The hotel facilities and room are old There are many cats while we eat in the buffet. Special thank you for sana she is very helpful and the best thing in the hotel , otherwise the hotel is don’t recommend it and will never come to it again

I recently stayed at the TUI Magic Life Rixos Beldibi +16 and would like to share my experience. The front desk and guest relations teams were exceptional—professional, friendly, and always ready to assist. Their service truly stood out. However, my stay was affected by several issues that should be addressed. First, the room furniture is noticeably old and needs refurbishment. Also, the room does not include an ironing board, and guests are directed to use the hotel’s paid laundry service instead, which is inconvenient for basic needs. Most importantly, I encountered unacceptable behavior from the staff member who carried my luggage to the room. When I offered a small tip because I did not have enough cash at that moment, he became visibly upset and threw the money outside near my room door. This was extremely disappointing and left my family with a negative first impression upon arrival. Tipping should never be treated as an obligation, and staff should be properly trained on guest etiquette and professionalism. Overall, while the hospitality team at the reception is excellent, the hotel must improve room amenities and ensure that all staff treat guests respectfully, regardless of tipping.
