It was a great experience. Everything is safe, personal wears masks and gloves. Antiseptics are put almost everywhere. Meals are tasty. The only minus I saw was the entrance to the see with huge stones, it’s much more comfortable to enter the water from the pier.

Mostly i liked everything exept the beach - mine and partners legs are all damaged with cuts. It is uncomfortable to come inside-out the sea.

In general it was not bad, but few things had spoiled general impression: - very dirty hotel rooms - dirty walls, dirty doors (both entry and bathroom), trash under the bed left by previous guests, dirty curtains and so on - room for family with two children was above the lobby bar, where people were having their drinks till the morning, sang songs and making loud noise.

That was not the same hotel we stay in 2018

First time we had visited Rixos Beldibi in May, 2018. It was amazing and we left a lot of reviews in different social networks. Now we travelled with TUI agency. Everything was good on arrival. The quality of room was ok, territory was pretty, personal was pleasant. But we found some less choice of beverages and foods not so sophisticated but reach and satisfactory. Quality of beverages at the beach bar was worse than in the lobby. I was also surprised by the swampy lawns, which were still watered at night. In the room 1234, where we were settled, the air conditioner broke. The administration reacted immediately, but the air conditioner broke down again. We had to ask for relocation, although the air conditioning in room 1218 stopped working, but the weather was cool and we did not bother anyone else. The quality of the hotel is determined by the contingent of guests. It should be noted that this time the guests were not up to par. Annoyed by the violation of the dress code in the main restaurant at dinner, people in beach shorts and slippers, unbridled behavior during a day of the Russian public, given access to unlimited alcohol. Perhaps this remark does not apply to the Rixos chain, but on the way to the airport we were forcibly taken to a candy store and held there for 15 minutes out of 45 minutes. At the same time, the store staff said that this stop was agreed with the tour operator and that we can complain wherever we go.

Positives: very nice layout of the spaces on the beach, loungers organised under specific marquees, unlimited access to towels, excellent omelette made by Sevgi, quick and friendly service from waiters. Very well kept and beautiful territory. The gentlemen from guest relations was very attentive and friendly, we appreciated his care and help (the lady from guest relations though was not helpful at all - she didn’t know where nearest pharmacy was, couldn’t organise a dinner at a restaurant for us). Sparx restaurant was excellent - worth extra charge! White pavilion was excellent as well with great service, worth investing in for a special occasion. Excellent Patisserie. Negatives: poor room cleaning with spots missed, minibar never fully topped up, no cups for tea, juice never topped up as well as bathroom amenities such as cotton discs. No seafood at the dinner (once on a Friday we had “seafood” to only realise “calamari” was made from fish surimi!!). No option to iron our own clothes, only give them for paid laundry service. Overall, we liked our stay, it is a small and relaxing space, only downside was that it was more of a 4 star hotel than a 5 stars. Thank you!

Awful service, waiters cannot understand anything in English. Food is a disaster, with no descriptions about what is inside each meal. You ask what's inside - she tells you "MMMM, TASTY" and puts the whole spoon of some strange stuff on your plate. When you asking about is it lamb or beef, he tells you that it's MEAT. Of course, it's goddamn meat. Then he tells "yes, yes, beef", you take a meal, starting to eat it, and realizing that it's LAMB! And I'm allergic to that kind of meat. Alcohol... So if you are a fan of drinking some strange no-name alcohol - this hotel is a great candidate for you. Asking for Baileys - they giving you some 10$ crema shit. Same stuff with others (rum, whisky, wine). It's embarrassing, 5* hotel with personal who barely can speak in English, I'm not even talking about Russian. The room quality is another story. AC which doesn't work during the night, awful cleaning quality, also wallpapers were stink of moisture. Pillows are awful. I've was in multiple European hotels in Germany, Austria, Poland (3-4 stars) and they were MUCH BETTER in terms of everything! Food, rooms, service. The beach also is another story, everything is occupied by fucking Russians in the early morning and they don't even use those sunbeds. Rooms: 1426 and 1420 (which they gave us after we told about the broken AC). The only two cool things during our stay: Land of legends aquapark and sea (which is the same in EVERY hotel's private beach).

Staff extremely rude at reception and one occasion I was told to "shut up" when I explained how reservations being needed for the hotel restaurants- were never explained upon our arrival. We got treated so bad we ened up leaving the hotel and staying somewhere else. I think us being a young BLACK couple didn't help us either!!!

Dear Mr. Sahin, As we are some clients who chose your hotel for the second time, we hoped that our experience during the stay would be a pleasant one. Unfortunately, our experience was unpleasant. The room we stayed in had a nest of bats on the balcony. The balcony was full of bat droppings. We asked for our room to be changed and the new room had the same problem. It is inadmissible for a hotel with your reputation not to take the proper measures and to welcome its customers with such services. The first impression of the hotel was really good - we loved the room overlooking the sea (we’ve booked a mountain view though) and the staff was very friendly. Until they broke our key once we came back from the trip to Perge. When we asked why they did that, the guy from the reception said that a company we purchased a quad ride at left a complaint on us, saying that we did not pay them and threating to call the police. When we said the payment was done (and basically were ready to show a photo proof) the guy played like a fool and said it’s not a hotel’s responsibility. Well, let me tell you one thing: a professional hotelier will never break a key of the guest who paid 100% of hotel services in advance. That’s not how it normally works, because we didn’t have any debts at your hotel. That situation really ruined our day that supposed to be so good. Plus, we came at the guest relations desk a few times for a several questions and none of them was answered because of the poor knowledge of English. That was really frustrating because we had to deal with all our issues on our own and that’s what you usually don’t want to do while being on vacation. Verdict: the hotel is nice, but the service could have been much better.

Everything is good for a relaxing holiday. Excellent sea and entrance to it. The luxury rooms do not have locks on the toilet and shower, and the doors cannot be tightly closed. The washbasin is located in the recess of the corridor between the toilet and shower. Do not check the work of electricians before preparing the room for a new guest.
