I would definitely return to this hotel. The location was perfect. The room was comfortable. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. I especially want to thank Concierge Regis Tronel for helping me when I neglected to print out our train tickets. He saved the day for me.

At check-in, I was told that breakfast was not included, so I did not use it at all during my 7-night stay. Then at check-out, I was told that breakfast had actually been included, yet I was still charged the full amount. What is going on here? This makes no sense. I booked this through a travel agency for a business trip and relied on the information provided. This situation is completely unacceptable and feels like I have been misled. I expect a proper explanation and resolution.

Service was Impeccable, staff bring everything to the room. ICe, buckets, towels, toilet paper on trays. Rooms were clean and other areas. It was Lovely. I stayed a week. I will be returning soon.
