After the shower as the towel was unfold, it had an awful smell and was extremely dirty with a sort of dried goo containing human hairs glued. It was extremely uncomfortable, since at that time one of us was already sleeping and the other one couldn't go downstairs to complain since it was right after the shower. As folded the dirt wasn't perceptible. In the next morning, at the lobby while checking out, we reported the occurrence and the receptionist just kindly apologised, saying it wasn't a common situation. There was no kind of compensation, which is unacceptable since these are the basic commodities and also because we are part of the loyalty program.

We stayed at this hotel from 13–19 June 2026 and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Upon arrival, we discovered an ant infestation in our original room, making it unsuitable for normal use. The hotel moved us to another room and informed us that we could remain there for the rest of our stay. However, the following morning we were unexpectedly told that we had to move again because the previous arrangement had resulted from an internal staff error. As we were travelling for professional purposes, being asked to repeatedly pack and relocate caused significant disruption to our schedule. What was most frustrating was that the hotel repeatedly asked us to accommodate their mistakes rather than taking responsibility for them. The replacement room that was supposedly inspected before our arrival also contained ants. We documented the issue and ultimately ended up back in the same room we had been asked to leave earlier that day. Throughout the entire process, we never received a direct apology from management. We were repeatedly told that the manager would review the situation and discuss a resolution. However, despite multiple messages and several days of waiting, we checked out without ever receiving a response from the manager. Mistakes can happen in any hotel. What matters is how they are handled. Unfortunately, the combination of pest issues, repeated room changes, poor communication, and the complete lack of managerial follow-up made this one of the most frustrating hotel experiences we have had. I cannot recommend this property based on our experience.

Terrible night's sleep. I wanted to have the window open but it was too noisy, so I boiled. The floodlights to the rear of the hotel were installed contrary to manufacturers instructions so we're not pointing downwards - they lot up my room. This was perfect to show the mosquitoes where to go to have a meal of my blood.

We checked-in to the hotel in the mid-night and the lady at the reception was super slow in allocating the room. It took her 20 mins to give us the room details when everything is already booked and paid upfront. She was doing some calculations about the breakfast in the morning not considering that we travelled a lot to reach hotel in the mid-night with a kid and we are super tired. Once we get the room we went to the room to find out that the room is not cleaned and someone left the room recently. We again went to the reception and the lady reaction was horrible. No apology whatsoever and again taking her time of life to give us the other room. It was so frustrating and unprofessional insensitive action from her. Really dissatisfied.
