like always I´m very satisfied with my stay. Stuff is very friendly and the location is perfect so close to the Arc. The only negative thing is that the bed is too hard but that's a problem with all the hotels they never choose soft beds. I think they renovated the bath that is good but the space for the toilet is a bit tiny. Not a big thing so the space for the shower is bigger. Had no breakfast because Starbucks and LaDuree is so close and a Monoprix too.

Un accueil chaleureux, professionnel, une chambre confortable et un bon emplacement. Un point en dessous cependant : les vibrations ressenties au passage du métro et le bruit extérieur qui peut par moment être entendu dans la chambre. Le séjour a été très agréable.

الغرفة ضيقة جداً ورغم اني عضو الا انه لم يتم ادخالي مبكراً فقذ وصلت ١٠ صباحاً واضطريت انتظر الى الساعة ١ ظهراً.

Dear Mr. A., Thank you for taking time to share your feedback with us. We are deeply sorry that your stay did not match your expectations, specially about the size of the room, but we would have known your feedback during your check out, as we asked you about it and you did not mentioned your disappointment. Concerning the check in time, we informed you that it starts at 2 pm, and as you arrived at 10 am, the room was not ready yet because it was too early. However if If the room had been ready, we would have done the check-in, even if the early check in is not included in your Classic status. Nevertheless, as you said, you checked in at 1pm instead of 2 pm. We hope to welcome you for your next trip to Paris for a more pleasant stay. Best regards, Marianna Cavalcanti - Deputy Manager

We choose the hotel due to the great location and were very happy we did during the entire stay as there are quick public transport connections to all major sights. Nevertheless we had a few difficulties regarding the service that could be improved. On our first evening after checking in we informed the reception staff that the safe seemed to be locked and asked them to repair it - we were told that there was nothing they could do that night but that they would “put it on their to-do list for tomorrow” - it was never fixed during our 3-night stay. We also asked for two separate blankets for our bed and were told that they would have to check if that was possible, when we came back later in the evening they gave us an extra blanket in a plastic bag at the reception, we brought it up to the room ourselves and realized it was just the plain blanket without a comforter - we left it in the room thinking that Housekeeping would prepare it for us on the next days but it was just left there as it was for the rest of the stay. Still all of the reception staff was very friendly, the Check-in and -out was easy and our stay was not too much disturbed by the difficulties described. Overall the hotel was good for what we needed - a central place to stay that we only used for sleeping anyways…

Excellent location near the Arc de Triomphe in a quiet street. Very friendly reception and service. Comfortable room with good temperature control and excellent shower. Good breakfast. Would highly recommend
