Family Room housekeeping wasn’t the best, found rubbish and food under the couch cushions, a used soft drink bottle in the mini bar cupboard. Had to ask for my platinum room amenity, restaurant and reception staff all wonderful, no platinum status recognition at check in. Had breakfast, lunch and dinner at the hotel restaurant good service , food and experience.

Staff were friendly. Room was clean and tidy. Had dinner in the restaurant and the steak was perfectly cooked.

The 6 nights we stayed there the bed was made upside down with the top and bottom sheet tucked in at the head end and short at the foot end? We remade the bed the 3 time. On the last night the room was not serviced at all, we mentioned this to the front desk when we returned from being out all day, we were told the house keeper had gone home for the day, we said we had the right tag on the door and said good morning to the service lady that morning. We were offered clean towels for our last night and made the bed the right way. Overall the motel is in a good place, free bus in and out of town and close to the train. The coffee at the bar downstairs is good too.
