Rooms were dated, not your usual Rixos standard what i am used to as we have stayed in many! All the rooms are very tired and old. paint work, things worn out like the headboards, chipped bathroom mirrors, seals coming off in the bathrooms. Even the cleaners rush the job example - in the shower - head had some white stuff on it and even after the cleaner been it was still there. Lifts take forever to come to each floor as half don't work and every time we went in and pressed the button, we has static shock. In dinning - waiters don't even remove the table cloth, there will be crumbs from previous dinners, they just put another cloth on top it! we had to let reception know about one of the waiters who had runny nose, he was wipping it with his hands and sleeves and then touching the new cutlery! Such bad experience that it is making us think twice now to ever book Rixos again.

As for the elevators, we would like to inform you that periodic technical maintenance is currently taking place in order to provide better service. We are sincerely sorry to hear your comments regarding cleanliness, maintenance, elevators, and service standards. Please note that this does not reflect the level of service we aim to provide. We have carefully reviewed your additional comments and would like to address them in detail. Regarding room allocation, the initial assignment with an interconnecting door can occur based on operational availability during high occupancy periods. We are glad our team was able to promptly offer an alternative room to ensure your comfort. With regard to entertainment, we would like to reiterate that our hotel operates under a Soft Animation concept, designed to maintain a calm and relaxing atmosphere throughout the day. For guests seeking a more active program, the Exclusive Sports Club (ESC) offers structured professional sessions such as yoga, Pilates, functional training, cycling, and other fitness activities. Additionally, complimentary access and transfer to The Land of Legends Theme Park further enhances the leisure offering during the stay. Regarding dining experiences, during peak hours our team makes every effort to manage seating flow as efficiently as possible and to minimize waiting times for our guests. At the same time, during the winter concept, only two à la carte restaurants operate, and due to their popularity and limited capacity, demand can be high. Our teams actively manage reservations to accommodate as many requests as possible within availability. Your comments regarding breakfast variety, restaurant operations, à la carte booking experience, and food temperature consistency have been shared with our culinary and service teams for continued evaluation and refinement. We also sincerely regret your experience in the spa area. As the spa is operated by a third-party company, your feedback and recommendations have been forwarded to spa management for their review and appropriate follow-up in line with their operational standards. Overall, we are pleased that you enjoyed key aspects of your stay, particularly the heated pool and hotel location. At the same time, we regret that certain elements did not fully meet your expectations, especially considering your previous experiences within the Rixos portfolio. Pools was great friendly stuff. Beds where very uncomfortable they where old and sunk in the middle we also had a struggle with getting ropes
