The loaction is undoubtfully excellent. The rooms are spacious and are euipped with everything you expect. The breakfast however is almost disappointing. We had one in the Club Millesame. Despite offering poached eggs and bacon,.the were not able/unwilling to serve eggs benedict. Choices are limited on the small buffet. The location of the Lounge itself is actually emabarassing, somewhere in the middle of ballroom and toilets. Next day we changed breakfast to Racine,.hoping for a better experience. No eggs benedict either. No.salami ot ham as cold cut choices as one would expect in that category. Towards end of the breakfast the staff was.driving around with kitchen trolleys full of cleared dishes. Felt like in the back of a cantine. Coffee in both locations from Nespresso,.in case you like it....

Not the worst but certainly won’t be back. Fnb service at the lounge was non existent and had to constantly go to the servers for any kind of service instead. Check in was erratic without clear guidance. Seems that confusion occurred just because I booked two rooms under my name and certain Accor privileges were not extended correctly. Car park was an issue also, having to exit within 24 hours and re-entry.

Great stay, beautiful hotel. Very pleasant stay. Walking distance to Chinatown and right above a MRT station. Great Breakfast with a good lounge and bar.
