Friendly and helpful staff, lovely room outlook, clean and well presented. My feedback would include that my room this time did not have a pod coffee machine, whereas my previous room did, this would be a welcome addition given there was a lovely balcony to sit out on in the morning. I also would love to see the AC vents cleaned out in all the bathrooms, they are very dusty! Other than this, thank you again for a lovely stay.

From the staff to the venue it was a great experience!!! And for me the fact that I could have my dog with me it was even better!!! All the receptionist was always there to help…. We had a late night out with friends and when we got to our room we found out that we could have something to eat…. Which is very rare to find this service at 2 in the morning….. And unfortunately I can’t remember the name of the bar tender …. He made the best margarita !!!

we had check in issues as our breakfast was not included but had been included on our booking, we were placed in a room that faced a construction site and woken by works starting at 6.30am every morning of our holiday

We loved our beautiful clean room , we loved the view, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, breakfast was good and our meal in the restaurant was great. The only drawback is the location on the hill ( the address sort of gives it away) ! Being opposite Roma Street Parklands was fantastic but apart from the Loop bus, there aren’t great public transport links. It’s honestly the one and only drawback. If you are driving, then this hotel is perfect.

The room was ok. We did find a cockroach at one stage in our room. I am disappointed in the minimal benifits provided despite my gold status. There was no Welcome amenity provided at all throughout the stay, I received an upgraded room which was nice but it was on the first floor with no real view which was very disappointing. I also requested mid stay for a late check-out which was approved at the time but on the day of checkout was told to leave at the normal checkout time which caused me and my friend unnecessary stress to what we thought would have been a relaxing checkout day.
