Room/bed/shower was sober but ok, but the place was understaffed (big line on arrival because the single (!!) person on duty for lounge+bar+reception had a bathroom break). Furniture in lounge/restaurant is a mess: hodgepodge of different sized& height tables put together, but main pain was breakfast. Had to leave it on the table because simply inedible. Asked the manager where they got their eggs from and he showed me some packages of pre-made paste they use and apparently microwave to heat it up. I’ll cancel breakfast for another reservation with Ibis that I had already made and we’ll drive by a mcdonalds or such.

No water etc in the room even though it stated it on my booking for that type of room. When I asked for the water was told I’d would have to pay for it. He then shut the bar early without explanation then when questioned why, he said I don’t speak English so can’t serve you. That was just before 10pm even though. It is supposed to stay open until 11pm. Very unhelpful receptionist.

We were advised via a notice at reception to avoid breakfast till8.00am due to a large group of children. So we turned up at 8.10 no cutlery no meat no cheese no youghart no fruit. One member of staff trying to replenish. You knew they were coming be prepared

Didn't expect much as was a basic hotel, but you expect the TVs to work and the bar to be equipped with the basic drinks which it wasn't. Girl on reception very unhelpful as well.

Diamond member. No welcome or recognition of status at check in. I was told that they had run out of towels and there were not enough towels in the room. Big discussion between receptionist and cleaner as to what to do. They fixed this by giving me another room, i would have thought taking a towel from an empty room would have been the easy fix. No bottled water in the room as per the room description on the accor site. When I mentioned this to reception they told me the site information was wrong. The hotel is clean and well situated for a rest stop on the way to Spain but the staff could not care less.

I visited this hotel a few months after it opened, although a few things were still unfinished. However, I was pleased with the accommodation and some services already available. I returned a year later to find out not much has changed! The Charging points are still not installed, and the restaurant is still not available. At least, we can still bring our four-legged friends with us :-)

Very conveniently placed, very new, very welcoming receptionist. Unfortunately, thr locking mechanism on the room doors had failed throughout the hotel so we couldn't leave the room till morning!

Had a one night stay. No food available upon arrival, hotel does not serve any food. A bit odd for a business hotel to not provide any snacks or a panini/croque monsieur. Also no wine available to try at the bar, while I’m visiting Bordeaux I would expect a basic wine selection available. Room was okay, room size was good.

I received an email asking for preferencies before arrival, I asked for water in the room. We arrived at 10.30 pm and there was not water in the room, neither a machine to get something fresh. I paid extra for the breakfast and it was VERY poor. Not worth the 24 extra euros to barely get a coffee and a croissant. Also, a signed to mark the entrence to the parking coudl help, we could not find any sign to get to the entrancce and it was very dark. Quite a lot of room for improvement
