We have been for 3 days with 2 room reservation me and my wife in a room and our cousins (newly married) in another room We have been upgraded to wonderful suite and a very nice room with a huge terrace in the 5th floor Everything was more than perfect Incredible views and huge suite with decoration dedicated specially for our newly married cousins The reception was helpful and the restaurant has the delicious Turkish taste as usual Our hero in this stay is Mr Mehmet Kosa No words can I Really thank him enough and no words can describe his helpfulness for us He is one of the best managers I have ever seen Also I’d like thank Derya from the reception for her smily face and assistance

We stayed here for 3 nights as a couple. We were very pleased with our room, the food, the common areas, and all the activities. It's a peaceful hotel. The food is very varied and of high quality. Since it was the winter season, we used the indoor pool. The water temperature in the indoor pool was 27 degrees Celsius. We didn't feel cold, and it was a very pleasant time on a rainy day. We didn't have the opportunity to try them, but they offer many types of massages in the spa area. I must say that I really appreciated the hotel's and the hotel's general manager, Mr. Özgür's, approach to the customers. I would also like to thank the pastry chef, Mr. İbrahim, for the pizzas.

While I appreciated the allergen signs, many of them were either missing or incorrectly labelled/placed, which lead to an allergic reaction. Chicken was undercooked one night and lead to food poisoning. Kubra (guest relations) was fantastic and during our (multiple) medical emergencies - other staff perhaps need some more first aid and hospitality training as they were a bit clueless what to do. They had me come behind the desk to dig through the first aid kit myself while my husband severely injured himself and was bleeding out in the hotel room - which was at least better than the first time I asked, and they told me I could buy bandages across the street. lol... The hotel was marketed as an ultra-luxurious property, and while that's not something I require, I think it's a bit ridiculous to claim this as anything above a 3-star hotel. With peace and love.
