Dear Guest, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are sorry to hear that your stay did not fully meet your expectations, especially regarding the in-room amenities. For safety reasons and in line with our hotel concept, irons are not placed in guest rooms due to fire risk. However, we do provide laundry and pressing services, and our team is always ready to assist guests with ironing requests when informed. Regarding dental and shaving kits, these amenities are available upon request and can be delivered to the room by our housekeeping team. We regret if this information was not clearly communicated during your stay. Your feedback is very important to us, and we appreciate you taking the time to share it.
