They’re not kidding when they say budget. The first room I was in smelled strongly of cigarettes and you had to run around in the shower to get wet. To be fair, they did move me when I complained, but none of the rooms appeared to be heated to the point where we had to request more blankets and portable heaters to be put in our bedrooms. There were nine of us staying in the hotel. There is no real lounge or place to meet. If you want to hang out, you have to eat out or find a bar or café. The vending machine is pitiful. The only thing I would say is the kitchen and bedrooms are at least clean, the breakfast (pay extra) decent and the staff as helpful as they can be. Pantin is a short Metro ride away from the centre of Paris and the Metro stop a short walk from the hotel. Oh, and don’t mess up your bookings, especially if you opt for the non refundable option. When I was booking, the website kept telling me that my bookings had failed but they hadn’t, so I ended up having to pay for half the hotel! There was nobody to talk to when I tried to sort out the confusion except chatbots, clueless receptionists and somebody in Texas who may or may not have been a real person. I also think my son left his necklace by the bed and I have tried to contact them to see if they’ll return it to us and I’m being ghosted. I guess you get what you pay for. Good luck.

The hotel was fairly priced but was disgustingly dirty. The carpets, the floors, there was mold in our room. I would never stay here again.
