Your trust in the Sofitel brand means a great deal to us, and we are truly sorry to learn that your experience at Sofitel Paris Baltimore did not live up to the high standards you’ve come to expect from our hotels around the world. While we are delighted to hear that your welcome and check-in experience were warm and that you appreciated the service at the bar, we deeply regret the shortcomings you encountered during your stay, particularly with the room allocation, lack of communication regarding upgrades, and the service in our restaurant. Even when upgrades cannot be granted, it is our responsibility to communicate transparently and courteously, and it seems we missed that mark during your visit. Providing seamless, attentive service is fundamental to the Sofitel experience, and we are truly sorry that this was not reflected at either dinner or breakfast.
