At the desk i have been informed that i have to deposit 200 euros, in order to stay for two days which i have already online paid. I had cash however they did not accept it either i had to pay with card anyways. It has been six days i still have not received the deposit back. Other than that staff was nice, room was good, location was also nice.

The hotel is very new. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is convenient enough to reach city center in a short time. They offered me early check in option as I accidentally arrived too early. This was all very nice. There are a few things that were disappointing. First it was the room temperature. I put air-conditioning at 22 degrees in heating mode but the room never reached that warm; there was no fridge in the room, so the drink I bought couldn’t be chilled easily. On the last evening, there was no hot water, and I couldn’t shower for one night. When I checked out, it was still not fixed. The green vegetables are missing in the breakfast offering. In terms of vegetable, there was only a couscous salad.

I had a rather mixed experience at this hotel. It is a relatively new property with small rooms, but it is well connected to public transport and conveniently located—about 20 minutes from Gare du Nord via Metro line 5. The room layout, however, was somewhat puzzling. The toilet was in a separate cubicle from the bathroom, which in itself is not unusual, but despite having a sink in the toilet room, there was not a single hook or rail to hang a towel. This meant that after using the toilet, you could wash your hands but then had to walk across to the bathroom to dry them. Alternatively, you could skip washing your hands until reaching the bathroom—an odd and poorly thought-out ergonomic choice. Another concern was hygiene. There was a water bottle in the room on arrival, but it was already half empty, which made me uncomfortable about its cleanliness. I chose not to drink it and instead bought mineral water from a shop across the street. On the positive side, there are plenty of places to eat nearby, so I did not feel the need to try the hotel breakfast. The staff were consistently friendly, smiling, and cheerful, which made interactions pleasant. There were, however, some operational shortcomings. Check-in can be quite slow if a large group arrives ahead of you, as there is only a single reception desk. In addition, the bathroom toiletries were confusing to use, and the body-wash bottle remained empty for the entirety of my three-night stay. Ultimately, what made me choose—and stay at—this hotel was the very reasonable price and the excellent transport links.

Good location, but a few drawbacks: no on-site parking, no fridge in the room, no controllable AC, and amenities were either empty or very low (shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper, etc.) which is not acceptable for a 4 stars. .
