I am writing to formally express my extreme disappointment regarding my recent stay, which fell far below the standards expected for an Accor Diamond member. My experience was marred by a series of failures in service, maintenance, and professional conduct: Arrival and Initial Room Issues Upon arrival, I was not provided with the benefits associated with my Diamond status, including the expected room upgrade and welcome package. The room was not properly prepared for our party of three (two adults and one child), as there were no accommodations made for the child. Furthermore, the room was in poor condition, featuring missing furniture, a broken chair, and a faulty safe that remained unrepaired despite multiple requests. Management and Service Failures Despite my repeated requests to speak with a manager to address these issues, my concerns were ignored. Never any manage initiated to contact me or talk to me. It was only after my third complaint that I was offered a room change to a different building. By Elena , the assistance manager for guest relations. While the sea view was an improvement, the second room presented a severe hygiene issue: the shower drain was blocked, causing sewage to overflow into the bathroom. While the hotel did eventually provide a one-day Cabana as a gesture of goodwill, the initial lack of care was inexcusable. Departure and Staff Conduct The unprofessionalism continued upon our departure. The bell boy was dismissive and rude when asked to assist with our luggage, choosing to continue a conversation with a colleague rather than provide assistance. Most concerning was the behavior of the Guest Relations Assistant Manager, Elena. While initially helpful, sounded caring , she became completely unresponsive to my messages purposefully , once I attempted to thank her and inquire about booking a future stay for a larger group. This sudden change in demeanor was unprofessional and left a lasting negative impression. It is clear that the hotel’s priority during this period of high occupancy was revenue rather than guest satisfaction or the recognition of Accor loyalty status. The lack of accountability and the inconsistent level of service were deeply frustrating. I learnt that when this hotel is 95% occupied they receive refunds from Accor which was also shocking instead of paying attention to guest care , feeling welcome and hygiene of the rooms and not place broken furniture in rooms for a five star hotel they care about refunds. As a loyal Accor member, I expected a level of service and professionalism that was entirely absent during this stay. I would appreciate a formal response regarding how the hotel intends to address these systemic service failures.

Rixos never let me down, this is my second or third experience with rixos hotels, but rixos premium belek has higher rates for me duo to ease (order by codes , reservation booking through apps , AI assistant) that just wow alone , location is nice , AC is working well , clean , wifi is not bad at all however I didn’t use it much , the food was great tried like 4 restaurants there i really loved the experience, the only issue that i didn’t like is the price its too pricey in a the season however i would not complain about the service I got compared with it . Ooh am not going to forget the staff they were nice everywhere.

The hotel was amazing and felt like a 5* experience throughout our stay. From having guest relations personnel, Kateryna and Nuraiym, on hand to help all hours of the day, the food being exceptional and having plenty of choice at the buffet restaurant and all inclusive really being all inclusive eg. Starbucks, top shelf alcohol, 24/7 snacks. It make us want to stay at another rixios hotel for our next family holiday.

This is our third consecutive year at Rixos Premium Belek and I think that speaks for itself. Fantastic hotel, great facilities and staff with a first-class customer service ethic,

The hotel offers great service, food options for everyone and all branded drinks as part of the all inclusive experience. The hotel was spotless and staff are always cleaning to keep standards high.

We travelled with our children and their grandparents. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly.

