An absolute disgrace

I can see people have had good experiences here, however mine was atrocious. From the moment I got there at 8pm on a Thursday night I had nothing but stressful issues. From waiting in the lobby for over 40 minutes for a bottle of wine, unable to access the restaurant due to private function. Staff have mastered ignoring guests. To then be charged for room service on my bill which I’d already disputed. A flooded bathroom from the shower and having to demand a different room. Witnessing a staff member pick up a spoon off the floor and placed back into the clean spoon tray. Overcharges from my bank account. Been trying to have this sorted for over 2 weeks and still waiting. Absolutely disgusting. If I could give a minus star review I would.

Overcharged upon check-in as I paid some in Accor Points on the app, had to ask multiple people for the refund as it wasn't processed initially, and points were still deducted. Tax invoice also wasn't correct as I need to claim for work. I finally got what I needed after wasting time with multiple team members over multiple days Lack of direction from senior management is evident based on the absence of abilities of the check-in staff.
