I booked same night as arrival. I didn't get my welcome gift, which is fine. I was offered a late check out, which i accepted. But was checked out at 11am and had 1 drink voucher to use via the app. I told the staff at the FD when I checked out I wanted a drink for the road and she didn't know what to do (I think was newer). Luckily the manager was there and gave a manual voucher to use. Also at breakfast I had to go up after eating my breakfast to collect my coffee, as i saw it waiting there for approx 15 min. Barista made me a fresh one, once I stood up asking if that was my coffee. New restaurant is nice, but a better process for welcoming those in the morning is needed. Otherwise people will continually just walk in.
