The room were in very bad conditions, the room and bathroom were dirty, it smelled tobacco berry badly. Overall it’s closer too a f1 hotel than a 4 stars …

The room we booked was not available and we therefore were split into two different rooms. The rooms were not the best maintained as on mine one of the spotlight in the bathroom was hanging and on the other room the fire alarm detector looked to be obstructed raising questions of safety. We then were asked to move at the last minute on the last day to the room we booked in a "hurry" as no prior communication were made. Also the second key card we had were unexpectedly removed by we assume the cleaning service. Again no communciation on this.
