Dear Valued Guest, First of all, on behalf of the Rixos Sungate family, we would like to express our sincere regret regarding the disappointment you experienced during your stay. At our hotel, we always aim to provide warm hospitality and the best possible service to all our guests. Therefore, we are truly sorry to learn that your experience, especially at check-in, did not meet your expectations. We would also like to kindly note that Accor status-related room upgrades are always subject to availability. During your stay, an alternative solution was offered considering the available room options; however, as your preference was for a suite per room and unfortunately we did not have such availability at that time, we were unable to fulfill your request due to occupancy reasons beyond our control. We are sorry to learn that you felt your loyalty status was not reflected in your experience as expected. Please be assured that it is never our intention to make any guest feel undervalued, and your comments regarding both the check-in experience and the handling of your request have been shared with the relevant management team for review. We also regret to learn that no feedback regarding these concerns was shared with your holiday assistant during your stay. Had we been informed at the time, we would have gladly done our best to assist you more closely and explore possible alternatives to improve your experience.
