It was a 4 star hotel so I was expecting something good. When I arrive there was no toothpaste and no toothbrush, I then go to the lobby and ask if they had a toothpaste, thank god they gave me

The website and pictures online of this accommodation looked great. When we got into the room it had an extremely damp smell. The bathroom was very filthy . Tile grouting was filthy, behind the bathroom door and around the toilet was dusty , the shower screens and the basin were dirty. I appreciate that we could check in slightly earlier on arrival and could check out slightly later. I just feel for the hotel rating the price and the expectation from pictures. It was disappointing.
