Had an enjoyable stay. Could not believe how convenient the location was. The room was really comfortable, particularly the bed. Amazing view. Could have eaten the buffet breakfast all day.

Good stay except my toaster blew up and the fuses were affected on my last day - so I was not able to make my breakfast toast as they could not recover another toaster in time. I was not charged for the breakfast.

Main reason for the stay was our granddaughter’s 22nd birthday and we had our other two grandchildren plus partners as well as two of her friends and our daughter with us as well. Your buffet was ideal for so many for both breakfast and in the evening !

The French way valentines day package .....due to lack of communication between sofitelstaff and Stephanie's spa retreat we were u able to receive steam treatment and were offered 40 mins massage instead . The room was lovely but could of booked that room any day of the week there was absolutely nothing that resembled Valentine's day what so ever not a rose a card nothing . There was nothing that made your Valentine's day offer special or outstanding it was just a ROOM !! Can not Express enough how dissapointing it was .
