On a point check in we were ‘supposedly’ upgraded, after checking in to our room we found that the door wouldn’t lock. Then we were given another room and for 3 days we complained of no hot water. We were then moved to a third room, which was ok. We were disappointed in the facilities especially cause they are from the ‘Mantra’ franchise.

My initial room had a leaking toilet which is annoying from the noise and the water waste. I was relocated to an even better room and this was greatly appreciated. The room was very good quality and the ambience will be greatly improved when next door's massive construction is complete. Recommended to Sebel to eat and that was excellent.

Reception was helpful when I had a problem with my booking. Although they didn’t actually have to do anything other than tell me there was availability of rooms. The room was ok, except the absence of block out curtains in the living area was a concern. With the light on in the evening I had to ensure I stayed fully dressed as people can see into the room from across the road. Even more awkward when going to bathroom at night. Your team also didn’t come to service the room. I returned from work to find everything as I had left it in the morning. Not a big drama for me, but a bit disappointing.

Service as good, location is very handy, but the bed was like sleeping in a marshmellow. We sank into the mattress and pillow. Way too soft. Apart from not sleeping well, the room was fine.

Myself and a colleague booked a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment, we arrived at the hotel at 10pm exhausted after a day of travel from Melbourne. We were greeted at reception by some friendly staff and given our keys. Got to the room and found we had a 2 bedroom apartment, one bathroom. One single bed in one room and a queen in the other....not what we booked. Complained to reception said they couldn't move us until the morning. OK, nothing we could do. OK, waited until morning and spoke to reception, they have arranged everything and when we got back in the afternoon all should be good, arrived in the afternoon, got our new keys and the person on reception said your food has also been moved to your room, interesting because we had no food. Went to the room and there was a used salad and olives in the fridge!! Now either this food was in the apartment we had the night before or it was left from the previous guest, either way...GROSS!!!

A home away from home. Staff were excellent, made sure I was happy with my room. Lovely decor in the room. Only had one thing that would be easily fixed, was the shower showing rust where the water has been sitting. It isn't a very big area so would take long to use a bit of Jif to clean it each time the shower is cleaned. It would have been nice to have room service, or even if no room service maybe some Uber pamphlets or the like. I know there were alot of shops near by.

Great and very helpful staff. Provided me with plenty of extra dishwasher powder to give all glasses, cutlery, plates, pots pans etc a thorough wash. Glasses were filthy and dude cups very stained. Otherwise would stay again. Given current pandemic you'd think the general cleaning would be at obsessive level.

Excellent location, well equipped, didn’t know about the building work next door. Would have liked at least one clean during the seven nights we were there. A hoover through and bathroom clean would have been good. Fortunately I had my bleach wipes with me, so cleaned kitchen and bathroom myself.
