This will be the second time I have filled this in so not sure what happened to my first review but here is a copy of what I have already submitted… The whole experience from check in to checkout was not what we have come to expect from Accor Hotels. The room was relatively clean though in a very used condition. The beds were uncomfortable and doonas and spare blankets were stained. There were no spare toilet rolls in either of the bathrooms which is ridiculous for a 4 night stay with 4 people in the room. It would probably be a nice idea to let guests know that the pool was not available during their stay and that they could not use the balcony due to maintenance, especially when they guests book room with children. For the amount of money we paid to stay here we are extremely annoyed with the whole experience.

I appreciate you raising your concerns regarding the condition of the room, bedding, and amenities. I was disappointed to read your comments about the stained doonas and spare blankets, as well as the lack of spare toilet rolls in the bathrooms. I will be discussing your review directly with our Housekeeping Manager to ensure these matters are addressed with the team. Please also accept my apologies if it was not communicated clearly that additional amenities, including toilet rolls, are available at any time from reception. Regarding the pool, sauna, and balcony access, I apologise if this was not communicated effectively prior to or during your stay. Due to the current building works, the pool and sauna are open after 4:00pm on weekdays and remain open all weekend from 7:00am to 11:00pm. There are no painters onsite over the weekend, and balconies are available from 4:00pm on weekdays and throughout the weekend. I completely understand how frustrating this would have been, especially when travelling as a family and expecting full use of the facilities during your stay. We are sorry that this impacted your overall experience. Thank you again for bringing these matters to our attention.
