ibis Krakow Centrum Hotel 3 stars

It was clean, there was AC fully operational, breakfast was okay.

Well located, nice personal, great room

Basically I stay in Novotel but this time ibis give me the more best feeling even prices were best so I will prefer next time the same

It was great (as always) but the second day nobody came to our room and we wanted a new towel (we received only one and it was already dirty)

I liked the localization and possibility of using underground parking. It's important to me to have a secured vehicle. The card was helpful to move around the hotel and I liked the fast checking out with this card. I think the breakfast price is too high - 35 PLN per person, as I was traveling with my husband using the breakfast option would cost us 70 PLN and this is still a dinner price. Another improvement needed is a hook for towels in the bathroom.

Very nice welcome at the check in process. Unfortunately, I was informed that restaurant and bar is closed. I can use these facilities at Novotel hotel. It was as well related to breakfast. I got very nice room, unfortunately temperature in the room was very high, Even though air-condition was on but no cooling. There was very high humidity as well. Afer, I opened window. Nice fresh air was coming into. Noise from then street too. I could not sleep almost all night.

It is great place with low fluctuation of staff. Very warm welcome just at entrance, nice and clean rooms. Nice rest. Very friendly personal at restaurant. Always ready to help you. Checking out goes very quickly. I can just recommend.

Nice waiting ,bar and cleaning staff , however reception and management could be more pleasant and helpful. We had 2 issues that involved our transport from the airport ( arranged via the hotel website) no taxi showed up and we were advised to make our own arrangements whilst outside the airport. Also we had been offered a free drink as part of our booking. Hotel staff didnt offer it to us. As they said they knew nothing about it, we had paid in advance to the hotel for both. None was provided.

We loved our stay, and the staff were great. We especially appreciated the email assistance they provided before we arrived: answering questions promptly and arranging transfer from the airport. As this was our first trip to Poland, we were a bit anxious, but their assistance really smoothed the way. The room was sweet, cozy, and the location was very convenient to the old center city.

The hotel was about a 15 min walk from the town square and right next to river. Every thing about the hotel was good as you would expect, the only problem was Breakfast time, We had breakfast 3 times all at different times and it was the same problem, full up with coach parties, so it was noisy and the food was slow and we had trouble getting a seat let alone a table. The staff were rushed of there feet. My suggestion eat breakfast some were else.

Very grateful for the staff at this hotel, great service. Highly recommend. Great location for walking into the main tourist areas and a nice little cafe opposite for polish cuisine. River only a 5 min walk away - great for a little trip.

Arrived early and as a silver Accor member the receptionist, a very pleasant gentleman let us have the room early. Room and bathroom was spotless, as was the rest of the hotel. Nice area outside the front of the hotel with tables and chairs so you can enjoy a drink. I asked one of the receptionists hoe to get to somewhere on the tram, and her knowledge was very impressive. All staff always smiled and said Hello.The hotel is situated centrally, and only a 20 minute walk to the main square or five minutes on the tram. Good bar opposite as well that has an open BBQ pit. My only wish was as it was so hot outside it would have been good if the air conditioning could go cooler

Our room’s air conditioning did not work properly where temperature cannot be lowered to a comfortable level and room smells. We were also told that water was only provided on day of arrival and not on daily basis
