Rented a room for three nights, didn't had any problem. A supplement of 2€ is necessary for a locker.

1. When I arrived, I was given a room on the first floor which was in the process of being renovated. The room was not in a state to accommodate guests. I went back to reception and was told that 'they had forgotten about the renovation' and given a room on the 3rd floor. 2. That evening, I couldn't get into the room and when I went to reception to my horror I saw that all my belongings were behind the desk. They said that they had had a problem with the computer and thought I was only staying for one night, not 3. This is unacceptable: I had important medication which I had left on the bedside table which I eventually found in the bottom of my bag. The staff have no right to move my things left in the room. I received no apology.

Quiet neighbourhood, room was basic but clean. Bed was comfy, firm, but pillows were too small, like cushions for sofa. Didn’t receive any special welcome as Gold member. For a French brand (Accor), I swear everywhere else except for France, I get better treatment.
