Good room, staff, breakfast and location. Only downside was getting stuck in lift which being claustrophobic was very stressful

Issues with room booking not being completed. Booked through the Loyalty Programme. Clean made up room available. On duty staff placed me in room with bed sheets not changed from last persons stay. I could smell their body oder on pillows and sheets, had rash on my upper arm from this. The next day the sheets/ pillow cases were changed, they smelt freshly washed and clean.

Good location for going to Suncorp. Handy to Queen St Mall and River and Cultural Centre. Was slightly disappointed with the room as the windows rattled making it hard to sleep. Ended up using cardboard to jam into the frames. Bed was comfortable. Cleanliness was good. New building being constructed next door so builders started at 7am.

No internet. No one cares

The only location I experienced good internet was the foyer area. I showed staff issues of connectivity’s and security as well as advising each day the issue remained. Just excuses. On the second last day I advised a manager there was no internet at all. Same stories. I did further investigations and found the router for my end of the floor was not working and had no power.
