Great experience from start to finish. On arrival, the receptionist kindly upgraded our room to a suite. Room, food and service were top notch throughout. Lovely pool and great location and on the final day we were kindly allowed to stay in the hotel after checkout and spend the day by the pool and have lunch at the hotel before our late flight. We will definitely be back!

Our stay was extremely comfortable. Service fantastic and very Friendly. Breakfast/lunch very good choice. Although lack of choice in evening as seemed to be many repeated dishes over our 6 night stay. Hotel and grounds very clean. Drink choices great and cocktails looked amazing. Overall I would definitely recommend and return.

We loved drinks, coffee, bikes, location, evening shows but everything that was about food dissapointed us. Last year we stayed at Megasaray also in Konyelti and they had way mote varienty of food. Through out 3 days lunch and dinner was pretty much same every day, only last evening we saw different food. Also snack bar was very weak too, most of the time pizza was missing and when we ask workers for it they go talk to someone then that someone forgets and we wait more. And pizza itself was pretty bad
