It was very disappointing. When we got to the room, the bed wasn't ready, we went to reception and they didn't offer any solution. It seems unacceptable to me to arrive in a hotel room and still have to put the sheet on the bed, the sheets, as well as the duvet cover. I also regret the cleanliness, as the bed had a lot of dust on it, as well as traces of blood. An experience not to be repeated with your hotel chain.
