Very clean, modern room and spaces. Polite staff as well. Only issue is the location, you do need to take the metro to get to any attractions, but we loved staying here so it wasn’t an issue for us!

I think it would be better if you offer slippers. Even if you need to pay maybe 2 euros for it, I think it's better if you offer the option. I'm from Asia and it's very important for us to have slippers.

We didn't receive a warm welcome or information at check-in, and the checkout experience was poor. The separate WC didn't have a towel rail, the shower wasn't watertight, and the lighting was impractical.

Well located in a nice town on the outskirts of Paris with accessible transport links to the centre. Room was lovely and very well designed with plenty of amenities, only downside was no fridge which would be handy. Staff were very friendly and helpful with any problems we had.

At the desk i have been informed that i have to deposit 200 euros, in order to stay for two days which i have already online paid. I had cash however they did not accept it either i had to pay with card anyways. It has been six days i still have not received the deposit back. Other than that staff was nice, room was good, location was also nice.
