The fire alarm went off a 5am on my first night in the hotel. Two of the three guest elevators were out of order for the first few days, then all 3 for one day, and then two worked my last day of my stay. This was just unacceptable for a supposed 4-star hotel. The hotel restaurant was quite good, but their menu and breakfast were very limited and fairly boring. I had to stay my final night across the street at the IBIS and the Pullman was far superior, I wondered if it was really worth the money, given all the issues.
