The relocation of the Sofitel Le Club from the 30th Floor made the dining area dark and depressing with no view of the city skyline. Very limited dinner menu. The room was outdated and needed brightening with lighter walls and modern decor. Did not receive hotel invoice by email as requested. Staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Great stay, lovely well located hotel. We enjoyed the breakfasyt as well. Staff were great and despite being busy we never felt rushed or the staff seemed under pressure.

I’ve stayed here many times. The location is great, and all the staff are very kind and helpful. The restaurant is nice too. However, during my last stay, there was an issue with the heater. When I checked in, the room seemed fine, but it felt a bit cold, so I turned the heater on and went out. When I came back, the room was still cold. I thought it might warm up later and went to sleep, but my wife couldn’t sleep because it was quite cold overnight. In the morning, I spoke to reception as the heater didn’t seem to be working. They sent a maintenance person, but I had to wait over 40 minutes. He reset it and said it should be fine. I trusted it, went out again, but when I returned a few hours later, it was still not working. I had to contact reception again and wait once more. Eventually, they confirmed there was an issue they couldn’t fix straight away, so they moved us to another room
