Staff friendly, apartment clean though a little sparse on comfort. Bed fine, sofa bed (used as a sofa) not so good and few soft furnishings to make it truly comfortable. Location excellent for Cite de la Musique/Zenith concerts. Nice not to have the cleaning staff coming in everyday, this made it feel really like 'our space'.

It was unpleasant, my check out was on September 30th but on the 29th they banged on my door saying my check out was on the 29th even though I had email and booking confirmation that I was staying till the 30th. When we checked out on the 30th they even asked if I was going to pay for the extra day, which is outrageous. I didn’t pay of course but they couldn’t even own up to their mistake. Very rude staff
