We are delighted that you appreciated our location, with the tram just a few steps away providing easy access to the centre of Bordeaux, as well as the comfort of your room and our swimming pool. We are sorry that the temperature in your room did not feel cool enough for you. The successive heatwaves and particularly high outdoor temperatures have placed significant demands on air-conditioning systems. However, the checks carried out did not identify any malfunction with our installations. We nevertheless understand that the temperature may not have felt as comfortable as you expected. Regarding our Gourmet Bar, we understand your comments about the prices of food and drinks. Our prices reflect the positioning of our hotel and the products we offer, but we naturally take your feedback into consideration. As for the mini-fridge, this is not included in all of our room categories. It is available in our Executive rooms, which offer additional amenities and services. Finally, our outdoor swimming pool is primarily designed as a place to relax and cool off. During the busy summer season, it is very popular and can indeed feel small at peak times. You mentioned that the air conditioning in your room was not working despite several reports to our team. We have taken your feedback seriously. However, the checks carried out on our facilities did not identify any general malfunction of our air-conditioning system. The periods of extreme heat may nevertheless have affected the level of thermal comfort experienced in some rooms. We are also sorry to see a 1/10 rating across all our services, including our staff. We are particularly surprised as your review does not mention any other specific issues regarding the service or the welcome provided by our team that would help us understand such an overall level of dissatisfaction. This hotel is in a good spot for commuting into the city via tram with the tram stop being so close. Unfortunately the restaurant is overpriced for food and drink and there is a lack of other options near by without getting the tram. Nearly €8 for a beer! The aircon is struggling at this hotel presumably due to the heatwave however requires investigation. Room was otherwise comfortable. We were missing a mini fridge however not an issue for us. The pool is a nice addition however undersized for the hotel. This is very much like a premier inn with a pool added.

Good hotel with great staff, restaurant was tired and in need of an upgrade , as also was the exterior of the hotel as when arriving the building looked in need of some TLC.

We stopped here for a night on the way to south west France, and this was perfect for our needs, we have a dog which was made very welcome, the food in the restaurant was amazing, the staff were incredible making sure we had everything we needed, a great selection for breakfast though at times it was running thin, the room was large and very comfortable with a coffee machine and a fridge with curtesy drinks, a modern shower and bathroom, there was plenty of room to sit outside with a very well stocked bar would recommend for a night or a week, has a great location with a tram station nearby

Stayed for just one night with my wife and 10 year old and 6 year old children. Hotel was convenient to get to by car from the airport and very close to the tram. Very clean and comfortable room with great air con. Kids loved the table football and games room. Pool was also great. The staff were very friendly too. Loved the hydration station at the entrance. Would recommend and stay again, for longer!

We were supposed to check in at 14:00 but due to our request for two rooms next to each other we had to wait for one of the rooms to be cleaned, which was done by 15:00. Hotel and its stuff did their best to help us. Later on we had some AC issue in one of the rooms and asked for help, receptionist was very proffecional and gave us another room. And as an apology they offered us free breakfast. I think such small gests make a lot of difference. Stuff was polite, solution oriented and offered us customer centered service.

Nice welcoming and smart people. Have been waiting 45 minutes in the restaurant without possibility to order so decided to skip diner whereas people arriving later have been ordered and served. Water cut in the morning. The price does not match what we expect!

In our premium room for 2, there were only 2 coffee pods and no means of boiling water to infuse the many speciality teas. The bar was unwelcoming. The wine glass had lipstick on it and the wine was not as we ordered. The reception staff were however excellent and dealt with the bar staff. Dinner and breakfast were very good.

Rooms clean and totally fine. Service good. Very close to conference venue. Well connected to city centre. Gluten free options for breakfast and dinner available, but required multiple asking.

It was NOT a pleasant stay: noisy, dirty, lots of flies in the breakfast area, and sewage smells in the hotel, particularly in the breakfast area. Having breakfast was not nice with the flies and smell! The seating in the breakfast area was very worn down, and the garbage cans in the hotel area were full (some overflowing with used diapers on the floor). Not a place I would recommend. The price and starts don't match what is offered.
