The place is well located and the staff is warm. It is different from other places . A “Good Morning” with a true smile received from each member of the staff helps a lot and make the stay perfect . Also the head Muriel is always available. It is not an hotel. It is better than that .

Great location, nearby bus stops and metro stations. 9 mins walk from Arc de Triumph and Champs Elysees. Room is neat and tidy. We booked two months in advance and sent a request to have a street view room, but they didn't accommodate the said request. And when we complained the response was "its based on availability, the place is fully booked". We were surprised that we were charged with a 200 euros preauthorization withholding as a guarantee against any damages in the room. Which wasn't mentioned on the application/confirmation message/emails and/or any communications between us and the hotel. Which was extremely frustrating. Overall ; very pricey compared to the overall experience and customer service level. I visit Paris 3-4 times a year, this is the first and the last visit to this establishment.

The picture you kindly sent us showed one of our Suite category rooms. The room you reserved and were allocated was a Privilege Room, which is the category booked for your stay. Please note that Privilege Rooms may face either the courtyard or the street, subject to availability at the time of arrival. As the hotel was fully booked during your stay, we were unfortunately unable to accommodate your request for a city-facing room. Nevertheless, we can confirm that the room assigned to you fully corresponded to the Privilege Room category that had been reserved. Regarding the €200 pre-authorization, this is a standard procedure requested at check-in for all guests to cover any incidental expenses that may be charged to the room during the stay. It is not intended as a deposit against potential damages. For your convenience, we are attaching a copy of the pre-authorization cancellation confirmation that has been cancelled on June 01st upon you departure. Very nice hotel. Clean and recently renovated, it was a pleasure to stay there. I want to thank the staff for the warm welcome and excellent service. I recommend this hotel for its value for money proposition and the location. Will definitely stay again.
