The reception staff are disgustingly rude. I do not appreciate being spoken to like I am nothing when the reception staff confused my booking with someone else (and yes I booked directly through the ibis website this my Accor membership details). The location is good right next to queen street mall but it is not safe to walk around at night. The room was not clean. The view just as terrible. What a horrible place to stay.
