Nice sea view but...

Nice sea view, delicious desserts, helpful staff, but little variety of the food (not so delicious I must say), and hygiene was not enough (generally 4 points out of 10). Snack restaurant does not look like a restaurant and you can not expect variety of the food again (only 2 types of hamburgers - nothing more) and hygiene is about 2 points out of 10. We visited here in the first day and no more. You always have to wait in the queue when you want to have food (dinner and breakfast time especially). This is because there was not enough number of staff maybe but it was so annoying. Additionally, we could not drink a fresh juice even once the whole week we stayed, the staff brought us some juices that they said they are fresh, but it was Cappy juice for sure! We did not asked for any more after we drank that Cappy juice... This was also very disappointing! We had a dinner in the BBQ Restaurant one evening, the main food was delicious but the beginnings were cold (especially lahmacun) unfortunately. When you stay in a nice hotel, you expect nice food, good service but I think the level of the hotel between the other Rixos Hotels was very low I guess. So the image of the Rixos Hotel in our opinion has changed negatively. One more thing; the first day we stayed in the second floor nearby the elevator and that night it was so noisy that we couldn't sleep. The next day we wanted to change our room and a nice front desk staff changed our room to the 5th floor with a better distance to the elevator and better view. So the rest of our stay was lovely from that point.

- poor maintenance of the rooms. Window doesn't close completely. Carpet on the floor is a disaster. - extremely low level of English among restaurant staff, it's crucial to explain what kind of meal ant what amount would I like. - during breakfast or dinner staff didn't take the dirty dishes off the table if not asked - couple of times I waited my drinks (breakfast/dinner) about 10min, staff don't care - tourists in the restaurant didn't wear masks - lack of the sunchairs after 10 a.m., you need to reserve it in advance!!! - very bad sand on the beach - the day before leaving my room hasn't cleaned up at all - extremely slippery wet floor in spa, really dangerous

First break for 18 months and Rixos Beldibi did not disappoint. Lovely staff members who were happy to help and serve. Food choices were fine and quality was more than acceptable. The all inclusive model was great. We didn't experience the A La Carte restaurants as the buffet met the needs in variety. Had a few small issues but each was addressed and fixed to our satisfaction. Would 100% return without hesitation.

Stayed at Rixos Beldibi for 14 nights in Sept/Oct 2021. Before the stay I was very uncertain about the hotel as I had read contradicting reports but I was overall very pleased with the stay. However certain details can be improved for an even/much better experience. Upon arrival I was told that no room upgrade was available as the hotel was fully booked. Being an Accor ALL Diamond member the staff told me, they would inform me in the next days when my upgrade would be available - sadly I was never contacted again. The room given however was nice and well cleaned. At the check-in I was given the regular Accor Welcome Drink voucher - which makes no sense in an all-inclusive hotel/resort. No additional welcome message, amenity etc was presented, which other Accor hotels always provide for high ALL status customers - this is certainly a major point for improvement as Accor ALL status are not really recognized/appreciated at the hotel. The dinner at the main restaurant was of good to very good quality, as were all other food outlets and bars. Lunch at the poolbar was always great. Improvements for dinner inside the main restaurant could be made if it would be more quite / more private. When the restaurant is full it feels a bit like a canteen. Dinner time is stated from 6pm to 9:30pm however clearing the buffet starts always around 8:50pm so guests going to dinner after 9pm will only have limited options to chose from. Most of the staff was very friendly and committed, only on certain occasions staff at the food counters of the main restaurant was a bit rough during dinner. One fact I found rather disturbing during my stay at Rixos Beldibi is the shop close to the reception selling counterfeit Designer-Bags and Accessories. This should be banned inside the hotel as it does not give a feeling of high quality. Check-out on my last day was early in the morning around 7am. Sadly the only staff at the reception this morning (Oct 10th) was not very welcoming, collected the key cards to the room and told be in a rather unpolite way that the invoice for my stay could not be printed and would be send by email. Until this day no invoice was ever sent to me. Overall the stay was nice but some members of staff at the reception and the main restaurant seem to view guests as a problem and treat them this way. This is not only inconvenient for guests but also rather unfortunate for the other members of staff which are very friendly and very motivated.
