disappointing from start to finish. This place is long overdue for renovations, and basic upkeep seems to have been neglected. The noise was one of the biggest issues. I could hear my neighbors talking at a normal volume as if they were in my room, and street noise was constant. The windows are in very poor condition, offering little to no soundproofing. If it was this bad in the winter, I can’t imagine how much worse it gets when the city is busier in the summer. Cleanliness was also a problem. There was visible dirt next to my bed and in the bathroom, which is unacceptable in any hotel. The bathtub’s wooden panel was peeling off, making the bathroom look even more rundown. While I didn’t need air conditioning during my stay (winter), I can see how the lack of it would be a major issue in the summer. Customer service was inconsistent. The first staff member I spoke to was completely disinterested and made no effort to be helpful. The second person, however, was polite and did everything she could to improve the situation. Overall, this hotel is outdated, noisy, and not well-maintained. For the price and Accpor brand, I expected much better.

Upon arrival on Saturday 8th February , I was immediately struck by how different the h. appeared compared to the photos on the Accor website. The property is outdated and i. a. noticeable state of disrepair. The room I was initially assigned had dirty walls near the bed, dirt i. the bathroom, crumbling wood on the bath panel, and poorly insulated windows that let i. significant noise from outside. Additionally, the walls were so thin that I could clearly hear normal-level conversations from neighboring rooms throughout the night, which made it impossible to get a. proper night’s sleep. While the helpful receptionist kindly arranged for me to move to a. top-floor room on the second night, where having fewer neighbors and an adjacent empty conference room did reduce the noise slightly, this room was i. equally poor condition. The same issues of disrepair and lack of cleanliness persisted, leaving me feeling frustrated and disappointed. Outdated, i. a. state of disrepair, dirty and with little noise insulation. You’d b. b. i. a. newly r. ibis.
