When checking in, I went to the accor plus check in, and was asked to the back of the line, I asked if there was no check in for accor plus, as the staff clearly judged me before asking if I was a member, then goes to tell me his computer is still logging in. Whilst waiting the normal line was served, then he served me. Why have a accor plus line if they are going to treat customers this way, I was not impressed. When checking in, he gave me no information, did not say when check out was, I asked for late check out which he did not give. This was the worst customer service I have recieved in years. I would like for my check in person to receive feedback and training as it was not good enough. I went back down later and spoke to a lady, who was wonderful and confirmed he did not give me late checkout, and fixed it for me. I also would like to note, once checked in, we received in the room, for two people only one bottle of water and one biscuit for two people, I do not know if this is standard? I emailed immediately to ask the question, and still have not received a reply!?
