The efficiency was fine. It is hard to find a washer and dryer in Australia so that was great to have one in the room. The hallway carpet needs to be replaced as it has a strong chemical smell that set off allergies. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Shockingservice TripAdvisor review

Apparently was dirty and, plaster patches over a number of wall, damaged PowerPoint in bedroom. Rubbish left in drawers from I assume the previous booking. Display cabinet look like it had not been dusted in months. No block out curtain on balcony sliding door only a shear curtain which had hook missing and not hanging properly, office next door could see straight in as they work both nights till after 11pm so watch tv with no lounge lights on.

Unfortunately a v poor stay. First room was 1602, problems included; all plates and dishes in cupboard were wet, dishwasher did not work, no frying pan, TV remote in bedroom didnt work and WIFI was hopeless. had to remain there for 2 nights as hotel apparently fully booked. Reported problems on morning of second day. On return that evening was told all bar WIFI had been fixed - none had. When I queried why false info had been provided the response from Zach was "I sent lots of emails". Moved to room 2303 for 3rd night. Room was fine and everything worked although I did note that kitchen did not have tongs or a fish slice.

The room was not clean, the fridge constantly frosted over and defrosted leaking over the floor, the shower hub in the ensuite bathroom leaked constantly every shower on to the floor, the washing machine went into fault half way through a cycle do unable to wash even one load of clothes

Overpriced. Needs major update

Staff were nice. Suoer small unit, dirty under mat, cups bot clean, fridge leaking, washing machine kept stopping, phone to reception not working. Stayed for 3 nights.... Never again for $1300 + $40 per day parking, not good enough!!!
