I don't believe PlatinumDiamond members should be paying for overpriced parking. Also for business travellers, the TV does not have any standard international news/financial stations, - CNN, CNBC, FOX, MSNBC, Bloomberg. The lobby toilets was very dirty, with tissue all over the floor (at 11:00am on Monday morning). King bed in the room needs changing, sinks on tge side.

You have raised some very valid concerns, particularly regarding the condition of our lobby restrooms and the comfort of your bed, both of which should have been much better. I also appreciate your perspective on parking charges for our loyal members and the availability of international news channels, especially for those travelling on business.
It is equally disappointing to hear that Club Millésime fell short of what you have experienced at other luxury hotels. We certainly want our guests to feel that the experience offers genuine value, and your comments about the food and beverage selection are important to us.

The room felt a little worn with a lot of wear and tear, didn’t get any welcome amenity as a gold memeber and unfortunately the hotel was full so they couldn’t do a late check out. I understand that it subject to availability but it was just one more thing to leave me feeling a little disappointed

Fabulous hotel. All the facilities were great as well as all the staff we interacted with. Short walk to CBD and Central station is literally right there. Parking was easy. Best lift system we've ever had in a hotel. We had in room dining breakfast which was good. They have whatsapp function if you don't like the phone. Hot water machine for tea (need bigger mugs in the room). The only negative was the QR code in the room links to what's on in Brisbane instead of the hotel dining and for some reason the tv kept defaulting mid show (not paused) to main menu when casting to the tv from the phone. Otherwise, we anjoyed staying at Sofitel.

Stayed Friday to Monday. Went to Brisbane Writer's Festival and Anastasia at QPAC. Hotel like a big family with staff so friendly and helpful. Everything worked well except TV streaming which was frustrating and hopeless.

As a returning and long term Accor customer I was really grateful to have been upgraded to a large room.
The central location on top of the Central Rail Station where I could arrive straight off the railway from the Airport and walk upstairs with lifts and escalators into the Sofitel. Just perfect. Then to be able to easily walk to Brisbane city and its highlights was lovely.

As a frequently returning customer to Sofitel BNE Central with the Platinum status, I was disappointed with my recent visit to the hotel. Usually, there was waiting a Welcome card and some refreshment as such a bottle of wine and some chocolates. None of these were waiting in my room.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Sofitel Brisbane. It's a great location, situated nice a. close to everything in the heart of the city. The views from our room were great. The hotel a. room itself was beautifully styled. The bed was the most comfortable bed we've ever slept in. The staff were wonderful. a. an absolutely delicious buffet breakfast. The only reason I did a 9/10 instead of a 10/10 is the room wasn't very practical - if you wanted to take food back to your room there is no microwave to heat anything. There was only 1 very tiny bin for rubbish. a. not enough toilet paper rolls supplied for 2 people.

We had a great experience with the staff, though value has dropped since our last return here - the bedding was great and special shout-out to the pillows. Let downs would be that the room albeit nice is dating now with carpets in state of visible wear, hot water inconsistent and cold water very hit and miss making for a surprising shower experience, no longer supplying water bottles to Accor members, just expectations to use the coffee machine water which is not able to be chilled of course. QR Codes don’t work at the pool so you can’t order food or beverages there - it takes you to room service but only lets you select a room. We love Sofitel, and have loved this hotel in the past but this stay unfortunately didn’t live up to the past experiences.
