A pity about the sewage smell from the bathroom, the common areas looked tired, the room was basic (this was a “superior” room). A 3 star vibe. Tv not working. No telephone in room. An empty bottle to fill up in a communal fountain which looked dirty. Went to the Hippopotamus Restaurant which was ok outside the hotel. Parking was good and secure. Would we stay again? No. Too much for too little.

The sewage smell you mentioned in the bathroom is certainly not representative of the standards we aim to provide, and we regret that this affected your stay. Regarding the television, our reception team is available 24/7 and would have been happy to replace it immediately had we been informed of the issue. We always strive to resolve any technical problem as quickly as possible to ensure our guests' comfort. As part of our environmental commitment, we have chosen to replace single-use plastic bottles with filtered water fountains available on each floor, allowing guests to refill the reusable bottle provided in the room. We are sorry if the fountain you used did not appear perfectly clean, and we will ensure this point is checked with our housekeeping team. You also mentioned the absence of a telephone in the room. Our hotel has adopted a digital solution through the QR code available in every room, enabling guests to contact reception or our technical team instantly from their mobile phone. This modern system allows us to respond efficiently while reducing outdated equipment. Finally, we regret that you found the common areas and your room below your expectations.
