Everything were excellent such a great location and friendly service. But just one thing I requested high floor and paid extra for that special room but I got the room at 2nd floor it was a little noisy went open the patio and I wasn’t enjoyable to relax sitting down at the outdoor area. That’s mean I paid extra for nothing not even use a patio space cause people walk in and out all the time no privacy

I accept I booked the room last minute so I could not be alloted an Eiffel view room for first 2 nights. 3rd night I paid a premium of 200 euros to upgrade to junior suite. The main issue was that the hotel staff have a thing against guests from my part of the world. I paid for the kids themed meal while making the reservation on the app but nobody at d hotel could give me a proper answer about it. I had to Atleast go from reception to restaurant 10 times asking them about it. Finally the reception accepted that they do not have such an arrangement at the hotel and the amount would b refunded but i have not received any refund as of now. There were some nice waiters at the restaurant no doubt… also an important aspect i would like to highlight was that as we upgraded to a suite on our last nite, we were made to check out and sit at reception from 11 am till 3.10 pm although i kept requesting for an early check in as I was with a 9 year old kid and 1.5 year old infant. I am satisfied with our six nights stay in this hotel. We had this wonderful view of Eiffel Tower from our terrace and I just can walk to the tower in a few minutes. The room was clean, I can see that the curtains were spotless and the bathroom was cleaned thoroughly. Shoutout to the housekeeping department, we don’t have problems with our bathroom needs. I always feel asleep easily because the bed was comfortable with clean beddings. The old carpet on the floor, those people standing in the lobby in suits were not smiling(a little warm welcoming smile and greetings to the guests would be nice), and not so spacious room were my only drawback for staying in this hotel, otherwise, I could say I will definitely book in this hotel again next time.

Lovely hotel location just a stone throw away from the famous Eiffel Tower. Efficient and friendly staff, made the stay comfortable. Hotel could be improved by refurbishing bathroom and toilet facilities and improving the cleanliness of the rooms and in particular the bedding.

Service was not good. Second day they didn’t clean the room, they came in the morning and I asked to come back later that we were are out for 6 hours; they came back in the afternoon when we were back to the room to rest and of course they could do the room so no clean sheets and towels.

We got the Eiffel Tower view room and wow what an amazing view and even better at night, the room was perfect, the free gifts for my partner as it was her birthday was an amazing gesture. Staff excellent, the rooftop bar just topped off the night for us.

Im a platinum member of accur and usually I. go to all accur hotels and what made this hotel is great the staff specially (chae) and tea and reciption .. they so proffisional in how to deal with accur members where I. had the chance to be 1st with vivian and she really ignorent and with low manners to know how to deal with palinum member of accur where she miss led me in checkin and wasted my time, but chae saved the day and came to me in fast way and helped me with no hesitation.

This has been our ‘go to’ hotel for our annual trip to Paris for several years. This time, it didn’t quite hit the mark - lumpy pillows, sink stopper broken, lifts out of service ….little things. Worst thing was Friday evening returning from an evening Seine river cruise, arrived back at the hotel at 11:15 Went to Frame and waited 15 minutes to be served (despite the bar being practically empty). Ordered two drinks - a martini and a manhattan. Waited another 10 minutes for the waiter to tell us that it was after 11:30 and the bar wasn’t serving cocktails now. Really?

Fantastic location. However, room condition was unsatisfactory and silverware and plates at the restaurant smelled extremely fishy. Which means they were not washed properly. We had bring sanitizer wipes from our room to clean them so we can use them.

My daughter and I had the most wonderful stay! We ultimately left the Pullman and did not complete our stay. Unfortunately, the condition of the room was only one part of a very disappointing experience. Our problems actually began before we even received the room. Check-in was at 4:00 PM and our room was not ready. A hotel manager, who was leaving around 3:00 PM, kindly offered us a complimentary drink at the bar while we waited. My grandmother ordered a soda using the complimentary drink ticket. The staff member who initially took the ticket apparently did not communicate this to his colleague. What happened next was completely unnecessary and upsetting. Multiple members of staff approached my elderly grandmother regarding payment for an €8 soda. Another manager then approached her from a different part of the hotel, and at one point she had several people surrounding and questioning her about this drink. The hotel eventually realized that the drink had, in fact, been complimentary and that the mistake was theirs. What bothered me almost as much as the mistake itself was what happened afterward: there was no meaningful acknowledgment or apology to my grandmother. The staff simply stopped approaching her once they realized they were wrong. I had to go and address the situation myself. When we finally received our room, its condition was unacceptable to us. At that point, the accumulation of problems had become too much. The hotel offered to clean the room and provide dinner, but this was no longer simply an issue that could be solved by cleaning a room or offering another complimentary item. We had already lost confidence in the experience and decided to leave the hotel. Even leaving became frustrating: the elevator repeatedly stopped on floors and initially would not allow us to simply exit the hotel. We chose this property partly for the view, but no view is worth feeling uncomfortable, dealing with an unacceptable room, and—most importantly—watching my grandmother be treated that way over an €8 soda that the hotel itself had offered her. We left rather than stay the night. I hope management reviews not only the room standards but also the communication between staff and the way concerns involving older guests are handled. Mistakes happen. How guests are treated when the hotel makes a mistake matters enormously.
