While the location of the hotel is very convenient, the staff at reception were quite rude and unhelpful. It felt as if we were inconveniencing them any time we went to the reception desk and they frequently prioritized phone calls over serving customers at the desk in front of them. Also, due to some mix up on the hotel server, we received a wake up call from the front desk at 4am that we did not request and then the next day we were told there was no record of a phone call being made, despite us being woken up by a call from reception in the middle of the night.
