Great experience! We were 2 adults and 3 children. Despite a mistake made during the booking, when we arrived at the Pullman the staff ensured we had 2 connected rooms and everything we needed. Only downside was that it seemed someone had recently smoked in the room.

Short two night stay. Room was comfortable and the staff all very courteous. The hotel managed the current restrictions well with regard to Covid-19, which sadly meant I could not on this occasion experience all the hotel had to offer.

The price of plus 200€ for a superior room with lake view was not adequate with the quality of the room which needs some refresh We have to use room service for Covid 19. They forget some products and when we request them they never come back. Quality of the breakfast was not in line with other Accord Hotels I am normally using

Mr Andre the night auditor simply blew my socks off. Mr Thomas too. The phrase "Could not do too much for you" does not capture the efforts of the staff of this hotel to help me in a time of need. Madame Alexandra (Sasha) went "above and beyond" time and time again... Rare in a person of such a tender age. A born and future leader if I ever met one. Mr Carlos in the restaurant... Just incredible and Mr Guilleame and Mr Esteban... fantastic. They treated me like their brother. Madame Catherine from housekeeping and the tall Senegalese madame with the wooden door stopper.... Amazing. Mme Megan.... So so many times she solved what were big problems for me always with a smile (when anyone else would have had their patience seriously tested!). Mr Daniel who met me always with a smile and a "check". Mr Louis, sooooogood. The hotel is 20 percent understaffed... Just crazy and with senior management maybe using the virus as an excuse for the staff cutbacks (at a time when the hotel is full). I have forgotten at least 3 people... So sorry

Very poor service not in line with Pullman standard nor the price paid : no luggage porter at the reception, safe lock not working and not fixed for during the whole stay, no room service after 10pm and even we order on time basic dishes are not available (pasta with tomato sauce for kids)

A warm welcome at this stylish hotel, quickly checked in and informed of bar and restaurant hours. Our room was spotlessly clean and minimalist making us feel safe. Fresh towels and toiletries and beautifully cleaned every day! Great breakfast, still being topped up minutes before the end of service! Nothing too much for any of the bar, restaurant or reception staff. On top of this it was lovely to sit on the terrace by the lively little pool..... sun n down time so close to the hustle and bustle of the beautiful city! Wonderful stay! Thanks :)

We booked this very last minute and it was one of the only places with a pool left in Bordeaux (it was 40 degrees celsius on the Friday). The pool was great, despite it being quite busy. The bar staff were great, friendly and very patient with our attempts at speaking in french. Besides everyone having to wear masks everywhere and one bottle of sanitiser at the front desk, there didn't seem to be many measures in place in regards to Covid. Towels were left in a massive pile at the pool for hours, plates and glasses everywhere (so no one really cleaning up). I had to work in the room and asked for housekeeping to come back later (and asked through reception as well) but the room wasn't made up. The next day, the beds were made but we still had wine glasses from two nights before in the room. The room also smelled of cigarettes on arrival. Concierge didn't offer us much help in terms of what to see/do, just handing us a booklet on the wine region when we asked which tours they recommended. There's nothing really 'french' about the area so not ideal if you're looking for a classic Bordeaux experience. It felt a bit like a business park or Olympic village. It is a half hour tram (or 15min taxi) into the centre of town which is beautiful and we were very happy to do. We arrived late on the Thursday night and were told by staff that even though the kitchen/main restaurant had closed, room service was open for 24 hours. Due to Covid, room service finishes at 11pm. Completely understand this measure but having heard from staff that it would be open, this was a bit disappointing and we set out on an adventure to McDonald's down the road.

I was a little bit disappointed with the quality of the maintenance of the building and the furniture in the rooms. Also the rooms booked were not available when we arrived but this was solved at the resection who were very nice and very supportive. In the room the shower head was damaged and water came out the top. The furniture showed bad wear and tear and at the window the wood was damaged. Also the balcony that lead to the swimming pool had fake grass and this was loose and presented a serious tripping hazard. The people working at the hotel were great and provided all the service you would expect from Pullman so no complains there.

Despite COVID measures the staff team did everything possible in difficult circumstances. They were friendly and all the appropriate signage was out. We have one meal in the restaurant, temporarily located on the first floor, and it was enjoyable, albeit the menu has been restricted. The hotel is nice but some of the room decor are not as fresh as perhaps the hotel pictures suggest, it is getting on a little in age but don’t let that put you off if you enjoy the Pullman brand. The only stumbling block to a faultless stay is navigating the car park process, which is not well signed and the barrier does not always work with the ticket provided, a minor irritation.
