The staff we interacted with a=were all extremely helpful, friendly and professional. The hotel is also well situated in CBD Brisbane. The room we had on our first visit and after the room move for our second visit was clean with great amenities. The room we had for our first night on our return visit was a little tired, leaky faucet at the kitchen sink and stains on the floor and sofa in the living room. The staff were apologetic and moved us to another room the following day. The beds for both visits were very hard unfortunately. Also, when booking the room, it mentioned that it was a queen size bed but it was far too small to be a queen. I believe it was a double bed. My husband who is taller had his feet dangling over the edge. At minimum, I book a queen size bed due to my husband's height. If I had known the bed was a double, I would most likely not have booked the room and/or hotel.
