We were very fortunate arriving at approximately 9:30 AM, and they had a room ready for us. We found this hotel excellent in all areas. Friendly welcoming staff, excellent breakfast, our room was clean updated and well appointed. Excellent location, you won’t go wrong by choosing the Pullman hotel in Paris.

Check-in was smooth as Jeff was nice and polite. He even spoke a few words in Chinese. Guy from concierge was very helpful. The buffet breakfast was over burnt and food was average. However, Christophe was very helpful and attentive. The view from the room balcony was breathtaking.

All the staff at the buffet in the mornings and at dinner in the evening were excellent and friendly, as were the reception staff, the porters, and those who greeted us at the door and welcomed us. We left very satisfied.

First, upon checking in, we waited about 5 minutes to be greeted by the desk staff-even though two were apparently unoccupied. They were friendly enough. When we got to our “deluxe Eiffel Tower view” room, it met the minimal requirements to be called this. The shower was good. The beds were comfortable but the room was cramped and the carpet stained. Not really deluxe. Our view of the Eiffel Tower could be enjoyed if we stood out on the balcony and looked around the edge of the building. The sound proofing in the hotel was not great and we could frequently hear our neighbors throughout the nights. Room service was below average. The food was OK but they didn’t always clear dirty dishes from the room or refill the coffee pods each day they cleaned. The lobby was often crowded and the elevators were frequently full. At one point we just decided to walk up to the fourth floor because of the wait time. The location is amazing. Upon departure, I pre booked a cab through the hotel website. I didn’t make an account or set up the Allocab “app” - the third party through which the cab was booked. Because, I booked through the hotel website. I prepaid. In the morning, the cab didn’t show. The bellman didn’t have an idea of what to do. The front desk said that I had to go on the app to manage a ride - regardless of the fact that I booked it through the hotel website as a service they endorsed! Eventually I downloaded the app and created an account but there was no way to look up the existing ride even though I had a confirmation number and booked with the same phone number I used to set up the app. So, I guess I’ll contest via my credit card because we never received service. In short, the hotel is ok enough. Hallways and rooms are kinda dingy. Staff are not particularly helpful although friendly. If you are just looking for a central place to dump your bags while you tour around Paris, it’s fine. If you are looking for a place that gives the extra touch, look for something else!
