Hotel is in an amazing location. We didn't have the opportunity to try any of the bars, cafes etc, So I can't comment on those Check in was absolutely ridiculous and took forever with a line going out past the driveway. Parking was an even bigger nightmare and we ended up having to park at a nearby underground carpark and drag our luggage back and forth

I was there for a company Christmas party and stayed overnight. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were helpful and friendly.

I requested a cot be set up upon arrival, as we were arriving in the evening. Arrived at check in and reception said no cot has been set up - they’ll bring it up in the next couple of hours. It was 7pm at night and no one showed up with a cot. Never received the cot for the infant. When I guest requests a cot, I would suggest it’s already set up in there room prior to their arrival.

Check in took 40 minutes waiting in line with staff not really appearing like they were doing their best to try and hurry things along. Pool was small and overcrowded. Room was clean and comfortable and food was nice.

Front of house staff - ok. Not useful when asked to book a cab, directed to the cab rank outside where we then waited for over 20 minutes before booking a rideshare instead. Overall it was a good stay. Not great, just good.
