Sliding door to balcony lock was broken and unable to lock. Washing machine did not work kept stopping with a "Tap off" alarm even though the tap was on.

We have not stayed here before but decided to give it a chance during our visit to Brisbane last week. Easy to locate. There is paid parking. Reception was very helpful. We booked a one bedroom with balcony but were upgraded to a two bedroom but not required. Having the balcony was great so we could sit out. Downside! The tv only had channel 7 and its offshoots. No wifi on the tv to screen share so unfortunately as I like to watch Foxtel/Sky News etc this was unexpected and disappointing. Maybe there was a problem with the tv itself but if I had to stay again I would definitely check. Aircon was great. Kitchen faculty was ok not much in it though. For those who like a complimentary drink there is none available.
