It was a great budget hotel (value for money). Location a little far from the center, but close to bus stop and Train Station (Gare de Pantin), therefore the access was easy to go anywhere. There are plenty restaurants around.

Hello , I stay lots of Time in hotel . It’s first time I got the bed like that type of . It was 2 single bed together . I can’t sleep whole night in 2 person in double bed . It’s gone separate in middle . It’s horrible . Please make sure when you give some people double bed it should be double one métrées. Waste of my money also back pain . You guys should back my money and Madicine money also . It’s painful my back .

Unfortunately because of self isolation restrictions in the UK, we didn't complete our stay in Paris - instead choosing to return to the UK early via ferry from Spain. I do want to say however that we did stay in July and as the hotel was closed, your customer representative Abigael was absolutely brilliant and organised an alternative hotel for us. She kept us up to date regularly, was kind and excellent at her job. Thank you

It was wonderful except the smells and the theft

The Hotel located in a good area. Near the RER and the metro. You can reach the center of Paris in 20 minutes. The room clean and they clean everyday. They change the towels, sheet and duvet everyday. The breakfast is good and cheap Unfortunately there is no any kind of meat. The only animal source is the cheese, butter and milk. The room size a bit small. It would be a bit bigger. There is only 30 cm between the wall and the bed. Sometimes the smell was terrible. I think the drain is not works properly, so the bad smells come out from it. The hairdryer missing. The worst thing what happened, that somebody stolen 150 euros and 11000 HUF from my friend wallet and from my bag. I reported it to the receptionist and to the police. They apologised and I should not pay for the breakfast last day. They promised, taht they will investigate it and they hope they will be able to send back my money. I hope it will happen.

The rooms was not what was expected. Bathroom smelled. No one came to change sheets. I think they just came and tidied the bed without bothering to change sheets. No one tidied the bunk bed.We were 4 family members living (2 teenagers and 2 adults) in that room so the staff was duty-bound to clean bunk bed. There was no sheet or blanket for bunk bed. On asking they just gave old ,smelling , uncovered blanket.Even that after asking 2-3 times.

The door lock is not as expected.and the service at reception very poor. They gave me room 330 with a code but it doesn’t work then I went all the way to downstairs and let her know I couldn’t open the door then she came with me and tried she couldn’t open the door then she change the room 230.

We are a family of 5, so it was great when we were able to get 2 adjacent rooms. The staff from reception to cleaners were so friendly. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The best part of the stay was the breakfast as there was a lot of selection.

The hotel looks old and the carpets were dirty. Our room #301 has bad design of floor drainage leads to water overflow into the bathroom door and even flooding the room if 3 persons take bath subsequently. Car parking underground is also dirty, looks like parking in an abandoned building.

Renewed accommodation. very friendly people, good for groups. Nearby Train Station, so works with the tickets for the metro.Calm neighborhood. breakfast is ok and enough. the rooms are clean and with shower. A good price for this hotel

Functional but like a prison cell

It makes Premier Inn look 5 star. Soiled sheet on arrival (cleaner just shrugged when I showed her), not enough bedding for the bunk bed provided although couldn't get the cleaner to understand why a sheet was needed to go with the blanket. The tv didn't work and only one power socket out of 3 worked. The doors have huge clunky keypads for entry and the brown plastic furniture is awful. Air con was good though and the beds were comfy. Location is ok and there are a few bakeries not too far away for breakfast. You wouldn't want to spend more time than you had to in the room but if you are out all day/evening sightseeing then it's fine.

.. reluctance and lack of interest .. for more than half and hour has " a small group of teenagers from hungary " only cornflakes and yoghurt for breakfast .. if we did not alert the hotel stuff .. it will probably take much longer .. but maybe the kids was on " a growing slim stay "..

Les réceptionnistes totalement désintéressés, pas souriantes ni accueillantes . Definitely not going back there. The breakfast was good. I just felt unwelcomed or unwanted.The room was comfortable and neat
