Unfortunately the room and floor we were in was very old and worn. The PowerPoints were loose, the drywall was crumbling and the room just wasn’t worth the $494 I paid to stay there. The towels left lint all over our bodies, like they hadn’t been washed ever? I doubt I’ll be coming back. Really disappointed guys, I would expect better from Accor Group.
