Good location, a bit over-priced. Based on hotel experience from the US, I would rate it a 3.5 star hotel. Breakfast was good, bit eggs and other food choices was not a hot breakfast.

In the past i had great experience in pullman group of hotel but this time i didnt get expected hospitality. My suggestion is if u have available good view rooms pls offer it to guest on first come first basis.if client wsnts to upgrade ,pls allow him. We asians do not expect special treatment but pls do same treatment that u would expect from us when u r in our parts of world.pullmann istanbul .bruxells r better in this regards.thank you.

Pros: Great location. Nice hotel. Quick check in and out. Amazing view of the Eiffel Tower from our room. Very comfortable bed. Last but not least the food was amazing. Cons: Huge carpet stain near bed No bathrobes

Great location for dinner at Le Jules Verne. I needed to mail a large envelope to the US but did not have postage. I needed to leave very early in the morning. Pullman Hotel staff offered to mail the package. My credit card was charged for the amount of postage expected with authorization to add an additional charge if necessary. Great room and great service!

The location is excellent, no doubt. I found my friends who have paid the same value of mine for two nights knowing that I stayed for three nights. They paid for a tour Eiffel view and balcony while I had the tour Eiffel view without a balcony. Also the deposit of 200 euro hasn’t been deposited in my account yet. I did not find the front staff helpful. I asked for assistance with a few tasks and they said they could not help with any. Very disappointed.

The room was very close to the elevator and too much noises come from outside so I couldn’t sleep

The room was superbe, however the no smoking on the balcony rule, I fount a little annoying. Also, for a breakfast in Paris it was a little too American, but good nonetheless, maybe a little variety would be amazing.

The hotel is understaffed. Long queues every time you need to ask something at the reception. On top of that, nobody answers the phone when you call from the room to the reception nor to the room service. Basic stuff that should never happen at this level of expected service quality.

As a black man visiting from the US, it was disheartening to feel racially profiled by security staff. While waiting in the lobby for the remainder of my party to depart for dinner, I was approached by 2 security staff inquiring as to whether or not I was a guest of the hotel. By this time I had been staying on site for 2 days, coming and going on a regular basis having been invited by 'URW' to keynote their leadership conference. It was not lost on me that the white staff asked a black security guard who was still in his civilian clothes and carrying his duffel bag to approach me while they stood in the background. Once I produced my key card, they apologized and attempted to explain how it was for my own safety as a guest of the hotel, yet I did note that on multiple occasions, I saw white people, usually women, sitting in the lobby for extended periods of time and not approached by security. I can not say for certain that racial profiling was consciously present in this instance, yet I can attest to the fact that I did not feel 'welcome' in that moment and seeing other 'clues' pointed me towards feeling like I was in tge deep south of America. I made a choice in that moment to not cause an uproar over service folks doing their jobs and to preserve discretion for my client in Unibail Rodamco Westfield, however, recommending this site to others is a definite 'NO' for me when asked about my experience. Additionally, upon checking in to the establishment, an entire wall of outlets were inoperable. I contacted the front desk to address the issue and they immediately got someone up to the room to fix the problem and the staff were courteous, prompt and professional.

Horrendous service to a Gold Member

(1) My rooms were not ready upon my arrival - I had ordered two connecting rooms for me and my twin daughters. On my arrival at 1 PM (which was announced) only one room was ready, I had to take a business call while asking my daughters to keep silent for 3 hours. (2) I had to call reception multiple times to ask when the second room was finally going to be ready. (3) No parking was available (hotel description stating otherwise). I had to assertively ask reception to find a solution to park my car. No replacement solution offered pro-actively. (4) I am a gold member and when I complained again - very angrily at my check-out, I was offered a 150 euros discount off my 1000+ euro bill - whereas I should have been offered at least one of the two rooms for the full stay. I will not come back, I will choose a Novotel next door next time. Location does not do it all, service is fundamental, especially to a recurrent ALL Accor client which is either GOLD or PLATINIUM depending on the years. The only positive note is that the staff at the door, the "bagagistes", the cleaning maids, and the room-service staff were very friendly and helpful.
