We were sorry to learn that your experience with the shuttle reservation to The Land of Legends did not meet your expectations. As part of our concept, all guests enjoy complimentary access to The Land of Legends Theme Park, including both the water park and amusement park, throughout their stay (excluding the check-in day). To ensure a comfortable journey for all guests, our complimentary shuttle service operates with limited seating and therefore requires advance reservation. For the 10:00 morning departure, reservations should be completed by 20:00 on the previous day, while bookings for the 19:15 evening departure are accepted until 15:00 on the same day. Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis following confirmed reservations. Please be assured that whenever availability allows, our team is always pleased to accommodate guests' requests, even at short notice. However, once all available seats have been reserved, we are unfortunately unable to add further passengers in order to ensure the comfort and safety of everyone using the service.
