Excellent location, close to beautiful park with lots of activities for the children. Close to metro and public transportation and parking available (extra cost). The rooms are small but confortable (normal size for Paris standards), clean and well insulated. Breakfast was OK, fresh bread not nothing outstanding. We had a comfortable sejour and we will be back. Thanks.

This is the first Hotel in Paris which is CALM! The renovated hotel has special windows which reduce the outside noise. My room was heading to the main road. I did not hear anything. Extremly great! I have already visited at least 10 different Accor hotels in Paris, in terms of noise it was the BEST!

Room was clean, slightly smaller than normal ibis experience. Breakfast was okay based on price paid to have it included during our stay although bakery items were left out in the open all day/night making them stale. Fairly helpful staff but unable to resolve the very hot temperature and lack of ventilation in the room (A/C unit isn’t supposed to work at this time of year apparently, despite outside temp exceeding 20 degrees - inside it was around 22-25 overnight!).

The hotel itself was ok. Service for plates, food and cutlery at breakfast on the Sunday was not good. Our issue was that we had 2 rooms booked with England Rugby for the evening of the 14th March. We booked rooms at your hotel for the previous evening (the 13th) on the basis that our bookings would be connected and we could stay in the same rooms. We telephoned and the receptionist advised that they would sort that out for us at check in - we did this and after several elongated conversations (three in total) this was agreed. The following day we were both locked out of our rooms at mid- day and we both ended up moving - my son and daughter were forced to move to an identical room on a different floor, very inconvenient, stressful and unnecessary. The need for our room change was a little more understandable as we had a suite on the first night but we had offered to pay more to stay where we were. The England Rugby staff had been assured that no one would have to change rooms. They had 50 rooms booked in total. This was poor customer service and the lady on reception was quite rude - she didn't even like the fact that we had different surnames!

This is a relatively new Ibis Styles and it shows in the decor. Really nice and modern. Comfortable rooms and bed, good shower. Had a burger in the restaurant which was good and the service was good as well. Check-in was quick as I had pre-registered. Breakfast was OK but could be improved with more hot choices but in reality it was more than enough. Metro station Hoche is about 5 minutes walk, the RER at Pantin just over 10 minutes walk. Tram 3b is two minutes away. Would use again.
