Breakfast was very poor. No diversity of food. Scrambled eggs weren't fully cooked, only half or mild. Sausages every morning and breast - that's it. Very small choice. The bad mattress was too firm. The heating was set at 24 degrees. When I asked to increase it, they rejected it. After the second attempt, they increased to only 2 degrees, and I was cold. Satisfaction is below the standard. Adagio in Vienna is much better.

As for the room temperature, we are required to comply with government-mandated energy-saving regulations, which limit the temperature in our accommodations to 19°C. We understand that this may have affected your comfort, and we apologize for the inconvenience. Our staff did their best to adjust the temperature, but unfortunately, the options are limited due to these regulations. Regarding the mattress, we regret that it did not provide the expected comfort. Your feedback is valuable, and we will consider reviewing this aspect to enhance the comfort of our rooms.
