Absolutely wonderful staff and quality service all around, only issue is the app not working for reservations and our anniversary request via tui wasn’t added to our hotel stay but we loved it.

We were upgraded on arrival to a villa and we had the most amazing time. The pools were clean the service was great and the staff were lovely the food options and cocktails were the best.

We have just returned from a fabulous weeks stay at the Rixos Premium Belek. This is our 3rd stay at this hotel. We were delighted with our previous visits to Rixos but this time was the best! The hotel is luxurious and beautiful clean throughout. The food is absolutely sensational and the customer service is outstanding. Our son has a nut allergy and the staff were on hand to advise regarding food choices and to took extra care that he was well looked after. The free land of legends access is a huge bonus too! We cannot rate this hotel highly enough and we are hugely appreciative to the Rixos team for such a wonderful stay! Thank you!

Food was amazing. Hotel lovely, clean and well kept. My only issues was the service in the piano bar. Very slow as there did not appear to be enough staff, so not really their fault. Also staff in the buffet bar not so friendly and took ages to get a drink… often we had almost finished a meal before getting a drink. Mustafa however was amazing and a real credit to the hotel. He was amazing with my toddler grandson who is a fussy eater. He went out of his way to get different yogurt for him. This did not spoil the experience and will definitely book again. The food was incredible, good selection of alcoholic drinks and snacks.

We booked a Family Suite with a separate bedroom and living room, but unfortunately the rooms and overall building felt extremely outdated. The carpets, windows, and interiors were very old, the terrace door was broken and could not even be locked properly, and the rooms were incredibly noisy due to the age of the building. The bathrooms were renovated and modern, and the outdoor facilities as well as the kids’ offering were genuinely very nice. The food was exceptional — easily one of the best buffet selections and highest food qualities we have experienced at any hotel. Service, however, was inconsistent: some staff were excellent and very motivated, while others seemed completely disengaged. The biggest disappointment by far was the condition of the rooms and building. For the price we paid, there are significantly better alternatives on the market. Sadly, this was by far the worst experience we have had at a Rixos hotel, despite having stayed at several before.
