Room very dusty. After every shower, room got steamy due to lack of ventilation. Big issue around ventilation. Hot water in the bath was not constant. A/C could only be controlled between 19 and 23 degrees - I have doubts whether the A/C was actually properly working. First time I stayed at an aparthotel where I was asked to clean my own bins and take them down to the refuse storage after check out. Room needed some renovation too. Receptionist was alright.Requested a cot during booking and during the stay but never received it - seems like they completely ignored my request

Bad experience - beware before booking

Room was very dusty. No proper ventilation in the studio including bath. I could not change the A/C temperature below or above 23 to 19 degrees. After taking a short shower, the entire room would get very steamy (lack of ventilation). No housekeeping if you are staying less than 7 nights. Additional towels were charged. Requested a cot before and during the stay but never received it. Reception staff were alright but the very first night the guy at reception told me to take trash bags to their refuse storage after checkout (never heard of such at a thing at other hotels or apart hotels)

It was a nice quiet hotel but our room was DIRTY when we checked in. There were toe nails in the bath tub
