We stayed as a family of three with my spouse and our son. Since we visited during the holiday period, the hotel was quite crowded. Possibly due to this high occupancy, we found it difficult to find some tables and shared restroom areas clean at times. We also had trouble making reservations for the à la carte restaurants through the app; however, our holiday assistants were very helpful and handled this for us. Our room was spacious and clean, and we were satisfied with the accommodation.

We stayed here through the first week of march and were stunned. The entire complex was very clean and neat and the staff was so friendly and open minded. We felt welcomed from the very first minute of our stay. The heated pool is perfect for the colder months, so you can enjoy the pool area and jump in, even when it's "just" 18 degree outside. Food in all of the restaurants was perfect and the drinks were on point, 10/10. Especially the variety in drinks and spirits, especially all sorts of Raki is stunning. The a la cart restaurants were overwhelming, Aksam and Asian Cuisine was delicious and the service was extraordinary. We already booked for next year and can't wait to be back!

Related to service oriented phzlosоphy: helath/ safety/ service/ clean/ ecology/ variousity of food - it is GREAT, related to service on teh reception - this is subject for improvement - we are third time here and always the same - people are not completely interested that you come as guest - long part for filling in the data - after that you await that receptionist will find the time for you , very strict and unpleasant experience and all the time i feel myself as i own them smth..... The rest is great - team at the bar / at cafee/ at restaurants are super nice/ super cool/ super great!

Service is fantastic, staff were wonderful and felt really looked after. Special mentions for Deniz and Sardar our personal assistants who go above and beyond. There was a waiter working the dinner and midnight buffet who was really good to us as well. Hotel is beautiful, beach never felt crowded and clean. Drinks are premium and very well made, food always tasted fresh. Definitely coming back, would recommend.
