Good location when arriving by train with local metro and RER stations. Quick access to centre of city. Good food. Room slightly small but ok if you are out all day. Very clean. Staff very friendly and welcoming.

A modern, clean hotel with underground parking, friendly staff and clean rooms. Bathroom was adequate, beds were comfortable and breakfast while not extensive was a good start to the day.

The stay at the hotel was very pleasant and comfortable. The room was well furnished, the bed was very comfortable, and I slept very well. Every day, the room was cleaned, and the bed was made. The breakfast is very varied and sufficient. I would like to personally thank the polite administrator, who helped us leave our luggage in the luggage room and was very attentive and helpful. On my next visit to Paris, I will definitely visit your hotel again. The metro stop No. 5 is very close to the hotel. Just one recommendation: the coffee machine at the Mercuri Hotel makes better and more aromatic coffee. Thank you for the pleasant stay at your hotel.

Although the check in time was 2 pm and I did the online check-in one day before, I still had to wait for 45 mins to get the room. The person at the reception did not even say sorry for the wait. He simply said we have to come back when the room is ready. However, after the shift change, another one took over and he was very polite and helpful

Excellent location, close to beautiful park with lots of activities for the children. Close to metro and public transportation and parking available (extra cost). The rooms are small but confortable (normal size for Paris standards), clean and well insulated. Breakfast was OK, fresh bread not nothing outstanding. We had a comfortable sejour and we will be back. Thanks.
