Everything is perfect, I thought the room will be especially small by manu reviews, but it turns out it was normal and I'm okay with that. Bed is absolutely comfortable and entertainment is pretty varietive

I am very disappointed with my stay. Housekeeping service was unacceptable. I placed the housekeeping sign in the morning on two consecutive days, but my room was not cleaned at all. Bedsheets and blanket were not changed, and I even found a small worm on my bottle of water, which raises serious hygiene concerns. I already emailed the hotel about these issues, but received no response and nothing was resolved. Additionally, the room is not soundproof as requested. I could clearly hear noise from outside and the hallway, including car engines and people talking, which disturbed my sleep every morning. Overall, this is far below the standard I expected from a hotel of this level. Very poor service and lack of attention to guest concerns.

The location of the hotel is great and easily accessible either by walking or the MRT to all the sights of Singapore. The pool is fantastic to cool off after a long day of sightseeing and huge so lots of space for all. The hotel rooms were very disappointing being too small for comfort. Having 2 people in the room was difficult as there wasn't even enough room to be able to walk past each other at the end of bed. Also, as there is only 1 desk chair and no other option to sit on planning the next day of the sightseeing together in the room entailed either the second person sitting on the bed or floor. We tried to use the lobby to be able to sit together to discuss plans but there was only minimal setting for approx 15 people and being a hotel with 989 rooms these seats were always full presumably because there is nowhere to sit comfortably in your room.

The hotel was well kept, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, however we struggled to find anywhere to put our two suitcases plus hand luggage in such a tiny room. In addition to this, the bathroom was so small it was a struggle to move in there without bashing your elbows, even though the wash basin was in the room rather than the bathroom. We're not big people either!
