Your hotel was perfectly located, in the midst of some of the most iconic places to visit in Paris. Service was impeccable, from the moment we walked in the door, your front desk staff, concierge, cleaning services, on-site restaurant - all top notch. The bed was the only issue that we had while we were there - not sure what the issue was, but certainly it was difficult to have a good night sleep. The middle of the bed was high, then went down like a ski slope on both sides. It could have been the installation of the extra mattress cover, but I can tell you that you really need to fix this.

1 night in Paris on returning journey to London- Sofitel AdT is an amazing location - perfect for visiting Paris and particularly the amazing fondation LV. Staff were very welcoming and attentive to all our needs - room was average - it was an accessible room (not requested or needed) and bathroom was ok
