We truly value your support and are delighted to know that you enjoyed so many aspects of your visit, including your accommodation, breakfast, dining experiences, and the warm service provided by our Executive Lounge and breakfast teams. I will be sure to pass on your kind compliments to them. At the same time, I am very sorry to learn about the frustration you experienced during check-in. After advising our team that the second guest would be arriving later, you should have been confident that the necessary arrangements had been made. I apologise that this information was not communicated correctly, resulting in your guest being incorrectly advised that there was no booking. I understand how disappointing this must have been and appreciate you bringing it to our attention. I am also sorry that your Platinum member recognition did not meet your expectations. Not being offered your welcome drink, receiving a welcome amenity that fell below expectations, and not being offered an available room upgrade detracted from the experience you rightly anticipated as one of our valued loyal guests. In addition, I regret the inconvenience caused by the missing drink vouchers on the app and the unnecessary trip back to reception simply to enjoy a cup of tea. Your comments regarding greater flexibility in these situations are appreciated and will be shared with the relevant teams for review.
