I was charged for breakfast at the hotel when I didn't have it. I've been contacting the hotel repeatedly trying to get it resolved but after receiving an initial email, I've yet receive a response. Extremely unprofessional from a business hotel.

Well located. Pretty old and tired rooms and felt unclean.

Stay was OK but the car parking situation was unacceptable. I arrived to be advised by the concierge that the car park was full. He suggested parking in George Square car park across the road, I enquired about costs and was reassured this would be no more than the hotel. On checking out I went to collect my car and was hit with a $106 bill. I returned to the hotel and reported this to the duty manger who took a note of my room and advised he would look into this and get back to me but i have heard nothing. This situation is not positive and your staff should not advise on issues they clearly have no real concept of
