A lovely trip but the hotel missed easy wins. Ran out of pornstar martinis’s which we saw a review saying they were great but run out. So clearly a reoccurring issue. The fridge didn’t work. The package I brought was €80 euros and it was only 5 cheap balloons that were deflated in less than 10 hours. Could easily have some happy birthday balloons for those that specify the occasion. Booking.com said there were robes and slippers which there was not. The soap on the wall kept falling off the wall. My pillow had a blood stain on it. The final thing is the audacity to claim there was gym facilities when there was 2 cardio machines and a sauna that’s closed when I would go is quite poor. Negatives out the way, the staff were lovely and the location was great. But the hotel was nothing special sadly. Thank you for the stay.

Beautiful view and room, just couldn’t figure out how to get the air conditioner to stay on. It kept switching to a higher temp and had to sleep with the door open

Have a lovely all round experience for my 30th birthday. I was able to check in early which started my holiday off amazingly. Would highly recommend this hotel. I will definitely be coming back for sure.

Hotel location was good, easy walking distance to Eiffel Tower and restaurants. Room was good size but the layout was not great - bed in one corner, mirror/wardrobes/socket/coffee machine/entrance to bathroom all in the doorway and then empty space in centre of room. Air con was not working properly and had to call out twice to fix. Also no water available other than mini bottles on first arrival.
