I had an amazing stay at Sofitel Brisbane Central. From the moment I arrived, the service was warm, friendly, and truly memorable. Mew made check-in seamless and welcoming. Kelly was wonderful over the phone when I ordered room service. Roshan at the bar delivered outstanding, personalised service. And breakfast was a highlight thanks to Elif, Alpha, and Yumeka, who made the morning feel special with their genuine care. Every interaction was thoughtful and full of heart. Family weekend. Didn’t get my welcome gift as a gold Accor member though.

We had to wait 2 hours before we could check in.There was no water an hardly anything else in the fridge.We had to ask for the complimentary wine as it was not in the room.When we checked out I looked at the receipt that was emailed an we were charged for the previous people’s mini bar.
