Hotel well-located for bus, tram and RER. Timing for the breakfast is very convenient, allowing for later breakfast takers. Room was also tidy and overall satisfied.

I've stayed at hundreds of hotels and guesthouses all over the world, but the Tribe brand has one unique feature: there are no refrigerators in the rooms. I like a cup of tea or a tub of yogurt in the evenings, yet I needed to make sure I had daily supplies. It makes lengthy stays with perishables challenging. The water fountain in the hallways, coffee machine and kettle in rooms are an added bonus. This Tribe hotel is close to both Hoche Metro and Pantin RER stations. There are also a number of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Upon check-in, there was only one towel in my room, and some supplies were not replenished upon room cleaning. The nearest elevator was out of order for most of my stay making access with heavier luggage challenging. The cleaning staff didn't seem to me they wanted to be there (that's purely my opinion). I've got to say that of all Accor brands on option, I will never stay at a Tribe location again.

I stayed at Tribe Paris Pantin from 15–17 October and had a pleasant stay overall. However, I’d like to raise a concern regarding the city tax charges. I was traveling alone and stayed in a single room. During checkout, I was informed that the city tax was €33.80. I questioned the amount, but was told it was standard and that the receipt would be emailed to me later. As I was rushing to the airport, I had no choice but to pay the amount requested. Upon reviewing the emailed receipt, I noticed that the tax had been calculated for two guests, even though I was the only person staying. I had also informed the staff at check-in that I was alone. I replied to the receipt email on 18 October to request a correction and refund of the excess tax, but I have yet to receive a response. I hope the hotel can look into this matter and resolve it promptly. Thank you.
