It was all good when I checked in, room was clean, bed was good. Until 1:30am suddenly there are people talking in the room (either above or on the side, normal talking volumn) then I realised the room soundproof is really bad, at 6:30am I was woke up by the neighbour's phone vibration. Front office sent me 2 different emails in asking for the same information which I have sent upon checked in, this is really not professional and hugely impacting my after check out experience, hope the hotel can improve this.
