I had a very nice stay (single person, business trip) for a night. The staff was welcoming, the rooms very nice and absolutely perfect for my stay there. It is located approx. 5 minutes walking distance from the metro. So it is easy to get around.

The overall stay was acceptable — the room was clean, and location convenient. However, the breakfast was a major letdown. The selection was extremely limited, items were not replenished, and the quality was far below expectations. Service during breakfast was inattentive, and the atmosphere felt chaotic and unwelcoming. We expected better. Unfortunately, the poor breakfast experience overshadowed what could have been a good stay.

New hotel - perfectly clean. Missed a couple of nice-to-haves given the price (kettle/mini fridge). Room was a bit dark as tree right outside window, but still thought it was great. Windows blocked out all noise from traffic right outside.

hotel was very nice and staff is friendly. Rooms are new and clean. One improvement could be that parking space should be better indicated. Currently it mentions only Mercure Hotel. Either add a sign showing IBIS guests can park it or have your staff mention it before arrival.

+Great location. Very near to Porte de pantin bus station and a metro station. +Great staff. Helped us with all of our many questions. Always approachable and helpful answers. +Air conditioning. When it's 30 degrees outside and you've been out for 14 hours in the sun. The best sleeping temperatures help you recover. +Peaceful neighborhood. Very quiet even when the windows were open for ventilating the room. +Quiet and cozy rooms. Artistically decorated. Safety. Controlled and monitored entrance and exit to the hotel +Sumptuous and delicious breakfast.
