A great hotel, with renovated rooms. Good restaurant and super efficient and helpful staff. easy to reach and located in a true Parisian area, without too many tourist and yet conveniently located to visit The City of Lights. We will get back there next time we visit Paris.

I booked a balcony Eiffel Tower view room for a special occasion (anniversary and birthday) and contacted the hotel almost two months in advance requesting a higher floor if possible. I also followed up again the day before arrival. However, upon arrival I was initially allocated the lowest possible floor within the category, where the layout is noticeably different and the balcony experience is significantly reduced. When I raised this concern, the alternatives offered were either a room with heavy scaffolding blocking the view or a suite without a balcony, which did not meet the purpose of the original booking. After several discussions throughout the day, the hotel eventually offered access to the closed rooftop terrace for photos and complimentary breakfast, which I do appreciate. However, the resolution only came after spending a considerable amount of time explaining the situation. The location of the hotel is excellent and the staff were polite, but the room allocation process and handling of a special occasion request were disappointing. I hope future guests celebrating important moments can receive more thoughtful consideration during the initial room allocation.
