after the first day of arrival I mentioned to the reception that the toilets were smelling, the smell was diffusing in the room. After acknowledgement, nothing was done to propose an laternative or to solve the issue.

1. There is a new Ibis building newly built between the Mercure hotel and the street, rending zero view towards the street. 2. On a not busy Monday, my reservation did not got upgraded despite being a Golden All member. 3. At 23h15 the fire alarm started to ring and I had to evacuate. It turned out to be a false alarm. Apparently it was caused an ill-behaved guest who smoked in his room. However the staff denied it despite some guests knowingly mentioning the room number of this guest. 4. Breakfast has field to improve, coffee tastes bad and only fruit is the fruit salad which is not very fresh. 5. No désinfectant in fitness room.

Hotel experience was great, the plastic undersheet on the bed made for some very hot sleeping which wasn't the best - apart from that everything else was excellent
