I had a reservation prepaid for a tower view room. First they didn’t give it to me. When I asked to move me to a different room with the view , they asked for more money. They literally went on bargaining starting from additional 220 euros per night. I ended up paying 100 euros extra per night for a room that I already paid a lot of money. And they will give only one small water bottle per person in the room per day.
