Very good location between Arc de Triumph and Tour Eiffel, only 3 minutes walk down to Trocadero, to have a perfect view of the Eiffel Tower. Very friendly staff - concierge was very helpful both in advance and during our stay. Nice rooms, relatively new bathrooms. Bedroom ok, but perhaps in need of upgrade soon.

When I arrived from Frankfurt-Germany I could'nt find a dinner location for my birthday. I felt kinda bad because I invited all my best friends to Paris but didnt even had a location for the night out. So I asked the team to call some locations for me and while I was on a few meetings I got a message within a short time that the hotel had found a wonderful 5* location for me. This saved my weekend! I will not rate this hotel as a 5 start hotel. The mattress was uncomfortable. The staff didnt change the mattress even when requested for. The service staff didnt replenish tea/coffee/creamer in the room

The room was very disappointing. Very small, spartan bath, no light suitable for reading, the luggage space is under a canted wall so it cannot be opened (had to be moved back and forth to the bed), the unused bidet plumbing burgled mysteriously etc. Although Paris is notoriously expensive, the room is poor value for money. In contrast to previous stays in Sofitel hotels. On the other hand…we could not have been better treated by the staff of the hotel. I wish to commend especially Chanelle on the front desk and concierges Maxime and Guilliaume.

The experience I had at the Sofitel Paris Baltimore Tour Eiffel was very nice! Upon arrival, the outside of the hotel is beautiful. The inside is pretty and well kept. The staff is attentive, pleasant to deal with and very friendly. They are also extremely knowledgeable and able to assist with recommendations for various restaurants, venues, etc. The hotel location was perfect. Everything I needed was close by and I could even walk to the Tower within a few minutes. While staying at the Sofitel, I had a single bed room with a balcony. It was beautiful. The view from the balcony was gorgeous! Room service came in twice daily and kept the room spot clean. Absolutely no complaints! Perfect hotel for a perfect vacation!! I highly recommend the Sofitel Paris Baltimore Tour Eiffel!

The door don’t open rightfully, it’s very heavy to open… The room phone was not working! So no room service. For the breakfast, wrong order twice… and even the third time i didn’t have the right once that i chose. The hair dryer was not working, i was forced to call with my personal phone to get one, and yet no one delivered it…. What a shame for a 430€ per night. Will never come again and will not get anyone i know to book in this 1 star hotel….. a lot more to complain but i got enough of this….

The superior room I was placed in, if not the worst, one of the worst possible: next to the service elevator and with a horrible view of the "courtyard". The hotel with hundreds of rooms could not get a decent room for a Platinum member. The fruits I received as a welcome gift were definitely not fresh. In the bathroom, the shower was defective. My room was not cleaned on Saturday. I left at 8:30 am and returned at 3:00 pm. After that I put up the Do Not Disturb sign and even so a lady entered the room for no reason. Another embarrassing situation as I was undressed and warned not to be disturbed. Location is good. Rooms are very small. No view at all. Staff OK.

I booked through the Accor website and was disappointed to find that the room allocated to myself and my husband was an extremely pokey double bedroom with no space between the bed and the walls. I had to ask for another room and had to pay an upgrade of euro 140 per night. The new room was quite nice but we could not use the a/c because there was a musty smell. That being said the staff were very nice and the room clean. The hotel was also nicely furbished downstairs. However I could have had a choice of proper five star hotels in the same area for the price I ultimately paid.
