Really enjoyed the hotel. The front desk staff and concierge were amazingly kind and helpful and attentive so you can tell the hotel is well managed. We would certainly return . Decent value for a 5 star in Paris.

I booked my room 2 months prior arrival. When I booked a junior suite and not a single room, I was expecting something premium on highest floor, Away from noisy areas . However i received a room just on the 1st floor , opposite from gym area. I don’t accept such option as a premium stay especially when I pay around 600€ per night . Hotel should have provide a better option especially to a customer of theirs (being at the hotel again). When I asked the reason why such option per room on a low floor , the reply from the manager was that they were fully booked . I assume they were no fully booked when I made the reservation 2 months ago. As a positive manner was that the manager was looking to move me on a better room, however I just had discharged my private stuff to the room and I did not want to change. However I’m disappointed as you don’t provide a room in gym area , on first floor hearing the cars from the street passing by when you offer a junior suite. Meanwhile the room was a bit used a lot meaning furniture and wood areas had small damages showing that this room is very much used . For sure not a junior suite. Might be on sqm but nowhere else (except price of course) In general I didn’t like the service of my booking Breakfast has to be renew from the beginning . Poor menu, very few options . Not a 5 star breakfast Last and very positive . The employees. Very warm communication . Very polite behaviour . Always close to me in whatever I needed. Congrats for this George B.
