Very welcoming checkin by reception staff, Room was nicely presented and spacious, and found my Platinum status gift waiting on the side for me. Unfortunately, the housekeeping team had forgotton to leave me any bath towels or shower mat, but this was quickly resolved after a phonecall to reception. Food in the top floor restaurant was tasty and quickly delivered with a great view. Check out was a little problomatic and I hoped to be dealt with quickly. Unfortunately the receptionist was on his own and seemed to be deeply involved trying to resolve another guest's problem, so after 5 minutes, I decided to drop my key at the drop box, although I do like to close my account before leaving. My account was quickly closed over the phone a couple of hours later.

The staff were friendly The breakfast was good yet no iced coffee unless you went downstairs. The rooms aircon was terrible was really warm and humid in the evenings could hardly sleep. The lifts were a joke. I was on level 8 and a lot of times I waited 5-10mins for the lift as the builders inside would also use them and hold them. I did mention these to reception but nothing changed. Also view from balcony was looking directly at the scaffolding on the building next door. This is not what I paid for. No mention of building work at all.
