Room is clean, location is good, everything is fine except air conditioning. When we were there (beginning of April), the weather was very good. and the collect the heat all the day and we wanted to cool it down when we back to room but the air conditioner was not working. we called the reception and she informed us the system is still on winter setting so it doesn't work on cooling more. She recommended us to open the window but it didn't work.

During reservation made was clear including breakfast but during check in to hotel , deputy inform that it has not included and we have to discuss further until it get done which they are not usually happening in other hotel. And deputy inform it has error from system which i don’t think so.

We would like to confirm that breakfast was indeed included in your reservation, and we truly regret the confusion and the inconvenience caused during your check-in. This is certainly not the level of service we like to provide. We are also sorry for the technical issue that occurred during the payment process of your reservation, which unfortunately prevented your points from being properly credited to your second booking. After reviewing your case with our customer service team, we confirm that a refund of €40, equivalent to 2,000 points, has now been processed. Furthermore, we regret the way your concerns were handled on-site, both at check-in and check-out. Your comments regarding the interaction with our team have been taken very seriously and will be addressed internally in order to be more attentive, and adopt a solution-oriented approach in the future.
