Great place to stay and activities. The only downfall was the same taste of food and not much change with breakfast lunch or dinner.

Staff were not very helpful and some were rude not much help was given when needed plus side was a lovely area and views

Overall it was good , the guest services desk girls are kind of useless, the reception staff was good, the food is missing on seafood items , entertainment is not that good unless special guests are invited, more entertainment and dancing girls should be added on regular basis, the air con wasn’t working right for the whole trip.

I have done more than 10-11 visits to Rixos Sungate. I like this hotel for : Rixos Quality, Kemer sea is better compared to Belek side, children activities and sport activities are well designed, hotel personnel are very helpful. Maybe some works can be done at the beach part, less rock-more sand, more sea activities etc.

It is impossible to find places in the hotel where it would be quiet. The noise continues from 9 am to 2 am. Even though the hotel goes to great lengths to make sure the kids are comfortable and entertained (your Rixy club is great) the kids can't go to bed until the disco is over at 2am.

Arrived at check in in the early hours of the morning and check in staff noticed our mobility issues and put us into a ground floor room close to the amenities, first impression was fantastic as was the rest of our stay

Cleanliness of the rooms weren't bad, but not great, Overall food selection was ok at the buffet. We went to the Sushi restaurant and the service was unsatisfied, they rushed our food and felt like they wanted us to leave ASAP. We went on one of the trips on the boat and that was great, cost us 50 euro but was worth it, however it was a long wait till they collected the group. Alcohol selection was great, fantastic service everywhere. would stay again!

We have best vacation in Rixos Sungate. Beautiful landscape, hotel territory, possibility to visit Land of the Legends, food, kids club was really nice, 5 stars for the sport club and trainers, evening program, personal very polite, always smiling, best service i ever had, waiters, barmen's, gym trainers friendly and helpful. We have stay for 8 nights, 2 adults and 3 kids 14,13 and 8. We just came home and I’m waiting for my next vacation

Very nice and beautiful hotel. Very good service provided. We had large and modern rooms in a very good location. Kids club is wonderful and has everything kids would dream of. Fitness programs were really appreciated. Food and drinks quality also very nice. Little bit sad that all restaurants werent open and in a week you could visit only 1 a la carte restaurant. Water in the pools should be warmer. All in all a very nice experience.

Enjoyble but could have been better

The hotel was splendid, and the overall facilities were great, but my check in experience was horrible, the staff had issues in the reservation setup between Accor Le Club and the hotel itself, and I had to wait for 1.5 hours to get my rooms, but they made it up to me by giving me a very late check out when I requested it. Another thing the hotel should invest in is communication skills, in general all reception staff can speak English, but other than that, it is almost impossible to find any English speaking staff. And because the hotel is huge, a map or help from staff is a mandate, the only ones available were in Russian & Turkish, and with no English speaking staff, getting to our rooms in the first night was mission impossible.

bathroom was old and needs to be renovated, I booked sea view but was not totally sea view. You have two receptions and i guess one is enough as we checked -in at a reception and check-out at another.

We stayed in the grand suite. We were offered upgrade to villa but we refused as the villa had smell of damp. Rooms were dated. Sofa in the living room was stsined. Food was good with lots of variety. Beach access was good. Overall not ideal hotel for families with children as there's not much to do.
