Was charged $200 on my company credit card for a deep clean of the room for discarding a few cigarette butts in the bathroom rubbish bin, as no other bins in front of the hotel. I don't litter but rather put the butts in my pocket until I find a bin. I did not smoke in the room and there are no carpets in the bathroom so by simply emptying the rubbish bin, putting on the extractor fan and perhaps a squirt of air fresher, there would be no smell left. If someone smoked in the room, the smoke itself will draw into the carpets, curtains etc, that I would understand a deep clean is required. This was my first sales trip for the company and doesnt leave me in good light wasting money!

On a Saturday and Sunday morning I was woken up to the housekeeping staff talking and laughing in the hallway this ruined my trip when travelling you obviously need sleep and no consideration was given
