The location was convenient, with the metro and tram stations nearby, and there were plenty of restaurants around with reasonable prices. The Wi-Fi was also excellent. Unfortunately, the stay itself was very disappointing. There is no daily housekeeping, meaning guests are expected to clean the apartment themselves despite paying a significant amount for a week-long stay. There were also no extra sheets provided for changing the bedding. If you want to change the sheets, you have to pay an additional €18 per set, which I find unreasonable for a one-week stay. The biggest problem was the lack of air conditioning. During our stay, the apartment became extremely hot and there was also very high humidity inside the room and throughout the corridors. Neither I nor my two children could sleep properly. The hotel provided fans, but they were weak and not sufficient for the conditions. The fan cable was also very short, and the nearest electrical outlet was behind the children’s bed. The fan could not properly rotate toward both children. The corridors were particularly unpleasant, with a strong smell of dampness, mould and old carpet. Combined with the high humidity, this made the entire building feel poorly ventilated. What made the situation even more frustrating was seeing that the staff areas had air conditioning running 24/7, while paying guests were left struggling with the heat. This felt very unfair. The surroundings were also unpleasant, with homeless people around the area and a noticeable smell of urine in some places. Overall, the Wi-Fi, public transport connections and nearby restaurants were the positive aspects, but the lack of air conditioning, housekeeping, reasonable access to fresh bedding, and the humidity and smell throughout the building made the stay very uncomfortable. For the price we paid, I expected a much better level of comfort.

The shower head was broken and no solution or discount was offered to me. I spent 3 days during a heat wave without a functioning shower. I had also over 700€ to pay in one day while my reservation was for 576€.

Good studio for three. Small but clean, sufficient and v well priced. Lovely reception staff, all v clean and tidy, cosy and nice breakfast room. Only bad thing was old carpet on coridoors which made it feel a bit grotty.

We stayed in 3 beds apartment where the double bed was extracted from the couch. Good layout, no problem with space, maybe mattresses would need an update. Coffee machine (capsules) inside, free tee at the reception. Near the metro station, good location, clean, decent district.

Well placed hotel with the majority of staff being friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I needed to change rooms after the first night since the noise from the trains and traffic did not lead to a good night's sleep. The second room was at the back and quieter but noise not completely gone. The night porter on the Friday night was very condescending to my daughter even though she was only trying to help me to aquire an extra pillow.

The Aparthotel was a great place to base my first visit to Paris! Located right on top of a Metro station made getting into the city centre extremely easy, though there were restaurants, supermarkets and attractions (like a museum and a park) all within walking distance. My apartment was great value -- really big, and equipped with a full kitchenette. I didn't expect to find such large accommodation in Paris. While the room looked dated in places, the important features were all perfect: the bed was really comfortable and the bathroom looked newly refurbished :) The only negative for me was the dreadful WiFi which I had to reconnect to every five minutes.

Last minute booking. Space was impressively sized and very clean. Unfortunately proximity to the main road, meant it was quite loud at times through the night. At breakfast I asked if there was a soya or oat milk alternative and was told no which was fine, but I was then questioned on my room number, which I noted wasn't the case for other guests.

Stayed for 3 nights, the room was clean, and equipped with basic pots and pans we needed for a quick meal. Location was fantastic with metro station on doorstep. Got few restaurants opp and nearby the hotel, and there were some supermarkets as well. Staff were really helpful.

La qualité de la chambre laissait grandement à désirer : elle était vétuste, mal entretenue et manifestement pas très propre. Durant la nuit, nous avons été dérangés par des bruits constants, incluant des vibrations provenant de l’extérieur ainsi que des sons électriques émanant de l’intérieur de la chambre. Une expérience globalement désagréable et frustrante, qui ne correspond en rien aux standards attendus pour ce type d’établissement.
