Location and customer service great! However, room amenities such as coffee, tv rack, table were very dusty. There were 7-8 flying moths in my room which cleaning service was provided. They couldn't give me another room as hotel was fully booked and also couldn't spray as I was inside the room. I suggested the idea to the cleaning guy to vacuum the moths which he did. His customer service was great, and he did apologise to me. Was given the Mprivileged room and expectation was very clean room. Needs pest control prior and housekeeping in more detail to prevent this from recurring.

Good location, clean and comfortable room and pleasant staff. However, it was disappointing to find we were only able to access the roof top bar one night out of our four (closed 2 nights and a private party 1 night). We found the restaurant very expensive for an evening meal so ate elsewhere. The breakfast was acceptable, but it was difficult to get to the service area around other patrons. As a side note the fourth floor always smelt like cabbage.
