Amazing stay at Sofitel Singapore City Centre! From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. A special shoutout to Darryl at the front desk—he was incredibly kind and helpful, making our stay seamless and memorable from beginning to end. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start the day right. The lobby is absolutely fabulous—modern, chic, and welcoming. The staff at the entrance conciergerie were also super helpful with our bags and very attentive throughout our stay. The location is perfect—close to some of the best attractions in Singapore. The pool is simply sublime, and the rooms are spacious, spotless, stylish, and offer stunning views. Can’t wait to come back!

We stayed here for three nights and it was a good choice. We have stayed at many 5 star hotels in Singapore and this rates well with the others. The welcome was delightful, the King Club Room well appointed with a great bed, good TV and a wonderful bathroom. The pool was exceptional and I used the Virgin Gym three times! That was superb! Breakfast was good but I think if I were to be critical, its badly set out in a range of stations across the restaurant and its just a bit mish mash. Still the food was great. We chose to eat here rather than in the Club Lounge as there is more selection. We visited the Club Lounge only twice. Its good but JW Marriott and the Pullman Hill St do it better. Regardless, the service here would be hard to beat. I recommend :)

Great hotel and stay. Spacious room in great location with access to the MRT directly from inside the hotel. Handy conveniences every where from shops attached to hotel building as well externally 7’11 (two in fact), supermarket, retiree ect. Great coffee at Sojourner short walk, local ice cream at Birds of Paradise.. much more. Huge shout out to Alison who helped us multiple times, ie. we had a noisy neighbour check in part way through our stay and she moved us to another room effortlessly with no questions asked. My elderly dad had a fall at the MRT and cut his arm and within minutes the team where up in our room attending to him and with out us asking extended our late check out so he could be rest. The real star is the pool, make sure you make enough time everyday to enjoy it… most stunning once the sun goes down when it’s quiet and you will have to you self!
