I had a pleasant stay at the Mercure Hotel. The staff were attentive, helpful, and always ready to assist, which made the experience very welcoming. The room was clean and well maintained, and despite being close to a train station, I was impressed by how quiet it was — no outside noise at all. Breakfast was good, but I felt the variety could be improved, especially considering the price and the hotel’s category. The bed was comfortable enough, though enhancing the mattress quality would make a noticeable difference in overall rest. Overall, it’s a solid hotel with excellent staff and cleanliness, and just a few adjustments would make the experience truly exceptional.

Lift has major issues and seems like ongoing problem, as staff seem familiar on trying to fix it. Major issue when your partner is heavily pregnant.

Great location directly across from Dupleix metro station. While the rooms are compact—as is typical in Paris—the pricing is fair, and opting for the Eiffel Tower view is definitely worthwhile.
