So, our holiday was wonderful, because guest relation Iryna was without doubt the glue holding the place together. She stepped in and helped us beyond our expectations. We are overall satisfied with the hotel: great variety of food, interesting and high-quality drinks and cocktails ( however in the beginning of December the choice of drinks was bigger) big hotel area where you can have a walk, big SPA area with different types of rooms, good gym with a lot of equipment, big outside swimming pool (we wanted the water to be a little bit warmer since it was quite cold outside), and most importantly - professional and friendly staff that always helped us! We want to highlight the lobby bar since this is a truly authentic, warm and cozy place. We loved the life music at the bar: professional piano players that played from their heart all the fantastic masterpieces of music, especially the piano-lady in a black dress (unfortunately we do not know her name). The jazz bands were also outstanding! When talking about the drinks at the lobby, we want to highlight bartender Inna. She knows all the drinks and cocktails, their history and interesting tales behind them and truly loves her job. What we didn’t like: The room for three people is quite small if comparing with other hotels in the same price category. The prices for SPA services and haairdresser are too high in our opinion. We wanted to play billiard however it was closed due to Covid (in other hotels near Rixos the billiard area is open).

The team work from the manager to the house keeping is amazing , people are smiling and happy even in difficult covid time , ambiance is excellent , luxury well kept , everything is perfect, this hotel compared to other 5 stars hotels in the area is incomparamble , however , food quality (taste) got down in the last 2 days , but did not affect the vacation I ll be back in april

Arrived to beautiful festive decorations. Spotless surroundings welcoming and polite reception staff. Room was spotless. Everything there you needed. Except fridge only ever has 1 diet cola in it . Would prefer to have more. Food was amazing . Great selection and really safely served and presented. Restaurant staff can't do enough for you. Outdoor pool and beach area was amazing and meant that we were able to relax there easily as weather was really good.

It was overall pleasant, I didn’t like that my room was in the right wing where the restaurant and the beach access were very far and I had little children with me. At the same time even though I understand that due to COVID, free room service was almost unavailable it was not ok to not allow us to take some snacks from restaurant for kids in the hours where the hotel was not providing any food. Especially in this case where we flew from England which is now 3h time difference which meant that my kids were going to bed at 3-4am Turkish time and waking up 1-2pm skipping breakfast effectively. They prefer breakfast food, boiled eggs, sausages and I have asked for those during lunch and I was told no, and I am sure there were plenty of boiled eggs left from breakfast. Flexibility in approach is a must, and we are all affected by COVID, but if you are advertising as all inclusive plus and charging that then you should deliver on services too.

I was very satisfied with the whole stay. The staff was super friendly and helpful- it really touched my heart. The food, service, spa, bars and the whole hotel was 10/10. It was my first stay at Rixos and I’m definitely planning to come back there again!

We had a lovely stay at the Rixos, couple of issues with reception but rest of staff were amazing especially in the main restaurant and main bar. Disappointed with the Irish bar as that was the only bar that would serve Efes Light but they would not serve Gin & tonic, and upstairs bar would serve Gin & Tonic but not Efes light, after 3 nights we did manage to get efes light up to the main bar so we could drink what we wanted, but surely if you have it in 1 bar you should have it in all bars? Only other comment was there was not a lot for the children, no park as climbing was closed and no water slides, so we went to Land of legends for 2 days which was great but very expensive, you would expect that food/drinks may be covered as you're all inclusive like when you stay at Legends hotel but they are not so everything in the park you have to pay for unless you come out of the park and go to the hotel, otherwise we would have visited the waterpark more but it got too expensive for us. The evening entertainment was great especially the The Blu Band and also the fountain show, no adverts around to say what was happening during the day so only by chance we saw these, maybe put a sign in the lift or lobby, there was 1 sign just by the pool which being in the sun was not readable and didnt have evening mentioned. Rooms are great and well kept and equipped, cleaning service excellent. Overall we had a good stay

Great stay, only few comments: - the night program was very noisy, our room (2422) was close to entertainment, and loud music many times ended only at midnight. Would be good if you could be able to have more quiet entertainment at least on some days - service was really good, but it was clear personnel is working all day all night. They did their best but we always meet same people - from morning till late evening. Please give some free time to your employees, they are your best asset. - would be good if hotel would provide also free shuttles to downtown (market, bazaar etc). Taxis were overpriced and ripped off. - toilettes in public areas could be a bit cleaner for 5* hotel Otherwise amazing hotel, we really enjoyed our stay. .

1. Good transfer from airport to hotel and backwards from hotel to airport. 2. Very pleasant hotel decor, nice room service, cheerful personnel, incredible location and territory of the hotel. 3. Rixy Kids Club great as always. 4. Very tasty cuisine, but in main restaurant: - suddenly Parmigiano Cheese disappeared and there was no one for the rest of my stay at the hotel (that was not what I expected when choosing pasta Bolognese); - sometimes waiters did not pay attention to child at the table raised hand (until adult raised hand); - some personnel could not understand correctly requests in English and served wrong. 5. Bars were very good, however some drinks were missing: - "Beach bar" once ran out of "Blue Curaçao" too quickly and many cocktails became unavailable for the whole evening; - "Irish bar" had no "Bud" beer on tap and it was unpleasantly surprising. However, in general I was very satisfied with rest other things in the hotel (Rixos Premium Belek).
