We love the Sofitel and overall enjoyed a lovely stay once again. We did note that there was no Accor ‘Welcome’ that we have been privileged enough to receive previously. Our room was wonderful and high, however the windows were sealed with duct tape and it was clear that this was in an attempt to seal them from street noise, which unfortunately was not achieved. The shaving/makeup mirror did not work and front desk did not have any awareness of the appliance even being installed to offer a solution. Again, the final interaction being about parking was a letdown, with front desk not asking to validate on checkout which required a trip back up to Reception to rectify. I really wish the parking arrangements could be taken care of when you check in, as leaving on that note always somewhat sours the farewell. Our last stay was perfection, in a pristine room. This time around however, was not as polished as we had expected.

My fav hotel to stay - 1 night away from home had good time with my little one Great location staff were friendly Bathroom needs some reno but still its well maintained Highly recommended

Was not honored my amex credit for $100 for the room charge of parking which I have never had an issue in any other hotel I have stayed at; very disappointing.
