We really enjoyed this hotel. We were able to walk to many places in Paris and if we didn’t, there were many transport options. We had a great check in from Leni and our room had a lovely balcony. We were able to sit out there once and have our dinner. I would not hesitate to stay here again because of the staff and it’s location.

The hotel is well located with plenty of accessible services (restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, public transport options) and is walking distance from Arc de Triomphe. However, considering the room rates, the service was very basic. The check-in process was extremely long, we arrived at 12:30 pm and were asked to wait to check-in to our room at 2 pm. We waited in the lobby for longer than an hour and were told our rooms were ready at 1:30 but the staff forgot to check us in. Spent 35 mins in the check-in process only. Room service says they do not change bed sheets after we have asked for a bed sheet change next morning. There are no ramps available unless you ask for one (for heavy luggage or baby pram). Other than that staff is friendly!
