Very nice hotel and great staff. They were very careful when serving anything to us. It is very appreciated especially when covid 19 is out there. Washing their hands everytime they served someone. Even though they were wearing masks, you could actually feel they were smiling underneath, which is greatly appreciated. Room was really nice and confortable.

Not good as we had a very bad 2first nights ( the air conditioning was not working) we had no soap in the bathroom)

The hotel is conveniently located close to the porte de Pantin. Rooms to the back are quiet. Negative: difficult to get a strong shower stream already on the third floor.... and there are nine....

We are frequent stayers at the Mercure Porte de Pantin. It has a very good on site car park, is right on the periferique, and four minutes walk from the Metro. Small clean rooms, no restaurant at weekends, you need to ask for a bath if you prefer to shower only.

Paris transport was on strike, made the choice of the hotel location tricky, bar usually closed for no reason, restaurant closed for two weeks. But room was good quality, and cosy.

Overall a pleasant stay at the hotel. Room was nicely furnished. Breakfast was good. Staff were largely friendly. On the day of my check out, however, there were three female receptionists at the front desk - one of whom (the one of did my check out) appeared curt and unfriendly.

Have stayed in many hotels and this Mercure was wonderful... the staff from the Front Desk and check in and then the following 4 days was very friendly helpful and accommodating. the Restaurant staff in the Restaurant Bistro went out of their way to remembering likes and dislikes. Nice hotel, in good shape, and the service was okay. I will absolutely recomend this hotel, even the purpose is to visit Paris Center and see all the famous atractions. The Metro is not far away and transport you easily all over.
