Friendly staff, sticky floor

Staff was very friendly. Rooms were in line with expectations for the price. However, the floors at the reception area and breakfast area were incredibly dirty during our 4-day stay. They were full of stains, muddy prints, sticky, ... It made you feel worried about the cleanliness of the rooms, but that seemed OK.

Well located with the channel by side where one can get out to take air. Not far from the RER station.

When i arrived my booking had been cancelled because i came with a one day delay but they took care of me and find quickly a room for me. When it came for me to leave, they also booked easily a taxi for me. It was a great experience.

Ok breakfast but due to many guests all plates all service trays were wet . Some plates cups broken, at time not enough on stand. Better choices on eggs and cold meat cuts, would be better . The help was great the rooms small as all I ibis but clean. Brocken bathroom window in 821.
