The front desk is not welcoming at all. Terrible experience. You are in the hospitality business are you not? I understand you are not a five star hotel and I don't expect a five star service from you, but I do expect to feel welcomed at your hotel. The house keeping staff were friendly and all had smiles, but the front desk? I know you all hate your jobs, but don't show it to your customers.
