I stayed here for a wedding over the weekend, and it was wonderful. Special shoutout to Chef Anish for his wonderful service and great conversation! Julia on front desk was not very friendly, even after I misheard her, she answered back with rudeness. Never in my years of Hospitality work have I encountered someone so uptight and rude.

Just an overnight stay on business. Arrived late morning and car was valet parked. Checked in and room was available. Room was good. Checked out early the following morning, no issues. Stored bags. Vehicle ready and waiting at the time I said I would return.

The staff were very helpful and friendly and made everything run smoothly. All staff and food in the Goldfinch Restaurant were great. It was disappointing when we were unable to purchase a coffee at 7.45pm from the Goldfinch Cafe on Friday Evening. The male staff member was most helpful but he was instructed by the female staff member that they could not make a coffee at that point. I thought at 7.45pm one should be able to purchase a coffee. After watching the information channel on our room TV this was not presented in the cafe by the female staff member.
