stay at the hotel they really should of been. Despite these minor set backs we had the holiday of a lifetime and the children both really enjoyed their holiday.

Everything was superb apart from the following; - On arrival, the bedroom had only been made up for three guests, not four as per the booking. This was even more inconvenient due to arriving in the early hours of the morning although this was quickly rectified by staff. - Not one day was the mini bar restocked with soft drinks despite this being described as included. - On one of the days our bath towels were taken away and replaced with hand towels!! We had to go to reception to ask for more towels.

I have stayed here on many occasions and it has by far, been our best experience. Omar Burak made everything that much more easier and helpful. But despite the many positives, as this is a direct review for you to see, I wanted to highlight many issues: - Mungo restaurant for food is very far out from the hotel and not the best for people with mobility issues - most of the arcade games downstairs are broken or faulty and not working properly and my youngest sons favourite game (fishing game) was luckily there and he managed to play a few times on this occasion, but towards the end, it almost catches fire at the socket and I was lucky enough to see the smoke, move away the children and remove the plug from the wall, before a fire started. (Firat from kids club came over and got the item removed). But it goes to show the kind of stuff you are leaving laying around in the hotel. Some are not just broken, they are extremely faulty and also dangerous (Alhumdullillah we were not injured in the incident, but I hate to imagine how it might have been, if I wasn’t there and a fire started with kids around). Naturally that item is quite temperamental with working in most cases and this time it almost caught fire and this kind of item should ofcourse never be risking the safety of anyone; especially the kids who don’t know any better and just play around it long periods of time. We hope you find a replacement for this asap and have it in good working order for our next visit most likely January 2027 (as my son speaks about this all the time). - It seems like Nickelodeon land and the theme park have all the good working and best quality arcade games. And it’s a shame that despite there being new machines in the hotel; you also need to replace the old and faulty ones there too and match the standards throughout the entire venue. As you know, your hotel is not cheap and we book also because of these facilities on site and assume the price we pay is also justified because of all these facilities, so I hope you will definitely ensure serious measures are taken to rectify these errors. We recommend your hotel as the best for kids (with all facilities and food and much more). But our last experience ended very badly on this occasion we luckily averted a very dangerous situation. - I feel like better management of the playstation and X box can also be established to make kids understand when their time is up. - again, I wish your indoor pool temperature was warmer and kids would actually love to use your indoor (apparently heated pool). I would imagine that with the reputation you have worked so hard to build, you would do a lot more to maintain and continue building on top of. Many I reccomend the hotel, don’t know it and many have also gone to visit because of my advice and we won’t stop reccomending until we find a reason not to. We appreciate that Omar Burak managed to facilitate the evening dinner for us, but I assumed everything went back to normal and dinner was included again for the guests checking out that day (we left the hotel at 8pm, so it worked well for us). But these sudden changes and unpredictable policies you suddenly make up; can hinder our knowledge when reccomending others and also affects what we might think we know when planning our next visit. Last visit, this silly policy change almost ruined our entire experience. Other than then, we liked everything else and felt the food was generally quite good and staff were also quite good too. We also appreciated the birthday celebrations we managed to do and were grateful for the extra balloons for those kids who also were not celebrating but managed to avoid feeling left out. Another thing I found quite odd, was that we didn’t know which days would have the special shows outside and probably missed a couple of them as a result. I feel like your team should also concentrate on doing paper party more often (as it seems like the most fun one ) This is most of what is fresh on my mind at the moment. I hope you take this message and review seriously. Also the process to attain the complimentary fast track and also one for companion should be much more easier to attain. Simply showing proof on the phone and having companion of any age should be acceptable, but the scrutiny is beyond me. And the extortionate cost of the dolphin show is beyond me. You should have like 50% off for guest staying at the hotel at the very least. It shouldn’t always be a case of trying to maximise on every opportunity. But mind you, you will probably have a lot revenue if you adopted this offer. I simply couldn’t justify paying such amounts extra to swim with dolphins and then a tonne of extra money for pictures on top. I know we pay a small fortune to visit you in the summer school holidays, then to also pay a great deal more for certain things; I’m sure you have heard about this many times. Also the option of not being able to get drinks from every place within the resort is extremely annoying and it should at minimum also include the slush etc. after having had only recently discovered your hotel and already visited 5 times, I’ve noticed many things that can be done to improve the guest experience and make them feel more valued for being guests that stay at the hotel

Overall had a great holiday, a little disappointed with the all inclusive as it didn’t really feel like we had many options to eat/ drink and didn’t find many benefits to actually staying on site so therefore wouldn’t stay on site again but found the access to the waterpark/theme park great. Staff in the waterpark were fab. Staff near the wave pool very informative and helpful finding you beds even during peak times. Not much in the way of entertainment in the evening but on the whole we had a really good time and would come back for the day if we were to ever return and would probably stay at the Rixos.

