We had a lovely holiday. Kids enjoyed every second of it. The theme park is brilliant. The hotel, food, games are all absolutely amazing. The hotel customer service and lost and found desk was first class, as my son lost his phone twice and was found within an hour. However we would have preferred if the bed linen was 100%cotton as the polyster fabricdidn't feel comfy but that's our personal choice.

The missed up my booking had wait for 1 hr to the error they made.. not happy with service at reception
