we were there for the RG tournament during a heatwave. The room. although small was cool. Staff were friendly and helpful

We had a long flight from USA with two 2 year old kids, the room was 29*C. We complained that with the temp outside that was over 30 we can’t stay there. At first it was no action taken. We called Amex and they put everything in motion. We had to wait for 3 hours outside so we can check if the room gets cold. Personal was very friendly i must say. I was celebrating my 40 Birthday and we informed the hotel, we got a card for good wishes only. Not even a drink. For that price of 1800$ for 3 nights, not offering a bottle of drink in the room it’s cheap and not nice. Even a cocktail would have made difference. My aunt celebrated her Bday in Madrid in a CR7 where the room is costing 150€ per night. She got champagne and an amazing card- that is a service!!! We didn’t had any space to put our things. The shower was slippery, the kids needed to sit so i can shower them, because they felt couple of times. Around the sink was always water, no space to put the toothbrush. I used the glass from the bar and next day your made removed it but the garbage that i left next to the bin she left on the floor. Your chef in the kitchen is great!!! Everyone that worked were nice and friendly but for the price and what you are offering is overpriced. I don’t think so that we would love to stay with you again.

Another good stay, close to restaurants a good place to relax. Ask the front office recomendation for restaurants to avoid tourists trap

The hotel itself is okay, but the staff members are very rude! When you pay for a 4/5 star hotel you expect kind service in return. It was a disappointing stay to say the least
