Our hotel is located next to one of Antalya’s largest public parks, where local stray cats are part of the surrounding environment. To ensure our guests’ comfort, our teams regularly take measures to minimize their presence around dining areas, while informative notices asking guests not to feed the cats are also displayed. Our food and beverage outlets are operated in accordance with established international food-safety and hygiene procedures. We also appreciate your comments regarding communication and the atmosphere around the pool. As an international hotel welcoming guests from many countries, we aim to provide a diverse and vibrant holiday environment while remaining attentive to individual guest preferences. Regarding beach access, Rixos Downtown Antalya is a city resort, with Aruna Beach located across the road. Guests may reach the beach via the public elevator, stairs or our shuttle service. We are pleased that the distance itself was not an issue for you, while we regret that waiting for the public elevator affected your convenience. We would also like to note that these matters were not brought to the attention of our Guest Relations Team or shared through our Rixos Touch AI Assistant during your stay. We always encourage our guests to contact us whenever they have a question, preference or concern.
