We just got back from a week at the Rixos Hotel Sungate and honestly, we had a brilliant time. We went as a group of friends and would definitely recommend it. The staff were absolutely brilliant from start to finish, really friendly, attentive and welcoming throughout our whole stay. A massive shout out has to go to Ugur at the Marine Bar and Ebru at Guest Services who both looked after us so well. It's that kind of personal touch that really makes a difference on holiday. The hotel itself is gorgeous. Our room was spotless and really comfortable, a perfect base for the week. We spent a good amount of time exploring the local area and doing our own excursions, and it was lovely to come back to the hotel after a day out and just relax by the pool with a drink. The pool area was a great spot to unwind and the drinks were excellent throughout. The whole place had a really relaxed, chilled out atmosphere and was kept incredibly clean throughout. It's the kind of place where you can genuinely switch off, whether you're by the pool or just back from a day of exploring. A couple of small things stopped it from being absolutely perfect. The buffet restaurant got a bit repetitive over the week, which was a shame, and the evening entertainment was a little lacking compared to the rest of what the hotel had to offer. Hopefully that's something they can improve on. But honestly, those are pretty minor things. The staff, the rooms, the pool and the overall vibe more than made up for it. We'll 100% be going back!

Staff are very abrupt, for business this format does not work. The buffet lunches / shared restaurants all the same. Mor themed and Turkish options - off site across the road much better. Staff on departure accused us of having 4 people in one room was outrageous and incorrect. Would not bring family here for a holiday.
