Cordy3-11 Families - TripAdvisor review

Paid a fair bit to stay at this hotel for two nights with a room with balcony and view of Eiffel Tower! To be fair the view is amazing! Just a shame the actual balcony looks so scruffy! The room is not worth the price without the view, and we have stayed in far nicer hotels. Check-in sounded alarm bells when I asked for an ice bucket for our room! Was told ice machines on every floor but if not working I could go the bar to get some! Tried 3 floors and every machine out of service! Ordered room service who tried to charge €5 for ice! Told it wasn’t the ice it was the staff member being called!! Unbelievable - just paid £550 a night and then they want to charge me as their ice machines broken! After talking with staff they rightly removed from the bill! This hotel needs to look closely at these small issues! Given 24 hrs free wifi then told to sign up to sign up to some deal which we didn’t! WiFi is a basic now in this day & age!. Hate where hotels try to rip you off left right and centre! The other huge gripe is the noise from the track in front of hotel! Seems constant til very late! We also had awful noise from what seemed like a protest outside! I too could see next doors guests in my glass reflection whilst they in bed! Not great! If it wasn’t for the view this hotel not outstanding! Another let down was one of the staff asking a boy to take his feet off seat! Had he just waited he would clearly have seen this boy had special needs and it was embarrassing to witness as boys father shut him down and the penny then dropped! Pullman Paris needs to tweak things to give more of a 5 star rating.

Upon arrival I waited 25 minutes to receive my luggage, even those who arrived after myself were given theirs. This time delay meant I had to cancel a reservation. Once in my I noticed there was sofa, as described in the booking. When I spoke to the manager, Assirem, he stated ‘you are just one person so what does it matter’. I found his attitude to solo travels extremely disappointing. I asked if I would have been treated differently if I were a party of 4, to which he shrugged. He did eventually offer a suite with no view, to which I declined. He then offered and I accepted a 15% refund on my first night, however this has not been issued. I was informed someone would place a sofa bed on the room for me, again I had to chance this, only to eventually receive a child’s bed. I have traveled to many places solo and have never had such disappointing service, It was obvious the safe do not care for solo female travellers. Due to the attitude and lies from manager Assirem, I will not be staying at the Pullman again. I have also wrote about my e peduncle in more detail on my travel blog and on Facebook groups directed to tourists in Paris. I have also made my experience aware to Accor head office

We visited this hotel in the summer for our first Paris trip with kids and views didn’t disappoint. We loved the walkable distance to the tower and restaurants. Breakfast buffet was so delicious and fresh. We’re definitely coming back to this hotel again in 2025

Cher Client, Nous passons le mot à nos équipes, merci beaucoup pour ce retour positif ! Au plaisir de vous revoir au Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel. Marta – Guest Experience Department

Our recent stay at the hotel was marred by a series of disappointing experiences. We specifically requested connecting rooms due to a medical condition affecting my friend. This request was documented in my records, but the VIP check in person informed us that our rooms had been assigned to another guest. Consequently, we spent the first two hours of our stay in Paris attempting to rectify this error, but no action was taken to address the issue. My room was severely damaged, with a large pet urine stain on the carpet and an unpleasant odor emanating from the room. I am happy to send photographs documenting the appalling condition of our rooms. On the second night, we were informed that connecting rooms were available. However, we explicitly stated that we would prefer to move our luggage ourselves when the rooms became available. Unfortunately, our request was disregarded, and the hotel staff moved our belongings, including a small suitcase containing my laptop, which was subsequently broken. When I approached the manager to address this matter, I was dismissed. Furthermore, I was denied access to the hotel’s surveillance footage and key usage records. The cleaning staff informed me that our luggage had been moved to the new rooms and then returned, but they failed to comprehend the reason behind this action. When I persisted in my request to speak with the manager, he abruptly left the premises and refused to provide me with the name of the hotel security manager. As a result, I have filed a police report, but without the names of the relevant individuals, I am uncertain whether any meaningful action will be taken. The repair of my laptop incurred a cost of $285. This experience has been the most disappointing I have ever encountered at a hotel. I intend to post my review and pictures on TripAdvisor. I am deeply disappointed with the hotel’s handling of this situation and believe that further action is necessary to rectify the damage caused.
