Clean, airy place. However, the lack of toilet sprays in some rooms reduces the hotel experience of most Vietnamese people. It is recommended to have toilet spray in all rooms

Good location between basically 3 MRTs and two major food centers in addition to proximity to Chinatown. And also bars and cafes around which I didn’t visit myself since it’s a family trip.

It is comfy, but more could be done.

The hotel is new and clean but the room I got was way too small, as I usually get upgraded as allaccor platinum member. The breakfast was a bit of a chaos, cause the restaurant seems too small and the gym is not enough for a Mercure 4 stars. Incredibly small and not equipped. There were 4 people training and I had to go outside. You should improve a little bit, but please take this as a suggestion and NOT AS A CLAIM. All in all I had a decent stay.

The room is comfortable, but the soundproofing could be improved. Additionally, the window blinds don't effectively darken the room for resting; switching to full curtains would be a better option.
