I stayed for four nights from the 8th to the 12th of June 2026. From the moment we arrived, the level of attentiveness from the staff was immediately apparent. The gentleman stationed at the entrance set a wonderful first impression, and this standard was consistently upheld throughout our stay. In particular, I would like to commend Lance at the front desk, whom I had the pleasure of interacting with on multiple occasions. He was always welcoming with a warm smile and handled every query — including payment matters — with efficiency and grace. I also noticed an equally pleasant lady managing the front desk during the evenings; unfortunately, I was unable to catch her name, but she deserves equal recognition. Housekeeping was similarly impressive. On one occasion, due to our own oversight in leaving the Do Not Disturb sign on the door, we missed our scheduled housekeeping service. When we made a late request for replenishments of tea bags and coffee capsules towards the evening, the housekeeping staff responded without hesitation and with genuine warmth. It was a small gesture, but one that spoke volumes. What struck me most was the consistency of service across every level of the hotel. It is evident that a culture of genuine hospitality is deeply embedded within the team at Sofitel, and that is something truly commendable and increasingly rare. Thank you for a truly wonderful stay. We very much look forward to returning.

Hotel is very nice, rooms are exceptional, and bed was very comfortable. Workout room was well equipped, but a bit small; with 3 or 4 people it starts to feel crowded. Pool are is very nice, and the pool long enough to actually do laps in. Breakfast was also very good.

great that we are allowed early check in, amenities are okay but breakfast selection is really shockingly limited.

We stayed in a prestige suite. I am an Accor Diamond member. The suite was well-appointed and comfortable. However, you should provide dedicated body wash, shampoo and conditioner for the bath. For people, like my wife, who wish to have baths, rather than showers it is very inconvenient to have no body wash etc. After a lot of phone calls and some annoyance on our part, housekeeping managed to provide loose bottles of body wash etc for the bath. However, its initial response was that my wife and I should share the soaps from the shower area. This is not an appropriate response when we are paying for a suite. The check in and concierge are very professional, friendly and efficient. We would especially like to thank Front Office manager, Saiful Shaari, for organising our transport to the hotel. The lobby lounge area is appealing, with the food options being fine, but not outstanding. The satay and rendang could be better, but we understand you are catering to a mix of Western and Asian palates. The hotel is well located. We have stayed in Singapore over 20 times and tried several major hotel brands in Marina Bay, Orchard Road, Kampung Baru, and Sentosa. All have their pluses and minuses. On balance we consider the Sofitel to be the most satisfying we have stayed in. The suite and location have a lot to do with our view.
