Very disappointing experience. The hotel is old and very poorly renovated, hallway and surroundings very dirty. The lobby is unwelcoming, with chairs turned upside down to prevent guests from sitting. Our 2 rooms were also almost completely empty—there wasn't even a small fridge. It only contained a dirty table and chair and two plastic cups placed on top of the toilet. Our rooms were noisy and the air conditioning did not work even though the outside temperature was 37°C. We reported the problem several times, but the staff were dismissive and insisted the AC was working. They promised to send a technician, but no one ever came. Because of the heat in the room and lack of support, a part off the family decided to leave early despite having already paid for their stay. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel at all. not worth paying for this
