I stayed at the Mercure Paris Tour Eiffel Grenelle and the experience was very positive overall. The service was excellent throughout my stay, with friendly and professional staff. The “Privilege” room was very comfortable and well equipped, including a minibar with complimentary items, as well as organic juices and tea—details that I really appreciated. The location is outstanding, just a short walk from the Eiffel Tower, and also extremely convenient for public transport, with the metro only a 1-minute walk away. Another plus was the 12:00 checkout time, which made the stay feel relaxed and unhurried. Overall, a great choice for comfort, location, and quality of service.

Everyone in the hotel was very polite and nice, we are definitely coming back, thank you very much for everything and for making me, my sister and my parents so happy. I really don't understand any negative reviews...the location near Metro is very practical, breakfast was good - croissants, different types of pastry, pie, ham, cheese, classic or salted butter, yoghurts, eggs, beans, sausages, cereals, pancakes, fruit, very good coffee and much more...we stayed there for 6 days and I always had something different for breakfast, there was enough to choose from. Nice, clean rooms, big enough not even for Paris. This hotel has around 60-70 rooms if I remember well, so its neither huge nor small, but in my opinion more like a family hotel.

Very tired, lacking the quality and facilities of most Mercures which I regularly use. The first room had a smell of cigarettes. Both rooms were tired, blinds grubby and the second room had a clock radio with food marks on it

Les éléments que vous mentionnez, notamment l’odeur de cigarette ainsi que l’état de propreté et d’entretien des chambres, ne sont pas acceptables. Soyez assuré que votre commentaire a été immédiatement partagé avec nos équipes afin de renforcer les contrôles qualité et le suivi des chambres. Nous regrettons également que les solutions apportées sur place n’aient pas permis de répondre pleinement à vos attentes.
