When I arrived my reservation was not known in the system, I then tried calling for support which failed untill I used the emergency intercom for help

When we arrived the receptionist was very friendly. He saw we had a dog so he changed our room from the third floor to the ground floor so it was easier for us to take the dog outside.

The smallest and most uncomfortable Ibis I’ve stayed at. I usually stay at this chain since I can count on a good bed and a good breakfast. Here the room was awful, small and heating didn't work. The breakfast consisted of stale or burnt bread. Staff was rude and never ever said hello.

Two nights in Bordeaux, parking required and easy access to city. Hotel has own open air car park that is locked at night. Does fill up overnight so earlier arrival advised. Tram access to city easy ,5-10 minute walk from hotel. Food van in car park but thats sll really locally. Need to travel for food. Breakfast standard fare but decent.

The setting for normal function of air-conditioning is too complicated. I tried cover 30 minutes to figure out the normal function of air-conditioning for cool air. Our family of 4 couldn’t sleep well before normal cool air setting was compromised. It was not a good experience.

Séjour d’une nuit pour raison professionnelle, j’ai été accueilli par une équipe sympathique et à l’écoute. La chambre et la salle de bain sont spacieuses. Le petit déjeuner est complet . Le petit plus appréciable quand vous arrivez tard: un foodtruck sur le parking qui propose des plats appréciables après une journée de route.
