Had an amazing few days with my family. So much so, I got my mum to book also. Food and drinks were exceptional and didn’t have a bad one. So clean and spacious, with well maintained grounds. All the staff were very helpful.

We had a great stay. I can’t wait to visit again. The hotel was extremely comfortable, neat, satisfying, and great customer service received from every single staff member. The whole experience was one of a kind from check-in to check-out. The food was extremely great like homemade food. So much variety of healthy food. The staff were quite welcoming and helpful with smiles throughout. We love the 24 hour restaurants and the dining which was very easy to reserve. The whole atmosphere felt like home. It truly felt like home away from home. I want to seize this opportunity to thank every single staff for their professionalism and friendliness.

The food was delicious (people’s was a bit of a let down so we only dined there once). The staff in the à la carte restaurants were fantastic, as were the room cleaning staff, elsewhere it was hit or miss depending on who you spoke to. All areas of the hotel were very clean. Children in the 16+ pool and when spa staff were notified they did not care so was not the most relaxing environment with children bombing into the pool. Again children in the spa but fully clothed and shoes on loungers etc left unattended which I personally find could be dangerous. I personally don’t feel like a spa is the place for children and in a hotel that is very child and family friendly it would be nice to guarantee 1 area for no children to create a calm and relaxing environment. We were on the top floor and our room was exceptionally warm. We asked reception for a fan but were told they didn’t have one and they would send maintenance to our room. There was no a/c option either. We were told by maintenance they could provide a fan but then when we followed up with reception they again said they didn’t have one. This meant our sleep was poor each night. The bed and pillows were also not very comfortable and not what I have experienced in other hotels. Simple things like all bottles of water we had during our stay were warm. You couldn’t get a cold bottle of water. Even the fridge in our room was not overly cold. Small things but for a 5* resort we did expect more in some areas. The food was delicious though and the best buffet food we have experienced - all very fresh.
