We have stayed in many Accor hotels around the world and whilst the hotel is charming and well located, we were very disappointed with the service in the bar. If you were sitting in the lounge you were ignored and you had to specifically ask for a drink at the bar. In the morning no one was available to obtain a small breakfast.

Overall, it was above average. All of the staff were courteous and helpful. A few were clearly more competent and a few clearly require more training. The room itself was small but efficient. However, most hotels would not classified our room as a junior suite. All of our requests were eventually met, although it required multiple follow ups on our part. The single meaningful disappointment was the failure to inform us that the hotel restaurant was closed because of a group event, despite having received a confirm reservation from Clement Perdiau (guest relations manager) by email prior to our arrival. How could he not know that the hotel restaurant was unavailable?? We do want to praise Dino at the concierge desk, who was most helpful.
