Check in and check out were excellent. Room request was arranged and all in all a good stay as always. On entering the room there was a musty damp smell which took a while to go away, it is Brisbane in summer however, so to be expected. Biggest issue was the shower floor which hadn't been cleaned effectively for quite a while I suspect. Needed a good bleach or disinfectant cleaner on it.

The aircon was a godsend and its central location to Central was quite helpful. There was however a problem with mould and random spots, particularly on the ceiling of the bathroom, and also randomly in the ceiling of window sill.