Park is great, clean etc but staying in the hotel is too expensive and would never encourage you to stay longer where you would have to eat the same buffet food every day or pay in excess to eat elsewhere. Tom me the other restaurants should be all inclusive as it is not a cheap stay

Second time staying at the kingdom hotel, cannot fault anything, second experience was even better than the first. All staff friendly and nice to see familiar faces from last year

Every inch of the hotel remained very clean throughout the holiday. All staff made our stay person centered, attention to detail was noticed. All inclusive didnt disappoint, wide variety of food and drinks and everyday there was a different choice of food. The room was clean and tidy although the room service lacked with topping up basics each morning. Although our room was in the middle of the action, on closing the balcony doors, it did have excellent noise reduction. Free arcade games for the kids was a bonus too! There was always something to do, the waterpark was huge, beautiful greenery and plenty of shaded areas from slide to slide. Leaving bags, sandals and personal items around the park wasnt a worry either. Getting to the waterpark early and queuing for opening at 10am is recommended to make the most of the popular slides. Waiting times usually on less popular slide are 15-30 minutes which is reasonable as each slide is different and worth the wait. Shark trek and dolphin swim highly recommended, yes its a little pricey but definitely worth the experience. Amazing holiday and a week simply wasnt enough. Definitely didnt want to leave.

Where do I even begin to describe how incredible this hotel was? Let me start with the wonderful team, the "LOL family" because they truly made our holiday what it was. Every single member of staff put guests first, always paying attention to the little details and taking the time to have genuine conversations; it’s those personal touches that made all the difference and turned a great stay into an unforgettable one. I want to give a special shout-out to our dear friend Islam at the Eternia restaurant. He was the most generous, warm-hearted host you could ever hope to meet, never too busy for guests, always ready with a smile, and he’d happily guide us toward the very best dishes on the menu every single time 🙂 Over our 10-day stay, he wasn’t just a member of staff, he became a true friend. Nothing was ever too much trouble; big or small, every request was handled with care and willingness. He was, without doubt, the absolute highlight of our holiday. And then the food, just wow! There was an incredible variety of options every evening. While naturally some evenings shared familiar favourites, the hotel’s approach of serving specialist dishes directly removed the chaos and long queues that so often come with all-inclusive dining. It was smooth, well-organised, and delicious, really well done to the whole culinary team for getting that balance so right. The water park and theme park were absolutely incredible too, we spent the vast majority of our time enjoying the water park and absolutely loved every minute of it! If I could suggest just one addition, it would be a large ball game pool similar to the one we experienced at Rixos Belek during our travels, that would be the perfect extra touch. As for our room, we stayed in the Horrible Histories themed room, which had a fun, bold, characterful design! That said, it did feel a little tired and in need of some updating. My one practical suggestion would be to provide a proper single bed rather than the chaise lounge or camp beds we had, it would make a big difference to comfort during a longer stay. Overall, a truly wonderful holiday, the team, the food, and the facilities made it unforgettable, and we’re already looking forward to coming back!

Building a magnificent facility with a hotel, theme park, water park and shops is one thing, maintaining and keeping it running at a first class level is another. This is a class above anything else I have experienced in terms of cleanliness, maintenance and staff friendliness. It's the staff at the theme park and the hotel who really made this the best trip ever! Thank you all!

The Kingdom Hotel is a fantastic experience for any child. It is centrally placed for the Land of Legends which is accessible in minutes. The facilities cater for all ages of children and the staff are attentive, pleasant and keen to provide a great customer experience.

Pure magic at The Land of Legends! 🏰✨ Between the vibrant, gamer-style rooms at the Kingdom Hotel and the non-stop fun at Nickelodeon Antalya, this place completely blew us away. 🎢🍍 Waterparks, rollercoasters, character meet-and-greets, food and epic evening boat parades—it has everything. Hands down one of the most amazing places we’ve ever visited! 🇹🇷❤️ We truly enjoyed it, specially our child Aiden ❤️ Also, our favourite waitress who's always very attentive and friendly was Rita.... we will be back for sure 🙂

The staff at this hotel are absolutely fantastic, they go above and beyond in every aspect. The kids kingdom staff especially and guest relations, wonderful! the kids kingdom entertainment is absolutely fantastic and my daughter who is three had so much fun every single evening with pottery, tattoos, balloons, colouring ect. We also really enjoyed the visit to Rixos premium and ended up going three times as we loved the food and the change of pace. The hotel is a children’s paradise, every single thing they could ever dream of is catered for. The only negative we found was the food. The buffet was random and often difficult to put together a meal, we also found it was often luke warm. The children’s buffet was also often cold and no staff watching this area so we personally witnessed children taking a bite or picking things up and putting them back. The food at the rixos was much better quality and served hot. I don’t think this is a fault of the staff but just the large numbers of people they had to cater for. The unlimited access to the theme park and water park was fantastic and very much appreciated and enjoyed.

Hotel was lovely although rooms were a bit tired, food was amazing, comfortable stay.
