While the hotel is doing renovation to the facade, front porch's light is not switched on in the evening and night time. This is very dangerous for us entering the hotel after dark, as it is totally dark and my daughter almost fell down at the step near the front door. Hotel staff claimed that the light can't be switched on due to renovation and safety reason... I find this is totally puzzled as you should have a backup light to ensure basic facilities (i.e. lights) at common area is provided. This is Paris - a city full of crimes (not full of love) and yet your front porch is totally dark due to renovation, very bad experience of us with this Mercure.

As I reviewed the hotel under maintenance and renovation with no integration with other branches which reflect my bad review. One of receptionists who's dealing with me as an idiot man, given to me very bad room on the side of renovations which reflects my intention to cancel my reservation otherwise another very nice one of receptionist help me and came to see the room with no any facilities, WiFi no, site of room on view very bad, refregrator not working. When I said I'm discomfort suddenly transfered me to another room on 2nd floor, I want appreciate this lady who's not see here after that day till I leave. But the receptionist with eyeglasses very thin really not professional really. Very bad stay.

Location of the hotel was nice but you should inform that you work on hotel and also inform workers that someone sleeping in the morning because nosing what is coming from workers in Saturday morning was NOT OK Rest all good Thanks

work of stuff was excellent, free water, juice and nuts as bonus. I was often visit Moscow Mercure and I have menu of pillows/ Vill be good to have in all hotels such services because I have some issues with my back
