Dear M. O., Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re genuinely sorry to read about the challenges you encountered upon your arrival — especially after a long day of travel. Please accept our sincere apologies for the lack of assistance at reception when you arrived, and for the confusion surrounding the food ordering system. We fully understand how frustrating and disappointing it must have been to wait without clear communication, especially when all you needed was something simple to eat and drink before resting. This is certainly not the experience we strive to provide, and we’re actively reviewing what went wrong that evening — both in terms of staff availability and the QR code system failure.
