My experience at this hotel was disappointing. The service was poor, and the staff informed us that the air conditioning would not be functioning properly after check-in and payment, which was unacceptable. Room cleanliness was below expectations, and requests for housekeeping were not handled adequately. In addition, the reception team was not responsive and provided limited assistance when issues were raised. Overall, the stay did not meet basic hospitality standards.

Room was large, AC barely worked during the heatwave, but water in the fridge. Shower was leaking, carpet was ugly (grey and purple) but that's my personal opinion. Basic hotel airport in a city.
