Stayed with Mantra Terrance on the 5th of April a. upon arriving at 2pm to check in our room was missing a shower head. My husband walked all the way back down to reception who gave us a new room. When we opened the door to the new room it was a complete mess a. had not been cleaned since the previous guest (sheet a. pillows a mess a. wet towels on the floor). Walked back down to reception again a. was told they were booked out a. there were no more rooms. Was also told their cleaning staff had just left a. we were going to have to wait an hour for them to come back a. clean the room. We had a party at 6pm a. wanted to relax, shower a. get ready but instead we’re stuck in the lobby/on the street until 5pm. 3 hours after we had arrived! Compensated only with a free drink at the limited bar which kept closing due to no staff. We were very unhappy with our stay a. feel like we didn’t get access to our room for the time we had paid for which led to a disappointing experience. Will not be booking again.
