Relaxing pool view. Next to MRT station and near Maxwell food center

It was a smooth checked in and checked out. We enjoyed the pool. The vibe was very relaxing. Good view. Breakfast just normal, we gonna skip booking with breakfast next time, unless the booking already come with it. In fact, we already book this hotel again for our next trip. Welcome drink option was varied. We enjoy having it on their luxurious lounge. Location was awesome, just next to Tanjong Pagar MRT station. Near Maxwell food center. We got complimentary drinks on our fridge when we first checked in. Shampoo, conditioner and soap by Balmain. Nice.

3 areas of feedback as this is my 2nd stay. 1. The handrub solution I have requested has expired. 2. The bath tub lever to switch to showerhead is already faulty and not reported by housekeeping before handling over to a new guest. 3. The notepad cover has been scribbled and not replaced. 4. Germaine from the Racine cafe was excellent and attentive in her service to us.

I had a very pleasant stay at Sofitel Singapore City Centre. (family 2+2) The hotel has an excellent location, with Tanjong Pagar MRT station just steps away, which makes getting around Singapore extremely convenient. The rooms are spacious, well designed, and very comfortable. The bathrooms are a real highlight, featuring both a bathtub and a separate shower, which added to the overall feeling of luxury. Overall, I rate the stay as very successful and enjoyable. However, I would like to mention one incident that occurred during breakfast. After the staff checked my rooms number's and allowed me to enter the restaurant, a bill was later placed on my table, even though my stay already included breakfast. The situation was eventually clarified, but this is not the kind of experience one expects from a 5-star hotel. At the time, it felt like an attempt to charge an unnecessary fee. The incident happened on the second day of my week-long stay and did not occur again afterward, but it was still disappointing. Despite this, I truly enjoyed my stay and would still consider returning, mainly due to the location, room comfort, and overall quality of the hotel.
