Need to get back in shape? Our gym is open 24/7. For sunny days, our courtyard terrace was transformed into a beach, with many activities to discover: bowling, ping-pong, badmington, giant Mikado, etc.
We have stayed here before sand the hotel was good. This time the reception staff were rude and unhelpful. We arrived at 4pm and the room was not available. We had to change and leave by 5pm and they were looking for housekeeping staff and would not offer a different room. we finally got a room at 4.45! we left again just after 5 for a concert.
The room was small and cramped and nowhere to hang clothes. No milk for tea or coffee and only one set of towels which was the same each day! We asked each day for more towels!
Breakfast was poor. Soggy fruit salad mostly apples. Only scrambled eggs. The eggs ran out each day by 9am and they failed to refill. When it nearer closing time we were thrown out. Rude and unpleasant and we asked for a glass of water to be given tap water which we refused. No other offer.
The mini bar only had a bottle of water in it. only one lift was working.
And finally the room was cleaned daily at 3pm? Why so late? check out is 11am.
We will not return even though it is convenient for family.

Overall good. However when check-in at 10AM, I was told I should come back after 1:30PM. When I returned to the hotel at 4:00PM, I was informed the room was still not ready, which is confusing. The hotel is well located however, only paper cups provided in room, and the bedding items were not in good quality. The lightening was insufficient making the room looked dark. The bathroom doesn't have a door.

I called the hotel 4 times and two times face to face but the same receptionist never helped me and every time tried to evade talking, he then took my parking ticket to investigate but no answer after months.

We had a privilege suite. Accommodation was very good. Bed was comfortable and bathroom area spacious. Hand held shower had good power and temperature but rainfall shower more feeble. Jet bath was very appreciated after lengthy walks around Paris. Breakfast was satisfactory. Plenty of bread and pastries, cheeses and meats. Coffee machine and limited teas. Fruit salad, natural yogurt and orange juice not always available during busy times.
Hotel is a good location for metro station. However very busy at times.

Stayed for a week with my two daughters in two rooms on the 8th floor. It is a suburb of Paris but well connected with M5 metro and the tram and also short walk from RER/SCNF train. Hotel is clean and staff is friendly and attentive. Breakfast is good. Rooms are on small side and while there is a large window that can be opened, the a/c is minimal so summer nights can get hot. And open windows does mean bugs!
