Me & my Fiancé had an amazing stay! We stayed in the best room in the hotel with an Eiffel Tower view directly from our room. The staff has been exceptional and made us feel so welcomed. Huge shout to Louis he was so helpful, he even took us to our room after checking in and showed the features. We can not wait to come back here!

NEVER EVER AGAIN! Very disappointing experience – far from what was booked

We paid €1,685 for two nights, and the experience we had was extremely disappointing. The room we were assigned did not match the photos or the description provided at the time of booking in any way. We had booked a Junior Suite with a king-size bed and a view of the Eiffel Tower. The room we actually received was significantly smaller than shown, and the so-called “Eiffel Tower view” consisted only of the tip of the tower, visible only from a certain angle. In our opinion, this cannot be considered a true Eiffel Tower view. We arrived at the property at 1:30 a.m. The check-in process was slow and unprofessional. We were even advised to check the room first, which gave us the impression that the staff was already aware that it did not fully correspond to what had been booked. After seeing the room and reporting the issue, we were informed that resolving the situation could take 2–3 hours, in the middle of the night. At 4:00 a.m. there was no manager on site, as the manager was only expected to arrive later. The only solution offered was for us to stay temporarily in that room until it would be possible to speak with the person in charge. This was a very stressful situation for us, especially considering the high price paid. In the following days, we were refunded only one night. At the same time, however, we were charged more than €900 for approximately 5 hours of stay in a room that did not match what we had booked. From our perspective, this outcome was completely disproportionate to the service received. Given the price charged, we expected transparency, customer focus, and an appropriate resolution. Unfortunately, our experience did not meet these expectations in any way. In our view, the value for money was completely unsatisfactory. Service was well below expectations. We would not return and cannot recommend this property.

I had a very pleasant experience stay at Sofitel Paris Baltimore the staff are so kind thanks for the guest relation officer especially Tiphaine DUJON who assisted me during the pré-arrival she is very professional She took my requests into consideration, She exceeded my expectations and Audray BAUNDU who make sure that everything it’s perfect during my stay. Big thanks to the front desk team, bell boy ass well. The lady at bar she make us feel welcome. Omg housekeeping service it’s efficient. Breakfast it’s very delicious and breakfast team are so professional. As a valued platinum member I can Highly recommend the hotel, as I’ll come back very soon because of such great service I received from checking until checkout.
