This stay was, regrettably, one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have encountered. From the outset, the level of service fell significantly below what one would reasonably expect from a property of this category. Basic standards of hospitality were not met, communication was poor, and requests were either ignored or addressed with notable delay and indifference. There was a clear lack of coordination among staff, resulting in repeated inconveniences throughout the stay. The room itself did not reflect the quality presented in the booking description. Issues related to comfort, cleanliness, and overall upkeep were evident and remained unresolved despite being raised. What was most concerning, however, was the absence of accountability or genuine effort to rectify these shortcomings. Hospitality is defined not only by facilities, but by attentiveness, professionalism, and respect for the guest’s time and expectations. Unfortunately, this experience lacked all three. I share this feedback in the hope that management will take it seriously and implement meaningful improvements, as the current standard does not justify the positioning or reputation of the establishment.

- It was not a comfortable stay, starting from the check in we had to wait more than an hour for our room, even though we arrived at the check in time! - The next morning we were woken up early morning with noisy phone ringing and someone knocking our door then after checking it turned out to be “by mistake”! - Suddenly one of the staff comes in the room without notice! - No one to help with luggages during checkout! - The room is not cleaned properly.

Had a very good experience at the Sofitel Tour Eiffel. The staff was very helpful and friends. The atmosphere was cozy. The room and bar area were clean. I was there on business and found the room easy to work from. I was pleasantly surprised by the personal attention given to me as a guest, especially since the hotel is located in a very touristy area and the hotel is busy. I plan on staying at the Sofitel again on my next trip.
