Dear guest, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the unexpected fire alarm activations during your stay. Following an investigation, we identified a technical malfunction within our alarm system. While the alarms were not intentionally triggered, the system is designed to activate automatically whenever a potential issue is detected in order to ensure guest safety. Dear Guest, Thank you for sharing your feedback following your stay. We are sorry to learn that mosquitoes and the fire alarm incidents impacted your experience. Due to our location near Bordeaux Lake and the exceptionally warm temperatures experienced recently, mosquitoes can occasionally be present despite our preventive measures.
