Very enjoyable, great room, pleasant bar and dinning room with good breakfast. Only two issues, firstly the hotel description says heated swimming pool but it is not and therefore closed during the winter. Secondly all the hotel information was available via a QR code in the room, this advised that breakfast was served until 10:30, however upon arriving at the dinning room just before 9:30 on Monday it was closing! The staff advised us that breakfast was 10:30 at weekends but 9:30 during the week, I suggest you alter the information on your QR codes. As a point of interest we were not the only guests who arrived after 9:30 expecting breakfast to be available.

The person at the desk does show the listening level expected in a hotel as yours. Trying to explain the current signal to direct to the entrance of the car park (at the exit gate) is not very easy to spot when it is dark and when there is a keyboard looking like the one to be used to require access, the answer has been « There is sign ». I have had to explain two others time to get her getting what I said. About information difficult to spot, the code for the exit gate when it is dark is another one, not discussed with the desk knowing the previous discussion. Other discussion with the same person, the safe in the room not working. Same level of quality listening. Interesting to learn this piece is not checked by the housekeeper team. The team in the breakfast room is nice even very short interacting with customers (« guests? ») possibly because understaffed what would explain the time to restore the food. Good work to the checkout team. Not sure to understand all the questions below. Not relevant in many cases. I have spent hundreds nights in your group and I expect the same level of welcome, listening and services regardless if on business or not, if booked on internet.. This is probably first time I don’t send « Thanks to the team » ( I don’t answer to all the questionnaires but I know to say « Thank you » or »Good work »).

We booked this hotel due to its proximity to the Matmut stadium as we were going to see Bordeaux play. The hotel exceeded all our expectations by a long way. Easy to find, secure and free car parking, very friendly staff who really seemed to care about us having a nice stay. Lovely modern and bright room overlooking the lake, plenty of hot water, lovely comfy bed. Excellent bar/restaurant staff and good food and beer. Sunday morning we wanted to go into Bordeaux centre so the lady at reception gave us a map and where to get on the tram, which was just a short walk from the hotel and said we could leave our car at the hotel for as long as we needed. All in all a perfect stay for us and we would definitely come back.
