Large and well equipped rooms. Wonderfull staff. Very close to the Philarmonie de PARIS and Parc de la Villette. Metro, bus and tram very easy to reach.

The front desk staff was very bad except for one gentlemen who was able to help us woth our issues. One staff I believe by the name DIA a younger taller boy with glasses was absolutely useless. When addressing issues with him he said complain in the morning and it will go in the list. He specifically said he didn’t care about the hotel and after returning from a walk around 11pm on October 12 he appeared to be lying down in the breakfast room with a friend. Gentleman working the morning of the 13th was amazing Room was so hot we couldn’t breathe, no internet in the room, broken shower head, and TV never worked.

Clean, quiet and spacious room. Good location, well serviced for public transport, shops and cafes, and seemed fairly safe. Staff were friendly and helpful and seemed to be comfortable speaking English.

Mu first booked, 9-12 oct 2019, booked for studio room, but when I arrived the reception upgrade my room to apartment because there’s no studio room left. Okay. I extended my stay, 12-14 oct (second booked), the reception (dif one) gave me the same room without any problem. I extended again, 14-20 oct (third booked), the reception (dif again) couldn’t give me the same room because I book the studio. The option is I pay for the upgrade (which I think it’s funny because I don’t wanna an apartment at the first place). Or I move to the studio room (which I cannot do that coz I should going out of town in early morning). Or keep the luggage at luggage room early morning (which I don’t wanna do that coz I have 5 big luggage and I already stayed there for days, and it’s a lot of work in the morning and afterall it’s not my fault I should move, it’s your fault you didn’t have a studio room booked for me). And finally because I really cannot packed my things and leave it downstairs, I paid. 180 euros for 6 nights. I visit paris around three or four times a year, I always choose adagio company for staying. My whole family do. Just make sure next time I visit, just give me the correct room based on my booking. Thank you.

Everyone was super friendly and I love how everyone was multilingual. That made it very easy. The only thing was that no room cleaning unless you stay over 8days and I had to go to the lobby to get clean towels . I guess is normal custom in France.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Before check-in and even after check-out, I could leave my luggage for another walk around the area. The luggage room is locked and the luggage is assigned with a tag. Although being close to the Boulevard Périphérique, I was not disturbed by the traffic. My room was in the ninth floor, and I am used to traffic, so this is highly subjective. The location in general is very good: a tram station is 1min, the tram/bus station "Prote de Pantin" about 3min, the Metro station "Porte de Pantin" about 5min away. The walls on the other hand seem a little thin. Some times at night, I could hear the neighbours. The washing machine is easy to use, has a large drum, and the price of €4,50 per load is reasonable.

Our stay was great, even with the cultural differences!

We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was simply fantastic! Every concierge knew English and French enough to help us out. They had great recommendations and were very polite the entire trip! Will be staying here again. Only downside was the shower with the half glass door but it didn't ruin the experience.

The hotel was accessible from CDG airport via RER train and Metro plus about 10 minutes walk. We only had hand carries so travel was easy. There is a grocery a block away and many restaurants and pubs between 5 to 10 minutes walk. The building's style was modern as well as our cute room. No IKEA furniture. Our room was facing the main road with the new tram passing in front of it however we did not hear any noise from the street or from trams at all. Room and hotel was clean. Our room has a cute kitchen with all the basic necessities to cook meals and wash dishes. Front desk receptionists were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. We called at around 10:30 pm requesting an extra pillow (there were only 2). I was notified it will take long like 30 minutes to get a pillow. I waited til 11:30 pm and even called reception to cancel request but there was no answer at front desk. Since this is a new building and the bathroom doesn't have any windows exhaust fans in the bathroom should be installed immediately to avoid mouldy growth on tiles and walls. All in all we had an enjoyable stay and will come back.

The staff were friendly and helpful. A few complaints: Shower hose was leaking and the tap was loose from the sink. A hose was changed but the water tap was not fixed. It was difficult to set the correct temperature of the water and if the water pressure was good, it was too hot. When we managed to get the right temperature of the water was the water pressure very poor. (It was likewise in the bathroom and in the kitchen.) We also discovered a few small ants or similar insect in the bathroom (on the outside and the inside of the tub) and then some of the kitchen counter. They were very small and hard to see what insect it was, since they were very quick and it's certainly a good idea to arrange for pest control here .... Paris is always a good idea, and next time we will explore more in another area :)

It was satisfactory. I have stayed 6 times. The with adagio take over some have been great others not so great. 1 - the rooms now have irons and that so a plus 2- the staff before were much more accommodating some of the day staff are downright rude and unwelcoming 3- Medi - who has been there since before the merger is your greatest asset - always accommodating and polite
