Actually because the TV never worked, it was ordinary. Accommodation was fine but that was a big disappointment no TV. Plus no parking was a huge disappointment.

Dear Gregg, Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback of your recent stay with us. I am glad you enjoyed your overall experience but am sorry to read that the TV and lack of on site parking had let us down. Unfortunately the building was built without its own facilities so we have had to find alternative solutions in the area for our guests. I understand this is not convenient as you need to walk across the road to get to your vehicle, but it is the closes and most straight forward solution given our circumstances as the 24 hour ticket gives you multiple entries and exits. We have had some teething issues with our TV's after reopening mid March this year after a full refurbishment. We are in constant communication with the tech team to try and get the TV's up and running. I fully agree with and understand your frustrations with this issue and can only apologise that this was not up to standard. When our Smart TV's are fully operational they will have the ability to screen cast from your device, and watch YouTube, Netflix and other streaming platforms. Thank you for your valued feedback and for your patience while we work through these reopening setbacks. We hope we can welcome you back to the hotel again in future once we are fully operational. Hi there. I actually did not enjoy the stay as we had other guests walk into our room at 3am as they were given the wrong key? How does that happen? As 2 girls travelling alone it was very scary to be woken up by that. We received a free coffee but that doesn’t get back the loss of sleep. Will not be staying with mantra terrace again

The hotel is nice and new, it has a bar down below where you check in, the staff upon arrival were very welcoming and provided a great service. The rooms are refurbished with beautiful gold features. Great location! 10 min walk to the city and valley. Quiet street however walking distance to all the hot spots. Will be back again!

With only one staff member and all the TVs not working the stay included long waits to check in, long waits to see if the tv could be fixed, which it couldn’t. Not the staff members fault and he was trying his best but management need to look at giving him support

We recurrently recruiting and in the process of training new team members so that we can provide ample support and coverage on busy nights and weekends. Unfortunately our team was not able to support the demand of last weekend and we have put immediate steps in place to make sure this does not happen again. TV had intermittent reception and when it did work the voices were 5 seconds behind the image. We stayed 3 nights and our bin was not emptied. Also the coffee machine in the room had not been emptied since the last guest. The towels were scratchy.

Our rooms do not have daily housekeeping services as rooms are only serviced weekly and is why your bin was not changed. Reception is available 24 hours should you require any assistance or would like your rubbish removed or amenities replaced. I have shared your feedback with the housekeeping manager to ensure the team is emptying out the Nespresso machine in the Suite as this should have been the case. I am so sorry that this was missed and we will make that this does not repeat. We are in constant communication with tech support while we get our TV's fully operational. The room was small, but comfortable, and tastefully furnished. Nice bathroom and shower. Staff were splendid. They were welcoming and very helpful. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Gorgeous decor, very new and updated Complimentary bottle of wine for anniversary, lovely gesture Room smelt a bit but we aired it out Room was a bit small, there was nowhere to open our luggage Amenities were good Overall a great place!

Me and partner stayed for two nights to celebrate our anniversary. Check in was very smooth, the rooms were clean and we loved the new renovations. I jus wanted to especially thank Isabelle for being welcoming and accomodating our requests for a special occasion. I've stayed here before and the reception are always lovely and I'm pleased to come back again in future.

Good spot and well fitted out room. Was a pleasant stay. Check-in and Check-out process slow as there was only one staff on and it is awkward that reception is in the bar area for restaurant (this would be even worse if the bar was actually open at the time) Couldn’t use welcome drink as the bar was closed both times we went down. Room was small but very nice and clean.

We enjoyed our brief stay at this Mantra. Location was great, and really enjoyed access to the restaurant down stairs which we utilised for both breakfast and dinner. Found the reception was a bit tricky to find as it’s inside the bar and could be better sign posted. The room itself was great, very clean and to the usual Mantra standard. It was very small but did the job and the styling was very modern. Bathroom quite spacious but couldn’t open the mini fridge door all the way. Tea and coffee provided, no spoons though! Good blackout curtains and not a very noisy area. Parking should be noted as offsite but a very short walk from the hotel.

We have a sign on the larger door to direct guests to the bar, but I will follow up with our team to make sure this is being put out so guests know where to go. I have sent housekeeping to your room to investigate the minibar fridge and to teaspoons in the room. Our friendly team is available 24 hours and will always be happy to assist with anything during your stay to make you more comfortable. All round the experience was lovely, staff were quite busy but kept their cool and greeted me with kind and courteous attitudes. My only complaint would be the lack of signage for the reception desk, as it isn’t clear the OBar is where reception is located.
