Asthmatic and air conditioner filter was absolutely filthy and the whole filter needs replacement. Bed sooner worn out X2 large stains of some description on lounge, I have a photo, room smelt like smoke even though person at reception I asked as I have asthma and they said non-smoking. My work colleague Andrew also said room smelt like smoke.

Some of the best service I have received. Love having windows to open plus ceiling fans and not use air-conditioning. No real problems with noise where I was located even with surrounding station/tunnel works. Only issue was in kitchen with too high placement of microwave and some items in cupboards. Having to kneel/stand on stool to reach and use was not that safe and would be good if these could be considered for layouts in future.

Staff were very welcoming, particularly Kareen at the front desk who kindly advised us of places to visit around the city. The hotel is perfectly positioned in the heart of the city, and handy to many tourist attractions and great cafes and restaurants. Highly recommended.We will be back.
