I paid over $2000 for two nights and I feel that it was way overpriced. The lock on my door did not work both nights, as well as the phone did not work. I had to have maintenance come to my room three different times. My bags also took over an hour and a half to get to my room after I had checked in super early that morning. They had told me that my room would be available early, but it was not available until after 5 PM. The bedroom carpet was very old and it was not completely clean in there when we checked in. I do not feel that the hotel matched the price. The location for the Eiffel Tower photos was great, but that’s about it

Very disappointing hotel experience. The room was dirty, and the air conditioning was not working. After contacting the front desk, a technician informed me that the water tower was off and nothing could be done. He promised to send a fan, but instead, they delivered a heater! I had to call again before they finally sent two fans. There was no proper room service, and the only food option available was salad. Customer service was extremely poor, and the overall experience was unacceptable. I expected much better service and would not recommend this hotel.

Upon arrival, I was a bit surprised to find the lack of "organization" at the front desk. For instance, 3 kiosks each with there own line. First come first serve did not apply which was frustrating. Finally, one of the staff came and helped as I was getting cut-off by rude people that we not first in the que. Also, my room was not dressed one day while we were out. For the price we paid, I would have expected a little more.

There was construction on the floor, and no one mentioned this when I stayed. Paint was chipping away on the wall, and the carpet was stained. The bed was so hard and uncomfortable i slept on the chair. This was 1000 USD a night, and it was the worst hotel I've ever been to. The reception desk was rude. One of the elevators was broken. the bathroom was dirty

I loved the stay. The front desk staff was very kind, the room was spacious and clean. I loved the coffe and pain au chocolate at 6 in the morning when i left to the airport. thank you for that. My frustrations were the following: 1. Someone entered my room at around 18:00 without knocking. 2. The soap bottle was broken and and body lotion was finished. I told the front desk, but they did not fix it. 3. fitness room is missing weights... some pairs have one weight missing. Other then that, everything was great for me.

This is my second stay at Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel. Last time was ten years ago in 2016. Both times I had an Eiffel Tower view with a balcony. Two things that stood out to me this time in a negative way - hangers for robes but I think they forgot to include in the room (I love a hotel robe to lounge in) and how busy the hotel was! A bottle of wine - nothing that required being made or cooked took 45 minutes to get to our room! Otherwise it was a wonderful stay: great location, comfortable bed, nice shower.

We had the most amazing stay at the Pullman. A fabulous location, literally a stones throw away from the Effiel Tower. Dinner at the Frame Brasserie was delicious, as was breakfast. I would highly recommend.

I did an early bag drop around 10:00am. I was told I would be called when my room was ready and I never received that call, so after 4:00pm I came back to check in to my room and I waited in the queue for a receptionist to become available. Once one was available, they called up the people behind me and those people told reception I was next, so he asked me what I needed and I began explaining that I had already dropped by bags and I was ready to check in to my room but before I could get the words out he turned back to the couple behind me and told them that I didn’t like him so he was going to help them instead. He laughed and said he was joking but continued to assist the couple behind me. Luckily before he was done helping them the other receptionist became available and checked me into my room. When I got to my room the pull out bed was not made (I booked for 3). I went back down to the receptionist and asked them about linens for the pull out couch bed. She said she would inform the housekeeping manager and have them come make the bed. About 15-20 minutes later there was a knock at my door and someone was there and they only had a robe and towels for a third person. Before I could ask about sheets he left. I called the receptionist and explained they delivered towels and not bedding. About 10-15 minutes later he came back with more towels. I had to physically bring him to the room and show him the bed that was not made (possible language barrier). So he leaves and come back with only a duvet cover. So we point to the pillow and mattress with no linens. He leaves again and finally comes back with all of the bedding. Once we were winding down, I went to go shower before bed and I noticed the higher shower head mount was physically broken and missing from the wall. There was an overhead shower head but there was not enough water coming out to shower in it easily. Last, the room was uncomfortably hot throughout the night. I had the thermostat turned down as low as it would go but the room remained hot and I had to sleep without a blanket to keep from sweating. The only thing that made the room was the great view of the Eiffel Tower on the balcony, but for the price tag I would expect a much better service, proper room preparation, and properly working facilities.

I booked a package and it wasn't provided without me having to chase. I had to find out where my champagne was - I was also to receive strawberries and they were never provided. I also had late check out which I confirmed when I arrived. Someone entered my room at 11am while I was half asleep still. She then asked me what my check out time was (instead of leaving and checking herself). I was then locked out of my room and had to go get my card reactivated. Really poor service.

Doormen stood chatting Friday even talk our cases despite taxi interrupting them so my daughter and I wheeled them in. The check in staff weren’t helpful and appeared rude. We had a deluxe Eiffel Tower room for 1 night view amazing the glass on the balcony had two big cracks in it so my daughter was scared to go into the balcony I’d paid so much for. There was half a roll of toilet paper. The carpet wasn’t hoovered. I gave a deposit for the mini bar yet there was only two bottles of water in it. Hotel relies on the location and not on customer service. I had to move rooms for the 2nd night as ours wasn’t available, tea was wonderful I have to say this. The room however smelt the window was wide open when we went in maybe for. Areas on and we had to leave it that way all day whilst we were out. We only had 1 full day in Paris so couldn’t waste anymore time taking to reception the lifts took ages and we had to wait a lot of time for this. Luckily because the room smelt like smoke we were out all day when we got back about 22:00 I had to ring down for hand soap as there was no soap in the bathroom and it was the first time we’d used the toilet. Thai is not good enough. The first room had only half a toilet roll and this had no soap for hygiene purposes. It still smelt despite the window being opened all day. For reference the room was 648 I think and our first room was 717

The hotel’s location is absolutely fantastic. Being able to see the Eiffel Tower right from the balcony was the main reason I chose to stay here. The check-in service was excellent, and the staff were very patient, friendly, and welcoming. However, arriving early in the morning and having to wait until 4 PM to check in was quite exhausting, especially with jet lag and no place to rest after a long flight.
