it was located well near champs élysées and Arc, and we were given a nice upgrade, but the breakfast isn’t worth the extra, same thing everyday and very limited hot food of scrambled egg, sausage and ham, and very limited fruit. Male receptionists were friendly and really helpful but blonde female receptionist was rude and extremely unhelpful. All other staff have extremely little or no English. Bar is a couple of seats in the reception area and breakfast room is in the basement with no outside view at all. Expensive for what is provided compared to others.

Plaisant. Nice reception staff. However, beds could be done better and bed sheets changed everyday (it wasn’t done my second day)
