This hotel was very comfortable, well located, clean and has superb staff. We have three particular staff members that should be mentioned - the lady who looked after our room was friendly, happy and full of kindness, being fantastic at how she looked after our room was special. Mr.Saber looked after us at breakfast but he truly stepped further than most as he made sure that my wife had exactly what she required (porridge) and his manners and professionalism are exceptional. Finally, Jamal the concierge, looked after us in several simple ways, bags from the car, bags to our room, booking a restaurant for us and choosing its location. He is a true gentleman. Within this Sofitel hotel all staff even as they passed us, they greeted us and were friendly in an intelligent way. Everything they said to us came across as friendly and true. Well done!

The room was well-equipped, but not significantly different from other rooms in lower categories. The staff was very polite and friendly, especially in the restaurant area. Shower not draining properly, I expected more curation in the details for the room, in general.
