Great location, view of the river was lovely and the staff were super helpful. My hairdryer did not work in my room and staff brought me a new one within 5 minutes. This was a work trip though so I had to pay for my own room upgrade to get a river view on a higher level. The room was slightly too small though for a three night stay.

Enjoyed the upgrade to a full river view . This was my 2nd stsy and I have 3 more going into next year . Definately value for money and very comfortable with a perfect location .

No milk in my room on arrival,on 2 occasions the coffee machine was closed in the restaurant at 8.05 p.m. and 6.45pm even though the restaurant was advertised at closing at 9.00p.m. The items on the wine list was no available, the only soft drink available was sprite. I paid $35 for a buffet breakfast which was cold!!!!