My partner and I stayed at Rixos Premium Belek from 27th July to 3rd August, and it was without a doubt the best all inclusive resort we have ever experienced. So much so that we are genuinely reluctant to book anywhere else for next year! If you are considering booking this resort, go for it—you won’t regret it! ✈️ Room 2436 🌊 🌅 Our sea view room was exceptional, with stunning views across the mountains, the resort grounds, and the sea. It was kept meticulously clean to a very high standard throughout our stay. The mini bar was consistently restocked, and the room was equipped with a great range of toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, dental kit, comb, cotton wipes, and buds). Pool & Beach 🏊 🏖️ The M. pool area is pristine, and the service from the pool staff is brilliant—we especially loved the added touch of roller skate drink service! You can easily order drinks right to your sun lounger via a QR code. While we got a sun lounger every day, there were times we headed to the beach for a bit first as the pool was busy. The staff are excellent at actively monitoring empty loungers and removing towels left reserved for long periods. For a change of scenery, we visited the adult only swim-up bar around 4PM each day for cocktails. It was usually quiet and provided a perfect shaded spot to relax after a day in the sun. 🍹 Dining & Restaurants The culinary experience here is outstanding: ▪️Z’asya: Absolutely delicious. We definitely ordered too much food, but every course was superb. A special mention to Jana, who was a fantastic, highly attentive waitress. 🍣 ▪️Piazzetta: We shared the beef carpaccio to start (delicious), followed by a pizza for my partner and the tenderloin for myself. The tenderloin was cooked to a perfect medium as requested. 🍕 ▪️Akşam: Lovely setting and atmosphere. The ribeye steak, potato purée, creamed spinach, and fries was tasty. 🥩 ▪️Mykorini: A beautiful, stunning setting. The entertainment was great fun—we loved taking part in the plate smashing! The cocktails were 10/10, the tzatziki was incredible, and the M. course meats were packed with flavour. 🇬🇷 ▪️People’s: We ate here on arrival. The burger was really juicy and the tortellini was flavoursome. We also ate here for a midnight snack one night. Service is really quick if you are looking for a quick bite to eat. 🍔 ▪️Turquoise Buffet: Beyond the à la cartes, the M. buffet is of exceptional quality with an incredible range of options. 🌍 ▪️Godiva: Perfect for afternoon treats with tasty little sandwiches and high-quality chocolates. 🍫 Bars & Entertainment ▪️Beach Bar: This was a daily highlight for us. The live music between 4:30PM and 6PM had a great chilled vibe, and we always enjoyed the signature welcome cocktail served on arrival. We returned every evening from 10:15pm to 11:45pm for the live band and shisha, with always-prompt service. A huge special shoutout to Kübra, who made sure we had the absolute best time—she was so friendly, fun, and attentive. Enver (Bar Chief) also went above and beyond to make our stay extra special, making the best Espresso Martinis (10/10!). 🍹 🎶 ▪️Mood Nightclub: Great music and DJ. While it could be a little busier, we still had a blast, and there is the option to sit outside to listen to the music until 1AM if the nightclub isn’t your thing! 🪩 ▪️Lounge Bar: Our usual late-night spot. Kaan Bilal is a super talented bartender who made amazing cocktails. We also had great fun when Kübra joined and set up informal cocktail competitions with Kaan! 🍸 Exceptional Management & Service A special thank you to Tuncay, the Night Manager, who went above and beyond for us. He checked in with us every single night and personally helped resolve a query we had regarding restaurant reservations. 👏🏼 While I’ve mentioned a few individual names, every single staff member we encountered was worth their weight in gold. They work tirelessly, and Rixos would not be the 5-star resort it is without them! 🌟

We stayed for our honeymoon and 30th birthday and had the most amazing time, best hotel we have ever been too. Staff, food everything was 10/10

We upgraded to a villa on arrival so enjoyed all the Clube Prive Village facilities, which were superb. All the staff were very friendly, rally well trained and couldn’t do enough for us. Stand outs were our concierge, Emrah, and Karahman, one of the waiters who looked after us extremely well. A very enjoyable holiday in a very luxurious resort!

Great holiday, hotel was clean and amazing. Staff were great and were ready help if we had any questions using their WhatsApp assistant group.

This is our fifth visit to this hotel and we love it. The food, the staff , the accommodation and the standards of the hotel and grounds are exceptional.

Superb hotel. Quality everywhere you look...decor, food, drink, choice, service, staff, entertainment, pool, gardens.

We visited as a family, it was our first time to Turkey and to this resort. On arrival we were impressed with how friendly and professional the staff were and this continued throughout the whole of our stay. The staff all went above and beyond to make us feel settled and have a perfect holiday experience. Nothing was too much trouble. We had a WhatsApp group set up by hotel staff Emine and Media, my wife and I. They communicated every morning with activities and events running in the hotel that day, as well as opening times for the restaurants and bus times to and from the Land of Legends. This was extremely helpful. This also allowed for us to ask any questions which were responded to immediately and any queries resolved. Again they went above and beyond bringing fresh milk nightly for our children and arranging a taxi to and from a local supermarket. The hotel, grounds, pool and beach area were all immaculate and were continuously cleaned throughout the day. Everywhere was presented to a high standard. The kids club was incredible, offering daily activities which were of a wide range and appealed to our children who were aged 6 and 9 years old. The kids club provided activities and was set up for children newborn until teenagers with different established areas. Our 9 year old attended a football training session and was then invited to take part and represent the hotel in a Rixos football tournament at The Rixos Sungate hotel. She was made to feel really welcomed, special and we felt really looked after even with the language barrier. This was a great experience for her and she is already saying she wants to take part next year! The staff and hotel had thought of everything to make anyone staying here have a relaxing and incredible experience. We will absolutely be visiting this hotel again in the future.

Absolutely wonderful staff and quality service all around, only issue is the app not working for reservations and our anniversary request via tui wasn’t added to our hotel stay but we loved it.

We were upgraded on arrival to a villa and we had the most amazing time. The pools were clean the service was great and the staff were lovely the food options and cocktails were the best.

We have just returned from a fabulous weeks stay at the Rixos Premium Belek. This is our 3rd stay at this hotel. We were delighted with our previous visits to Rixos but this time was the best! The hotel is luxurious and beautiful clean throughout. The food is absolutely sensational and the customer service is outstanding. Our son has a nut allergy and the staff were on hand to advise regarding food choices and to took extra care that he was well looked after. The free land of legends access is a huge bonus too! We cannot rate this hotel highly enough and we are hugely appreciative to the Rixos team for such a wonderful stay! Thank you!
