Modern and comfortable boutique hotel steps from Avenue Kleber and close to the Eiffel Tower. Friendly staff at the front desk. Rooms are small but looking fresh and inviting. Nothing in Paris comes cheap, but rates are very competitive for this upscale neighbourhood. My only regret is that nothing is really done for top tier Accor All Members. Upgrades are hardly ever available since the hotel is always sold out.

Stay: 2 nights (~€1,000) | Room 502 | ALL Diamond Member My stay at Maison Hamelin Paris was ruined by persistent, intense sewer fumes from the bathroom drain in Room 502. The foul stench filled the entire room, causing physical discomfort. I reported it after night one; while the staff made a serious attempt to fix the issue, it was evidently without success, as the stench returned with full intensity on night two. A nice view cannot compensate for unlivable sanitary conditions in a ~€500/night room. Management Response: After my compensation request, the hotel credited just 2,000 ALL points (€40 value). Offering a trivial 4% compensation on a ~€1,000 stay in the face of a severe health and hygiene issue is completely disproportionate and unacceptable. I requested a fair adjustment to 10,000 points, which management flatly refused. When I replied that I could not accept this outcome and would escalate to Accor Corporate, leaving public feedback, General Manager defensively labeled my legitimate consumer rights as "threats." Verdict: No service restoration, zero respect for Diamond status, and little accountability for a serious hygiene flaw. Avoid.

My 10 year-old son and I really enjoyed our four nights here. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and well appointed. We had a balcony with an Eiffel Tower view which was just magic. We we didn’t eat at the hotel but there were a lot of lovely options nearby which we enjoyed. Just one small negative aspect, the gym consists of a couple of cardio machines and a tiny selection of weights, not great if you want a good workout.

Close to museums, metro and yet a beautifully peaceful stay. The rooms are impeccably clean, beautifully furnished and filled with lovely touches. I was so pleased to discover a garment steamer in my room, a very rare find but it was the cherry on top. Such a handy addition. Breakfast was generous, full of variety and delicious. The Hotel Maison Hamelin Paris is a beautiful hotel and I was so glad I changed last minute to stay here. I don’t often stay in repeat hotels when I visit Paris but I think I’ll definitely be booking my stay here on my return.

Great: the staff, room, and location were great Ok: the bed. If it had been a true queen rather than 2x twin it would be better Poor: the pillows were square shaped (rectangular in North America) and there was one hard and one soft. The hard was too hard and the soft was lumpy. They should be replaced. Unsure if it could have been better but we arrived at the hotel at 6am but were unable to check in until 2:40pm (20 mins before check in time). While this fulfilled the promised 3pm check in it was really frustrating to see other guests get rooms before us as we waited in the lobby from 1230 onwards.

Loved the boutique 'small hotel' feel - and the view of the Eiffel Tower from our room and patio. Bathroom was lovely, bed comfortable, staff warm.
