Whether positive or negative, we welcome any feedback from our guests as it allows us to better tailor our services to their needs. We would like to remind you that our hotel is international and we care about all our guests equally. As we told you earlier in our telephone conversation, we have always tried to treat all our guests equally and sensitively. We welcome guests from 145 different countries, with Arab guests being in the majority last summer and we have never had any problems with this. We dare to assume that this was some kind of misunderstanding due to the language barrier. But in any case, we apologize for any unpleasant feelings you may have experienced at our hotel.
