Mercure Paris Arc de Triomphe Étoile Hotel 4 stars

I choose Accor hotels as I am a member of your loyalty program. I travel all around the world and I come to have certain expectations. So when I pay nearly €200 per night for a mini room (This is a sad parisian reality), I was at least expecting to have the same fantastic guest experience that I normally get. Instead, I came to a room where there was numerous hair on the floor of the bathroom. Simply unacceptable. I called reception and was offered another room.

Staff was very pleasant and super helpful to us during checkin, stay, and even when checking out. I’m only concerned about multiple breakfast charges made to my room even though we never ate in the hotel.

Nothing to highlight. Late checkout was asked but it was not ceded. My platinum card from accor was not considered to receive this late checkout. Location is good and breakfast is ok. Only should enhance the services.

This was sold as a Superior room in a 4 star hotel and to be honest we were left a little disappointed in the size and facilities provided. It all looked a lot bigger and nicer in your photos on the website. There was no minibar in the room as advertised, just an empty fridge. We had to go and buy our own bottled water from the Monoprix next door on the first day. On 2 of the days there was a single 500ml bottle of water left for 2 guests. I would expect a minibar to include some Coke or juice also. There were only 2 paper cups left for hot drinks each day, so if you used them in the morning, then there was nothing for the evening. The room and shower area were clean and the staff were friendly, but overall the facilities were not worth the money we paid for what was classed as a superior room.

I enjoyed it. I aprticularly appreciated the Chinese Employee at the reception. He was really helpful and was really trying to help. And he succeeded !

This is a beautiful hotel in the center of Paris with an amazing view from the suite balcony and amazing Staff. Full recognition of my accor membership with an upgrade to a beautiful suite. It's a 5 minutes walk to Arc de Triomphe and the famous Champs Elysees Avenue. The breakfast is one of the best i ever had at any Mercure hotel. Big thank you to Mrs. Aurélie Lio The Front Desk Manager for the beautiful suite upgrade. If i return to Paris, it will be my first choice for sure.

The staff was wonderful and helpful. The room was warm and stuffy. If I opened the window to get some air, it was extremely loud from the street noise while also allowing cigarette smoke in.

Comfortable, clean, staff very good, breakfast appropriately French and the hotel in great position for our requirements

Reception was easy, whoever works the night shift was delightfully friendly and made me feel welcome. 8 mins walk from my office.

Very squeaky bed and no free water

Check-in was super slow. We were four people checking in for each our rooms, half way through the receptionist left to open a bottle of wine for some guests at the bar.

Nice room with balcony

The room was clean and adequate for our needs. The bed was the most comfortable I've slept in. Breakfast was a taste experience,a really good way to start the day . The staff were extremely helpful , one person in particular stood out, he was on reception and called Hui, he definitely helped makeour holiday enjoyable.

Recently refurbished, very comfortable rooms. Complimentary toiletries, robes & slippers are a nice touch. The hotel is located 2 minutes from Ternes Metro Station & 5 minutes from the Arc de Triomphe. Have stayed here several times and will definitely go back.
