We specifically want to thanks the team that managed to solve our room issue ( we are particularly sensitive to noise ) with openness & professionalism, and offered multiple solutions until we found the good one. Shawn the front of house manager and his team transformed our first hours bad experience to a pleasant and enjoyable stay. Next time in Paris we will go back to this hotel not only for the location but for the great quality of service. The comfort, the atmosphere and the level of service are remarkable.

Our stay at Sofitel Paris Baltimore Tour Eiffel was good, as we received amazing service, we lived next to the center of the city, including the Eiffel Tower, the Arch of Triumph, and other famous buildings, and the people were helpful in guiding us and helping us during our stay in Paris.

Went to Paris for a holiday and trip started well with this hotel. Excellent location making it really easy to walk to all of the 'must see' places. Staff were really helpful and friendly and room was lovely. Would definitely return if in Paris again.

Absolutely delighted with our lunch experience at the Paris Baltimore Tour Hotel today! The service provided by Mohamed and Claire was exceptional, making our visit truly memorable. The food was outstanding—those chicken sandwiches were the best we've had in a long time, juicy and perfectly seasoned. The sidewalk atmosphere added a charming touch, with umbrellas providing just the right amount of shade. To top it all off, the streetside ice cream service was a delightful surprise. Wonderful people, fantastic food, and a perfect setting—can't wait to come back!
