Obsolete, frugal, dirty

Unfortunately the company always books rooms in this terrible hotel, because if its location. This area is quite bad, dangerous, many drunk or even drugged people on the street. The hotel is extremely obsolete and dirty. My first room was so stinky (moldy) that was not possible to stay in so asked for a change. (Fortunately it was possible.) This room is quite spacious, but as all the hotel, dirty, the aircon doesnt give warm air just cold, no cutleries in the room. The “mini gym” is really miniature, worse than a joke. The breakfast is quite poor, the scrambled eggs from powder, there are only 2 hams, tomato and cucumber. Poor choice of bakery, 1 fruit salad. Cheese which u can cut for yourself, but the plate looks dirty too. Avoid this hotel.

Stay elsewhere.

I travel a lot for business. I stay in many many hotels. This has to be the worst experience I have had in years. This place is filthy, un maintained, tired, and the staff need proper training. There were issues with the original booking, the so-called included breakfast, the cleanliness of the room, the air-conditioning, which didn’t work, the lack of amenities, and the general condition of the entire hotel. It is because of the location of this place that I think it gets clients. It is well located opposite the Philharmonie and very close to a metro station. I am truly trying to think of positive things to say because it is not in my nature to slam an establishment like this. However, I truly feel the travelers should be warned. The positives are the price and the location. Everything else is a negative.

Terrible!

Paweł P TripAdvisor review

My stay at this hotel was a complete disappointment and unfortunately ruined our family trip to Paris. The hotel belongs to the Accor Group, which, as it turns out, has no hesitation in misleading guests by publishing inaccurate and deceptive descriptions of their properties. In my case: the room was dirty, poorly maintained, and smelled unpleasant, the air conditioning did not work, and the information about its absence was added to the hotel description only after I had already made my reservation, most seriously, the room door did not lock properly, creating a direct safety risk for both our belongings and our personal security. I was not the only one facing such issues – several other guests at the same time raised similar complaints. What is most shocking is that instead of taking real responsibility, both the hotel and the Accor Group management chose to offer nothing more than a 10% refund, not accepted. This token gesture is an insult and demonstrates a complete lack of understanding of what ethics in the hospitality industry should mean. Guests are treated dishonestly and without respect. Not a first time by the way. I strongly advise against staying at this property and recommend approaching any hotel from the Accor network with extreme caution, as they clearly fail to provide accurate information, safe conditions, or even basic hospitality standards.
