Good location. In front is the tram stop. 20 minutes walk to the train station. Rooms are cute and tidy. In the bathroom is floor heating. Nice and helpful employees.

Good location part way between Old Town and the Tauron Arena which we attended for a rock gig. Bright, modern, clean, stylish. Friendly staff - very helpful from moment of arrival.

I was very pleased to stop at Ibis Styles Kraków, because everything was very good. I really liked the bed, the warm floor in the bathroom, clean room and what's also important - very good place location. It's easy to get to the hotel from railway station, and also there's tram stop in one minute of walk - you can easy get to the city centre or where you need, because there are a lot of trams. The staff was very friendly and nice. I also liked that the elevators work only if you live in the hotel and have the room card - I felt kinda safe because of this fact. The only offer I have is to make breakfast a little bit more variable, because I ate the same all three days, but this didn't ruin the overall impression. When I'm in Kraków for the next trip, I'll choose Ibis to stay

Nice hotel, a little far from the center but the tram is right in front, less than 20 minute ride from the center. The hotel staff was really nice and helpful, the restaurant staff a little less so. The food was okay, nothing special. The breakfast has options for vegetarians. Lots of choises in food (savoury and sweet) and juices. The coffee was incredible ! The rooms were clean, I absolutely loved the fresh water and tea/coffee stations on each floor. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. I would reccomend.
