Pipes in walls were loud and I could hear toilets flush from other rooms. Sewage smell from drain in bathroom. No facilities (pool, gym, lounge, etc.). No complimentary breakfast. Staff were nice, but I expected more from Mantra.

Well located and priced. Room was small. Was travelling for business and found the room lacked some basics, such as a desk, despite the advertised images showing one. OK for overnight stay.

Check in and check out were excellent. Room request was arranged and all in all a good stay as always. On entering the room there was a musty damp smell which took a while to go away, it is Brisbane in summer however, so to be expected. Biggest issue was the shower floor which hadn't been cleaned effectively for quite a while I suspect. Needed a good bleach or disinfectant cleaner on it.
