Great location, close to metro, eiffel tower, all other landmarks. Clean, comfortable and really well appointed. Great view from the balcony and nicely air conditioned. Couldn't fault it.

ventilation system in the room keeps breaking down every day. cleaning of room needs to improve, carpets were dirty and tissues were never replenished.

Overall, a really nice and clean hotel. Had a fantastic view of the Eiffel Tower and the aesthetic was great. The staff were very nice and kind and held my luggage for me, as my room was not ready (I did not request early check in). My bags were all placed neatly in my room, which was so nice. Overall a great stay and would come back!
