This hotel is absolutely not a 5 star hotel. The property is run down and dirty. My bathroom was disgusting, my room Smelled terrible when I checked in and they were unable to move me that evening , the shower walls were dirty and rusted at the joints. Nasty, the carped old and dirty, the walls all banged up. the art on the walls cheap and tacky. The hotel is in dire need of a renovation and and deep cleaning, awful honestly, it feels like a cheap motel, we had a luxury room and a junior suite, we checked in at 10-30pm and whe checked out by noon next morning, wee were supposed to stay 4 nights, I’m an Amex centurion card holder and I booked because this property is part of their Hotel collection. It absolutely should not be. I have pictures. I signed 1400 euros for those 13 hours. So bad. We spent the next morning finding a new hotel and moving. The staff is nice.
