Had a great stay this hotel is close to everything and is very clean and friendly. However as a accor platinum member i was a bit surprised that I had to ask for my room upgrade I did receive the the upgrade to a superior room

Nice and convenient location. Good facilities. Would be great if the gym was opened a bit earlier (5am as opposed to 6).

Location was amazing, able to walk to everything in the city. Small apartment but adequate. Very poor cleaning, coffee stains and food crumbs all over table, coffee table and lounge. Carpet had debris in the main room on it. Arrived so late at night, was too tired to change rooms and cleaned it up myself the next day. Disappointed however as expected more from an Accor property.
