Everything from check-in to check-out was well-handled. I love the location and the service from all the staffs. Also I was given early check-in at 1pm which was very nice especially after morning flight that day. Eventho I noticed late after I settled into my room, which my room wasn’t upgraded as per the email that was sent to me before my arrival, but it wasn’t a big deal for me since I have already unpacked my stuffs and too lazy to pack and to request to move room again. Maybe, it can be slightly better if what’s being emailed to the guest is also being noted on the reservation so the guest don’t have to request or remind the front office again about it. It’s only a small thing, so please dont make this a big of a deal to the staff, i am still happy with my stay. Overall, great experience!

Hotel was great but bit far from city cetre and the breakfast wasnt great. Price was too high for the location and breaky. Sofitel is always amazing for a stay but in this case location and breaky was not worth the price we pay.

We stayed at Sofitel Singapore City Centre this past August for a family getaway to celebrate our child's belated birthday and it originally turned into a fantastic wellness trip! The hotel room was great, comfortable, pristine and perfect base for our family. The highlight pf our stay was the location and how active we became. We did so much cycling snd walking right from the hotel all the way to Marina Bay Sands, exploring the city together like never before. We were out exploring not leaving enough time to try out the pool! The only area with room for improvement is the breakfast. Having experienced Sofitel Sentosa in June, the breakfast spread here fell a bit short by comparison and did not quite match that high standard. Overall, it was a memorable family trip and a wonderful way to celebrate. We would definitely return and this time finally get that swim in!

I booked a single-bed room. During my stay, I noticed that the 'single bed' was actually two 3.5-foot beds pushed together. Additionally, the blanket was too warm, and the air conditioner never cooled the room down, even when I lowered the temperature.
