Beautiful boutique hotel with impeccable service. The room was large and I loved the Balmain bath products. Located across the street from the metro and an easy walk to the Arc de Triumphe. The bed was comfy and the room was quiet. The breakfast was lovely.

We had an amazing stay at Sofitel! From the moment we arrived the staff made us feel very welcomed. The location was great, short walk to the Eiffel Tower. Plenty of restaurants near by. Soft bedding, balmain bath products. Great breakfast and quick room service! Did I mention excellent service?!! Can’t wait to go back!

The Sofitel Baltimore Paris hospitality was superb. It is above and beyond my expectations. My complements to Monsieur Saber and Jamal for their service in fulfilling our every needs. Monsieur Saber and his team at Lordys club and Mr. Jamal for the transportation to and from the airport.

team members were friendly and responsive room was reserved for two beds got a large one, couldnt add one for my daughter room had very strong sewage smell made my family a bit weak in the stomach

Stayed 6 nights at the Sofitel Paris Baltimore Tour Eiffel and had a very pleasant experience. The room upgrade upon check-in was very gracious and the staff was wonderful throughout my stay. The daily breakfast was good and all of the servers were very attentive, bringing my coffee order before even asking towards the end of my stay. Special thank you to Jamal at the concierge desk, who was great to work with and helped secure all of my restaurant and sightseeing requests, even on short notice. The rooms were nice but could stand to be a bit modernized, including the bathroom. Elevators could also use an update. Overall, a wonderful stay at a hotel with great staff and in a prime location.
