Lounge/disco with loud sound!!!

There is a lounge on the top floor, which is extremely loud and stays on until 1am! If you are a family travelling and thinking about stayind at this hotel, consider that it will not respect you and basic sound/disturbance law. Staff and management are unprepared to deal with this situation, basically not solving it and unable to host a family on vacation!

Cons: Dirty glasses in the room (dried lipstick marks); a cake with a candle was ordered for a birthday, but the cake was delivered much earlier than agreed and without the candle, despite a prior arrangement for a specific time. After checking into the room, our luggage was not delivered—we had to go down to the reception ourselves and look for it. On the first morning, we were not allowed into breakfast; the manager said breakfast was not included in the rate, despite a €1300 deposit having been paid. After we showed the hotel booking email confirming that breakfast was included, we were allowed in. A waiter brought a dirty fork to our table. We wanted to place an in-room order before arrival so that a baguette would be in the room upon arrival, as it was a late check-in and there was no opportunity to buy one elsewhere. This request was refused. Pros: The view from the balcony is simply perfect, the location is excellent, the room is very beautiful, and the bed is comfortable.

The hotel was beautifully clean and aesthetically pleasing, with everything else exceeding expectations. However, I was shocked at checkout by ridiculous charges for internal phone calls made directly to hotel services—like requesting room service, toilet paper, or towels—which should absolutely be complimentary and included in the room rate. This is the first time I've encountered such a policy at any hotel.

The rooftop is perfect or the hotel guest or if you want to experience a relaxing evening!!
