We were only staying at the Pullman for two nights, but it was really nice. We were taken care of the room was nice and all staff was very helpful. I would stay there again.

Wonderfully surprised at the proximity to the Eiffel Tower and the rooftop bar. Sad it will no longer be accessible without a sizeable fee. Comfortable large rooms and great services from all staff. Close to Metro and other restaurants. Loved the morning croissants, infused water and coffee at front desk. Loved the bar setting and numerous taxies. Concierges recommended French restaurant a short taxi away was a wonderful choice! Overall a great place to stay!

Wonderfully surprised at the proximity to the Eiffel Tower and the rooftop bar. Sad it will no longer be accessible without a sizeable fee. Comfortable large rooms and great services from all staff. Close to Metro and other restaurants. Loved the morning croissants, infused water and coffee at front desk. Loved the bar setting and numerous taxies. Concierges recommended French restaurant a short taxi away was a wonderful choice! Overall a great place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay at the Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel. The location is excellent – just steps from the Eiffel Tower and well connected to public transport, which made getting around Paris very easy. The hotel was spotless, the room comfortable, and the staff friendly, helpful and welcoming throughout our stay.
A big plus for anyone travelling by car: the hotel has its own parking, which is a real advantage in central Paris.
Overall, excellent value for money. We would happily stay here again and recommend it without hesitation.

I stayed 4 nights at your hotel. Here is my review:
Pros: Staff was awesome and very helpful. Lobby was beautiful.
Cons: Everything else. The rooms were very tiny, old and dated. Someone mentioned this was a 4-star hotel and I cannot fathom how. This is a 3 star hotel here in the States. One elevator was broken. The mattress was hard and made it very difficult to sleep. The king sized mattress had regular pillows that were very lumpy and caused neck pain. Poor quality put into the bedding.
I absolutely would not stay here again for the price I paid.

Check in process was then worst we have ever experienced. There was no system or process and we waited over an hour. Check in per customer/room took more than 20 mins each. Others were served before us. This hotel management needs to take a very good look at itself. You may have a good view but that disappears with extremely poor process, untrained hospitality staff and management who could not care less! They were not visible at all!

My stay at the Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel was perfect. From the moment I entered the modern and welcoming lobby, to Numa, who showed such hospitality and graciousness when she checked me in, to my room, well-equipped bathroom, and sinking into one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in, to the view and proximity to the Eiffel Tower and Seine, and the service I received from the staff, I could not have wanted for more. I only had 13 hours on the ground in Paris, and I chose the Pullman Paris for its proximity to the Eiffel Tower (a 4-minute walk). What I got was much more. Without a doubt, I would return.

We were welcomed from the revolving door to our second room replacement. Lilian was very professional and hospitable at the same time. His charm and attention to detail after we were placed originally in a pair of rooms which smelled like smoke he quickly rectified the issue. The hotel itself is a 10 out of 10 with a view of the Eiffel Tower to dye for. I rate it 5 stars!!

Our stay at the Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel was a mix of wonderful moments and some disappointing service issues.
First, the location is absolutely fantastic. Being so close to the Eiffel Tower was incredibly special, especially for our first visit to Paris. We loved being able to step outside and immediately experience one of the most iconic areas of the city. Our room also had a beautiful Eiffel Tower view, which was one of the main reasons I chose this property. Waking up in Paris with that view was definitely memorable, and the location made it very convenient for us to explore the city.
Unfortunately, our arrival experience was not what we expected from a hotel of this level.
We arrived at approximately 10:00 a.m. after around 13 hours of traveling. Knowing we would be arriving early and would likely be exhausted, I had specifically paid in advance for early check-in. I had also paid for an upgraded room with a view and purchased a welcome fruit tray to be waiting for us.
When we arrived, however, our room was not ready. Despite having paid for early check-in, we had to wait until after 1:00 p.m. to receive our keys. After such a long journey, this was particularly frustrating because the entire reason I paid extra for early check-in was so that we could arrive, settle into our room and rest without having to wait.
I completely understand that hotels can be extremely busy and that room availability can sometimes be challenging. However, when a guest is charged specifically for an early check-in service, I believe the hotel should either honor that service or communicate in advance that it cannot be accommodated and refund the additional charge.
There was also an issue with the welcome amenity. I had paid separately for a fruit tray to be placed in our room, but unfortunately, we never received it. It may seem like a small detail, but these little touches are part of the experience you are paying for, especially when celebrating and traveling somewhere as special as Paris.
Once we finally received our room, things improved considerably. We were placed on the 6th floor, and the Eiffel Tower view was beautiful. We genuinely appreciated that aspect of our stay and enjoyed the room and the convenience of the location.
The hotel itself is impressive, and you simply cannot beat being this close to the Eiffel Tower. Paris was absolutely beautiful, and we made some wonderful memories during our stay.
However, I do believe there is room for improvement when it comes to communication, attention to detail and delivering prepaid services. When guests go out of their way to purchase upgrades and additional amenities ahead of time, there is an expectation that those arrangements will be honored. If something cannot be provided, the hotel should proactively communicate that with the guest and offer an appropriate solution.
I wanted to love this hotel because the location and views really are spectacular. Unfortunately, the issues surrounding our arrival prevented the experience from feeling as seamless and special as we had hoped.
I would still recommend the Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel primarily for its exceptional location and Eiffel Tower views, but I would encourage future guests who purchase early check-in, room upgrades or additional amenities to confirm those arrangements with the hotel shortly before arrival.
With better attention to the services guests have prepaid for, this property could provide a truly outstanding Paris experience. 🇫🇷✨

When purchasing this option, particularly after a 13-hour journey, it is understandable that you expected to have access to your room closer to your arrival time. Your feedback is very valuable to us, and we will review how this service is presented and communicated to ensure expectations are clearer and to prevent future disappointment.
Regarding the fruit platter, we were surprised to read this, as we do not currently offer an option to pre-order a fruit platter for the room. We would therefore be very grateful if you could provide us with further details regarding where and how this amenity was purchased. This would allow us to investigate what may have happened and better understand the situation.

They have a problem with elevators. They only have two and you can never get one. If you need to catch a tour, you need to leave 30 to 40 minutes earlier than you would normally because of elevators. When trying to catch a cab and check out to the airport meeting an extra hour to get down.

Hotel was clean, staff nice. We arrived early and as able to get into our room before 4pm check in time. They securely held our luggage so we could explore without having to drag our luggage with us. Food was great. Would stay here again.

Overall our experience was positive. The staff was friendly and helpful upon check in and check out. The buffet breakfast was good. We checked out very early and the dining room had just opened but were nice enough to make us lattes and croissants to go. The second you step out of the hotel, you have a spectacular view of the Eiffel Tower.
