Location good. Initial service on arrival poor. Room needed a good clean particularly main bathroom. Six nights no service offered. Staff apologised when we asked for clean towels and more supplies. Apparently we should have had a service. Hallways smelt awful. Pool unavailable. Welcome drink not available although was on app. Overall disappointing.

Please accept our sincere apologies for the poor arrival experience, the cleanliness concerns in your room and bathroom, and for the missed servicing during your six-night stay. This is certainly not the standard we aim to provide, and we understand how disappointing and inconvenient this would have been. We also apologies for the condition of the hallways, the pool being unavailable during your visit, and for the welcome drink advertised on the app not being available as expected. The smell in the corridors upsatirs I assume from the rubbish chute was bad at some stages
