The bed was comfortable. The room was clean enough. There were marks on the sink. There was nothing to put the shower gel in the bath tub so I had to lean down to get it, which was not easy. There was not enough room to store my clothes. The air conditioner doesn’t work well. The room closes so hard that it disturbs me when the person next door comes in and comes out. There were no fresh vegetables in the breakfast.

Murielle Bonnot, I emailed you (H1…) this week to explain our situation, but have not heard back from you. Please reply. "I was told by the front desk at the Ibis Paris La Villette hotel to contact you. I had to check out early by 1 day and you were not at the desk that day to discuss this so I was told to email instead. I am asking for a refund for the night of June 25th, 2026. We checked in on June 24th, 2026 for two connecting rooms. We got in late at night we were given rooms 445 and 447. My children need help and were too scared to sleep in the 447 room as it was not connected with my room. Because of that we all squished into 445 bed. Given this issue I went down to the front desk on June 24th evening to ask if I could check out the next day and we would get another hotel for the next night. I was told to come down to the front desk on the morning of June 25th to speak to the manager if we could check out 1 night early with a refund. I returned the next morning to speak to the manager to ask for a refund for the 2nd night, but no manager was present. The very lovely front desk person said it would likely be fine given the circumstance of the kids not being able to stay in a non-connecting room. We checked out at 11am on June 25th and was told to email you. I would like to request a refund for the 2nd night hotel stay." Thanks, Shannon
