Outdated design, the bathroom reminds the cheapest hotels in the US, and the coffee was supposed to be from Nespresso machine but I got it from somewhere in the back as Mr O. claimed that this is nespresso coffee - but it was surely not because it was the worst coffee I drank in a year at least. The free water was served in the the extremely small cups. Also dirty in some places.

I stayed in this hotel for 5 nights and the staff were always friendly and welcoming and ready to help. I needed to ask for a plastic bag and some sellotape at some point and they were always ready to help with whatever I needed. The room was simple but it had a wonderful view of Paris. The location of the hotel is the highlight; right on the basin of Villette, it is a great place to stay; away from the hustle and bustle of the centre of Paris, but with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. If you like running it is a great place to be because you can run along the canal, free of cars! A great stay, we will come back to this hotel for sure!
