The hotel room stunk with moths flying in a supposedly clean room ready for me to stay at I had made a notification to reception about this and requested a room change The manager was kind to relocate me to a different room much more spacious and offered a complimentary breakfast for the inconvenience The room was nice but I noticed in the general lobby area. There are moths present and flying which indicates a lack of clean air and well ventilation throughout the hotel lobby. It would be good to check logs on how cleaning has been conducted throughout the hotel as well as whether the air ventilation system needs some attention.
