It was a nice quiet hotel but our room was DIRTY when we checked in. There were toe nails in the bath tub

I was very disappointed with the front desk service. The receptionist — a middle-aged Black man, probably in his forties or fifties — was completely lacking warmth and came across as cold and unfriendly. What shocked me even more was that when I asked for a new towel the next day, I was refused unless I paid for it. This was simply unbelievable for a hotel.

Pleasant staff. Clean rooms. Good views. Poor showers. Coffee machine in rooms awkward also no tea option. A/C set so couldn't have it working to circulate air with no option to open windows.
