Cher client, Nous vous remercions d\'avoir pris le temps de nous faire retour suite à votre séjour au Novotel Bordeaux Lac. Nous sommes désolés d\'apprendre que vous avez rencontré des nuisances sonores dans la chambre 230 & que vous ayez apprécié le calme de la chambre 440. Mais pourquoi évaluer le séjour 6/10 alors que toutes les évaluations des services se situent entre 8 et 10/10 ? Nous sommes, tout de même heureux de lire et de partager avec l\'ensemble des équipes votre satisfaction ! Nous sommes désolés d\'apprendre que votre expérience avec notre connexion Wi-Fi n\'a pas été satisfaisante, notre réseau via la fibre, est en principe très efficient & notre fournisseur ne nous a pas signalé de dysfonctionnement. Par ailleurs, il n\'y a pas le prix de la connexion car elle est absolument gratuite (...) Nous ne comprenons pas du tout les raisons pour lesquelles vous avez rencontré des problèmes de connexion qui ont de toute évidence ont nuit à votre expérience.
