I use the Mantra Spring Hill as my go to when working / staying in Brisbane. It has become my home away from home. I am recognised as a regular and I feel like I am visiting rather than staying in a hotel.

it was great except for when we got locked out of our room because of kathleen. she gave bad vibes in the first place and seemed like she wasn’t as interested to have us there when we were checking in, but everyone else was super helpful and nice.

Clean enough but small room. The shower was leaking either through the small gap in the door or from the floor, leaving a large pool of water outside the shower. The bathroom fan was very loud and the room smelt a little musty. There was no English breakfast tea in my room and I had asked reception for some. The lady said she would contact housekeeping, but no tea was brought to my room. I used my complimentary drink for a cup of tea in the morning.

I had another wonderful stay at this beautiful property that this time included a fabulous room upgrade on the top floor with exquisite chocolates as a welcome gift, that was all greatly appreciated.
