Hotel, as always a nice place to stay. Staff friendly & helpful, again as always! I continue to be disappointed with high end hotels reducing costs at guests expense. I note a significant increase in price to my last overnight stay. Not even a bed turn down with replacement water being provided. Better than Sofitel Melbourne, no water at all! For the times they are a changing!

Stayed for 4 nights staff were excellent and food was great. Rooms showing their age and shower over bath is probably outdated and not very practical these days.

As always, a great stay. Very friendly check-in, simple self parking & good breakfast & dinner. The Executive Lounge was closed or a function however this time it was very well managed at the back of the restaurant in a dedicated area with comfortable lounge seating etc - much, much better than I'd experienced previously when the old small french restaurant was used.

As a long term All diamond member I’ve always stayed here due to the loyalty benefits but after my last stay I’m more inclined to explore the competition. I’ve seen how the Executive lounge dining options have been downgraded. I didn’t get an option to upgrade my room and was even told there was a non complimentary option for a late checkout in request.
