Unfortunately, despite paying €600+ per night, the room ACs do not seem to work. I would sincerely hope you would check these before guests check in. This has happened to me twice in a row. A lot of your rooms are really small - which I understand, since its Central Paris. But, a warning is helpful - saying one cannot walk around the room properly. Please consider leaving more than one bottle of still water in the room, if your heating system is reliably malfunctioning :)

First off, the staff was amazing. very well trained and attentive, special shoutout to the male bartender that worked the 13th and 14th at the lounge bar in the evening. My main issue was the room. The smell was terrible upon walking in. It was a mix of mildew/mold and cigarette smoke. I called and immediately asked for a new room. They took awhile to call me back and said they would bring up a device to help with the smell and change my room the next day. They did neither. They never brought the device to air out the room and I never heard from anybody about a room change or any other follow up. It was not handled well.

Hotel was fantastic! The lobby was spotless all the time and the cleanliness of the rooms was an to exceptional standard. Housekeeping was prompt and done without fail and not a speck of dust in the rooms at all! We requested a hairdryer and an iron which was brought to the room instantly! Breakfast was also fantastic, food was delicious and the staff were very proactive and helpful. I look forward to returning! Thank you to Youssef from the front office for a lovely welcome drink.

Me & my Fiancé had an amazing stay! We stayed in the best room in the hotel with an Eiffel Tower view directly from our room. The staff has been exceptional and made us feel so welcomed.
