The room on level 4 did not have a soap dispenser in the bathroom, had to go into the shower to get handwashing. Also the TV signal would drop out every 10-15 minutes for approximately 5 mins , made it impossible to watch anything. When I stayed there last year was given a complimentary drink as I am an ACCOR member, was told this time I was not entitled to it because the booking was made by my employer even though the booking was done the same way as last year. One of my work colleagues, who is not an ACCOR member then tells me she got a room upgrade? On a positive note, the restaurant staff were very friendly. I will most likely look for another ACCOR hotel on my next trip to Brisbane

With the Star Casino just opening up this is fast becoming the best end of town to stay at. I enjoy the simplicity and value of Ibis Styles and the great views to go to sleep with and wake up.
