I was upgraded to a 2 bed apartment, so it was clean and spacious, but most importantly the bed was comfortable. A big balcony had a table for 6 people. Views of other city buildings, it was nice to sit outside. The place was clean and quiet, but it was also on level 15. Very convenient to restaurants, and only a 5 min walk to waterfront and botanic gardens.

great room, guy on desk excellent at check in. Parking all spots have unauthorised parking but no "Mantra guest parking" or the like. so I had to move my car when parked in a red spot not a yellow spot! old school keys, fobs over 2 separate keyrings, very bulky. other sites have 1 card that is good for wallets, pockets etc.

The hotel is located close to Southbank and Roma Station. The rooms are a good size and there are plenty of food places within easy reach. The hotel does not have a restaurant.

As a platinum member I don't expect to have to ask for a room upgrade if the room is available i found this disappointing
