The front desk personnel were excellent. They were polite, respectful, and responsive. The room was very small, dated, and very poorly laid out. There is a couch that is entirely unusable, as the table blocks access, and a lamp smacks in the face if you attempt to sit there. The breakfast was disappointing in that the breads and croissants were not what one would expect in Paris.

Hotel staff all helpful. But little about the hotel made us feel it was special in any way. Now this may be a very cheap Sofitel under normal circumstances?
