Fantastic spot to stay, so much to do in walking distance. Food places are so good, bagels, ramen, kebabs, eat in places. Hop skip and jump to the mall. Really comfy beds. Reception staff always always friendly and helpful.

No room service/minibar is below standard for any hotel in a major city Beds are 6/10 comfy-wise A bit steep price-wise considering what you get Your best asset is your receptionist. Smiling, happy, down to earth and goes above and beyond to help in any way possible. 11/10!

Hotel is well located in the heart if Brisbane city surrounded by Malls, food and attractions. How lever the noise level could be substantial due to the music from the pub at ground level.

We keep coming back because it is very comfortable and easy to get too the Cultural Centre and museum and is surrounded by nice pubs and cafes. The Ibis restaurant is very pleasant also.
