This hotel was recommended under my chase credit card as a top tier place to stay, and boy did it not disappoint! Every detail in here is thought of and the staff couldn’t be any nicer. We are already looking for our return trip because 4 days wasn’t enough. We loved everything. The only suggestion I have about this hotel is please put garment steamers in your rooms, and we need a telephone directory (had no idea how to call the desk, room service, etc).

The staff were very helpful and friendly. They went beyond to help us and especially Emilien Todesco, the hotel Concierge. Booked our river boat cruise, Louvre tour and the Palace of Versailles. The location is great, which walking distance to the Eifel Tower and close to cafe's and restaurants.

Great staff, good food, excellent bread and pastries! Only downside is a distinct spell of sewage in the facilities bathrooms, it was unfortunately prevalent during our entire stay….. it is the only blemish in an otherwise wonderful establishment.

I recently stayed here with my daughter for two nights, her first trip to Paris. On arrival the staff were super helpful with check in, our room was ready early which was great after a long drive. The concierge were extemely helpful with bags and valet parking for our car. Everything was seamless. The hotel is spotlessly clean, our room was spacious and beautiful and had the comfiest beds and linen I think we have ever slept in (and I travel a lot!) Bar food was lovely, ambience in the hotel and bar was really nice. We didn't try the restaurant or the breakfast as we were out and about a lot, however what we did try was delicious. Highly recommend this lovely hotel, the location is also spot on for all the main tourist spots and is right by the metro so great for getting out and about - we will be back! Thank you!
