The refurbished room I stayed in was amazing. The reception staff was really friendly. Unfortunately the restaurant was getting renovated. The breakfast buffet was basic but fine. I checked out early in the morning and told the night audit that I left the key in the fast check out box. I left stuff in the room that I didn’t need anymore. Far after check in time I received an email that I would get charged extra if I didn’t check out asap, which was a bit strange. Overall it was a good stay.

Whilst it was disappointing that there were renovations on at the time of our stay we were fully aware of the situation so it did not take away from our trip, the only downside was hearing the doors of others being opened and closed. All the staff members working was such a pleasure to deal with - you should be very proud of the team. Big thumbs up to your staff!!

Good location, horrible wifi! Keeps disconnecting from phone and tv the whole time. Made watching anything when trying to relax very difficult as internet never worked!

The room was good and large, however the toilet seemed a bit out of proportion, being quite small in comparison to the room size. Room was comfortable. I also took the buffet breakfast option, which in hind sight I would not do again, I would probably try the a la carte if I had another chance.
