The hotel looks old and the carpets were dirty. Our room #301 has bad design of floor drainage leads to water overflow into the bathroom door and even flooding the room if 3 persons take bath subsequently. Car parking underground is also dirty, looks like parking in an abandoned building.

Toilet and shower area was too small. If someone is using toilet then you can hear those weird noises in your room (sleeping area). You can not move around while taking a shower. One last thing, it felt like you put that TV screen intentionally in the walking area from bed 1 to bed 3 because they is no way you can pass by without pushing TV.

The rooms were rather clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is cheap and rather enough. Don't expect a very wide buffet. Located close to Gare de Pantin (RER Train/300m) and Hoche Metro (800m) which makes Pari easily accessible.

Staff weren't friendly or helpful. Wifi did not work in our room, we needed to go down to reception to use it. Bathroom had no fan and toilet had no scrubbing brush

I was charged twice for the same stay it is all happend due to your reservation system error, I have written to your reservations they refused to refund duplicate charge there is no other go apart from approaching France Tourist office and also take this matter to social media ..

Close to the hotel is the Canal St Martin and the Parc de la Villette, which means I can enjoy long walks along the waterway, which has a calming and restorative effect on body and mind.

Renewed accommodation. very friendly people, good for groups. Nearby Train Station, so works with the tickets for the metro.Calm neighborhood. breakfast is ok and enough. the rooms are clean and with shower. A good price for this hotel

We went to visit Paris, this hotel was well connected and cheaper price option. We mainly stayed at night in the hotel, children enjoyed; Could be better if there was cattle for hot water to make at least a cup of tea / coffee. There was no hair dryer in the room, only hair dryer is in the down. Room was so far clean enough, there was enough towel in each room. We took two separate room as there was no connected room in the hotel.

The staff was courteous. Check in was simple. The only drawback was the lock for the front door. It was a numbered digital lock. Anyone able to have the code could access i believe. Not quite safe in the night as there are no bolts inside to secure the door. Otherwise stay was good.

Poor room layout and washroom facilities

Poor room layout that made moving around difficult. There was a huge pillar in the middle of the room that obstructed view of the television. The space around the beds made movement a hazard avoiding collision with the television or mirror. The washroom construction was pathetic, with the shower being separate from the toilet and the size of a small barrel; extremely congested and small. Extremely poor and not at all family friendly. Only saving grace was the very helpful and courteous front desk staff.
