We fully understand that not everyone feels comfortable around animals, and for guests who have a fear of cats, unexpected encounters can be distressing. As our hotel is located adjacent to the large public Atatürk Cultural Park and surrounded by extensive green areas, cats from the surrounding environment may occasionally enter outdoor spaces. While they are not part of the hotel's operations, we continuously strive to balance animal welfare with the comfort of our guests and take measures to discourage them from approaching dining areas. We also kindly remind our guests not to feed or interact closely with stray animals. We regret that this aspect overshadowed what was otherwise a positive stay for your family.
