In spite of outside temperatures topping 40 degrees in the heatwave, the hotel’s air conditioning proved highly effective and consistently ensured a comfortable night’s sleep. Good breakfast and good public transport links, but the hotel was badly let down by the carpet in my room which had several cigarette-burn marks on it. As an Accor member I have come to expect better than this: it was totally unacceptable.
