The area is very nice,and restaurant service for breafast is satisfactory But if you can implamented in restaurant diner and souper will make the hotel completely independante. So people will not go out to look for the food

We found all members of staff whom we encountered during our stay to be very friendly and very helpful. The apartment was bright, clean and quiet with a pleasant view. The location is very convenient for public transport and the Philharmonie. However, there are two areas of concern which require attention. 1) The wifi connection was disappointing as it seemed to pause for approximately 15 seconds every couple of minutes and caused a lot of inconvenience throughout the whole 28 night stay on the 8th floor even after we raised this with the reception desk. 2) Despite adjusting the control, the refrigerator temperature remained well above the recommended safe 4 degrees celsius (often it was above 10 degrees) for most of the day, which is a concern when storing food such as dairy, fish and meat. Finally, as a suggestion, I think it would be very useful if the provision of toilet paper and dishwasher tablets for long stay guests could we modified so as to avoid having to request replenishment of these every three days or so.

- staff seemed depressed and grumpy. - no window to open in room for fresh air, airconditioning did not work. - Window very dirty. - staff would not give an extra towel. - the bed under sheet was made of some paper material that ripped because it did not fit properly. Ans makes you sleep on the bare matress. - watertemperature kept changing from hot to cold. - Breaksfast area had no windows, felt like a prison?
