Accor platinum benefits mean nothing

Status means nothing Amin the country that owns Accor, traveling anywhere but Australia makes the member ship pointless. Did not feel like. Platinum member, breakfast was not included, gym at hotel was woeful for a 5 star hotel. Will not be staying here again there are better hotels with better service

Room size too small in general, floor corridor ambience too dim suggest to decorative with bright color tiles instead of the current theme to provide a more luxury feeling

Amazing! I stayed here with my girlfriend in the hopes of putting together a romantic proposal. I worked with the concierge team, who were extremely responsive. They were able to arrange for a photographer, hire a driver, and deliver flowers and macaroons to our room, among other things. Everything went as planned; I simply couldn't have done it without their help. The hotel is well located, clean, and enjoyable to stay at.
