I stayed in room 618, the sliding door glass is incorrectly installed, leaving a gap between the seals, allowing wind to come through the gap creating a loud whooshing and whistling noise. I had to wedge the beach towel in the gap to stop the wind and noise so that I could sleep. I am in the construction industry and was in Brisbane on a business trip instructing Hutchison builders on NCC procedures, it's appalling to find this kind of dodgy workmanship and lack of problem identification by facilities management. Our company staff DCTECH (Dynamic Composite Technologies) prefers to stay @ Accor hotels nationally, having members of various categories. I think we might need to reconsider our choice of Hotel chain.
