I had a truly wonderful stay at the Sofitel Singapore City Centre! The location is absolutely perfect—it sits right above the Tanjong Pagar MRT station, making it incredibly easy to zip around Singapore, and there are tons of fantastic restaurants and hawker stalls just a short walk away. My room was exceptionally comfortable, featuring a plush bed that gave me a great night's sleep and there were thoughtful amenities. Above all, what made my visit special was the hospitality. Every member of the staff was incredibly polite and helpful, always greeting me with a warm smile and going out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. Especially the lovely gentleman in the cafe who remebered my coffee order from the first day! If you are looking for a seamless, relaxing, and welcoming stay in the heart of the city, I can't recommend this hotel enough!

Room was good, however, service at the bar was poor. I came down one morning and the lounge area was empty, I sat down and a woman came to ask if I would like a drink. As there was no fresh juice I declined to order. The woman than asked me to move out of the lounge area as it was for paying customers only. I was appalled - as a hotel guest I am paying more than I would for a singular drink. Additionally, the area was empty, there was no requirement to free up the space.
