As always, amazing staff with a professional, friendly attitude. The lobby is gorgeous and the daily breakfast is the best I can remember (and we travelled a lot prior to COVID). The room we stayed in was dated, but comfortable. Beds were comfortable but bathrooms were not super clean with the shower screen definitely needing a good scrubbing and a big stain on the carpet outside the bathroom.

Great experience with Booking with Angie and the best receptionist is Alec. He is such a professional and genuine person. Always a pleasure to see him either at the check-in or check out. Well done on both staff for great service. A shame is there is not more.

Clean hotel in a good location above the central rail station. The staff are always ready to assist and very professional. However the recent changes to the room service menu make it not as ideal as a business traveler. There is limited offerings which means you have to go downstairs to the restaurant or go out to eat if you are staying regularly.
