Surfaces were covered in a thick layer of dust, bathroom smelled funny, elevator was broken and not fixed in the time we were there causing line ups, staff had no regard to guests not wearing masks or not social distancing

Dear Katrina, First of all I would like to express how deeply disappointed I am that your experience wasn’t what you expected or deserved. I have reached out with our department heads to discuss how a disused room was not re-cleaned prior to its use, and what we can do in the future to prevent this from happening again. Furthermore I will speak with the staff remembers on shift during your arrival, regarding the monitoring of masks and social distancing to reiterate the importance of our strict ALLSafe protocols within Accor. Regarding the elevator, we had our technicians out multiple times during your stay; it was unfortunate that the resolution to its malfunction was not an easy fix, I am sorry for the inconvenience. Please be assured your recent experience with Mantra Midtown is not of our standards. We are reflecting on your criticism of our establishment and now theorising avenues of improvement, thank you for leaving your feedback with us, criticism is always important but especially when it comes to such issues, you have raised. When I first arrived, I couldn't get in as there was no one at reception, when there was someone at reception finally the check in was amazing so that was good. The actual room was ok but the carpet was stained and the walls has tape on them so not that nice.

Our room was not ready @ 2:pm due to staff shortages, manger provided complimentary drinks, which was appreciated. The property is showing its age, I don’t think that would stay there again.

Friendly check-in staff. Good location. Comfortable apartment. Grateful for the upgrade to a 2 bedroom as it would have been quite tight with suitcases and all in one bedroom. The balcony also provides a great outdoor space and fresh air.

We had a 2 night stay in a 2 bedroom apartment. Check in was quick and simple. Room was clean, but smaller than expected. Great location. Walking distance to the Mall, Southbank and Riverside. A pleasant stay.

Delayed checkin due to room not being cleaned.

We arrived at our checkin time of 2pm but were not able to access the room until 3:30pm due to the room still being cleaned following a late checkout of the previous guest. As a result, our afternoon plans were disrupted. They did offer us late checkout as compensation, which was good.

The room exceeded my expectations! Great location. Welcome basket was a nice surprise! Suited me perfectly for my trip! Excellent reception staff, parking was ok but quite narrow for me. Ease of checking was pleasant.

I had a really great time, place was great. Just had to go down to reception to get more washing powder, detergent etc.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. We stayed on the top floor (as requested) and had a nice view of the river. The couch was super soft which as bad for our backs. The bed was also soft though comfortable. The unit had everything we needed. The carpets needed a clean, there was a small tear in the couch and a hole in the doona cover so it’s not a high end place but practical. Situated in a great position, right In the city, close to the river/ferry and shops.

have stayed before we choose this hotel as it has stand alone shower and we prefer that. rooms are small and fire alarm extremely sensitive. need darker curtains as right oposite another motel and privacy not great

This is a well-appointed property that is maintained very well and cleanly. It is situated in a good Brisbane CBD location, just a short walk to the central shopping mall. It's greatest asset is it is well supported by friendly, courteous and very efficient staff.

Excellent apartment and facilities. Great central location and close to shopping malls, restaurants and cafes, river and botanical gardens and so on. Wonderful staff. Experience only marred by the 24hr noise from new rail construction.
