Good access to Metro

I was disappointed with the size of room , tiredness of decor and evident needed repairs. I was not able to sleep well as the bed was extremely firm. The shower was not easy to use turn on without getting wet so no way of making sure tempeture ok first. It was also further out than realised and the view of the Tower was only if stood at window and not as photos indicated from bed. The other element of view was over the metro as the hotel is on top of it ! There was minimal room around bed to walk and get dressed - very small room and even with view I don’t feel worth the price tag. I was pleased that it was only for a night but will look elsewhere within group for next visit. The staff member who welcomed us was nice. Otherwise no other staff spoke to us even passing , in lift or at breakfast.

Perfect location for Eiffel Tower and river cruises

Location was perfect for our trip. We stayed in a junior suite with our 2 year old in the cot. Guest services were friendly and helpful. I rated our stay as satisfied as the clean was subpar. The skirting boards were very dusty and the floor of the shower had dirty gray water marks and it smelt dank in there.

Clean and comfortable and well located. The metro M6 is 25 steps away from the hotel. Eiffel tower is few minutes away. Hotel reception is very friendly and helpful. Strongly recommended hotel.

Was a good stay and suited our requirements but lacked the little things and attention required

Basic and overpriced

This is a basic hotel. Basic hotels should not be charging ~1000 euros for 4 nights. It’s a shame, we really wanted to like this hotel but it was a big let down. The place feels quite run down. The room was tiny. You could not swing a cat in it. The beds are hard, the pillows are flat. Breakfast is overpriced. This hotel doesn’t live up to the standard of other Mercure hotels around the world. There is only one elevator which takes forever and the hotel staff, cleaners etc. will hold it up regularly because there is no service lift. We waited for over 10 minutes one time because the cleaners were keeping it open on one floor. There is a small lounge/library area in the lobby which we thought was for the benefit of guests. My partner sat down there just to get some time away from the tiny, cramped room only for the hotel reception to ask if he had a room there, like he was some random that had just drifted in off the street. The only redeeming feature is the location. It is a short walk to the Eiffel Tower and there is a metro station across the road. In summary, I would not recommend this hotel. There are other nicer hotels around the area that offer better value for money.
