Great location and service, except two incidents 1) the taxi service called by the hotel staff was unreliable. The taxi driver will only accept cash and refuse to provide change. 2) one room cleaning staff did not replace my bedsheet with a clean sheet, she was called back to redo the bedsheet and she was really upset with me in the room.

Hotel is well located just 5 minutes from the tower and the rest of things you want to visit in Paris super close. Our room was nice and very clean with complementary snacks and drinks. Great experience overall.

The entire day was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The staff were incredibly helpful friendly and attentive. They make sure we had everything we needed and were very friendly and helpful along the way the hotel itself was amazing. It’s in a gorgeous location. Very good location. The metro is just opposite the hotel and there are several good restaurants in walking distance. We could see Eiffel Tower from our bedroom window.
