We had an amazing stay — everything was so easy from start to finish. The staff were absolutely lovely and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. A special shout-out to the manager, Gwen, and to Russel, who quickly sorted out our room even during a really busy time. Their professionalism and kindness made all the difference. Simply the best!

The room and faculties were pretty good and the pool was nice, the Breakfast was very limited and didn't always have everything. The building site next to the hotel is terrible, the work men was making noise from 6:30am, they was banging, grinding and playing loud music, I even herd them shouting towards the hotel wakey wakey now get up you lazy people...

A good location for the hotel is about the only plus. My room was possibly one of the worst I have stayed in.. the decor was shabby, there were some dubious stains on the carpets, peeling plaster in the bathroom, black mould on the shower door seal and within the shower and worst of all a damp musty smell pervading throughout the room. The view from my window was directly onto the tower block scaffolding of a new building going up which blocked out any view or light. I checked out early.

Took a while to check in as i arrived late, empty shower gel box in the bathroom. Reception could be a little bit welcoming. Feel like hotel not welcoming guests that book via travel agency websites, even platinum members… used to get a free parking at Mercure hotels, here was cold NO…
