The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive throughout our stay. I travelled with my daughter. At the hotel restaurant, I was pleasantly surprised to receive my café au lait complimentary, and the waiter kindly allowed us to keep an extra ice cream that had been brought by mistake. I also asked about a room upgrade, and the receptionist was very accommodating and took the time to show me the room. She noticed there was a slight smoke smell from a previous guest and immediately offered to have housekeeping refresh the room again. What impressed me most was the care shown at check-out. The staff member kindly reminded me to check for important belongings such as my passport, wallet, and jewelry. He also asked how we would be getting to the airport, brought my luggage outside, and even spoke with my driver to ensure everything was legitimate and in order. The staff at this hotel truly go above and beyond. Very well done — I will gladly return to Pullmans Paris

We arrived and were checked in promptly. The TV in our was not working. It was eventually fixed but a disappointing annoyance. On our second day our key failed our room twice and we were required to wait for security to come and change out something on our door- a disappointment as we were wasting time, our room was cleaned but no towels were left . We needed to go to desk and request towels and then had to wait in room for the delivery . Again a bit of disappointment for a hotel of Pullman caliber. Finally checkout was easy and quick but we are still waiting for our final bill to our email as promised.

The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. From the moment you walk into the hotel, it feels beautiful the lobby smells amazing, and the front desk staff were attentive and kind. Unfortunately, my main issue was the overall upkeep and cleanliness of the rooms. I was already hesitant about booking this hotel because of some of the reviews I had read, and unfortunately many of those concerns turned out to be accurate. As soon as we entered our room, there was a strong unpleasant odor coming from the headboard/bed area. The bathtub was chipped and worn, the entire side looked like it’s never cleaned with cleaning products, and the shower design was very inconvenient the glass allowed water to spill all over the bathroom floor. One day our room was not cleaned at all, and when we returned it felt dirty and smelled unpleasant. I’m very particular about cleanliness, so thankfully I had packed disposable sheets and towels. Because our room wasn’t serviced, we requested fresh towels, but when they arrived one of them smelled strongly like body odor, as if it had not been properly washed. That was extremely disappointing. Another major disappointment was the location. Aside from being within walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, there wasn’t much else nearby. One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was for the rooftop bar and the advertised Eiffel Tower views—only to find out that the rooftop was closed during our stay. I made the best of my trip and chose not to complain during my stay, but for the price, this hotel did not meet expectations. I would not recommend it, especially considering there are so many better hotel options available. Unfortunately, the negative reviews I read beforehand were correct.
