Very conveniently placed, very new, very welcoming receptionist. Unfortunately, thr locking mechanism on the room doors had failed throughout the hotel so we couldn't leave the room till morning!

Had a one night stay. No food available upon arrival, hotel does not serve any food. A bit odd for a business hotel to not provide any snacks or a panini/croque monsieur. Also no wine available to try at the bar, while I’m visiting Bordeaux I would expect a basic wine selection available. Room was okay, room size was good.

I received an email asking for preferencies before arrival, I asked for water in the room. We arrived at 10.30 pm and there was not water in the room, neither a machine to get something fresh. I paid extra for the breakfast and it was VERY poor. Not worth the 24 extra euros to barely get a coffee and a croissant. Also, a signed to mark the entrence to the parking coudl help, we could not find any sign to get to the entrancce and it was very dark. Quite a lot of room for improvement
