A very poor start to out holiday. Even with a room upgrade, it was a most unpleasant stay. The room was small, the bed uncomfortable, the couch was lumpy, and the view was non-existent. I wouldn't stay there again. The only positive was that it was close to the coach terminal, which was where we needed to be the next morning

Great Staff, but Old hotel

The hotel is in a great location, right in the heart of what Brisbane has to offer. The Hotel staff are incredible! They mate the check in process easier considering the hotel was completely booked out. The Breakfast was amazing with plenty of options and having the egg station was a plus. The only down side to the hotel is that its starting to show its age and things are slowly breaking down. All our air conditioners didn't work and we could open the windows to make the air move around. They did try and fix it, but having a three night stay with no air was terrible.

Won't be staying again. #1 - Checked in on the Thursday got charged Twice $2400 x 2, Which left me with no spending money for 2 days until the refund cleared into my bank account. #2 - Had a Letter under our door saying we haven't paid our parking and thanks for staying with us. We had arrived by plane and had 2 nights left on our stay #3 - Got to our room late & our cards didn't work had to go down and have them re issued #4 - Buffet Breakfast was great last year pretty average this year, And Cafe coffee where free and are not now free and very hit and miss.
