This is very nice hotel in a great area of Paris not far from the Eiffel Tower. Rooms are, as one would expect, quite small but modern and comfortable with spacious bathrooms. Service is excellent, the reception team is kind and very willing to assist with any issues.

A very easy location to get to, in a great position near to many landmarks and critically for me, my office. The main thing that let it down was the smell of cigarette smoke. It wasn't made clear it was a smoking hotel/ room.

We arrived here & the check-in was super quick and easy, the room was very nice. Furthermore the location was good, close to most popular locations and restaurants within 15 minute walking distance. A few issues I faced which weren't ideal. - TV did not work when I first got to the room, looked behind it myself and managed to get it working but it took me around 10 minutes. - AirCon would turn off from a higher temperature after 2 minutes, it was quite cold in the room and I could not get the aircon to stay at a higher temperature even though it had a 'heat' function, in the end I just turned it off. - I could hear thumps and bangs from all other rooms around me at night, above, below, side to side. Was really unsettling as they were quite loud, I did not report this to avoid confrontation with other guests however I believed the rooms were sound proofed, but when the windows were closed I could also hear cars driving past outside pretty loud. Now to a few positive things: - The room and bathroom were more than adequate & they were perfect size for a couple staying in the city, the bed was very comfy and pillows were good. I also liked the carpets which were nice and soft. - The location was good, I like to think of it as basically the middle between Champs-Élysées & the Eiffel tower. Everything was practically in walking distance if you are able to do so, if not there are plenty of tube stations within a very short distance and you can also order a taxi. - Staff were very welcoming and friendly, and also the drinks at the bar on an evening were very nice. Overall it's a good place to stay if you are visiting Paris, with just a few minor things to be aware of.
