We were checked in by Fatim, who was very smiling and helpful, a great asset to your team. She made us very welcome. Despite the current renovations we slept well, our room and bathroom, although quite small, were spotlessly clean and well maintained. The reception area is warm and inviting. Each and every member of staff we encountered was pleasant to deal with and very helpful. You have a great team, we hope they enjoyed the chocolates!
