Hotel was beautiful room was a bit dated bed was very comfortable food a bit hit and miss repetitive or lack of ran out of things a few times we felt there was only 2 staff (waiters) that made the experience personal which is a shame as at times we felt ignored by staff and had to get our own drinks at meal times, also when travelling with a food allergy and there was cross contamination on several occasions this was very poor. entertainment lacking variety and no entertainment around pool only darts was told not in season but no where did it state exactly when the season starts at the time of booking, only on our last day we got champagne and strawberries and a fruit platter round the pool area for the money you pay this should be all season including some sort of daily entertainment other than yoga etc, also the lifts constantly broke so you would end up waiting ages eventually figured out where the stairs where lack of signs giving you the option but in all we enjoyed our stay just feel that those few points let it down have paid a lot less in other places and received better service at meal times

During peak periods, short waiting times or replenishment delays may occasionally occur; however, our staff remains always ready to assist guests within the operational flow of the restaurant service. Regarding your comments on food allergies, we take such matters very seriously. Our culinary and service teams are trained to support guests with dietary requirements, and we regret if any situation created concern. Your feedback has been shared with the relevant departments for further reinforcement of procedures. With regard to entertainment, we would like to kindly clarify that our animation program operates in line with the hotel concept in a soft animation style, offering daily activities such as sports, wellness sessions, light entertainment and social activities throughout the day. We understand that expectations may vary, and your comments have been shared with the entertainment team for review. Regarding the lifts, we would like to inform you that improvement works are currently being carried out on the elevator systems in order to enhance long-term comfort and operational reliability for our guests. During this period, occasional waiting times may occur, and we sincerely appreciate your understanding. Good place with good facilities, food can be better for people like vegetarian

On arrival welcomed warmly by receptionist and show to our rooms by a friendly porter. Great service in all bars and restaurants, the food was very good especially in the à la carte meat restaurant. Clean tidy pool area with plenty of loungers and parasols where you could order drinks via a WR code and they were delivered by roller skating waitress. Could not fault the hotel or staff at all.
