Nice hotel in the heart of the city. Close to all amenities and a short walk to south bank. Clean and quiet rooms and very friendly and welcoming staff.

Almost perfect! Great location and facilities other room. Dean on the next was exceptional in allowing me to leave my car parked a bit longer! The only two tiny glitches were the gym was not u locked one morning and only had one roll of loo paper in the room. However these were quickly rectified!I would definitely stay there again. 👍👍

Carpet was Filthy and Stained, Shower had Cracked and Broken Tiles, Apartment was very Unhygienic, Wasted so much water waiting for the Shower to Get Warm ,Very disappointed ☹️ in our stay as we had family staying with us and it was quite embarrassing, Thought Accor had better standards than this
