Fun and cozy trip to Paris.

+Great location. Very near to Porte de pantin bus station and a metro station. +Great staff. Helped us with all of our many questions. Always approachable and helpful answers. +Air conditioning. When it's 30 degrees outside and you've been out for 14 hours in the sun. The best sleeping temperatures help you recover. +Peaceful neighborhood. Very quiet even when the windows were open for ventilating the room. +Quiet and cozy rooms. Artistically decorated. Safety. Controlled and monitored entrance and exit to the hotel +Sumptuous and delicious breakfast.

slow response ,room for improvement in staff training

I would say it's a pity unhappy experience here. I spent 7 nights (check in June 2nd to check out on 9th) .The first two night I have to sleep in a hot and stuffy room with very poor air conditioning. so profuse sweating and poor sleep,of course.The next morning,.i asked the staff at reception to change room for me but the staff insisted not She said she will ask someone to fix it .Two men come to check but they said they cannot fix it .They will call for another man to come on the next day to repair it.I ask the reception again to change the room, but she give me a small fan that will not turn , and not really help at all.So i have to sleep in the same room .On the third day , another man come and he tried to repair it but end up it is still not working,i,it gives out warm air instead of cold air. I really cannot tolerate the third night and ask to change room ,it's not fair.,i have paid for a air- conditioned room！At last i can move to a cool room on the third night at about 10 pm. The female staff at reception said the hotel management will put a reduction on the room rate on the first two days .Well I appreciate that.But when I check out on 9th of June early in the morning ,(for a early flight).The staff at reception Mr Moses gave me a invoice that charge me one more night (8 nights instead of 7 nights ) from 1st June to 9th June .My booking on ibis website ,is check in on 2nd and check out on 9 th .I told him there is wrong on the date .But he said that it's what in the computer ,he cannot change it. . I did not see any reduction on the room rate for the first 2 days also.Mr Moses insist that the invoice is correct t in the computer and he can do nothing .And he spoke loudly.As I need to make for the early flight, atvthe end i leave with anger and frustration. I have tour around many places and visit many hotels.The standard of customer service here is far below and terrible .I come back home and phone to the hotel to ask for a correct invoice and refund for extra charging.and I am still waiting for the reply . The breakfast is ok but the waitress will hurry to come to clear up your dishes and teacups while you are still drinking at 9 am instead of the official closing time for breakfast. Oh ..
