The hotel is nicely designed and within good public transit. Unfortunately, I was disappointed in many ways: 1. No iron in the room and only one ironing room in the entire hotel, leading to long wait times (this is ridiculous). 2. No separate shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom, only a combined hair and body wash. 3. Lighting in the room is terrible, with only small lamps and no big light in the middle of the room.
