Great experience. Staff and service was great. Many thanks for the daily support to Eren&Dilan, for following up with us daily and securing our comfort. We do appreciate a lot the cleanness in the room and the daily efforts done from the staff and especialy from Ms. Gulhan Inkaya for her dedication and carefulenness on securing optimal room service / room 2284. Highly recommend Rixos premium Belek!

Everything was amazing! Delicious food. Kind personel, everyone was professional and really helpfully. A lot od activities - everyone can find something to do - sport, kids and cultural activites. Room was clean and comfy. 10/10 I recommend.

Good morning , Thank you very much , the stay at the hotel was very successful. Certainly the pearl of the hotel is the staff! Always very professional and smiling. The food in the restaurant fresh and good. Rooms cleaned very thoroughly. Rixos takes care of the details that complete the whole.

Stayed here with my wife and 6-yo last year October which was excellent so decided to book again for this year. This time I brought my mother and sister-in law as well so booked 2 rooms. Stay was excellent, rooms have decent size and sea view was amazing. Various food options especially in the main restaurant including night buffet, it is really hard to choose out of many delicious options, food quality is top-notch. As a chocolate-lover, I must admit Godiva cafe is one of the main reason for choosing this hotel :) I also realized that arcade rooms were partially refurbed since our visit last year which was great for my son, we ended up spending few hours there every evening. There are even PS5 game consoles in Rixy kids club. Our assistants (Handan&Anil) both were quite helpful as well, particularly Handan which were attentive and efficient. We dined in People's restaurant for breakfast and midnight snacks, service was excellent. I wish I could remember the names of the staff there. I also would like to briefly mention of few hick-ups that I noticed during this stay. -There are 3 outdoors pools but only 1 of them is warm, the other 2 are shock pool, quite cold especially for children. Due to this, the warm pool were overcrowded pretty much all times including sun beds around it. We didn't get to swim often because of this. - In the main restaurant, service is slightly poor if you are seated all the way at the back of the restaurant, not sure if all experienced waiting staff are at the front. - I understand Rixos guests have Land of Legends access but don't quite understand why Land of Legends guests were allowed at this hotel as staying at Land of Legends is considerably cheaper. This creates extra crowds in Rixy kids club as well as main pool area which I notice that the staff is also aware of this issue as I heard few times that by 16:30 some areas is expected to get quiet as Land of Legends guests get their shuttle back to their hotel. - On our last day, we were discovering the end of the beach where VIP cabanas are located as we hadn't been there before. We were approached by someone,- I assume the manager of that area- and were asked if we were Land of Legends guests or not which made us feel like we were looked down upon even though we were Rixos guests. Overall the stay was great and we would definitely go back :)
