For over an hour, no one at the reception answered the phone or provided assistance. Despite the fact that I was moving on crutches, I received no support. Additionally, there was no internet connection available, and no parking spaces were provided.

Overall a really pleasant stay. Only gripe is that the room was a little small however storage facilities in room were good. Super clean, fabulous breakfast, just a 20 minute walk from the beautiful old town. Would definitely recommend.

This hotel is about a 20-25 minute walk from the main square so is well located away from any busy activity. Hotel was undergoing some refurbishment so checked in through the adjoining Novotel. Earplugs were provided in the room in case of any loud building work but these weren't necessary. Room was small but perfectly adequate for our trip. It was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was also clean, shampoo and shower gel was provided. Didn't use the restaurant so cannot comment on quality of that.
