I thought I had booked Ibis Krakow Central, but instead had booked Ibis ‘Styles’ Krakow Central. I understand this is a common mistake. I even bumped into another tourist who had done excatly the same as myself. I first enquired whether I could swap hotels paying any difference required. Answer no. I then enquired if I could cancel nights 2 & 3. So I could re-book accommodation at Ibis Krakow Central. Answer no. This showed no remorse to me and was not helpful at all. The result being that I was 5.5km away from the rest of my party, and required alternative travel to meet up with them over the three days of my stay. Understanding that this is a common occurrence, I’d recommend either changing the name of one of the hotels. Limiting the mistake by people booking, or have a solution for customers that have booked incorrectly due to the similarity in hotel names.

Had meetings in the co-working office next to the hotel, it was extremely convenient to be right next to it. Breakfast could be improved (more spread choices (chocolate, ...), more choice of croissants, ...) Loved the water fountain at each floor
