This hotel was a great find and I would stay her again. My only suggestion would be for you to offer memory foam mattress toppers for back sleepers. A small expense really to get even better reviews. Service was friendly. The food at the restaurant was way overpriced for what we got. The steak was nice, but not great, based on the price we paid. I ordered a steak from a high class restaurant Brisbane City, paid the same price, and let me just say the steak was exquisite compared to the steak I got here which was pub standard steak and fries. The fries were below average. The rooms were really nice. I think you should promote your bath tubs more. So many couples are looking for hotels with tubs. It was a beautiful surprise upon walking into my room. As I said before, as a back sleeper, the beds were too hard for me. I always bring my own pillow. The rest of the stay and room was great. Fantastic location.

Check in was easy and the people at the front desk were very pleasant . The rooms could use an upgrade , carpets are worn out , bath tub is chipped and stained. Could use a coffee maker in the room. Beds and pillows were comfy. If you’re an Accor member you receive a voucher for a free beer or wine . Coffee shop has great coffee and only $5.00. Location is the best !

Poor experience attempting to order room service. Not able to get through to anyone on the phone. Took me over 10 mins. Was told there was a QR code near the door but nothing was there. Asked a staff member who I caught in the hallway to help who came into room and top me we ordered through the TV a which obviously wasn’t the case. No help with bags on arrival. Ridiculous to pay $50 a day for a park when valet was slow.. at one point reception gave me my keys to get my car from the park because valet wasn’t around. Why am I paying $50 then? Rooms clearly aren’t cleaned properly as we found a metal hair band under the bed. I would never stay here again. Overall poor experience for what I was paying. NOT worth the money
