To be honest not a great experience staying at the hotel this time

Good

The staff were very helpful (especially Ayesha at the front desk). Very much liked having the kitchenette in the suite. The suite was however quite noisy; particularly, one window did not seem to seal closed. Lots of noise from the park and also from adjacent suites - in particular we could hear everything from the toilet next door. Too much cigarette smoke entering the suite from both outside and elsewhere in the hotel. Street noise was surprisingly loud. The shower gel dispenser near the sink was inaccessible from inside the shower, which doesn't make a lot of sense to me. Also, why is there no sink or at least a hand sanitizer dispenser in the room with the toilet? All of that aside, the room was fine, the location near Parc La Villette was nice, with lots of nearby stores and restaurants and two Metro stations within an easy walk. Nice to have Vill'Up nearby, too. Price of the suite was very attractive, too, and the breakfast was also nice to have from time to time. In summary, I would stay here again but would definitely request a room on the street, rather than the park side, since the noise from the park at night was unreasonable. And I cannot say enough about how helpful the staff were. Bravo to them.

There was plenty of space and the rooms were clean. The breakfast room was very nice with a good variety of food.

Arrival was excellent, the receptionist from Canada was the best I have ever experienced. Room was fine, but in need of updating, a bit worn out.

I was pleased with my stay due to the helpful and positive attitudes of the staff. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure that my stay was as pleasant as possible. The room was adequate. I enjoyed that my room had a small kitchen in it. The hotel is a few steps from the subway which made getting around Paris VERY easy. There was also a grocery store and patisserie and boulangerie very close by. The location is somewhat removed from the city center, but I enjoyed that because it wasn't so touristy. I would recommend this hotel for budget conscious travelers like myself. What this hotel lacks in upgrades, it makes up for in personality, convenience and a GREAT staff.

Lady at the reception desk has welcomed us nicely and told us we booked very small room and she can do exchange for bigger one for free with nice view, which is commonly more expensive and we can get it like a gift! We accepted but the changed room has looked like prison, literally. Separate small area with single bed only, no view and old sofa extended for sleeping. Immediately after checking the room we requested rather our small room. The lady at the reception did not believe us that we did not accept it and was trying make herself sure we did not touched anything. She was really surprised and further speachless. Finally we got small room BUT that was really nice, light and with perfect view, fully equipped kitchen and comfortable double bed. I dont even believe that was cheaper then second one. Because of this weird exchange at the beginning I cannot rate our stay more then 6/10.

Didn't match the expectations we had according to the pictures and description on Hotels.com. Wouldn't call it a 3/4 star hotel compered to the standards in Sweden. But it was okay to just sleep in.

My Stay was quite comfortable, good clean rooms with kitchen and all required accessories.

Dear All, Ms. Fouzia at reception has been really helpful by upgrading us due to my gold level status, which allowed us to stay in a more comfortable room compare to the studio previously booked. She has also been very kind to organize the transportation to the airport for the two foreigners who staid with us together with a late checkout. Overall, our team of 6 people was very happy about the night and service provided. The only point which might be taken into consideration for improvement in the modernity of the rooms which seems to be old already. Thank you,

Clean, warm, dry. Easy to reach by public transport and convenient for the conference venues in the park behind the hotel. Just another perfectly fine city business hotel that could be anywhere on the planet.

Good location, staff were helpful and able to assist even in English. Any requests were handled quickly and patiently.
