We stayed two nights at this hotel. It was an amazing location. The staff was super helpful and amazing. We love the room, we love the lobby. We love the restaurant and bar. Would go back anytime

I was very unsatisfied upon arrival. I am a goldmember, booked two rooms in your hotel, but when I arrived at 4:00npm, I was told that rooms were not ready and that the guests whomstayed in these rooms were on a tour, and probably!! would be back at 5-6pm. This is really unacceptable

My experience was terrible. The hotel is underrated. As I arrived early, I checked in and left my bags as the room wasn't ready. In the evening when I arrived, a very unfriendly member of staff gave me the room key. When I got to the room I couldn't believe it. A tiny room at the end of a corridor with a flight of stairs inside and a window facing a wall. I'd never seen such a bad room. I complained and they moved me to a more reasonable one, but far from the standards I was expecting. Breakfast in the morning was another bad experience. We were still having breakfast and the staff started tidying up in front of us and covering everything with cling film. Surreal. Not even in a two-star hotel should you see something like this. Bad service and a bad experience.
