It was a good stay. All personnel was great during the stay, but we would like to remark Jeff’s contribution. He was always having a smile on his face and welcoming us back to the hotel, supporting us in every sense. Breakfast was super crowded same as the full hotel. As a comment, you did not make any special touch for any guests regarding New years eve, even though we chose you to spend our entry of they year with you. As a platinum member I. was a bit disappointed. As a reference, we stayed from 1st-4th jan with a Novotel hotel, and they prepared us a small gift wishing us a happy new year.

Mercure Icon is located in very strategic location, for myself who really love culinary, this hotel had already fulfilled my needs. There are many options of local food that I can found all around the hotel. And this hotel also very close to MRT Telok Ayer or MRT Chinatown. Unfortunately the room is very small, this is the only minus thing that I felt. Special thanks to Front Office Gerald, who helped me to check in early, I catch early flight 01.00 am from Shanghai and arrived in Singapore around 7 with sleepy condition, he helped me to get our room early, I booked for 2 rooms and ask for close to each other, he helped use with that, thank you. Also special thanks to Front Office Hidayu who helped to secure my chocolate and candy in a proper place, though before I need to argue first but I appreciate the result.
