Very convenient location close to Eiffel Tower and river seine . Also many nice little shops and cafes nearby. Most importantly the area feels safe and staffs are friendly and welcoming!

The hotel location is amazing. It is simply the perfect location, near the Eiffel Tower (but far enough, in a way that local commerce is not overpriced for tourists). The metro station for line 6 is just at the front door, you have multiple metro and RER stations near, privilige rooms provide an exclusive balcony. Not enough words to describe. But to complement, even better than the hotel is the staff, from front desk recepction, to cafe/bar and also cleaning team. Everybody just ensures you have a pleasent stay, is extremely amable, patient to even teach you some french words you may jave forgotten. I extremely recommend staying in this hotel. 4th time in Paris, best one I stayed. And even more, best Mercure Hotel I have been in the world.

The staff went out of their way to assist us at all times. The room was clean and well equipped. We even had a bar fridge and tea/coffee making facilities which we found lacking in other properties throughout France and in London.

The service was exceptionally friendly. The staff were lovely people who helped us as much as they could. The main issue we had was with the room. It was rather small for the price, and the wallpaper was peeling in places. There was also a significant crack in the ceiling. Breakfast was €19 per person, which seemed rather expensive for what was on offer. Overall, the staff were absolutely excellent in every respect, but the room and breakfast felt overpriced for what was provided.

The metro is opposite which we used for both Montparnasse Station and CDG airport. We had a great view of the Eiffel tower. Breakfast had a reasonable choice. Helpful and efficient staff. Very clean - especially the bathroom
