Bonjour, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your recent stay. I am pleased to hear that you enjoyed our rooms, lobby, bar and restaurant facilities. However, I am sorry to learn of your disappointment regarding the availability of drinking water in your room. As part of our commitment to reducing our environmental impact, the hotel has moved away from single-use plastic water bottles. In their place, we have installed filtered water machines in every guest room for your convenience, allowing guests to enjoy chilled, still or sparkling water throughout their stay. We have also provided additional refill stations within Cuvee Bar for easy access. We appreciate your comments, as they help us understand where we can better communicate these initiatives to our guests.
