Hot water should not be set at a fixed temperature . Allow a higher temperature please.

Good value for spacious, modern rooms. Location is decent l, about ten minutes to the center by tram. But in the 4 days we stayed the room wasn’t cleaned. They only entered once and replaced the towels, but they never cleaned the bathroom or make the beds and didn’t remove dirty tea mugs. For a 3 star hotel this is not acceptable service, considering that they claim that there is daily housekeeping. Also it is a bit of an inconvenience that there is no tea/coffee in the room and you have to go outside to get it.

We are pleased to hear that you appreciated the spacious, modern rooms and found good value in your stay, as well as the convenient tram connection to the city center. Regarding housekeeping, we would like to clarify that in our hotel rooms are cleaned every third day as part of our eco-friendly policy. However, daily cleaning is always available upon request. As mentioned in the room information, it is enough to hang the housekeeping card on the door handle before 8:00 a.m. or inform the reception, which is available 24/7 and happy to assist. Towel replacement can also be arranged at any time. As for tea and coffee, instead of in-room kettles we provide hot, cold, and sparkling water dispensers as well as a tea and coffee corner on each floor, which many of our guests find a convenient alternative. We truly appreciate your comments, as they help us communicate our services more clearly, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again and provide an even better experience.
