The stay was very nice; however, my request that I mentioned in the email at the time of booking, one month prior to arrival, was not fulfilled. Nevertheless, the cleanliness and the staff were excellent and very respectful, and the room service responded to requests very quickly.

I had a very bad experience at your hotel. I booked deluxe room with a bathroom as it was shown at the pictures, but in fact i have been given room without bath. Also my deposit 200 euro still not returned back even after 3 days after my checkout… so dissapointed in accor company…

Please note that not all Deluxe Créateur rooms are equipped with a bathtub, and the photos on our website are not contractual. Following your feedback, we have removed these images to avoid any misunderstanding. We do confirm, however, that you were allocated the room category booked. Regarding the 200€ deposit, I have personally checked and it was released on the day of your departure. If it is not yet visible, we kindly invite you to contact your bank, as delays may occur depending on their processing time.
