When checking out am asked for my passport. I’ve already given you that and you have all of the information on my profile. We ate in the hotel one night only and that was one night too many. Of the 4 items on the menu 2 were unavailable. The wait staff almost threw our bread on the table, we weren’t asked how our steak should be cooked, we were ignored by the young lady serving at the bar when we went to order a drink. We really felt that we were not welcome in their domain.

Smaller room than I had at Mercure Villette but more expensive. Uninspiring view of Hotel Ibis in front of my window. We ate in the hotel the first night, which was frankly awful. I have reviewed in Trip Advisor. Breakfast not as good as I’ve had in Ibis plus male staff not very friendly. That being said the reception area is good, and the location ditto for my needs. Garden very pretty and will be lovely to use once the seats have been cleaned.
