However, cleaning and towel changes are always available at the reception desk during your stay, or you can simply hang up a sign by 8:00 AM to have your room cleaned – this information is displayed on your bed immediately upon entering your room. Thank you for your comments regarding the cleanliness of the room and the cups and glasses, which can always be replaced with fresh ones in the hallway by the water dispenser. Regarding our team, we are extremely surprised that you felt a lack of attention to service, as our team is always praised by guests. Furthermore, the reception team is available throughout your stay and always ready to assist with any requests or additional needs. However, your comments regarding service will be forwarded to you. When it comes to sustainability, our approach focuses on reducing unnecessary consumption and waste, and the decorative elements and materials used throughout the hotel are part of our interior design concept.
