I have stayed at the Mercure Paris Arc de Triomphe Etoile several times, and once again, I had a wonderful experience. The entire team is very friendly, welcoming, and professional, and I would like to sincerely thank them for the excellent service and for always making me feel at home. As an ALL – Accor Live Limitless Diamond member, I particularly appreciated being recognized and offered an upgrade. I also enjoyed the Diamond benefits, including early check-in, late check-out, and complimentary breakfast. These thoughtful touches really make a difference and make every stay even more enjoyable. The location is excellent, with easy access to the city and many of Paris’s main attractions. The rooms are very well maintained, clean and comfortable, and the beds are exceptionally comfortable—perfect after a long day exploring Paris. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris who wants to experience this amazing city while staying in a comfortable and conveniently located hotel. I will certainly be happy to return again. I only have one small suggestion regarding the breakfast. For guests who do not eat pork, the variety of alternatives is currently quite limited. It would be wonderful if the hotel could consider adding more options such as beef, turkey, salmon, or additional vegan choices. This would make an already excellent breakfast experience even better. Other than this small point, everything was amazing. Thank you to the entire team for your warm hospitality and for making my stays so enjoyable. See you again soon in Paris! 🇫🇷✨

It was a very quiet stay for a week. It was not hot in the room. Staff are very attentionate and helpful. Young staff at breakfast is very nice. Staff at reception are very welcoming.

2 points unsatisfied - When i called the front desk asking if there's one lotion and one cleanser (only 2 cleansers in our room), he said we didn't have lotion, but actually there are. - Breakfast served with Bad fruit which was already rotten, when i raised this, i was still charged full rate. i found it was a bit difficult communicate with staff in English sometimes, but as an international hotel brand and located in a tourist city, it shouldn't be the case.

I stayed for just one night but it was a good little spot close to the Arc de Triomphe. It’s a small hotel with a single lift, but it had a decent breakfast spread and the room was clean and tidy. There was disappointingly no bread toaster though. Not sure if it was broken or if that’s normal. Would come back and stay again if just need a room base.

This hotel makes you feel that you are in a nice true parisian neighborhood, but still literally around the corner from the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs Elysees. It is also conveniently located a block away from the Ternes Metro station. The hotel facilities are quite nice, and the staff is professional, helpful and very friendly. The rooms are overall top notch, very confortable and service is excellent. The experience there is one of plush comfort, and a secure place to rest and revitalize after a long day touring around Paris.

- The guy at reception is missing a lot in the hospitality and customer facing - Room: many insects and even when I informed front desk nothing happened " I will share some videos and photos: - AC in room is very weak unlike other hotel we moved to - No lobby - The only good thing was the man over night , at least he smiled

The place is well located and the staff is warm. It is different from other places . A “Good Morning” with a true smile received from each member of the staff helps a lot and make the stay perfect . Also the head Muriel is always available. It is not an hotel. It is better than that .
